A
So
I'm
good
to
go,
I
was
just
sometimes
I
have
the
headset
on.
So
what
I'll
do
is
I'll
go
up
here
to
where
it
says
more
and
I'll
make
you
a
co-host.
Does
that
co-host?
Do
you
want
to
make
Robert
LaFrance
the
co-host
for
this
meeting?
I
said
I'll
say:
yes,
then,
if
we
have
citizens,
you
can
just
go
to
them
directly,
and
you
know
authority
anomaly.
B
A
B
A
No
and
you
can
change
them
later
to
whatever
you
want,
but
you
had
an
opportunity,
but,
like
you
say
that
train
has
left
the
station.
I
will
say:
I
did
give
Jack
Butkus
a
little
I
gave
him
a
call
and
just
said
hey.
There
may
be
a
little
more
discussion
than
before.
We
thought
that
kind
of
thing.
Okay,
so
you
can
hear
us
you
and
we
can
see
you
hold.
B
D
A
A
A
They
have
they'll
put
the
screening
in
that's
part
of
the
phase
three
stuff,
so
probably
a
week
or
so
of
the
screening
will
go
up.
The
gates
are
available
to
be
open
for
the
moving,
which
you
know
like
I
said,
starts
next
week,
so
at
both
both
sites
and
they'll
start
pouring
concrete
tomorrow.
Over
there
switch
Kelly
should
update
us
on
Westside,
so
that's
good.
There
you're
gonna
have
to
scurry
because
they
only
have
a
year
to
get
done.
No,
not
not.
B
B
A
Know
if
Tami
doesn't
mention
it,
we're
actually
I
talked
to
mark
Jeff,
:
I
actually
talked
to
Ryan,
who
talked
to
mark.
We
didn't
walk
around
today.
Talking
about
the
air
conditioning
of
the
building
and
being
able
keep
a
run,
and
since
we
don't
have
the
fire
alarm,
they'll
have
to
have
a
fire
watch
area.
A
the
fire
alarm
will
be
done
next
week
repleted.
So
we
still
may
want
to
have
somebody
there
on
the
other
sections
to
look
at
it.
A
So
we
can
really
get
the
building
temperature
condition
and
then
not
have
to
worry
about
condensation
or
any
other
stuff.
So
it'll
it'll
come
out
of
there
see
them
contingency,
which
we've
got
money
in
we'll
get
money
back,
but
right
it'll
come
out
with
that.
So
just
there
at
the
point
we
need
to
get
the
building
cool
down.
Yeah.

Comments
under
citizen's
petition,
we
had
several
people
discussing
the
field
and
I'll
get
to
it
then
Tami
upon
our
discussion.
She
found
the
contract
and
stated
that
we
had
lines
and
T
kurung
put
into
the
contract
and
presented
that
wasn't
anywhere
in
the
minutes
that
it
was
addressed.
I
think
that
should
be
at
least
addressed
in
the
minutes.
E
H
D
I
E
B
A
B
G
G
Hi,
so
I
was
able
to
get
a
tour
really
exciting
when,
on
the
turf
field
super
cool,
it's
really
impressive,
went
in
and
I
thank
Tammy
and
team
as
far
as
cuz
it
was
kind
of
a
dreary
rainy
day,
so
it
was
really
great.
I
was
able
to
bring
Cole
and
you
know
so
it
was
it's
unbelievable.
When
the
last
time
Christy
we
went,
I,
don't
have
you
been
yeah.
I
went
last
week,
yeah
it
was
beautiful.
It
was
pretty
amazing
and
I.
G
Don't
question,
though,
because
after
I
left
and
I
don't
remember
the
design
so
I'm
hoping
he
can
clarify
it,
but
the
stairwell
down
to
the
calf
I
know
obviously
is
gonna
have
a
railing
system,
but
the
railing
that's
leading
over
the
cafeteria
is
that
gonna
be
glassed.
I
just
had
I
was
thinking
about
it
and
it's
a
railing
and
I
just
thought.
Oh
little
dangerous,
so
I
just
wanted
clarification
on
that.
Otherwise
outstanding
impressive,
it's
so
cool,
seeing
it
come
together
and
just
driving
up
the
hill.
Actually
close,
like
look
how
great
it
looks.
K
G
K
G
A
H
D
F
Got
to
stand
in
the
field
as
it
was
being
filled,
so
they
thought
that
was
very
cool.
They
had
to
keep
touching
it.
You
know
they
kept
getting
on
and
touching
you
know,
checking
things
out,
so
my
nephew
was
quiet
at
first,
but
he
definitely
got
into
it
and
the
minute
my
son
saw
the
band
room
that
was
it
signed,
sealed
and
delivered
he's
ready
to
go.
So
it
was
beautiful.
F
K
K
J
I
Thank
you,
I'm
gonna
start
with
the
Westside
elementary
school.
Oh,
we
have
our
footings
on
going.
