aluminum
bleachers
there's
an
end
cap
on
the
top
of
the
sharp

mean
the
aluminum
edges
are
all
sharp,
then
there's
a
on
the
seats
inside
there's

angle
iron
where
that's
where
the
chairs
are
where
the
seats
are,
and
inside
of
that
is
there's
pretty
sharp
edges
on
the
on
the
aluminum
structure.

there

staff
member

at
the
annex

out
right

they're
doing
their
tracing

seeing
who
was
in
contact
with
her
15
minutes
or
more
that
day.

I
don't
travel
up
there
anymore.

mean
I
used

talk

the
ladies
pretty
frequently
up
there,
but
not
recently,
so
that's
probably
a
good
thing

to
have
folks
in
the
building
right
now.

where
we
are
with
this

day
we'll
get
out
of
it.

also,

As
you
all
know,
the
schools
are
closed
right
from
until
at
least
the
14th,
so
we're
able
to
take
advantage
of
that
over
at
the
middle
school.

all

fencing

down
for

athletic
fields.
We
still
have
some
signage,
because
you

we
just
want
to
make
sure
that
the
sod
germinates,

so
that
is
all
set,
and
we

advantage

having
a
lot
of
contractors
here
this
week
and
next
week
to
complete
a
lot
of
the
punch
list
items.

goal
for
omg
is
to
have
all
of
them
completed
by
the
end
of
next
week,
nice.
So
so
that's
good
news,

punch
list
items
those
I
hope
to
have
completed
by
the
end
of
this
month,
because
some
of

items
we
have
some
furniture
that
has
cracked
a
little
bit.

we
have
to
order
new
pieces

come
in.

hope

that
completed

december.

other
things
to
report
on
the
bus
loop
drawings
have
been
submitted
to
planning
and
zoning.
So
they
are
currently
reviewing
the
hard
copies
right
now
and
we
place
the
order
for
the
bollards,
so
those
have
been
ordered.
So
hopefully
those
will
come
in
very
shortly
and
we
will
be
able
to
get
that
bus
loop
in
active
for
the
school.

the
ballers

hopefully,

check
prints,
they
won't

additional

There
are
like
tree

some
other
things
that
need
to
be
done
in

spring,

it's
on
on
our
work
list
for
that
time

we're

contractor
that
did
the
site
work
is
working
on
the
other
two
schools,
so
he'll
be
available
to

things

we
need

have

didn't
make
it

we're
going

get

sample

install

it
has
been
ordered
and
it
should
be
shipped
out
tomorrow.

We've
had
some
faculty,
they
they,
like
it
very
much
they're
very
you

they're
excited
about
the
new
space.
We've
heard

lot
of
great
reviews
from
people
that
have
come
visited
the
building.
You
know
like
parents,
we
haven't
heard
anything
bad
about
the
billing,
which
is
good,
so
everyone
has
been
very
pleased
with
the
building.

Oh
yeah
yeah,
so
the
we
had
the
installer
come
out
this
afternoon
for
the
lbt
tile
and
what
we're
we're
looking
to
do
is
they're
going
to
provide
us
a
product
that
they
can
install
over
the
concrete.
Because
what
we're
finding
is
that
the
floor,
leveling
material
is
not
adhering
to
the
concrete,
so
it's
just
cracking
and
coming
apart,
underneath
the
lvd
tile.

And,
as
you
folks
are
familiar
with
the
last
project,
you
remember,
we
had
issues
with
moisture
in
the
concrete.
There
was
an
additive
to
this
concrete
which,
if
you
try
and
take
a
test,
you
get
false
readings.
So
you
really
can't
tell
what
the
moisture
content
is,
but
it
looks
like
there's.
Multiple
products,
like
tami
said,
will
have
the
one
very
thin
layer
over
the
cracked
area
under
the
tile,
plus,
probably
the
cracks
sealed,
but
we're
waiting
for
a
an
actual
proposal,
a
recommendation
from
the
flooring
company
tomorrow
so
we'll
make
that
decision.

so,
if
you
looked
at
it
dave,
if
you
recall
where
the
kitchen
is
you
go
along
that
wall
to
the
band
room,
there's
a
there's,
a
crack
sort
of
there,
there's
a
seam
that
crosses
perpendicular
to
that
across
the
cafeteria
and
then
there's
an
angled
root
piece
in
the
band
room.

addition
to
those
areas
around
the
columns
that
tammy's
been
talking
about
so
yeah.

there's
been
no
definitive
information
on
the
cause,
there's
a
lot
of
conjecture,
but
there's
really
no
way
to
determine
this
cause
so
we'll
work
with
the
flooring
contractor.
As
he's
been
talking
about
reinstall
the
tile
see
how
it
goes
from
there.
That's
really
all
we
can
do
at
this
point.

