Last
week
we
interviewed
five
construction
managers
in
a
row
for
one
of
my
clients
and
we
did
it
all
on
zoom,
a
pre-meeting,
five
interviews
and
then
deliberations,
and
we
were
fortunate.
We
were
on
from
8
30
in
the
morning
until
probably
after
four
and
fortunately
did
not
have
any
glitches.
I
was
on
a
call
tuesday
night
and
I
got
dropped
seven
times
and
ended
up
joining
the
meeting.

telephone.

All
right,
so
the
update
for
the
grant
middle
school,
so
we
we've
had
a
lot
going
on
and
we
are
working
on
the
final
finishes
within
the
building.
The
fourth,
through
the
second
floor,
have
permanent
power
on
right.
Now,
we're
starting
to
close
up
the
ceilings.
We've
had
the
final
above
ceiling,
inspection
for
the
fourth
third
and
second,
which
was
wednesday.

have
the
artificial
turf
being
installed.
We
had
mike
doyle
out
here
to
take
a
look
at
that
this
morning
and
it's
pretty
impressive.
If
you
know
we
are
accepting
tours
if
anyone
does
want
to
tour
the
building
or
the
field
we're
doing
two
at
a
time,
so
we're
not
taking
a
big
group,
I
can
take
two
at
a
time
we
just
have
the
you
know:
regulations
for
the
covet
of
the
mask
and
so
forth,
and
so
on.

We
received
the
quotes
for
the
the
networking
with
the
switches
and
everything
for
the
main
distribution
area,
and
we
are
working
on
submitting
those
for
the
final
pos
and
we
should
get
those
pos,
hopefully
by
next
week
and
then
we're
gonna
start
to
schedule
them
to
come
in
on
site
and
start
installing.

pretty
much
under
control

far
as
video
cameras
and

entry
protocols
and
that
stuff.
So
so
it's
all
moving
forward.
There's
a
delay
in
the
kitchen
somewhat.
That's
first
time
was
the
wrong
size
panels
for

the
chiller.
Then
the
second
time
was
the
right
size
panels,
but
they
were
dented.
So
now
we
got
the
third
set
of
panels,
so
there
are
some
things
that
are
trailing,
what
they'd
be
on
the
normal
schedule,
but
we
expect
to
be
in
good
shape
by
the
time
end
date
comes
here
so.

we
also
awarded
the
contract,
it
hasn't
been
signed,
but
it's
been
awarded
for
the
parking
lot
work
on
fitch.
So
as
soon
as
we
get
that
contract
signed,
we'll
be
able
to
get
them
in

move.

anybody
knows
any
seniors
and
they
want
a
picture
of
their
parking
space,
they
better
get
it
soon
because
that's
going
to
be
gone
soon.

We
also
have
a
frontier
almost
on
board,
to
start
the
installation
for
the
phones,
telecommunications,
so
I'm
working
with
dennis
to
coordinate
that
very
shortly
and
the
I'm
not
sure
if
it
was
mentioned

meeting

the
metal
panels.
They
are
now
installing
them
and
they're
actually
because
they
were
shut
down
for
a
little
while
and
they
weren't
on
site.

There
is
some
materials
coming
over
from
the
existing
middle
schools
that
we're
looking
at
that's
the
move
of
materials
out
of
the
other
buildings
is
sort
of
a
linchpin
to
the
demo,
the
abatement
of
the
existing
middle
schools,
so
we're
working
with
that
sam
needs
to
get
his
portables
moved
over
to
the
admin
area,
so
we're
looking
at
at
moving
those
and
how
those
can
be
moved
because
there's
not
wheels.
There's
not
hitches,
like
were
on
some
of
the
older
portables.

think
these
are
probably
larger
than
the
previous
ones
they
had.
So
there
are.
There
are
a
few
things
that
are
going
on
around
the
ffne
stuff
and
the
requests
we
have
when
we
get
into
the
elementary
schools
is
that
if
they
can
get
the
those
buildings
emptied
as
soon
as
possible,
and
we
can
go
out
to
auction
the
materials
that
aren't
coming
over
before
we
dispose
of
them
in
other
ways,
then
that's
going
to.

other

kind
of
a
fine
line
to
get
the
teachers
packed
up,
get
their
things
over
there.

brittany
have
been
working
with
tom
beebe
from
arcadis
to
move
that
process
along.
So
it's
a
matter
of
getting
rooms
where
all
those
things
are
gonna
go.

if
you
walk
through
the
existing
middle
schools.
Now
cutler
in
particular,
went
through
the
art
room.
There
must
have
been
50
boxes
of
stuff
backed
up.
So
all
those
things
have
to
get
moved
over
to
the
other
schools.
The
last
day
for
teachers
on
those
existing
middle
schools
is
going
to
be
the
19th
of
june.

at
both
schools
we
are
continuing
site
work
and
preparing
to
take
over
for
site
b,
which
kind
of
extends
our
construction
area,
while
still
allowing
access
to
the
front
of
the
building
and
the
front
parking
lots.
This
is
for
both
schools,
so
everyone
can
still
access
the
schools
and
the
parking
areas
and
some
extra
areas
in
the
side
that
cm
has
requested
also
we're
moving
larger,
rock
and
sand
building
footprints
have
been
prepared
for
both
schools
and
detention
basins
are
installed
over
at
cutler.
We
had
a
big
milestone
day.

looks

do

think
that
that'll

for

areas

needs
to
be
screened,

it'll
shorten
the
driveway
a
little
bit

potentially
there
could
be

small
cost
to
the
driveway
installation

deliveries

report

hazardous
materials,
it's
suspected
material
or
assumed,
because
we
don't
can't
get
behind
it
to
find
out
what
kind
of
glue
might
be
on
behind
it.
I'm
wondering
if,

we
start
that
project,
if
we
could
ask
the
abate
company
to
carefully
remove
that
and
and
if
it
doesn't
have
asbestos
material
on
it,
if
we
could
set
it
aside-
and
I
could
get
that
and
bring
it
to
the
new
school.

construction's

paperwork
has

completed,

the

middle
school
right

stand
or
if
there's
any
other
things
that
pop
up

importance,

we
could
let
you
certainly
know
beforehand,.