Rebar
is
ready
to
go
and
concrete
starts
tomorrow.
So
that's
a
big
milestone
for
that
project.
We're
gonna
start
in
the
area
C,
which
is
the
three-story
area
and
other
than
that,
we're
just
continuing
with
site
work,
continuing
with
Rob,
crushing
screening
and
that
date,
the
largest
attention
pond
in
the
back,
got
seated
today.
So
besides
that
for
Westside
just.
I
Day
for
concrete
tomorrow
and
then
for
Cutler,
we
started
the
walls.
We
are
about
halfway
done
on
the
foundation,
walls
in
area
a
and
we
are
going
to
continue
with
area
C.
Now
that
we
have
approval
on
our
rebar
shop
drawings.
So
concrete
is
continuing
and
we
have
underground
utilities
going
in
so
our
plumbers
in
there
digging
his
under
slab
plumbing
in
preparation
for
the
slab
and
besides
that
again
in
the
back
of
the
school,
we're
grading
and
getting
prepared
for
just
say
we're
continuing
in
the
back
I
think!
B
Those
of
you
who
haven't
seen
Westside
is
now
covered
in
fence
the
entire
area,
and
the
screening
is
going
to
go
up
on
that
in
the
next
couple
of
days.
I
understand
so
not
just
the
area
but
around
the
school
now
is
going
to
be
screened
as
well.
So
it's
going
to
look
like
a
real
construction
project,
so.
A
They
had
to
cut
Kelly's
report
on
Cutler.
There
was
a
request
for
one
of
the
residents
that
got
the
water.
What
we're
doing
currently
is
reviewing
the
cost
of
water.
On-Site,
which
is
going
to
be
left
on
site,
would
be
moved
significantly
to
the
west.
I
mean
the
east
closer
to
the
building.
We
looked
at
the
option
of
putting
it
in
the
road,
so
it
could
be
available.
A
So
right
now,
informations
been
sent
to
the
town
manager
he's
communicating
with
utilities
to
have
them
participate
in
the
cost
of
that
work,
because
it's
off-site
so
that's
going
forward.
We
are
still
working
on
getting
the
final
plans
for
there.
The
relocation
of
the
driveway,
if
you
will
to
the
service
area
so
once
that
comes
in,
will
have
a
change
order
prepared.
We'll
come
talk
to
the
committee,
saying
hey
with
it.
We
had
to.
We
wanted
to
move
this
to
save
the
tree,
and
that
will
give
me
a
cost
or
the
via
credit.
A
I
A
I
So
the
C
number,
that
is
a
called
a
change
event
number.
That
is
what
ong
is
using
before
it
becomes
an
actual
peace
deal
for
our
review.
So
this
is
basically
all
just
potential
costs.
None
of
these
numbers,
besides
the
first
one,
it's
grayed
out
our
actual
cost,
yeah
they're
still
being
vetted
out,
and
we
have
not
gotten
anything
for
review
yet
so
the
grayed
out
first
column
is
a
pre-bid
or
pre-construction
change
or
that's
already
been
executed,
and
then
the
rest
are
the
foundation
structural
revision
that
was
bulletin
number
one.
I
There
was
a
foundation
RFI
that
came
through
and
it
just
it
changed.
Some
structural
again,
I
haven't
seen
any
detail
on
this,
yet
so,
not
exactly
sure
the
extent
of
the
cost
unforeseen
RCP
storm
pipe
demo,
that
was
a
nun
first
unforseen
pipe
concrete
pipe
on
site
that
was
removed,
add
perimeter,
site,
fencing.
The
original
site
was
not
completely
fenced
in,
but
me
and
Rick
and
I
decided
that
I'd
be
best
to
have
the
entire
construction
site
fenced,
and
we
know
what
you
know
kids
running
around
at
night.
If
they
can
get
in
there.
I
For
a
small,
the
small
chunk
of
change,
it
was
worth
the
safety
risk,
add
axle
and
hitches
to
portable
classroom,
so
the
original
intent
was
that
they
had
axles
and
hitches,
and
now
they
are
either
going
to
be
purchasing
them
and
then
once
they're
purchased
they
are
yours
to
keep
or
we're
gonna
be
taking
it
up.
Leave
on
flatbeds
to
remove
it
I,
don't
think
they're
really
sure
how
they're
moving
them.
Yet
it's
still
under
under
works
with
school
construction
and
then
site
utility
footing
conflicts.
I
This
is
an
item
that
has
come
up
during
coordination
and
they're
still
working
through
that
as
well,
and
then
I
mean
there's
a
bunch
of
numbers
up
top
eventually
it'll
make
a
little
more
sense
but
kind
of
helps.
You
figure
out
how
much
we
have
for
contingency
what
our
contract
amount
is.
I
have
I
separated
out
the
owner,
contingency
in
the
C
n
contingency
and
then
on
the
right
side.
