Me
yeah
yeah
kevin's,
not
he's,
shows
muted.
I
tried
to
unmute
him.
D
A
D
C
D
A
Kevin
your
lips
are
moving,
but
nothing's
coming
out.
There
are
you
on
mute,
it
doesn't
look
like
it
now.
C
C
C
A
Don't
know
what
you've
got
selected
for
your
computer
stuff.
C
A
A
A
A
A
E
A
A
F
F
Hey,
while
we're
waiting
for
others
to
get
on
jay
weightloft
asked
me
again
what
the
base
paths
are
on
the
new
field
at
cutler.
Are
they
is
that
90
feet
or
60
feet.
A
F
A
A
F
A
G
You
lucky
you,
you
know
you
worked
long
hours
prior
to
this,
but
then
you
know
when
you're
at
your
house
today
I
went
into
school.
I
go
in
usually
tuesday
thursdays,
but
when
you're
at
your
house
you
have
to
like
literally
my
husband
comes
in
he's
like
jim,
you
have
to
eat
because
you're
just
you're
just
consumed.
B
G
Things
but
yeah,
it's
okay,.
C
C
G
C
E
E
A
A
Yeah,
so
state
lisa
decided
she
would
follow
up
because
last
time
a
couple
people
didn't
get
them,
so
she
was
following
up
because
she
doesn't
know
where
the
zoom
folks
get
this
stuff.
You
know.
F
C
A
A
I
know
I
just
talked
to
kelly
a
little
while
ago
about
ten
after
five
or
whatever.
A
E
A
E
You
know
to
go
along
with
that,
sam,
my
my
son-in-law.
My
son
is
waiting
for
a
what's,
hopefully
a
final
interview
on
a
new
job
and
he
says
yeah.
He
says
he
said
they.
They
call
me
back.
You
know
another
quick,
you
know
phone
call
on
friday.
He
says
I
guess
I
should
just
you
know,
keep
my
chin
up
and
expect
the
best
and
he
says.
But
then
you
know
when
you
put
your
chin
up
you're,
exposing
your
jugular.
Oh.
G
You
guys
tammy
just
put
something
in
the
chat.
I
can't
hear
her,
it
says
hello.
Can
you
guys
hear
me.
C
A
Either
tammy,
oh
to
all,
panelists
hello,
can
you
hear
me
jamie,
so
I
wonder
how
she
signed
on.
Let
me
give
her
a
call.
A
E
Last
week
we
interviewed
five
construction
managers
in
a
row
for
one
of
my
clients
and
we
did
it
all
on
zoom,
a
pre-meeting,
five
interviews
and
then
deliberations,
and
we
were
fortunate.
We
were
on
from
8
30
in
the
morning
until
probably
after
four
and
fortunately
did
not
have
any
glitches.
I
was
on
a
call
tuesday
night
and
I
got
dropped
seven
times
and
ended
up
joining
the
meeting.
You
know
by
telephone.
E
H
H
D
H
I
I
B
G
I
K
I
I
I
E
C
Tammy
is
hang
on.
Let.
J
It
wasn't
working
on
the
I
went
through
the
the
zoom
dot
us
link.
E
J
B
K
K
I
mean
if
we
have
all
the
participants
that
we're
going
to
get
for
now
we
can.
We
can
start
the
meeting.
K
Yeah,
let's
go
ahead
and
get
started,
we
can
take
the
official
roll
call
right
now.
It
looks
like
I'm
here
and
doug
is
here
and
I
got
jamie
and
I
see
percy
here.
K
K
Yes,
let's
see,
do
we
have
any
citizens,
petitions
comments
or
concerns
doesn't
appear
to
moving
on.
It
says
approval
of
minutes,
but
I
didn't
get
any
minutes.
E
K
Other
than
subcommittee
reports,
any
permanent
school
building
committee
members
got
anything
to
report.
G
The
magnet
theme
survey
just
went
out
for
parents
to
get
voice
into
what
themes
they
would
like
for
the
cutler
site
and
the
west
side
site
just
went
out.
Okay,.
C
C
A
Which
we
have
none
and
no
invitees,
so
it
will
basically
be
in
the
reporting
section
there.
So
typically,
we
have
the
middle
school
report
go
first,
so
tammy
you
want
to
bring
people
up
to
date
on
where
we
stand
with
their
the
project
soon
as
to
be
completed.
