C
I
took
a
hike
last
weekend,
tammy
told
me:
I
could
walk
around
the
site
when
nobody
was
there
on
school.
So
I
was
on
saturday,
I
took
a
walk
around,
took
a
sort
of
a
field
hike
at
the
same
time,
but
I
walked
all
the
field
I
mean
on
the
outside
of
the
fields
at
the
middle
school
everything's.
C
Looking
pretty
good,
just
one,
just
one
observation
on
the
the
aluminum
bleachers
there's
an
end
cap
on
the
top
of
the
sharp
I
mean
the
aluminum
edges
are
all
sharp,
then
there's
a
on
the
seats
inside
there's
an
angle
iron
where
that's
where
the
chairs
are
where
the
seats
are,
and
inside
of
that
is
there's
pretty
sharp
edges
on
the
on
the
aluminum
structure.
So.
C
C
Some
rubberized
or
whatever,
there's
a
little
cap
on
top
of
the
top
of
the
bleachers
that
looks
like
similar,
but
something
like
that
would
probably
be
useful
on
those
well.
C
And
everything
else
look
everything
else
looked
pretty
good.
As
far
as
I
could
tell
there
were
still
fences
up,
so
I
couldn't
get
through
places,
so
I
didn't
try
to
go
through
them,
but
but
I
I
got,
I
managed
to
see
everything
that
I
wanted.
Yeah.
D
D
A
D
We
we
invited
none,
we
just
have
our
our
normal
staff.
You
know
with
brian,
you
remember
tammy,
so
what
I
want
to,
let
you
all
know
that
there
was
a
staff
member
here
at
the
annex
at
the
front
counter
that
tested
positive,
so
she's
out
right
now
and
you
know
they're
doing
their
tracing
and
seeing
who
was
in
contact
with
her
15
minutes
or
more
that
day.
D
Fortunately,
I
don't
travel
up
there
anymore.
I
mean
I
used
to
talk
to
the
ladies
pretty
frequently
up
there,
but
not
recently,
so
that's
probably
a
good
thing
not
to
have
folks
in
the
building
right
now.
You
know
so
so
we
kind
of
are
where
we
are
with
this
thing.
Hopefully
one
day
we'll
get
out
of
it.
You
know
also,
you
know.
As
you
all
know,
the
schools
are
closed
right
from
until
at
least
the
14th,
so
we're
able
to
take
advantage
of
that
over
at
the
middle
school.
D
To
finish
up
some
things,
we'll
see
how
that
goes,
and
I
suspect
that
it
could
be
extended
at
some
point,
so
we'll
just
have
to
keep
track
of
it.
You
know
kind
of
thing,
so
so
without
further
ado,
we'll
let
tammy
report
on
all
the
good
things
that
are
going
on
at
the
middle
school.
E
Okay,
all
right,
so
let
me
just
start
off
with
the
good
news
we
met
with
the
fire
marshal
the
building
inspector
as
well
as
planning
and
zoning,
and
all
three
of
them
signed
off
yesterday
to
receive
the
final
co.
E
So
all
that
paperwork
has
been
submitted
to
peter
the
building
official
to
issue
us
the
final
seal
of
the
building,
so
we're
hoping
to
get
that
beginning
of
next
week
or
by
the
end
of
the
day
tomorrow,.
B
E
So,
as
rick
mentioned,
all
the
fencing
is
down
for
the
athletic
fields.
We
still
have
some
signage,
because
you
know
we
just
want
to
make
sure
that
the
sod
germinates,
and
so
that
is
all
set,
and
we
are
taking
full
advantage
of
having
a
lot
of
contractors
here
this
week
and
next
week
to
complete
a
lot
of
the
punch
list
items.
E
The
goal
for
omg
is
to
have
all
of
them
completed
by
the
end
of
next
week,
nice.
So
so
that's
good
news,
ffa
items
for
punch
list
items
those
I
hope
to
have
completed
by
the
end
of
this
month,
because
some
of
the
items
we
have
some
furniture
that
has
cracked
a
little
bit.
So
we
have
to
order
new
pieces
to
have
those
come
in.
So
I
hope
to
have
that
completed
by
the
end
of
december.
E
The
other
things
to
report
on
the
bus
loop
drawings
have
been
submitted
to
planning
and
zoning.
So
they
are
currently
reviewing
the
hard
copies
right
now
and
we
place
the
order
for
the
bollards,
so
those
have
been
ordered.
So
hopefully
those
will
come
in
very
shortly
and
we
will
be
able
to
get
that
bus
loop
in
active
for
the
school.