I
did
a
little
color
coding.
You
can
kind
of
see
who
the
responsible
party
is
that's
what
the
RP
means.
I
A
Little
bit
what
kelly
is
saying:
the
determination
of
whether
it's
a
cm
contingency
owner
agency,
I,
don't
will
be
made
or
discussed
as
we
go
along
through
the
process,
so
that
will
come
out
and
eventually
those
columns
will
be
populated
with
whichever
it
happens
to
be
so
in
the
past,
most
coordination
items
or
things
that
were
forgotten
in
the
contract
not
covered.
Whatever
became
see
him
contingency.
A
Other
things
that
they
wanted
to
do
would
be
see
em
stuff,
that
the
towns
are
basically
all
town
requested
items
which
would
sometimes
be
above
the
scope,
which
I
would
certainly
come
to
you
folks
about
all
the
time.
So
that's
kind
of
the
thought
behind
the
change
or
it's
a
little
bit
different
than
Tami's,
but
we
thought
we'd
roll
this
out
for
you
to
take
a
look
at.
I
E
H
I
It's
all
you
know
potential
stuff,
we
may
just
say
no,
no,
no!
You
pay
for
that.
We
zoom
in
here
alright.
So
you
see
the
first
four
blocks
here.
Those
were
original
pre-construction
change
orders
and
you
they
were
state
changes.
You
see
in
this
section
here
they
were
all
all
these
these
for
PCOS
or
in
change
of
state
change,
state
change
or
number
one
all
right
for
the
change
events,
that
Angie
is
projecting
right
now,
one
through
eight
and
then
these
three
that
have
no
numbers
are
that
are
eye.
I
I
You
just
don't
want
to
miss
anything
or
getting
anything.
You
know
months
down
the
road
after
it's
been
complete.
That's
why
there's
no
number
there,
alright,
so
starting
one
number
one!
The
pansy
roof
screen
revision
that
I'm
sure
you
all
know
about
that.
That
is
where
we
had
to
add
the
roof
screening
for
the
rooftop
units
and
again
we
haven't
seen
any
cost
on
these.
Their
office
projected
numbers
state
work
associated
with
the
water
line,
relocation.
I
I
But
this
is
a
work,
that's
associated
with
scarlet
oak
tree,
which
we
have
plugged
down
here:
firetruck
access
to
the
FTC,
so
there
is
a
little
kind
of
sidewalk
area
where
the
FDC
is
the
fire
department,
connection
on
the
backside
of
C
and
the
fire
marshal
wants
to
be
able
to
drive
over
the
area,
but
it's
only
a
six
inch
binder,
so
our
6-inch
pavement.
So
we
want
to
add
an
additional
six
inch
binder
in
that
area.
I
B
I
I
Thank
you,
yeah!
No,
thank
you.
Cx
spec
update
that
is,
are
commissioning
specification.
They
had
comments
on
them
and
they
had
a
few
items.
I,
don't
think.
There's
cost
associated
with
that
bill.
Inability
number
5,
basically,
is
just
updating
that
specification.
With
the
comments
again.
I
do
not
know
what
the
costs
are.
I,
don't
believe,
there's
anything
but
I
think
Ong
plug
a
number
in
there
just
to
just
for
their
own
sake,
cost
associated
with
move
disposing,
tanks
found
on
site.
There
were
existing
tanks
in
the
back.
I
We
don't
believe
there's
any
kind
of
contaminants
in
them.
I
had
and
then
I
come
out
and
look
at
them
or
I'm.
Sorry,
Eagle
come
out
and
look
at
them
and
they
agreed
so
they're,
just
gonna
be
disposed
of
and
the
generator
tank
size.
Basically,
what
happened
is
we
have
a
the
fuel
tank
that
goes
with?
The
generator
is
larger
than
the
designer
expected.
So
it's
not
going
to
fit
on
the
site
plans
that
we
have
produced.
We
may
have
to
extend
our
concrete
pad
and
change
the
landscape
around
that
area.
I
This
is
an
item
that
Rick
is
also
looking
into
possibly
making
the
generator
or
a
smaller
function,
because
we
don't
know
if
this
actually
needed
to
be
as
large
as
we
have
it
designed.
So
that's
a
item,
that's
underway
as
well
storm
and
whole
number
nine,
your
location,
that's
a
credit.
We
removed
some
riffraff
because
we
had
a
little
coordination
issue,
so
riffraff
was
removed
per
planning
and
the
planning
staff
and
they
accepted
that
but
filled
with
a
field
modification.
I
I
I
Thanks
thanks
thanks
jack,
concrete
sidewalk
relocation,
utility
pole
that
is
in
the
way
so
just
got
to
move
that
over
I,
don't
believe
there
will
be
any
cost
associate
that,
but
once
the
bulletins
issued
just
want
to
you
know,
track
it
and
then
the
Scarlet
Oak
treat
driveway
that
will
definitely
have
costs
associated
with
it.