C
A
C
J
J
All
right,
so
the
update
for
the
grant
middle
school,
so
we
we've
had
a
lot
going
on
and
we
are
working
on
the
final
finishes
within
the
building.
The
fourth,
through
the
second
floor,
have
permanent
power
on
right.
Now,
we're
starting
to
close
up
the
ceilings.
We've
had
the
final
above
ceiling,
inspection
for
the
fourth
third
and
second,
which
was
wednesday.
J
We
just
found
a
few
few
minor
things
with
some
spray:
five
proofing
that
needs
to
be
repaired
on
on
each
floor,
so
they're,
starting
to
close
in
the
areas
that
were
approved,
that
they
can
close
up
and
once
they
close
up
those
areas,
they're
going
to
start
to
do
a
pre-punched
list,
walk-through
starting
on
the
first
floor
and
then
working
themselves
out
of
the
building
and
what
they're
going
to
do
is
they're,
going
to
lock
each
room
and
then
we're
looking
to
start
a
final
punch
list
walkthrough
with
the
architect
the
first
week
in
june,
starting
again
on
the
fourth
floor,
so
the
exterior
of
the
building.
J
We
have
the
artificial
turf
being
installed.
We
had
mike
doyle
out
here
to
take
a
look
at
that
this
morning
and
it's
pretty
impressive.
If
you
know
we
are
accepting
tours
if
anyone
does
want
to
tour
the
building
or
the
field
we're
doing
two
at
a
time,
so
we're
not
taking
a
big
group,
I
can
take
two
at
a
time
we
just
have
the
you
know:
regulations
for
the
covet
of
the
mask
and
so
forth,
and
so
on.
J
Yep
saw
that
so
in
addition
to
the
exterior
work
that's
going
on,
we
did
some
final
paving
down
at
the
grasotech
entrance,
so
that
entrance
is
being
worked
on.
There's
some
minor
things
that
need
to
be
addressed
to
fix.
For
the
most
part,
that
area
is
final
paved.
J
We
are
also
doing
the
binder
course
on
the
driveway
in
front
of
the
main
entrance
in
parking
lot.
J
The
plantings
has
started
to
start
an
install
for
the
plantings
on
site.
J
What
else
we
have
asphalt,
sidewalks
that
are
going
in
so
there's
a
lot
going
on
now
as
we're
coming
to
an
end
for
area
a
we
are
looking
to
have
substantial
completion
for
area
a
and
b
area
c
will
follow
suit
and
area
d
due
to
the
floors
in
the
gym
will
be
august
10th,
but
none
of
it's
a
showstopper
we
are
continuing
to
move
on
and
we
have
ffa
has
been
procured
in
order
for
the
building.
J
We
received
the
quotes
for
the
the
networking
with
the
switches
and
everything
for
the
main
distribution
area,
and
we
are
working
on
submitting
those
for
the
final
pos
and
we
should
get
those
pos,
hopefully
by
next
week
and
then
we're
gonna
start
to
schedule
them
to
come
in
on
site
and
start
installing.
All
the.
J
Along
with
the
monitoring
with
dennis
and
his
team,
so.
A
So
those
were
signed
today,
greg
can't
over
sign
those
and
we'll
get
them
entered
into
our
system,
and
we
should
have
the
pos,
if
not
late
tomorrow
by
tuesday,
so
we
can
start
moving
forward
with
those
okay.
J
A
A
Much
pretty
much
under
control
as
far
as
video
cameras
and
and
entry
protocols
and
that
stuff.
So
so
it's
all
moving
forward.
There's
a
delay
in
the
kitchen
somewhat.
That's
first
time
was
the
wrong
size
panels
for
the
for
the
chiller.
Then
the
second
time
was
the
right
size
panels,
but
they
were
dented.
So
now
we
got
the
third
set
of
panels,
so
there
are
some
things
that
are
trailing,
what
they'd
be
on
the
normal
schedule,
but
we
expect
to
be
in
good
shape
by
the
time
end
date
comes
here
so.
K
E
A
Right
we
also
awarded
the
contract,
it
hasn't
been
signed,
but
it's
been
awarded
for
the
parking
lot
work
on
fitch.
So
as
soon
as
we
get
that
contract
signed,
we'll
be
able
to
get
them
in
and
move.
So
if
anybody
knows
any
seniors
and
they
want
a
picture
of
their
parking
space,
they
better
get
it
soon
because
that's
going
to
be
gone
soon.
So.