D
D
Yes,
we
just
have
some
stripings
and
the
ballers
as
tammy
said
so,
hopefully,
with
those
check
prints,
they
won't
have
any
additional
comments.
There
are
like
tree
and
some
other
things
that
need
to
be
done
in
the
spring,
but
that's
in
the
spring
and
it's
on
on
our
work
list
for
that
time
and
we're
fortunate.
The
contractor
that
did
the
site
work
is
working
on
the
other
two
schools,
so
he'll
be
available
to
do
things
if
we
need
to
have
them
done,
like
planting
trees
that
didn't
make
it
okay,
good
damnit,.
E
Yep,
so
just
to
add
on
to
what
rick
said,
we're
also
some
areas
we're
also
going
to
rehydrate
that
didn't
germinate
this
year,
so
we'll
be
doing
that
in
the
spring,
as
well
as
replanting,
the
dead
trees
we'll
take
care
of
that
in
the
spring
closeout
documentation,
I
would
say
it
is
probably
70
percent.
E
We
are
waiting
for
a
few
more
warranties
and
we
hope
to
have
that
all
completed
by
the
end
of
december
and
turned
over
to
the
school.
E
Let's
see
so
other
things
for
the
middle
school
to
add
is
I'm
just
trying
to
think
of
oh
the
locks,
so
we
spoke
with
sam
as
well
as
omg
we're
going
to
get
a
sample
thumb
latch
we're
going
to
install
it
in
one
of
the
doors.
Here
I
spoke
with
omg,
it
has
been
ordered
and
it
should
be
shipped
out
tomorrow.
E
I
just
got
confirmation
late
this
evening,
so
once
we
get
that
lock
we'll
have
park
railway
install
that
lock,
we'll
show
it
to
peter
and
keith
and
then
we'll
just
go
from.
E
C
C
E
Not
too
much
they've
been
in
and
out
right
now
they
are
out
for
two
weeks
after
the
thanksgiving.
B
I
didn't
know
if
we
had
had
enough
to
get
much
feedback
from
the
staff
on
how
on
how
how
the
building
is.
E
We've
had
some
faculty,
they
they,
like
it
very
much
they're
very
you
know,
they're
excited
about
the
new
space.
We've
heard
a
lot
of
great
reviews
from
people
that
have
come
visited
the
building.
You
know
like
parents,
we
haven't
heard
anything
bad
about
the
billing,
which
is
good,
so
everyone
has
been
very
pleased
with
the
building.
D
E
F
D
I
D
That
lunch
on
a
cart
kind
of
thing
and
providing
you
know,
sac
bag
lunches,
whatever
you
want
to
call
them.
So
we
really
haven't
got
the
cafeteria
to
to
see
how
that
operates
in
real
life.
If
you
will
are.
E
They
are
a
little
bit,
it's
not
full
capacity
right,
but
they
are
using
it
a
little
bit
for
lunches.
Okay,.
D
And
you
got
the
tile
thing:
tammy
better.
We
better
get
into
the.
E
Oh
yeah
yeah,
so
the
we
had
the
installer
come
out
this
afternoon
for
the
lbt
tile
and
what
we're
we're
looking
to
do
is
they're
going
to
provide
us
a
product
that
they
can
install
over
the
concrete.
Because
what
we're
finding
is
that
the
floor,
leveling
material
is
not
adhering
to
the
concrete,
so
it's
just
cracking
and
coming
apart,
underneath
the
lvd
tile.
E
D
And,
as
you
folks
are
familiar
with
the
last
project,
you
remember,
we
had
issues
with
moisture
in
the
concrete.
There
was
an
additive
to
this
concrete
which,
if
you
try
and
take
a
test,
you
get
false
readings.
So
you
really
can't
tell
what
the
moisture
content
is,
but
it
looks
like
there's.
Multiple
products,
like
tami
said,
will
have
the
one
very
thin
layer
over
the
cracked
area
under
the
tile,
plus,
probably
the
cracks
sealed,
but
we're
waiting
for
a
an
actual
proposal,
a
recommendation
from
the
flooring
company
tomorrow
so
we'll
make
that
decision.
D
E
So
we
have
a
few
areas
in
the
band
room
and
what
and
most
of
them
are
happening
at
like
the
diamond
areas
and
the
cracking
and
the
saw
cuts.
