made
us
start
thinking
about.

we've

we

we

owner's
documents

item,
just

add

north
end
handicap
driveway,

jamie
mentioned,
the
driveway
is
completed.
The
things
that
we're
waiting
for
for
approval
is
we
have
to
install
some
bollards,
that's
what's
holding
up
using
that
driveway
right
now,.

once
we
get
those
revised
plannings,
we
will
forward
those
on
to
the
contractor
to
get
some
pricing,
so
we
will
be
blocking
it
off
until
we
get
that
installed,
it's
just
a
safety
concern
and
where
people
could
possibly
drive
up
onto

driveway
with
students
there.
So
we
don't
want
that
to
happen.

in
regards
so
that's
the
updated
information
for
that,
the
we're
still
working
on
some
punch
list
items
and
the
site
work
area.
We
have
just
a
few
more
things:
we're
going
to
be
scheduling,
a
final
walk
through
with
planning
and
zoning
next
week,

and
get
that
final
sign
off
from
them
as
well.

this
is
something
I've
been
doing
outside
of
tammy,
but
keeping
her
cut
in
his
sign.
I've
been
working
with
the
architect
a
school
sign
down
there
we
went
down,
took
some
additional
information,
we're
scheduled
to
go
to

hearing
on
the
9th
of
december
to
the
zba
to
try
and
get
that
passed
through.
There
was
a
couple
issues
with
them
and
the
primary
ones
seem
to
be
three
signs
on
the
frontage
we'll
go
into
all
the
regulatory
stuff,
because
it's
kind
of
crazy.

working

get

change
for
that
one
item,

approximately

as
opposed
to
what

we

make
sure

looking
at

amount

change
orders

aggregate

you're
talking
about
you
know
100,
I
mean
these
round
numbers
here,
we're
talking
about
100
million,
build
which,
whatever
that
may
be,
if
you're
within
3,
so

of
that
hundred
million
dollars
is,
is
where
that
number
would
be
in
a
claimed
situation.

reason
that
changed
is
because
the
change
orders
were
then
taken
against
the
owner's
contingency.
We
still
have
some
additional
change
orders
to
take
against
that,
so
it
may
show
whatever
the
figure
is
here:
seven
million
dollars

owner's
contingency,
it's
really
more
down
around
five
million.

basically,
what
that
means
is.
We
are
substantially
complete
with
the
structural
steel.
We
have
a
couple
of
pieces
here
and
there
to
install
and
some
detailing
ongoing,
but
pretty
much
all
the
steel
is
up
they're,
going
to
complete
decking
and
area
a
and
b
they're
scheduled
to
do
the
slab
on
decks
in
a
and
b
in
two
weeks
they
are
framing
in
area
c,
the
first
floor
and
second
floor
interior
and
exterior.

So
the
new
driveways
are
pretty
much
going
exactly
where
our
construction
entrances
are,
but
they
are
getting
ready
to
tie
in
for
the
the
sewer
and
then
they're
also
going
to
be
replacing
those
sidewalks
that
have
been
torn
up.
So
we've
contacted
the
highway
department
and
we
notified
the
police.
So
they
are
all
on
board
and
they
are
aware
and
gave
the
go
ahead
for
richards
if
they
do
go
on
the
road
to
be
the
the
ones
to
stop
traffic,
if
necessary.

pedestrians
buy,

then
the
entire
area
was
combed,
so
what
they
were
doing
is
digging
out
the
rest
of
that
for
the
new
apron,
that's
going
to
go
in
there
and
they're
going

dig

go

then
when
the
binder
goes
down,
they're
going
to
try
to
bind
her
into
that
area.

that
is
what
you
saw
today

you

comes

first

the

it

mock-up
installed
on
both
projects.

we
installed
the
avb.
Last
week
we
had
scs
our
commissioning
agent
come
and
install
little
pucks
they're
doing
an
abb,
pull
test
to
make
sure
that
the
abb
is
installed
properly
and
then,
once
that
pull
test
comes
back
approved,
which
I
believe
it
did
today,
they
can
go
ahead
and
start
av
being
area
c,
which
is
our
air
vapor
barrier
that
goes
behind
our
insulation
and
our
veneer
for
the
exterior
skin
of
the
building,
so
decking
others.

They
have
a
couple
little
patches
to
do
and
caps
to
do
around
the
roof,
rooftop
screening,
but
pretty
much
entirely
laid
down
so
they're
going
to
continue
going
through
going
over
to
a
and
b
beginning
next
week
rough
ruffins,
like
I
said,
they're
all
the
way
up.
I
know
the
plumbers
all
the
way
up
to
the
roof
and
then
the
duck
works
in
to
the
second
roof
beginning
in
the
third.