C
A
So
that
work
will
continue,
and
that's
if
there's
any
benefits
that
come
out
of
this
whole
mess
that
we're
living
in
today.
That's
allowing
us
to
do
some
things
that
we
would
have
to
wait
till
the.
F
J
J
Yeah,
so
I
also
wanted
to
add
the
fiber
to
the
building
will
be
installed
tomorrow
from
route
1
into
the
mdf
room,
so
that's
scheduled
for
installation.
J
We
also
have
a
frontier
almost
on
board,
to
start
the
installation
for
the
phones,
telecommunications,
so
I'm
working
with
dennis
to
coordinate
that
very
shortly
and
the
I'm
not
sure
if
it
was
mentioned
last
meeting
but
the
metal
panels.
They
are
now
installing
them
and
they're
actually
because
they
were
shut
down
for
a
little
while
and
they
weren't
on
site.
J
So
they
have
come
back
on
site
now
and
they're,
actually
making
up
the
time
that
they
had
lost
so,
which
is
good,
so
we're
not
losing
a
lot
of
time
that
they
had
left
so
they're
they're
moving
rather
quickly
and
starting
to
see
the
building
take
shape
with
all
the
finishes
on
the
exterior
as
well.
A
I
guess
if
there's
any
questions
yeah,
we
can
feel
those
at
this
point.
K
A
There
is
some
materials
coming
over
from
the
existing
middle
schools
that
we're
looking
at
that's
the
move
of
materials
out
of
the
other
buildings
is
sort
of
a
linchpin
to
the
demo,
the
abatement
of
the
existing
middle
schools,
so
we're
working
with
that
sam
needs
to
get
his
portables
moved
over
to
the
admin
area,
so
we're
looking
at
at
moving
those
and
how
those
can
be
moved
because
there's
not
wheels.
There's
not
hitches,
like
were
on
some
of
the
older
portables.
A
I
think
these
are
probably
larger
than
the
previous
ones
they
had.
So
there
are.
There
are
a
few
things
that
are
going
on
around
the
ffne
stuff
and
the
requests
we
have
when
we
get
into
the
elementary
schools
is
that
if
they
can
get
the
those
buildings
emptied
as
soon
as
possible,
and
we
can
go
out
to
auction
the
materials
that
aren't
coming
over
before
we
dispose
of
them
in
other
ways,
then
that's
going
to.
F
A
Us
out
with
the
with
the
other
schools,
so
you
know
it's:
it's
kind
of
a
fine
line
to
get
the
teachers
packed
up,
get
their
things
over
there.
Tammy
and
brittany
have
been
working
with
tom
beebe
from
arcadis
to
move
that
process
along.
So
it's
a
matter
of
getting
rooms
where
all
those
things
are
gonna
go.
A
You
know
if
you
walk
through
the
existing
middle
schools.
Now
cutler
in
particular,
went
through
the
art
room.
There
must
have
been
50
boxes
of
stuff
backed
up.
So
all
those
things
have
to
get
moved
over
to
the
other
schools.
The
last
day
for
teachers
on
those
existing
middle
schools
is
going
to
be
the
19th
of
june.
A
So
we
we're
trying
to
get
them
packed
up
by
the
12th
with
the
last
date
that
they
can
go
back
and
say
I
forgot
something
around
the
19th
so
that
that
allows
us
to
move
the
other
things
forward
just
slightly
a
couple
weeks.
Maybe
so.
C
A
Going
to
be
a
big
project
as
it
was
last
time
and
I
think
we
got
a
good
team
good
team
handling
that
right
now.
B
H
All
right
so,
at
both
schools
we
are
continuing
site
work
and
preparing
to
take
over
for
site
b,
which
kind
of
extends
our
construction
area,
while
still
allowing
access
to
the
front
of
the
building
and
the
front
parking
lots.
This
is
for
both
schools,
so
everyone
can
still
access
the
schools
and
the
parking
areas
and
some
extra
areas
in
the
side
that
cm
has
requested
also
we're
moving
larger,
rock
and
sand
building
footprints
have
been
prepared
for
both
schools
and
detention
basins
are
installed
over
at
cutler.
We
had
a
big
milestone
day.
A
B
A
A
Had
him
come
up
with
a
drawing
we're
just
waiting
for
the
final
drawing
on
that
it
looks
like
it
it'll
work,
and
we
can
do
that.