We're
not
sure
the
extent
of
it
we
haven't
even
received
the
bulletin
number
six
that
are
I,
think
it's
be
number
eight.
I
A
I
was
saying
as
far
as
the
driveway
he
goes,
the
actual
construction
cost
may
be
less,
but
there
may
be
some
design
cost
that's
associated
with
that.
So
we'll
take
a
look
at
it.
We
have
money
in
contracts
for
the
cut
of
the
designers
for
the
town
requested
stuff,
so
we'll
be
taking
a
look
at
where
that
fits
and
how
that
gets
a
accommodated.
Oh.
A
C
A
I
A
Reference
for
the
planning,
I
think
are
a
little
later
than
the
day.
I
think
they
actually
in
the
city
allowed
till
5:30
in
the
evening.
The
town
I
think
is
beyond
3:30
and
maybe
7:30
to
4:30,
but
they
definitely
work
less
hours
than
that
I
mean
you,
don't
work
less
than
8
hours,
but
they're
typically
inside
those
windows.
If
you
will
oh,
it's.
A
C
A
The
answers
part
in
part
Kevin,
for
example,
we
have
two
different
contractors
for
steel.
We
have
do
two
different
for
contra
concrete.
We
have
the
same
general
trades
contractor,
so
it's
kind
of
a
mix
and
match
Ferguson
Electric
is
on
both
sites.
So
in
some
cases
we
have
the
same
contractor.
In
some
cases
we
have
different
ones.
C
K
I'll,
just
give
you
a
quick
overview
before
I
am
sharing
my
screen
with
the
PCO
log,
pretty
much
we're
in
the
final
stages
of
finishing
up
the
building
in
phases.
We
will
be
starting
final
cleaning
and
area,
which
is
the
classroom
wing,
starting
on
the
fourth
floor
and
working
our
way
out
areas
B
and
C,
which
is
the
art
room
and
band
room,
will
be
partially
completed,
except
for
the
kitchen
and
Media
Center
due
to
the
lighting
in
the
media
center,
which
has
been
delivered
on
site.
K
So
they
are
currently
working
on
doing
the
installation
now,
so
those
will
be
partially
completed
by
June
30th,
the
rest
of
the
portion
of
the
building
and
the
gymnasium
we're
looking
to
have
that
completed
by
the
end
of
July,
including
the
flooring,
except
for
the
bleachers.
That
will
be
a
little
bit
of
a
delay
for
those
portions.
Their
site
work,
the.
As
you
heard,
the
synthetic
field
turf
is
completed.
K
At
this
point,
we
are
continuing
with
the
installing
of
the
topsoil
throughout
the
site,
as
well
as
landscaping
has
begun,
installing
all
the
plantings
and
trees
we're
also
starting
to
install
all
the
chain-link
fencing
around
the
fields
here.
Our
Cadis
and
Owen
Jays
trailers
and
all
the
rest
of
the
trailers
we'll
be
removing
off-site
the
end
of
this
month.
So
they
can
continue
on
with
the
other
two
fields,
our
case
and
owns.
D
A
This
we're
looking
for
the
CEO
talk
with
Tammy
had
talked
with
the
building
official
he's
gonna
be
out
of
town
on
the
8th
of
August.
So
we
certainly
need
to
co
before
that,
because
we're
gonna
be
wanting
teachers
to
come
in
at
some
point
very
shortly
thereafter.
So
Tammy
is,
is
working
with
the
building
official
to
set
up
some
meetings
with
all
the
concerned
parties
to
to
get
those
things
in
line.
They
need
to
get
in
line
so
willing
to
be
issued
a
CEO
in
the
first
part
of
August
or
a
temporary
CEO.
A
If
there's
some
additional
things
that
the
building
official
requires,
so
those
things
are
on
track.
I
think
one
thing
to
consider:
I
think
we've
had
a
few
issues
with
because
of
the
covin
one
thing
you
may
look
at
is
the
outside
of
the
building
has
a
ways
to
go
yet,
which
is
probably
going
to
be
a
couple
weeks
into
July
potentially,
but
some
of
those
issues
were
because,
like
the
Masons
were
carpooling
from
someplace
in
a
van
over
the
COBIT
hit,
they
couldn't
do
that.
A
Arcade
is
an
Ong
that
we
stayed
as
close
as
we
did
to
the
completion
schedule,
considering
all
those
other
things
that
were
going
on
with
this
pandemic
issue
and
and
things
have
been
safe
over
there
they've
done
some
additional
work,
as
they
have
at
all
the
sites
to
provide
hand-washing
stations
and
they
have
specific
requirements
for
masks
a
number
of
people
that
could
be
together
and
all
that
sort
of
thing.
So
our
teams
have
done
a
very
good
job
with
that.
So
it's
it's.
A
K
A
J
A
Not
that
I
know
yet:
I
have
LAN
talked
to
the
superintendent
and
he's
not
even
sure.