We
do
have
a
warranty
to
a
certain
extent,
so
we'll
have
to
look
at
those
and
make
sure
those
cover
whatever
we
need.
But,
as
tammy
said,
the
rest
of
the
building
is
sound.
We
haven't
seen
it
anyplace
else,
except
in
this
at
one
area,
either
on
top
of
or
around
the
radiant
heating
area,
so
whether
that's
driving
moisture
out
of
the
concrete
and
through
the
cracks
who
that
knows
at
this
point.

Okay,
so
just
for
whatever
it's
worth
is
that
you
know
this
product
too.
That
they're,
proposing
in
in
a
lot
of
instances,
is
something
we
use,
often
for
especially
under
ceramic
tile.
That's
essentially,
what
this
product
is.
It's
an
anti-fracture
type
type
type
product
that
bridges
these
types
of
areas.
So
if
you
were
installing
a
ceramic
tile
over
the
top
opposed
to
an
lvt,
it
would
avoid
if
there
was
movement
or
otherwise,
that
it
would
avoid
the
tile
from
cracking.
So
just
so,
you
know
that
this
is
not.
You
know
a
fly-by-night
type
thing.

other
thing
that
I've
been
working
on
pretty
much
and
keeping
tammy
cut
in
on.
It
obviously
is
the
school
sign
at
the
bottom
of
the
hill
yeah.
We
had
a
sign
representative
that
works
with
mmi
come
in.
Did
some
evaluation
for
us
was
actually
supposed
to
provide
us,
some
photoshop
photoshopping,
the
new
sign
in
we're,
anticipating,
moving
the
grassland
tech
and
not
the
grassland
tech.

would
be
nice
to
live
around,
but
unfortunately,
the
sutton
park
sign
back
to
where,
if
you
recall
where
the
sidewalk
goes
into
the
park,
which
may
be
really
a
little
more
appropriate
right
now,
I'm
waiting
for
a
determination
from
the
building
official
on
what
constitutes
frontage,
because
well
they're
only
allowed
two
signs
on
the
frontage.
So
what
does
that
mean?

discussed
it
working
on
getting
what
the
final
figures
are.

orders
tammy's
working
hard
with
ong
trying
to
get
all
those
change
orders
in,
I
think
the
best
we
could
do

far
as
turnover

pulling

documents
I
have
is
potentially
at
the
next
meeting.

everything
works
out,
we
have
the
co.

know
where
we
exactly
stand
financially
or
whatever
we
may
come
to
the
committee
and
I'll.

it

we're
ready

you

certify
that
the
building
is
built

accordance
with
the
specs

we

looking
at
what
we
need
to
do

or
anybody

close

the
project,

outlier.

we
probably
all
know,
it's

reimbursable
to
the
town,
because
it's
off-site,
so
we
may
have
a
a
separate
contractor,
come
in
and
do
that
work
and
once
we
once
we
get
approval
on
on
what
it
is,
then
we
can
get
the
cost
of
what
you
know,
what
the
cost
of
that's
going
to
be
other
than
that.

major

say

board

education,

we
talked
about
last
time,
has
submitted

project

for
lighting
on
both
fields,

the

turf
field

softball

now
we
haven't
really
gotten
into

wetlands
stuff,
which
would
be
a
tremendous
asset
for
that
kind
of
thing.

beyond

haven't
really
got
into

about
the
the
plans
for
that
that
garden
area
between
the
the
two
wings
of
the
building,
but
they
are
expected.

planting

be
up

we're
never
going
to
close
the
project

got
to
get
it

pot

thing
we

received

replace

order
for
that
tractor
for
sam

equipment

also

infill
material

they
left
on
the
site
that
they
say
we'll
just
donate
it
to
you.

that's
in
storage
we've
been
working
with
sam
and
tammy
has
with
attic
stock,
there's
a
whole
slew
of
that
and
through
the
limitations
on
storage
space,
I
think
sam's
taking
it
over
or
it's
going
to
be
taken
over
to
put
some
of
it
to
pleasant
valley,
because
as
soon
as
as
soon
as
the
doors
to
the
school
open,
it
was
like
you
filled
it
full
of
gas
and
started.

wanted
to
fill
up
every
space,
regardless
of
what
it
called
for
the
plan.