So
I
think
that
that'll
be
a
plus,
at
least
for
the
neighborhood,
and
it
would
help
with
screening
screening
the
building
in
areas
that
needs
to
be
screened,
so
it'll
shorten
the
driveway
a
little
bit
so
potentially
there
could
be
a
small
cost
to
the
driveway
installation
for
for
deliveries
in
the
back.
C
K
Right,
where
are
you
going
to
put
the
tree
rick.
A
Yeah
we
can't
move
that
tree.
It's
like
it's
three
three
feet
in
diameter,
so
we'd
be
lucky
to
cut
it
down,
but
yeah,
so
that
tree
that
tree's
going
to
stay.
There
is
another
small
tree.
You
know
which
is
kind
of
kind
of
interesting
that
somebody
donated
that's
a
flowering
cherry
in
the
front
of
the
thing,
so
we're
working
with
sam
to
find
a
place
to
put
that
either
on
that
site
or
another
site
nice.
So
that's!
A
So
that's
there's
a
couple
things
like
that
that
that
we're
able
to
accommodate
you
know
we're
happy
to
do
that.
J
I
do
kelly
the
question
that
I
have
is.
I
was
going
through
some
of
the
existing
things
that
are
supposed
to
come
over
from
those
schools
on
the
exterior
of
the
building,
and
I
was
wondering
if
you
had
that
list,
if
you
needed
me
to
forward
it
to
you.
J
J
J
F
Yeah,
my
staff
will
be
moving
that
stuff,
we'll
take
it
over
to
the
central
office
until
the
school
opens.
So.
A
So,
but
we
were
able
to
move
back
because
we
got
no
positive
direction.
Saying
do
anything
differently.
What
we
normally
do,
so
it
kind
of
worked
out
in
our
favor
that
when
you
look
at
the
overall
budget
construction
budget,
it
puts
us
like
390
000
under
on
on
cutler
and
345
000
under
under
west
side.
So
it
gives
us
a
little
more
flexibility
and
comfort
on
where
we
are
with
the
with
the
building
and
construction
costs.
Because,
typically
you
know,
when
you
do
demo
and
you
do
abatement
you're
going
to
run
into
something.
A
F
I
have
a
question
on
the
elementaries
if
I
might
sure
kelly,
there
is
a
mirror
in
west
side
middle
school-
that's
just
outside
the
office
on
in
the
main
hallway.
That
apparently
is
very
important
to
the
entire
staff,
the
kids
and
the
staff.
F
From
what
I
saw
of
matt's
report
on
hazardous
materials,
it's
suspected
material
or
assumed,
because
we
don't
can't
get
behind
it
to
find
out
what
kind
of
glue
might
be
on
behind
it.
I'm
wondering
if,
when
we
start
that
project,
if
we
could
ask
the
abate
company
to
carefully
remove
that
and
and
if
it
doesn't
have
asbestos
material
on
it,
if
we
could
set
it
aside-
and
I
could
get
that
and
bring
it
to
the
new
school.
K
A
So
mike
was
not
here
when
you
asked
for
reports
from
any
reports
from
the
primary
school
building
committee.
He
may
have
something
to
say
because
he
did
make
that
tour
yesterday
and
maybe
he
had
some
impressions
or
whatever
what
he
saw
over
there.
L
Okay,
yeah,
it's
yeah,
it
was
toward
the
turf
field.
It's
a
huge
area,
there's
a
lot
of
extra
space
on
the
outside
of
the
sidelines
for
runoffs,
and
I
noted
there's
definitely
room
for
light
poles
on
the
outsides
and
probably
and
whatever
any
other
things
we
wanted
to
put.
The
town
wants
to
put
there
and
then
the
construction's
going
along
really
well,
it's
amazing
how
much
how
much
it's
changed
and
I
think
it's
been
a
month
since
I
was
there,
but
it
was
a
good.
It
was
a
good
tour.
L
Brittany
took
me
around
and
I
saw
a
little
of
everything
his
floorings
down
and
the
lockers
are
up
in
some
places,
and
you
know
it's
really.
It's
really
looking.
E
Mike,
what
did
you
think
of
the
the
feel
of
the
field
under
foot
with
the
with
the
pad
in
place.
L
Well,
well
that
it
was
yeah,
it
felt
good
and
I
mean
without
the
crumb
rub,
you
know
without
the
rubber
or
the
without
the
infill
there
it's
hard
to
tell,
but
it
was
it
was.
You
could
definitely
feel
the
cushioning
and
it
was
the
the
padding.
You
know
looked
different.