D
Okay,
so
so,
if
you
looked
at
it
dave,
if
you
recall
where
the
kitchen
is
you
go
along
that
wall
to
the
band
room,
there's
a
there's,
a
crack
sort
of
there,
there's
a
seam
that
crosses
perpendicular
to
that
across
the
cafeteria
and
then
there's
an
angled
root
piece
in
the
band
room.
In
addition
to
those
areas
around
the
columns
that
tammy's
been
talking
about
so
yeah.
B
H
D
E
No
we're
getting
luxurious
right,
so
we've
walked
the
areas.
I've
walked
the
building
the
whole
building
this
afternoon,
we're
not
showing
any
other
areas.
It's
just
the
areas
where
we
have
the
radiant
heating
in
in
the
band
room
and
the
cafeteria.
D
Yeah
there's
been
no
definitive
information
on
the
cause,
there's
a
lot
of
conjecture,
but
there's
really
no
way
to
determine
this
cause
so
we'll
work
with
the
flooring
contractor.
As
he's
been
talking
about
reinstall
the
tile
see
how
it
goes
from
there.
That's
really
all
we
can
do
at
this
point.
How.
D
We
do
have
a
warranty
to
a
certain
extent,
so
we'll
have
to
look
at
those
and
make
sure
those
cover
whatever
we
need.
But,
as
tammy
said,
the
rest
of
the
building
is
sound.
We
haven't
seen
it
anyplace
else,
except
in
this
at
one
area,
either
on
top
of
or
around
the
radiant
heating
area,
so
whether
that's
driving
moisture
out
of
the
concrete
and
through
the
cracks
who
that
knows
at
this
point.
E
F
Okay,
so
just
for
whatever
it's
worth
is
that
you
know
this
product
too.
That
they're,
proposing
in
in
a
lot
of
instances,
is
something
we
use,
often
for
especially
under
ceramic
tile.
That's
essentially,
what
this
product
is.
It's
an
anti-fracture
type
type
type
product
that
bridges
these
types
of
areas.
So
if
you
were
installing
a
ceramic
tile
over
the
top
opposed
to
an
lvt,
it
would
avoid
if
there
was
movement
or
otherwise,
that
it
would
avoid
the
tile
from
cracking.
So
just
so,
you
know
that
this
is
not.
You
know
a
fly-by-night
type
thing.
F
I
think
this
is
a
pretty
sound
presentation
by
the
flooring
contractor.
Obviously
we
have
to
vet
it,
but
you
know
it's
not
like
this
is
a
an
unknown
product
or
something
that
is
new
today.
Just
for
your
mind,.
D
One
other
thing
that
I've
been
working
on
pretty
much
and
keeping
tammy
cut
in
on.
It
obviously
is
the
school
sign
at
the
bottom
of
the
hill
yeah.
We
had
a
sign
representative
that
works
with
mmi
come
in.
Did
some
evaluation
for
us
was
actually
supposed
to
provide
us,
some
photoshop
photoshopping,
the
new
sign
in
we're,
anticipating,
moving
the
grassland
tech
and
not
the
grassland
tech.
D
It
would
be
nice
to
live
around,
but
unfortunately,
the
sutton
park
sign
back
to
where,
if
you
recall
where
the
sidewalk
goes
into
the
park,
which
may
be
really
a
little
more
appropriate
right
now,
I'm
waiting
for
a
determination
from
the
building
official
on
what
constitutes
frontage,
because
well
they're
only
allowed
two
signs
on
the
frontage.
So
what
does
that
mean?
D
He's
got
that
information
and
we're
expecting
to
see
those
plans
tomorrow,
and
we
need
to
put
any
changes
to
our
package
together
for
presentation
on
wednesday
night
next
week,
and
this
fellow
will
attend
along
with
the
architect
and
myself
and
see
where
we
go
for
there,
so
hopefully
that
the
thought
is
to
remove
the
one
variance
we're
asking
for
where
there's
three
signs
on
the
frontage,
because
that
was
the
one
that
caused
the
most
angst
on
the
zba.
D
D
Brian
and
I
have
discussed
it
working
on
getting
what
the
final
figures
are.
Change
orders
tammy's
working
hard
with
ong
trying
to
get
all
those
change
orders
in,
I
think
the
best
we
could
do
as
far
as
turnover
and
I'll
be
pulling
up.
Whatever
documents
I
have
is
potentially
at
the
next
meeting.
If
everything
works
out,
we
have
the
co.
We
know
where
we
exactly
stand
financially
or
whatever
we
may
come
to
the
committee
and
I'll.