What's
going
on,
you
know,
some
school
districts
are
talking
about.
You
know,
half
the
time
the
students
are
there.
So
half
of
the
students
are
there
a
couple
days
a
week,
they're
home
the
rest
of
the
week
that
that's
still
really
unclear
to
us
right
still
to
finish
the
school,
we'll
make
sure
it's
ready
to
go
and
then
how
it's
you.
J
D
K
J
J
A
K
K
The
reason
being
is
because
some
of
the
items
like
instruments
and
everything
they
need
to
have
acclimated
spaces,
and
we
felt
it
the
best
option
for
this.
At
this
point
in
the
project
to
help
assist
this
project
to
keep
moving
forward
is
we
were
going
to
be
storing
all
those
items
off-site
in
a
climate-controlled
warehouse
for
I
would
say
just
a
couple
weeks.
A
So
we
can
move
the
material
they
have
an
opportunity
to
to
sort
by
floors
and
then,
when
Tammy
is
ready
to
receive
it
in
the
building
back,
it
comes
and
it
gets
put
in
and
we
can
move
forward
and
she'll
have
most
of
the
furniture
in
place
in
the
various
locations
by
then.
So
so,
really
it's
the
materials
that
are
either
bringing
furniture
that's
being
brought
over
from
the
other
school
or
it's
all
the
teachers,
requirements
and
the
books
and
all
those
other
things
that
instruments
that
need
to
come
back.
K
They're
still
working
on
it,
but
they
have
a
good
handle
on
it.
They
had
asked
for
a
floor
plan
of
their
bookcases
and
everything,
so
that
has
been
provided
to
them
and
they're
working
alongside
Tom
Beebe,
who
is
doing
the
move,
management
and
they're?
Actually,
you
know
locating
these
books
are
gonna
go
here,
so
they've
they've
been
working
very
hard
and
very
diligently.
The
the
media
center
staff
and
trying
to
consolidate
and
just
get
the
right
amount
of
books.
They
were
provided
the
total
linear
footage
in
the
space
that
they
will
have
to
store
books.
A
Something
that's
a
little
bit
outside
of
Tami's
realm
would
affect.
Certainly
the
other
projects
I
mean
she's,
certainly
involved
in
it
is
what
do
we
do
with
the
furniture?
That's
not
being
moved.
I've
been
talking
with
our
purchasing
agent,
who
is
required,
I
think
to
auction
some
of
that
stuff
or
have
an
auction.
A
So
the
idea
is
we
need
to
get
those
other
buildings
emptied
around
the
first
of
July
too,
so
we
can
get
them
turned
over
to
us
and
then
the
abatement
and
demolition
another
contractor
didn't
come
in
and
start
their
work.
So
these
things
are,
you
know,
are
still
intricately
tied
together.
If
you
will
they're
not
just
standing
little
projects,
but
they
all
rely
a
little
bit
on
one
another.
Still
at
this
point,
save.
F
A
98,
if
you
have
any
questions
on
the
room
stuff,
you
know
it
is,
it
doesn't
seem
like
much,
but
it
really
is
a
tremendous
job
and
Tammy
in
the
town.
Bb
are
doing
a
good
job.
Coordinating
that
stuff.
So
there's
a
many
many
moving
parts
I
mean
he
has
a
agenda
that
he
brings
to
the
meetings.
It's
like
four
pages
long
and
he
goes
through
every
item
on
it.
So
we're
all
on
the
same
page
and
he
does
it
all
in
an
hour
which
is
tremendous.
A
B
K
A
K
H
K
So
my
logs
a
little
bit
different
than
the
elementary
schools
right
now
we
are
up
to
PCO
number
180
on
the
project.
Total
I
need
to
adjust
this.
This
was
a
PDF.
This
is
as
of
Tuesday
at
the
budget
as
where
we
stand
so
right
now,
we're
showing
at
a
total
GMP
increase,
not
the
project
budget,
Rick
and
I
talked
about
that
earlier,
so
that'll
be
changed
on
the
next
PCO
long
that'll
be
issued
for
point
11%.
Let
me
just
increase
this
a
little
bit.
K
Is
that
a
little
bit
better
so
we're
at
a
total
of
four
point.
Eleven
percent
increase
and,
as
you
can
see
you
know,
owner
request
is
one
point,
four
percent
of
that
design
deficiency
at
this
point-
we're
at
one
point
two
percent
on
a
request
which
is
request
from
the
fire
marshal
there's
other
those
are
mainly
from
the
fire
marshal
and
a
h,
JS.
So
we're
at
point
four
six
percent
and
we've
had
some
unforeseen
conditions
on
site.
We
ran
into
some
Rockledge
where
we
have
to
do
some
blasting.
K
So
that's
at
point
three
five
percent,
so
so
we're
still
under
five
based
on
you
know
this
total
here
right
now
we
have
eight
change
orders
that
have
been
submitted,
we're
working
on
number
nine.