It
was
not
what
we
were
shown,
I
guess,
but
it
was,
but
it
it
was
pretty
flexible
and-
and
it
was
looking
pretty
good,
so
I
guess
they
and
I
guess
they
some
of
the
fibers
on
the
edges.
L
I
guess
outside
sidelines
and
some
field
hockey
line
or
some
lacrosse
girls
lacrosse
lines
were
there
and
the
rest
looks
like
they
have
to
be
painted
on
for
the
different
sports
in
the
middle
of
the
field.
A
J
So
I
can
answer
that,
for
you
rick,
basically,
what
they're
doing
mike
is,
they
lay
down
the
whole
turf
material
and
they
go
back
and
they
cut
in
the
lines.
J
Yep,
so
what
you
see
is
they're
doing
the
border
of
the
turf
field
and
then
they're
going
to
go
back
in
the
center
and
they're
going
to
start
cutting
in
the
lines
of
the
actual
sports,
because
it's
all
sewn
in
to
the
into
the
material
there's.
No
painting
of
the
line.
L
A
L
A
J
G
J
Still,
brittany
is
my
assistant
project
manager,
so
she
works
with
me
here
on
the
project.
Okay,
she
works
with
arcadis,
so
you
would
still
coordinate
it
with
me.
Okay,.
J
Yes,
absolutely
you
can
email
me
and
you
know
generally
wednesdays
and
fridays
are
good
for
me.
Okay,.
E
A
Yeah,
you
know
we
keep
paying
it's
like
4.7
million
a
month
as
for
the
construction
and
we're
probably
75
percent
expended
at
this
point
or
close
to
it,
so
we're
getting
to
the
end.
One
thing
I
should
mention
is
is
change
orders
we
have
about
2.7
million
2.6
million
of
change.
A
Orders
total
a
million
just
over
a
million
dollars
of
that
is
things
that
were
requested
like
the
additional
skyfold
door,
the
turf
field,
the
sod
on
the
other
fields,
the
those
sort
there's
a
fire
department
wanted
a
loop
for
better
fire
protection
of
the
building,
so
the
the
total
of
the
requested
by
the
town
or
owner
change
orders
is
just
over
a
million
dollars.
A
So
really,
if
you
look
at
the
other,
150
change,
orders
or
more
that
are
out
there,
I
think
the
team
did
a
pretty
good
job
of
trying
to
keep
the
costs
of
those
things
down
and
they're
they're.
Really
they
go
back
and
forth
several
times
between
tammy
and
the
omg
project
manager
and
the
other
consultants
to
the
to
both
the
architect
and
omg
their
other
subcontractors.
So
there's
been
a
good
effort
put
forth
on
that.
A
K
K
All
right,
so
our
next
meeting,
you
know
which
looks
like
it's
june,
4th,
maybe
yeah
yeah
june
4th.
What
are
we
looking
forward
to
seeing
on
june
4th.
A
We
don't
have
much
in
the
way
of
approvals
at
this
point.
Okay,
so
there's
I
mean
most
most
of
all,
that
sort
of
paperwork
has
been
completed,
certainly
on
the
on
the
middle
school
right
other
than
bringing
people
up
to
date
on
where
we
stand
or
if
there's
any
other
things
that
pop
up
that
may
be
of
importance,
which
we
could
let
you
certainly
know
beforehand,.
C
K
I
mean
if
it's
a
short
meeting,
it's
a
short
meeting
yeah.
You
know.
K
Right
see,
what's
going
on
there
right
right
now,
it
doesn't
doesn't
appear
that
we
have
any
hang-ups
or
anything
on
the
elementary
schools.
K
K
All
right
so
so
june
4th
it
is
and
then
we'll
see
about
we'll
get
minutes
approved.
Then
yeah,
okay,
that'll
be
fine.
Okay,
I
guess
that's.
It.
K
K
L
B
B
C
K
K
A
Okay,
so
bob,
since
you
heard
everything
you
have
any
questions,
comments
nope,
I'm
good,
you're,
good,
okay,
you're,
good,
we're
good,
I'm
good.
L
K
Hear
mike,
like
the
field.
A
Yeah
it
is,
I
walked
out
on
it
too.
It
is
pretty
pretty
nice
and
soft
with
even
without
the
infill.
So
it's
it's.
I
think
it's
going
to
be
great.
Did
you
do
any
rolls?
No,
not
this
time
I
gotta
get
got
to
get
a
tackling
dummy
out
there
or
something
you
know.