D
Let
you
know
certainly,
and
bob
I'll,
discuss
it
with
you
beforehand
that
we're
ready
for
you
to
certify
that
the
building
is
built
in
accordance
with
the
specs
or
whatever
to
the
council,
and
then
we
could
potentially
look
at
turnover
from
that
the
process.
I
think
bob
and
I
had
a
little
a
little
laugh
on
that.
D
What's
the
process
going
to
be
this
time
so
I'll
be
talking
also
with
the
town
managers,
whether
we
actually
need
to
go
to
the
council
or
just
send
a
letter
to
the
council
and
be
able
to
to
turn
the
building
over
to
the
board
of
education,
so
that
may
be
in
december,
but
certainly
probably
no
later
than
january,
so
just
to
keep
you
kind
of
cut
in
on
how
we're
closing
out
the
project.
D
I
also
talked
with
brian
and
we're
looking
at
what
we
need
to
do
with
oscgr
or
anybody
else
to
you
know
to
close
out
the
project,
the
sign,
the
sign's
going
to
be
an
outlier.
As
we
probably
all
know,
it's
not
reimbursable
to
the
town,
because
it's
off-site,
so
we
may
have
a
a
separate
contractor,
come
in
and
do
that
work
and
once
we
once
we
get
approval
on
on
what
it
is,
then
we
can
get
the
cost
of
what
you
know,
what
the
cost
of
that's
going
to
be
other
than
that.
D
C
D
Yeah,
that's
correct,
that's
all
not
part
of
the
project.
Okay,
so
I
I
do
have
that
list
I'll,
get
that
and
I've
had
some
major
personal
issues
so
but
I'll
get
that
to
the
bonding
official.
Her
attorney
have
her
look
at
that
and
let
you
know
what
they
say
can
be
paid
for
under
the
project
or
not.
I
know
the
board
of
education,
as
we
talked
about
last
time,
has
submitted
a
project
on
cip
for
lighting
on
both
fields,
both
the
the
turf
field
and
the
softball
field.
D
We
do
have
the
conduit
in
ground
in
place
to
be
able
to
use
for
those
things,
so
those
other
items
are
not
likely
to
be
able
to
be
well
won't
be
part
of
the
project,
but
we
don't
know
exactly
what
they
would
be
willing
to
allow
us
to
pay
for
under
the
bond
as
it
was
written
or
the
you
know,
the
referendum.
G
A
D
Right
now
we
haven't
really
gotten
into
that
into
the
wetlands
stuff,
which
would
be
a
tremendous
asset
for
that
kind
of
thing.
Okay,
much
beyond
that,
we
haven't
really
got
into
it.
I
know-
and
tanning
me
know
a
little
bit
more
about
the
the
plans
for
that
that
garden
area
between
the
the
two
wings
of
the
building,
but
they
are
expected.
D
I
go
just
to
put
some
planting
and
some
other
things
in
there,
so
they
do
have
that
capability,
but
that's
again
at
this
point
it
would
be
up
to
them,
otherwise
we're
never
going
to
close
the
project
down.
We
got
to
get
it
done,
so
we
can
get
audited
or
get
part
of
our
11
retainage
back
from
the
town.
It's
a
huge
pot
of
money.
If
you
sit
down
and
figure
it
out.
C
D
That
yeah
it's
there.
The
thing
we
have
we
haven't
received
yet
is
the
tractor.
We
replace
the
order
for
that
tractor
for
sam
that'll,
pull
that
equipment
around,
so
that
is
there.
We've
also
received,
like
10
10
bags
of
additional
infill
material
that
they
left
on
the
site
that
they
say
we'll
just
donate
it
to
you.
D
So
that's
in
storage
we've
been
working
with
sam
and
tammy
has
with
attic
stock,
there's
a
whole
slew
of
that
and
through
the
limitations
on
storage
space,
I
think
sam's
taking
it
over
or
it's
going
to
be
taken
over
to
put
some
of
it
to
pleasant
valley,
because
as
soon
as
as
soon
as
the
doors
to
the
school
open,
it
was
like
you
filled
it
full
of
gas
and
started.
Everybody
wanted
to
fill
up
every
space,
regardless
of
what
it
called
for
the
plan.
D
F
H
One
question:
okay,
and
I
guess
more
than
sam
any
feedback
on
what
the
students
or
cadre
are
talking
about
the
astro
field,
on
how
holding
up,
if
kids
are
falling
on
there
and
how
they,
how
it
absorbs
the
body
weight.
I
I
Been
out
on
that
field,
you
you
you'd,
see
that
it
has
I'm
sure
mike's
been
out
there
too.