Now
it
has
been
increased
the
contracts
unchanged
by
1
million
three
hundred
forty
one
thousand
one
hundred
and
sixteen
dollars
at
this
point.
So
the
new
GMP
total
price
is
sixty
seven
million
837
534.
K
A
A
So
there
is
a
there
is
a
split
of
where
they're
charged
the
CM
contingency
money
is
already
in
the
contract.
If
you
will,
we
still
expect
to
get
some
of
that
back.
We
explained
to
get
back
a
bunch,
a
couple
hundred
thousand
for
elect
for
utilities.
So
there
are,
there
is
pots
of
money
out
there
that,
as
we
get
closer
to
the
end,
we'll
be
able
to
identify
those
we've
identified
a
little
bit
in
the
architectural
stuff.
Today,
Tammy
I
discussed
yes,.
K
J
A
I
was
gonna,
say,
yeah,
we're
still
we're
still
projecting
to
be
under
there.
If
you
go
through
the
list
thing
you
can
see,
if
Tammy
Scrolls
up,
you
can
see
as
you
go
through,
there's
some
that
that
haven't
been
haven't,
been
approved.
There's
there's
coordination,
ones,
there's
design
deficients,
we
have
you
know
the
design
deficiencies
were
either
some
kind
of
conflict,
something
mitad
from
the
drawings
or
not
quite
the
way,
it's
showing
the
drawings.
So
at
the
end
we
get
all
these
numbers
together
and
figure
out
whether
the
town
should
take
any
action
or
not.
A
A
The
tremendous
part
is
that
you
saw
one
hundred
and
seventy
five
or
whatever,
however,
may
change
orders.
There
were
ours,
the
town
probably
had
twenty,
maybe
over
the
green
ones.
If
you
go
through
it,
maybe
it's
fifteen.
So
there's
a
whole
bunch
of
change
orders,
but
they
have
average.
He
was
very,
very
small
on
each
other
right,
they're,
all
things
that
were
needed
to
be
accomplished
to
complete
the
job
and
it's
it's
not
something
you
could
really
say.
A
Don't
do
this
Ong
and
Tammy
did
a
particularly
good
job
about
going
back
and
forth,
sometimes
several
times
to
make
sure
that
the
costs
were
correct
and
I.
Think
through
that
effort.
They
actually
saved
us
a
lot
of
money,
because
the
discussion
was
always
had
the
O
net,
and
why
do
you
think
you
deserve
a
change
and
those
all
those
discussions
are
rad
and
I
think
that
he
ended
up
really
saving
us
quite
a
bit
of
money
on
the
change
orders
from
okey.
Well,.
D
K
A
Can't
do
group
once
if
you
will
there's
still
kind
of
1c,
two
Z's
threesies
or
whatever,
but
but
the
building
I
went
through
it
Monday
yesterday
day
before
yesterday,
I
guess
atop
the
floors
that
are
clean
or
being
broom
cleaned
right
now
getting
writer
for
final
cleaning,
a
really
tremendous
I
mean
you
walk
in
there
and
see
what
the
classroom
really
looks
like
and
I.
Think
the
building
I
think
you
folks,
through
your
design,
efforts
its
it
may
not
be,
but
it's
certainly
a
handsome
building
a
very
functional.
F
We
have
a
follower.
One
of
my
son's
friends
is
on
Instagram
and
every
time
a
picture
goes
up.
He
posts
it
for
all
of
the
kids
in
the
middle
school
to
see
he's
followed
quite
a
bit
now.
So
it's
it's
it's
like
almost
every
other
day.
He
has
something
else
new
up
there
that
he's
showing
and
telling
everybody
about
so.
K
A
Are
as
part
of
the
contract
required
to
take
photographs,
one
of
the
the
subs.
We
are,
however,
also
looking
at
potentially
having
a
webcam
at
the
elementary
school
sites,
which
would
be
really
really
cool,
I
think
for
people
to
be
able
to
see
things
as
they
kind
of
happen
out
there.
So
we're
working
on
that
to
see
what
the
cost
may
be.
E
F
B
C
A
A
Well,
we've
kind
of
pushed
off
the
groundbreaking
if
you
will
obviously
because
of
the
Coburn
thing
on
both
the
elementary
schools.
So
the
next
event
there
would
be
the
topping
off
ceremony
is
what
we
were
planning
on
doing
there.
We
should
have
a
ribbon-cutting
what
school
opens,
of
course,
in
September,
depending
on
how
that
goes,
but
yeah
we
hadn't
started
to
work
on
that,
but
we
need
to
at
some
point
so
we'd
appreciate
input.
If
folks
haven't
it's.
A
A
I
think
solar
just
to
update
you
on
that
we
did
have
a
presentation
to
the
Board
of
Ed
the
other
night,
because
their
actions
Monday
they're,
because
they're
going
to
be
the
parties
that
need
to
sign
the
power
purchase
agreement.