framing
on
the
outside
of

they'll

shooting
putting

Roofing
materials
arrived
today,
so
we're

days
behind.
Excuse

to
a
delivery
delay,
but
roofing
will
begin
tomorrow.
Our
vapor
barrier
is
already
down,
so
we
already,
we
already
have
a
semi
weather
area,
sea
roof,
but
the
insulation
in
the
epdm
will
begin
tomorrow
and
saturday
sunday,
maybe
a
wash
due
to
the
rain
so
we'll
see
and
then
area.

installing

stair

the
steel
and
the
stair
towers,

then
our
mep
guys
are
kicking
butt.
They
are
moving
up
to

second
floor
and
plumbers,

to

third

they're

much
it
avb.
Our
air
baby
barrier
will
probably
begin
next

ongoing

masonry

ongoing

The
gym
is
complete.
They
have
one
small
portion
left
open
for
masonry
at
the
gym,
but
they're
going
to
complete
that
probably

they're
working
the
cafeteria
right
now
for
masonry,
but
they're
really
getting
close
to
being
dried
in
over
there
in
area.

much

they're

installing
their
temp
windows
next
week,
rough-ins
for
our
mechanical
electrical
and
plumber,
that's
ongoing
they're

up
into
the

floor

main

rough
is
pretty
much
complete.

the

you

the
full
drying
date

cutler
will
hopefully
be
towards

building

in

that
they're
pretty
much

dried

the
roofers
fly,

that
roof
on
at
cutler
on
area

three
four
days.
If
they
start
tomorrow,
they'll
be
done
by
the
end
of
next
week,
so
they
just
got
to
get
the
rest
of
that
framing
in
and
that
that
also
won't
take
too
long,
because
they're
really
close
to
getting
that
finish.

well
know,
the
the
goal
is
to
get
the
three-story
section
closed
in
so
then
all
the
interior
work
can
be
done,
the
sheetrock
or
whatever.
We
also
did
some
provided
a
few
dollars
for
this
mold
weather
resistant
sheetrock.
To
do
the
top
edges
of
the
building.
It
was
a
couple
thousand
bucks.
We
did
that
at
the
middle
school.
It
was
very
helpful,
so
we're
doing
that
at
both
the
elementary
schools,
so
we're
trying
to
apply
some
of
the
lessons
that
we
learned.

it
should
be
next
week
because
we're
talking
about
their
needing
to
repair
the
pavement
to
the
road
we
did
get
the
gas
company
to
buy
off,
to
pave
from
the
center
line,
to
the
curb
which
takes
care
of

patch

put

we
should
have
seen
all
the
costs
that
we
need
to
see
for
the
movement
of
that
water
line
and
they're
gonna.
They
want
to
get
to
a
point
where
the
gas
they
can
use
the
gas
for
temporary
heat.

out

toured
cutler
just
well
mystic
river
magnet
school
just
the
other
day
before
yesterday,

in
the
condition
now,
and
I
wish
we
could
get
you
folks
out
there,
but,
like
I
said
they
have,
you
know
we're
still
trying
to
avoid
any
possible
cold
related
things.

kelly
keeps
asking
about
whether
it's
affecting
materials
and
deliveries
and
whatever
the
only
thing
we've
seen
is
some
pressure
treated
wood.
If
you've
gone
to
home
depot.
When
this
thing
first
started,
you
couldn't
find
any
pressure
treated,
decking
or
whatever,
because
it
was
all
gone.
So
so
it's
a
little
bit
similar
now,
but
it
hasn't
held
up
anything.

don't
believe
so.
They
follow
that
for
the
other
materials
too,
to
make
sure
that
it's
not
affecting
delivery
times
and
dates
and
affecting
the
schedule
completion.

They
did
not
come
back
to
the
site
after
that
they
were
notified
of
it
and
their
tests
came
back
negative,
so
they
all
did
their
proper
quarantine
and
then
and
have
now
since
returned,
but
that
was
that
west
side
and
then
safety
wise,
we're
we're
doing
good.
We
had
a
little
bit
of
a
warning
today
that
someone
may
have
sprained
an
ankle
so
we're
waiting
on
a
incident
report
from
omg
he
he
got
out
of
a
lull
and
stepped
on
a
tri-state,
concrete
cylinder.

we
stressed
today
that,
with
you
know
we're
getting
a
lot
more
guys
on
the
site,
so
we
stress
that
cleaning
and
being
organized
on
site
is
a
huge
priority
right
now,
especially
with
winter
coming.
We
never
know
we're
gonna
snow
storm
and
you
can't
find
anything
else
after
you
get.

know
a
couple
inches
of
snow.

if
you,
when
you
can't,

and
when
you
can
get
into
it's
a
cutler,
for
example,
I
mean
you
can
see
that
the
amount
of
labor
on
site
is
probably
tripled
or
quadrupled
at
this
point

it's
just
going
to
increase
as
we
get
the
other
contractors
on
there.
So
so
it's
so
it's
good
that
we
could
get
some
of
the
pavement
done
to
to
get
the
that
site.