Mike
would
probably
agree
that
it's
got
pretty
good
cushion
to
it
yeah.
It.
D
Does
I've
seen
it
I've
seen
him
out
there?
We
received
no
negative
comments.
Certainly
at
this
point,
so
okay
kids
seem
to
be
happy
running
around
out
there
so
see
how
it
goes
from
there.
The
striping,
you
know,
as
you
well
know,
has
been
put
in
so
that's
finished,
so
we're
done
with
the
fields.
Basically
yep.
D
H
C
D
And
the
infill
certainly
makes
it
more
viable,
more
nature
friendly.
If
you
will,
or
whatever.
D
A
D
Good,
they
ought
to
write
us
an
email,
saying,
hey,
you
know
we
like
your
field.
Now,
that's
okay,
but
but
that's
good
to
hear
about.
I
mean
that's,
I'm
glad
that
one
of
the
coaches
team
users
or
whatever
are
happy
with
the
field.
J
All
right,
I
will
start
with
west
side.
Today
we
had
a
big
day
we
did,
but
we
had
did
we
laid
down
binder
at
the
that
part
of
the
parking
lot
on
the
south
side
of
the
site.
So
the
you
know
the.
J
Where
the
trailers
are,
we
got
a
fair
amount
of
parking
now,
besides,
that
building
is
ongoing,
we're
still
laying
out
walls
in
the
interior
of
the
building
on
the
first
second,
first
and
second
floor,
we
have
not
started
the
third
floor
yet
exterior
framing
on
the
outside
of
area
c
is
almost
done.
I
guarantee
by
to
probably
end
the
day
tomorrow,
we'll
be
done.
J
Framing
the
outside
of
area
c
sheathing
is
fought
like
right
behind
them,
so
they'll
probably
be
done
mid
next
week,
shooting
putting
our
exterior
sheathing
on
area
c
as
well.
Roofing
materials
arrived
today,
so
we're
a
couple
days
behind.
Excuse
me
due
to
a
delivery
delay,
but
roofing
will
begin
tomorrow.
Our
vapor
barrier
is
already
down,
so
we
already,
we
already
have
a
semi
weather
area,
sea
roof,
but
the
insulation
in
the
epdm
will
begin
tomorrow
and
saturday
sunday,
maybe
a
wash
due
to
the
rain
so
we'll
see
and
then
area.
J
It's
a
specialty
gray,
brick
at
west
side
that
we
have
in
the
gym
cafe
in
cafeteria
that
is
being
installed
on
the
exterior
wall
and
the
north
wall.
And
then
our
steel
guys
are
just
buttoning
up
some
areas.
J
They
are
installing
our
stair
or
the
steel
and
the
stair
towers,
and
then
our
mep
guys
are
kicking
butt.
They
are
moving
up
to
the
second
floor
and
plumbers,
going
up
to
the
third
floor,
so
they're
roughing
in
all
over
the
place
and
pretty
much
it
avb.
Our
air
baby
barrier
will
probably
begin
next
week.
J
All
right
cutler
is,
we
have
not
done
any
paving
yet,
but
they
are
doing
that.
Next
week
we
have
sidewalks
ongoing
all
over
the
site.
Our
playground
equipment
is
almost
all
installed,
so
that's
up
and
it's
really
nice,
the
colors
they
chose
are
really
really
cool.
J
Besides
that
av,
our
air
vapor
barrier
is
being
installed
on
the
outside
of
area
a
and
b
on
both
sheeting
and
brick.
So
that's
ongoing
area
c
is
pretty
much
all
framed
out.
All
sheathed
and
the
roof
is
complete
roofing.
It
will
begin
if
they
didn't
begin
today
on
area
b.
J
Framing
is
ongoing
and
masonry
is
ongoing
in
areas
a
and
b
as
well.
The
gym
is
complete.
They
have
one
small
portion
left
open
for
masonry
at
the
gym,
but
they're
going
to
complete
that
probably
next
week,
so
they're
working
the
cafeteria
right
now
for
masonry,
but
they're
really
getting
close
to
being
dried
in
over
there
in
area.
J
A
and
b
but
c
is
pretty
much
there
they're
going
to
start
installing
their
temp
windows
next
week,
rough-ins
for
our
mechanical
electrical
and
plumber,
that's
ongoing
they're
they're
up
into
the
third
floor
already.
So
first
floor,
they're
already
doing
in
walls
ceiling,
because
the
main
main
rough
is
pretty
much
complete.