Today
now
it's
signed
a
letter
of
intent
with
the
Green
Bank.
We've
also
signed
a
document
that
allows
the
Green
Bank
to
go
out
to
the
zero
renewable
energy
credit
auction,
which
typically
those
get
turned
over
to
the
to
the
contractor
that
installs
as
part
of
it.
A
A
And
installation
is
done
and
they'll
come
up
with
the
numbers
of
what
they
think
were
energy
costs.
At
that
point,
we'll
sit
down
with
the
Board
of
Education,
saying
this
is
what
we
think
the
energy
is
gonna
cost
you,
the
power
purchase
agreement
and
they
could
decide
that's
good
for
them
or
not
good
for
them.
So
right
at
that
point,
it's
it's.
It's
kind
of
falls
on
them
as
far
as
the
energy
savings,
when
it's
worthwhile
to
to
do
that
or
not
or
maybe
maybe
it's
viable.
It
is
a
20
year,
fixed
rate.
A
J
A
Now
we
have
some
in
place
for
on
the
roof,
they're,
also
looking
at
potential
of
doing
a
couple
of
cardboard
type
things
over
parking
lot,
areas
which
extends
the
amount
of
solar
panels
that
could
be
installed
and
gives
us
a
to
about
a
three
times,
bigger
system
that
we
could
just
install
on
the
roof
so
that
that
was
well
received
by
the
Board
of
Education.
I
talked
to
the
planning
folks
about
that
they
were
estatic
to
see
that
something
like
that
was
being
proposed.
A
We
do
have
examples
of
where
that
was
done
in
Coventry
Connecticut,
for
example,
that
that
show
that
and
of
course
it
wouldn't
be
big.
It
would
probably
be
over
two
of
the
lanes
of
parking.
If
you
go
on
the
west
side
of
the
building
and
then
a
Cutler
may
be
on
the
partly
part
of
the
north
end
of
the
parking
lot
over
there
so
and
we
would,
as
that
goes
forward.
A
Hopefully,
we'll
have
the
information
on
the
cutler
site
that
will
know
where
to
be
able
to
put
the
condo
in
the
ground
before
we
get
into
the
the
sidewalks
and
the
parking
lot
and
all
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
we
can
head
that
off,
so
we
would
do.
We
would
make
that
site
Seoul
already,
if
you
will
so
when
the
time
comes.
Now
they
look
at
this
potential
schedule.
A
J
J
A
J
A
That's
there
and
ultimately,
the
Board
of
Ed
signing
the
power
purchase
agreement
all
right
all
right.
They
do
all
the
soup
nuts
work
on
it
for
us,
which
is
what
makes
it
really
tremendous
and
that
program
came
into
being
because
towns
were
struggling
on
getting
solar
panels
installed.
If
you
will,
okay.
J
B
D
A
We
started
early
on
looking
at
the
turf
field,
we
looked
at
other
options
for
turf.
We
had
a
review
that
about
the
type
of
infill
that
sort
of
thing
we
had
to
make
some
of
the
decisions
along
the
way
we
came
with
a
presentation
by
the
Green
Bank.
If
you
will
I
mean
I'm,
sorry,
the
search
field
or
field
turf
company
that
did
their
presentation.
Unfortunately
Mike,
that
was
the
meeting
you
were
out
so
to
your
point
of
transparency.
A
It
was
there
but-
and
we
tried
to
include
you
by
showing
you
the
turf
and
that
kind
of
stuff,
but
you
happen
to
be
out
of
town
when
that
presentation
was
made
and
and
the
actual
change
order
was
approved.
Now
as
part
of
that
change
order.
During
this
discussion
we
pull
up
the
minutes.
Unfortunately,
it
doesn't
say
what
the
striping,
because
that's
the
particular
issue
right
now.
What
was
the
be
on
the
field?
A
A
The
information
I
was
given
was
the
two
lacrosse
fields
and
the
soccer
field,
which
was
striped
initially
they
weren't,
none
of
the
fields
were
to
be
striped
except
for
soccer,
and
then
I
was
supposed
to
be
tick
marks
for
all
the
rest
of
them,
so
they
all
would
have
had
to
been
painted
on.
Well,
when
we
went
through
the
presentation
with
fieldturf,
they
give
us
some
other
alternates
to
include,
and
those
two
alternates
were
included
and
the
money
authorized
by
the
committee.
A
If
you
will,
which
that
at
that
vote
you
authorized
$320,000
the
change
order
actually
came
in
at
three
hundred
and
three
thousand,
that's
kind
of
the
brief
background.
You
know
we
do
have
copies
as
a
change
order
that,
if
you
need
to
look
at
them,
we
can
show
you
that
we
have
copies
the
email.