complete
and
not
damage
the
site
by
rivel
it's
driving
over
it
and
stuff,
but
I
think
the
site
contractor
is
really
which
is
the
same.
One
we
had
at
the
middle
school
has
really
been
driving
to
get
his
work
done
and
as
much
sidewalk
work
as
he
can
before
cold
weather
sets
in
and
that
sort
of
thing.
So
so
I
think
it's
been
a
pretty
positive
experience
over
at
those
two
schools
with
the
site.

a
quick
two
questions.
There's
looking
at
the
monthly
status
report,
I
was
just
checking
wondering
if
we're
still
sharpening
our
pencil
on
the
budget
and
making
the
cost
estimates,
and
then
I
didn't
recognize
that
the
construction
timeline
says
we
are
done
with
construction
on
june
30th,
which
we,
which
will
be
pretty
impressive
and
plenty
of
time,
to
move
in
and
check
things
out.

Well,
we're
being
told
by
the
contractor
they're
going
to
make
those
dates,
so
we
keep
pushing.
We
have
done
a
little
bit
of
extra
work
over
at
cutler.
I
mean
I'm
sorry
over
at
the
thames
river
or
west
side,
where
there's
been
a
few
weekends
that
were
worked.
It
comes
out
of
the
cm's
contingency
plan,
so
there's
been
his
four
major
contractors.
You
will
concrete
steel.

You
know
those
those
sorts
of
major
contractors
have
done
some
additional
work
on
the
weekends,
not
a
whole
lot
of
money
at
this
point,
but
it's
certainly
been
money
well
spent
to
get
the
things
moving
forward.
On
that
we
also,
I
think.
Last
week
last
meeting
we
talked
a
little
bit
about
irrigation
to
the
field
to
the
fields
play
fields.
We
don't
have
that
information
yet
for
west
side,
we're
trying
to
get
that,
but
we're
looking
at
irrigating
the
ball
fields
to
provide
a
better
surface
and
probably
a
longer
seasonal
use.

that's
a
request
that
was
made
we're
trying
to
get
pricing
now.
We
just
had
a
good
meeting
with
the
architect
because
the
price
was
relatively
high
and
that
decision
wasn't
made
to
change
those.
Yet
it
was
a
blocking.
We
wanted
to
make
sure
that
the
blocking
was
in
place
in
case
that
did
occur,
which
is
a
small
money
if
you
will
but
the
meeting
we
had
with
the
architect
this
last
couple
days
ago,
on
ffe
and
other
things.

it's

so
we're
trying
to
obviously
the
board
of
education
like
to
see
those
we'd
like
to
provide
them
if
we
can,
if
it
fits
in
the
budget,

trying

educationally
these
boards
will
work
and
we'd
like
to
replace
x
amount
in
these
areas,
and
we
don't
have
all
that
information
yet
so
as
soon

we
do

purchase
price

we're

able

save
money
on
the

look
at
those
prices
to
make
sure
we're
being
charged
a
fair
price
for
those
boards
right
now,

think
the
price
they
want
to
charge
us

too
high.

still
we

did
ask
omg

go
to
back
to
their
subcontractor,
get
to
get
better
pricing
with
that
and
then
also
not
changing
every
board
to

that
that
number
will
drop
down
significantly

also
for
thames
river.
I
just
haven't
received
pricing
up
from
them.
Yet
so
that's
not
why
it's
not
on
that
log.
So
the
pm
over
there
is
going
to
let
the
pm
at
mystic
river
do
his
vetting
out
before
he
attacked
the
cost.

know

I
asked
emily
to
change,
check
those
things
and
she
needs
to
update
that
she
was
gonna
verify
for
sure
with
the
state.
As
you
recall,
there
was
some
language
that
said.
If
you
do,
the
the
comparison
between
renovate
is
new
and
new
construction
and
you
do
the
one
that's
least
expensive.
You
should
get
the
whole
57
percent,
which
they
told
us
no
you're
only
going
to
get
the
47
and
a
half.

one
so
kelly
in
the
past
we
had
done
some
safety
training
for
the
team
here,
and
some
of
us
were
unable
to
attend.
Is
it
possible
to
set
another
one
up
with
us
not
being
physically
in
the
building,
or
you

not
having
kids
in
the
building
it's
a
little
more
flexible,
so
we
don't
have
to
like
leave
a
building
unsupervised.
So
is
it
possible
to
set
another
one
of
those
up.