D
D
To
give
them
the
drying
dates
for
those
two
schools
just
so
they
have
a
feeling
for
when
the,
when
they're
going
to
be
not
subject
to
so
much
water,
rain
intrusion
or
whatever.
J
Well,
so
the
if
you
want
the
full
drying
date
for
cutler
will
hopefully
be
towards
I'd,
say
three
weeks
from
now,
for
the
full
building
area
c
could
be
as
as
close
as
you
know,
end
of
next
week.
All
I
have
to
do
is
get
those
temp
windows
in
besides
that
they're
pretty
much
there,
but
then
a
and
b
is
a
little
different.
They
gotta
they
gotta
build
some
attempt
windows.
J
You
know
you
have
those
huge
curtain,
walls
in
that
building,
so
you
build
all
those
temp
windows,
but
I'd
say
three
weeks
for
cutler.
D
J
And
I
can
schedule
I
could
probably
I
would
be
comfortable
saying
that
the
third
wing,
the
three-story
wing
at
west
side
will
probably
be
dried
in
even
sooner
than
that,
maybe
two
weeks
max,
because
the
roofers
fly,
I
mean
they.
They
they
put
that
roof
on
at
cutler
on
area
c
within
three
four
days.
If
they
start
tomorrow,
they'll
be
done
by
the
end
of
next
week,
so
they
just
got
to
get
the
rest
of
that
framing
in
and
that
that
also
won't
take
too
long,
because
they're
really
close
to
getting
that
finish.
J
D
So,
as
you
folks
well
know,
the
the
goal
is
to
get
the
three-story
section
closed
in
so
then
all
the
interior
work
can
be
done,
the
sheetrock
or
whatever.
We
also
did
some
provided
a
few
dollars
for
this
mold
weather
resistant
sheetrock.
To
do
the
top
edges
of
the
building.
It
was
a
couple
thousand
bucks.
We
did
that
at
the
middle
school.
It
was
very
helpful,
so
we're
doing
that
at
both
the
elementary
schools,
so
we're
trying
to
apply
some
of
the
lessons
that
we
learned.
D
D
D
I
it
should
be
next
week
because
we're
talking
about
their
needing
to
repair
the
pavement
to
the
road
we
did
get
the
gas
company
to
buy
off,
to
pave
from
the
center
line,
to
the
curb
which
takes
care
of
the
patch
we
put
in
the
road.
So
we
should
have
seen
all
the
costs
that
we
need
to
see
for
the
movement
of
that
water
line
and
they're
gonna.
They
want
to
get
to
a
point
where
the
gas
they
can
use
the
gas
for
temporary
heat.
So
right.
B
D
B
D
And
I
think
that's
it
for
the
those
schools
the
site
work
is
is
tremendous.
I
mean
if
you
I
was
out
there.
I
toured
cutler
just
well
mystic
river
magnet
school
just
the
other
day
before
yesterday,
or
was
it
yesterday?
It's
it's
in
the
condition
now,
and
I
wish
we
could
get
you
folks
out
there,
but,
like
I
said
they
have,
you
know
we're
still
trying
to
avoid
any
possible
cold
related
things.
D
Yeah
kelly
keeps
asking
about
whether
it's
affecting
materials
and
deliveries
and
whatever
the
only
thing
we've
seen
is
some
pressure
treated
wood.
If
you've
gone
to
home
depot.
When
this
thing
first
started,
you
couldn't
find
any
pressure
treated,
decking
or
whatever,
because
it
was
all
gone.
So
so
it's
a
little
bit
similar
now,
but
it
hasn't
held
up
anything.
I
don't
believe
so.
They
follow
that
for
the
other
materials
too,
to
make
sure
that
it's
not
affecting
delivery
times
and
dates
and
affecting
the
schedule
completion.
A
I
have
two
quick
questions:
I'm
gonna
preempt
and
the
first
one
has
to
do
with
safety
and
accidents
and
the
second
one
has
to
do
with
anybody
caught
covered.
Yet.
J
J
We
had
about
three
weeks
ago,
someone
was
on
the
job
site.
He
was
doing
sidewalks.
He
was
actually
out
on
brandy,
avenue,
so
kind
of
you
know
not
on
the
you
know
on
the
site
near
anyone.
He
discovered
the
next
day
that
he
he
was
sick
and
then
the
next
day
got
tested
and
it
was
positive.
J
They
did
not
come
back
to
the
site
after
that
they
were
notified
of
it
and
their
tests
came
back
negative,
so
they
all
did
their
proper
quarantine
and
then
and
have
now
since
returned,
but
that
was
that
west
side
and
then
safety
wise,
we're
we're
doing
good.