Masonry
is
pretty
much
all
wrapped
up
in
area

and
they
have
ramped
up
masonry
and
area
a
and
b,
so
the
gym,
the
gym
walls
are
being
built
right
now,
with
our
ground
face
cmu,
it's
a
special
ground
face
those
colors
we
have.

think
we
have
like
a
tan
tan
at
color
and
like
a
gray
at
west
side
or
sorry
mystic
river
in
thames
thames
river.

Besides
that,
they're
moving
along
with
sidewalks
on
the
property,
so
sidewalks
are
pretty
much
all
over
the
front
parking
lot
area.
They
are
making
sure
to
cover
them
with
blankets
and
they're,
following
all
the
cold
water
or
cold
weather
procedures
and
again
they're
prepping
for
the
binder
and
hoping
to
pave
before
the
plants
close
as
well.

Tell
them
to
pay
from
the
curb
to
the
center
line
or
as
far
as
their
paving
machine
reaches,
we
met,
and
we
may
get
some
pushback
that
they
ask
us
to
participate.
Some
in
the
final
course
because
we
did
the
patch

required

the
town.
But
we
didn't
do
the
final
course,
so
that
would
that
would
be
a
fair
compromise
and
probably
not
all
expensive.
It
should
be
actually
in.

order
already
the
baby,
so
that
should
not
necessarily
be
an
issue
there.
We're
still
we've
got
all
the
comments
back
from
planning
on
the
administrative
site
plan,
approval
for
the
driveway
change
and
the
rooftop
screening,
and
that
sort
of
thing
we're
just
waiting
for
a
final
sign
off
on
that.
So
that's
moving.
We
did
at
both
the
schools
and
we
did
mention
the
last
meeting
about
potential
irrigation
and
an
electrical
connection
for
the
ball
fields
at
cutler
or
mystic
river.

we
were
waiting
to
get
an
estimate
from
the
other
school.
So
once
once
we
get
that
we'll
bring
out
to
the
committee
and
say
this
is
what
we
like
to
do.

think
it's
very
much
value
added
if
we
do
get
some
irrigation
in
those
fields,
because
then
they're
usable
more
and
you
get
a
better
quality
quality
field
and
better
play
in
those
fields.

So,
with
the
town's
push
towards
better
fields,
it's
it
would
be
helpful,
but
it
would
also
help
with
the
maintenance
of
those
fields
as
far
as
fertilization
and
that
kind
of
stuff.
So
there
are
a
number
of
things
still
going
on
there,
but
both
projects
are
moving
along
one's
a
little
bit
behind
the
other,
but
we'll
get
there.

they
are
working
on
that
very
hard
west
side
or
what
thames
river
sorry
has
been
pushing
that
crew
to
catch
up
to
the
mystic
river
team
and
they
have
they.
They
are
probably
only
I'd,
say
three
weeks
behind
them

this
point,
they're
really
pushing
they're
getting
there
every
single
day,
they're
working,
not
just
saturdays
but
they're,
working
tens,
so
they'll
get
there.
They
will
and
as
soon
as
the
dry-in
happens,
they'll
move
even
faster.

we
have
no
injuries.
We
had
a
couple
months
ago.
In
the
beginning,
I
think
a
guy
slipped
and
fell
got
the
wind
knocked
out
of
him.
One
guy
closed
sorry,
but
told
me
to
laugh

his

box,
which
is
like
his
tool
tool
chest.
He
also
didn't
go
to
the
hospital,
and
that's
just
just
little
things
like
that.

don't
see
a
lot

garbage,

you

they're
doing
it
in
my
assessment,
they're
doing
a
good
job
of
keeping
that
organized,
and
you

I
checked
all
the
safety
tags
on
all
the
scaffolding
today,

just
because
it's
sort
of
my
thing,
but
you
know
the
updates
were
on
there.
The
dates
were
on

They
were
filled
out
all
the
green
tags
are
on
there
I
mean
these
are
all
the
sort
of
standard
protocols
within
the
industry.

a
trained,
confident
person
right,
and
so
they
signed
off
every
day
and
the
list
and
the
tag
is
right
on
there
and
I
flipped
them
all
over
today
made
sure
that
we
had
a
an
on
running
list,
they're
even
getting

saturdays
when
they're
working.
So
you
know
that's
positive
because
a
lot
of
times
that
gets
missed.
So
from
that
perspective,
I
felt
very
comfortable
when
inspecting
that
today,

know
they're
supposed
to,
he
has
briefings
with
people
on
how
safety
is,
but
I
know
how
important
safety
is
and
with
the
little
minor
things
that
have
happened
between
the
middle
school
and
now
over.