We
have
copies
the
minutes
from
the
from
the
meeting,
so
we
did
do
a
back
check
on
that
information.
A
So
that's
the
long
and
the
short
of
the
thing
I
mean
there
was
no
certainly
no
desire
or
intent
on
anybody's
part.
To
not
let
that
information
be
known,
I
mean
it
was
discussed
at
meetings
on
several
earlier
meetings
on
what
was
going
on
with
third
field
and
the
fact
that
the
info,
maybe
was
not
satisfactory,
need
to
be
changed
to
something
else.
A
E
Let
me
I
guess
one
thing:
just
so:
Marc
Marc
Romano,
the
ad
always
said
field
hockey
needed
to
be
lined
so,
but
all
that
is
probably
OBE,
because
Diane
called
a
ski
got
sent
me
a
text
today
saying
that
dr.
Kinnear
sent
me
an
email
stating
that
permanent
lines
will
be
added
for
field
hockey
to
the
turf
field.
So
that's
what
Diane's
read
of
dr.
grenadiers
email
said
that
she
got
today.
A
B
A
What
happened
Mike
is,
we
went
to.
We
went
to
the
13
folks,
we
had
them
give
us
an
overlay
of
the
one
field
on
the
other,
which
we
did.
Many
of
the
lines
were
coincidental
which,
which
were
kind
of
in
dual
use
lines.
If
you
will,
there
was
no
specific
drawing
sent
to
the
superintendent
indicating
those
lines
that
needed
to
be
added,
and
the
only
thing
to
ask
from
the
superintendent
was
give
us
confirmation
of.
A
E
H
A
I
still
have
a
rough
mouth
somewhere
around
15,000,
which
is
probably
five
or
six
thousand
more
that
have
been
sold
in
it's
a
would
be
a
five
day.
Effort
by
five
people
hardest
part
is
removing
the
interval.
That's
there,
it
would
be
if
it
was
done
by
installed
at
earth,
would
be
warrantied
under
their
warranty
for
the
entire
few.
So
that's
you
know,
that's
a
factual
part
of
it.
A
J
A
B
B
D
E
A
A
limitation
on
the
time
to
come
back.
We
can
certainly
get
that
information.
We've
also
had
some
information
on
on
paying
those
lines
which
was
like
300
bucks
or
whatever
we're
told
about
the
field,
turf,
guys
and
I
think
salmon
or
one
of
Sam's
people
said
they
could
probably
do
it
and
I
know
Sam
knows
about
that
or
not,
but
but
that
could
also
be
done
too.
So
that's
another
option
that
if
things
can't
get
done
in
the
interim,
like
I
said
many
of
the
lines
are
the
same.
A
E
A
That
would
be
line
so
instead
of,
for
example,
ya,
doin
duplicate
lines
down
the
side.
You
explain
the
blue
lines,
the
side
line
the
end
lines
here,
you
know
we
would
extend.
You
know
if
what
I
potentially
extending
the
lines
from
the
back
of
the
bowl
to
the
side
lines
which
would
demarcate
the
end
of
the
field.
A
Certainly
at
that
end
and
there's
two
two
cross
field
lines
that
are
out
about
25
yards
from
the
goal,
or
something
like
that
and
a
couple
arcs
that
are
that
are
kind
of
different,
because
they've
basically
taken
the
semicircle,
cut
it
in
half
and
spread
it
apart,
like
four
yards.
So
if
they
had
designed
their
things
the
same,
we
would
have
been
almost
there.
A
A
A
A
So
that's
so
that's
where
we
really
are
with
that
is
just
continuing
on
with
the
process
getting
a
price,
and
then
writing
with
you
folks,
since
it
wasn't
out
of
scope
item
that
you
had
to
deal
with
I.
Think
it's
a
more
than
appropriate
that
you
look
at
look
at
that
information
before
you
decide
what
to
do
right.
A
C
E
A
D
A
D
A
D
A
A
B
K
A
So
those
are
all
the
lines
that
would
need
to
be
placed
if
we
decide
to
go
there.
So
that's
what
I'll
get
a
cost
for
and
then
we
can
share
with
Bob
and
and
you
and
we
can
talk
about
it.
I
guess
at
that
point
where
we
go
so
sounds
great
yeah
things
I
think
I'm
going
pretty
well
I.
Thank
you
for
the
spare
parts
out
of
your
other
buildings
for
the
old
Fitch
middle
school.
That's
pretty
good!
A
D
D
A
A
B
A
I
think
so
I'm
feeling
at
myself
here.
So
thanks
thanks
for
your
assistance,
I
think
it
was
a
good
meeting.
I
think
we
got
through
the
the
field
stuff
pretty
pretty
well
and
I.
Think
people
understand
what
it
is
I
mean
we
have.
You
know
we
have
the
documentation
that
that
shows
at
least
the
attempt
was
made
to
make
sure
everybody's
in
form.
So
that's
all
we
can
say
yeah
very.