We
had
a
little
bit
of
a
warning
today
that
someone
may
have
sprained
an
ankle
so
we're
waiting
on
a
incident
report
from
omg
he
he
got
out
of
a
lull
and
stepped
on
a
tri-state,
concrete
cylinder.
J
And
we
stressed
today
that,
with
you
know
we're
getting
a
lot
more
guys
on
the
site,
so
we
stress
that
cleaning
and
being
organized
on
site
is
a
huge
priority
right
now,
especially
with
winter
coming.
We
never
know
we're
gonna
snow
storm
and
you
can't
find
anything
else
after
you
get.
You
know
a
couple
inches
of
snow.
J
D
Yeah
yeah
well,
and
if
you,
when
you
can't,
if
and
when
you
can
get
into
it's
a
cutler,
for
example,
I
mean
you
can
see
that
the
amount
of
labor
on
site
is
probably
tripled
or
quadrupled
at
this
point
you
know,
and
it's
just
going
to
increase
as
we
get
the
other
contractors
on
there.
So
so
it's
so
it's
good
that
we
could
get
some
of
the
pavement
done
to
to
get
the
that
site.
D
Work
complete
and
not
damage
the
site
by
rivel
it's
driving
over
it
and
stuff,
but
I
think
the
site
contractor
is
really
which
is
the
same.
One
we
had
at
the
middle
school
has
really
been
driving
to
get
his
work
done
and
as
much
sidewalk
work
as
he
can
before
cold
weather
sets
in
and
that
sort
of
thing.
So
so
I
think
it's
been
a
pretty
positive
experience
over
at
those
two
schools
with
the
site.
Guy
do.
A
We
know
when
the
the
asphalt
manufacturer
is
shut
down
yet.
D
No,
I
haven't
heard
yet,
but
it
should
be
pretty
soon.
I
mean
the
one
that
stays
open.
The
latest
is
in
rhode,
island
and
we
haven't
really
got
word
of
of
when
so
I
suspect
that
if
the
weather
remains
warm
for
another
week
or
two
they'll
probably
stay
open.
C
I
have
a
quick
two
questions.
There's
looking
at
the
monthly
status
report,
I
was
just
checking
wondering
if
we're
still
sharpening
our
pencil
on
the
budget
and
making
the
cost
estimates,
and
then
I
didn't
recognize
that
the
construction
timeline
says
we
are
done
with
construction
on
june
30th,
which
we,
which
will
be
pretty
impressive
and
plenty
of
time,
to
move
in
and
check
things
out.
D
Well,
we're
being
told
by
the
contractor
they're
going
to
make
those
dates,
so
we
keep
pushing.
We
have
done
a
little
bit
of
extra
work
over
at
cutler.
I
mean
I'm
sorry
over
at
the
thames
river
or
west
side,
where
there's
been
a
few
weekends
that
were
worked.
It
comes
out
of
the
cm's
contingency
plan,
so
there's
been
his
four
major
contractors.
You
will
concrete
steel.
D
You
know
those
those
sorts
of
major
contractors
have
done
some
additional
work
on
the
weekends,
not
a
whole
lot
of
money
at
this
point,
but
it's
certainly
been
money
well
spent
to
get
the
things
moving
forward.
On
that
we
also,
I
think.
Last
week
last
meeting
we
talked
a
little
bit
about
irrigation
to
the
field
to
the
fields
play
fields.
We
don't
have
that
information
yet
for
west
side,
we're
trying
to
get
that,
but
we're
looking
at
irrigating
the
ball
fields
to
provide
a
better
surface
and
probably
a
longer
seasonal
use.
H
Okay
question
for
you
then
rick
more
so
on
mystic
river
seos.
H
Pco037
regarding
the
smart
boards,
the
promethium
boards
from
75
inches
to
86.
D
Yeah,
that's
a
request
that
was
made
we're
trying
to
get
pricing
now.
We
just
had
a
good
meeting
with
the
architect
because
the
price
was
relatively
high
and
that
decision
wasn't
made
to
change
those.
Yet
it
was
a
blocking.
We
wanted
to
make
sure
that
the
blocking
was
in
place
in
case
that
did
occur,
which
is
a
small
money
if
you
will
but
the
meeting
we
had
with
the
architect
this
last
couple
days
ago,
on
ffe
and
other
things.
D
We
looked
at
that
and
we're
looking
at
those
boards
that
actually
need
to
be
replaced
and
educate
or
educational
spaces
and
not
every
place
in
the
building.