sometimes
you
turn
around
and
say
just
say.

mean
they've
done
a
wonderful
job
and
they've
kept
the
whole
thing
going.

appreciate
the
safety
aspect.

we've
been
fortunate
on
all
the
school
sites
to
really
not
have

work
workers
come
down
with
anything
like
that,

couple

cases

stayed
home

couple
cases
they
had
to
stay
home
because
they're
in
a
tracking
tracing
mode
or
whatever,
but
we've
been
really
fortunate.

far
as
that
goes,
and.

haven't,
we,
they
haven't
put
any
of
that
protocol
in
place.

mean
you
know
the
protocol
right
now
for
our
case
as
well
as
omg,
is
that
you
have
a
self-assessment
that
you
do
in
the
morning
for
your
own
personal,
but
we
haven't
implemented
that
and
fortunately
we
haven't
had
to
because
we
haven't
had
any
large
outbreaks
on
another
project
in
massachusetts.

it's
very
manageable.
Obviously,
once
the
building
gets
closed
in
yeah
and
you
know,
trade
starts
stacking
and
things
of
that
nature.
That's
when
it
gets.
It
has
some
more
criticality
to
it,

as
of
right
now
we're
in
pretty
good
shape-
and
you
know
for
credit
to
the
guys
that
are
doing
the
work
I
mean
for
the
mo.

the
most
part,
you
know
we're
seeing
a
more
logical
progression
where
you
know
guys
are
sort
of
stepping
where
the
mason
is
sort
of
go
and
go
and
go,
and
the
plumber's
like
behind
him
in
the
hvac
behind
him.
So
as
one
as
one
crew
steps
up
a
floor,
you
know
that
another
crew
slide
in
so
we're
having
a
pretty
good,
a
pretty
good
sequencing
right
now,
we'll
continue
to
try
to
do
that.
The
best
we
can
you
know
for
the
duration.
It
will
get
to
a
point
when
you
know.

honest,
there
are
onesie
twosies
out
there
no
question
and
what
we've
tried
to
do.

this
is
really
to
omg's
credit
too.

let's
give
credit
to
everybody

but
you

we've
tried

find
alternate
manufacturers,
maybe-
or
you
know,
we've
entertained.
You
know
having
discussions
with
the
design
team
about
okay,
so
I
know
we
wanted
x
type
of
mineral
wool,
but
why
type
of
mineral
wall
is
still
mineral
wool
and
it's
still
the
same
performance
specification.
So
can
we
also
use
this?

anything
that
has
the
potential
they
submit,
no
matter
what,
even,
if
they're,
going
to
change
or
not
change,
they're
going
to
submit
an
alternate
product
to
the
design
team.
So
we
don't
wait
for
an
approval.
We
already
have

approval
and
they
could
just
oh
and
you
can
just
go
ahead
and
get
that
order
done
taken
care
of,
as
brian
mentioned
great.

I
mentioned,
we
were
down
and
did
some
measurements
today,
we're
expecting
some
input
from
this
signed
person
and
an
actual
plan.
If
you
will
site
plan
layout
kind
of
thing
yeah,
he
had
some
interesting
comments.
You
know,
because
of
the
way
the
signs
located
and
looking
at
the
road-
and
you
just
have
that
experience
to
look
at
this
kind
of
triangle
thing
where
you
got
the
graso
tech
sign.
You've
got
a
sign
for
us,
the
school
of
equal
mass.
Well,
that's,
I
said
that's
not
going
to
happen
because
ours
is
eight
feet.

Long
and
theirs
is
15
feet
long,
but
it
came
up
with
a
good
suggestion
that
you
put
plantings
on
each
end.
So
you
have
the
sign
in
the
middle.
You
got
these
plantings,
so
the
masses
on
both
sides.
Look
equal
brian's
brought
some
information
because
we
think
we've
got
to
move
the
sign
for
sutton
park
back
potentially
so
I've
got.
I
sent
some
plans
off
to
the
drawings
that
I
marked
up,
sent
off
to
mark
barry,
so
we'll
be
talking
about
that.

But
brian
came
up
with
a
state
program
where
they
actually
have
some
directional
signs.
Where
you
could
put
one
on
the
north
side,
our
east
side,
one
on
the
west
side
that
says
sudden
park
ahead
or
whatever
so
the
sign
would
be
visible
for
the
road
it
wouldn't
be.
As
close
and
in
fact
right
now,
it's
under
a
tree.
So
it's
kind
of
difficult
to
see
anyway.