So,
for
example,.
D
Or
whatever,
it's
probably
fine,
so
we're
trying
to
obviously
the
board
of
education
like
to
see
those
we'd
like
to
provide
them
if
we
can,
if
it
fits
in
the
budget,
we're
also
trying
to
come
in
with
a
good
price.
To
present
you
to
say,
hey
educationally
these
boards
will
work
and
we'd
like
to
replace
x
amount
in
these
areas,
and
we
don't
have
all
that
information
yet
so
as
soon
as
we
do
we'll
come
to
you
right.
A
E
Yeah
so
the
middle
school,
we
have
two
different
sizes,
so
we
have
86
in
the
classroom,
which
is
what
was
requested
and
then
in
other
areas
we
have
75
where
they,
where
they
really
didn't,
need
the
86.
D
Yes,
let
me
finish
explaining
okay,
if,
if
you
recall,
we
were
able
to
go
through
the
purchase
price
and
we're
actually
able
to
save
money
on
the
on
the
on
the
boards
from
what
the
actual
original
price
is.
So
all
that
information
that
tammy
has
has
been
provided
to
the
cm
and
and
kelly
to
look
at
those
prices
to
make
sure
we're
being
charged
a
fair
price
for
those
boards
right
now,
we
think
the
price
they
want
to
charge
us
is
too
high.
J
One
comment
on
the
log
that
should
say
rejected
under
the
promethean
boards.
The
pricing
came
in
high,
like
rick
said
so.
I
went
to
tammy
and
I
got
her
pricing
and
comparing
the
two.
It
was
almost
a
thousand
dollars
more
aboard
and
I'm
not
saying
that's
wrong.
It
could
be
right.
J
Things
could
have
increased
since
then,
but
still
we
we
did
ask
omg
to
go
to
back
to
their
subcontractor,
get
to
get
better
pricing
with
that
and
then
also
not
changing
every
board
to
86
inches
that
that
number
will
drop
down
significantly
significantly
and
also
for
thames
river.
I
just
haven't
received
pricing
up
from
them.
Yet
so
that's
not
why
it's
not
on
that
log.
So
the
pm
over
there
is
going
to
let
the
pm
at
mystic
river
do
his
vetting
out
before
he
attacked
the
cost.
H
Okay
and
the
other
question
I
had
was
on
the
attachment
for
the
budgets,
we're
getting
57.5
reimbursement
or
47.4.
D
D
Yeah
I
know
I,
I
asked
emily
to
change,
check
those
things
and
she
needs
to
update
that
she
was
gonna
verify
for
sure
with
the
state.
As
you
recall,
there
was
some
language
that
said.
If
you
do,
the
the
comparison
between
renovate
is
new
and
new
construction
and
you
do
the
one
that's
least
expensive.
You
should
get
the
whole
57
percent,
which
they
told
us
no
you're
only
going
to
get
the
47
and
a
half.
D
A
A
A
Okay,
any
other
questions
for
kelly.
G
I
just
have
one
so
kelly
in
the
past
we
had
done
some
safety
training
for
the
team
here,
and
some
of
us
were
unable
to
attend.
Is
it
possible
to
set
another
one
up
with
us
not
being
physically
in
the
building,
or
you
know
not
having
kids
in
the
building
it's
a
little
more
flexible,
so
we
don't
have
to
like
leave
a
building
unsupervised.
So
is
it
possible
to
set
another
one
of
those
up.
J
Yeah,
like
we
did
the
the
virtual
one
last
time
with
nick
carroll
from
omg
yeah.
Absolutely
that
would
be
great
yep
I'll
get
with
him
and
I'll
send
out
a
couple
dates
to
bob
and
he
can
send
it
to
the
team
and
see
what
works.
I
think.
G
B
Oh
one
question
for
kelly:
are
we
going
to
do
the
same
thing
with
the
locks
at
the
elementary
schools
that
we're
doing
at
the
middle
school.
J
Yes
and
no
so
we're
going
to
make
sure
we
put
the
correct
locks
in
that
everyone
agrees
upon,
so
we
don't
have
the
to
do
the
locks
that
tammy
is
doing
now.
So
that's
going
to
be
a
discussion
for
the
team
that
we'll
all
get
together
on.
B
A
J
D
Yeah,
I
think
that
was
maybe
the
next
meeting,
but
we'll
see
how
we
get
with
the
zba.
I
don't
know
that
we
can
get
to
planning,
then
it's
probably
going
to
be
after
the
first
year.
Okay,.
