Description
Harmony All Hands Meeting, June 20th, 2022
A
A
So
so
I
just
wanted
to
talk
just
briefly
about
that
and
the
one
other
topic
that
I
did
want
to
touch
on
because
it
is
on
everybody's
mind
right
now
is
a
little
bit
about
funding
of
grants
and
investments
and
stuff
like
that.
But
let's
start
off
with
ganesha.
Do
you
want
to
dive
in?
I
will
share
my
screen
and
show
our
june
milestones
and
deliverables.
A
So
let
me
know
if
you
can
see
this
everyone's
good.
I
saw
a
nod
from
brian,
so
ganesha.
Why
don't
you
take
us
through
yours
really
quickly
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
where
you're
standing,
if
you're
running
into
any
complications
or
problems
that
anybody
like.
I
could
help
you
with,
because
I'm
really
good
at
building
technical
bridges,
yeah.
B
Mine
is
not
updated
yet,
but
we'll
do
it
after
the
today
I
had
some
conflicts,
but
we
are
making
progress
on
the
tesla
seat
bridge
side,
mainly
mmr
hard
fork
is
getting
reviewed
and
hoping
this
week
will
finish
the
completely
complete
the
review
and
try
to
push
it
to
testnet,
but
we
are
continuing
to
do
the
end-to-end
local
network
testing,
which
is
happening
for
the
both
sides
already
and
on
the
bls
verification
in
the
smart
contract.
B
We
are
also
nearing
the
completion
of
the
implementation.
There
is
still
maybe
one
more
week
to
finish
it,
and
after
that
we
do
some
gas
estimation
and
really
get
get
some
numbers
on
like
how
much
expensive
it
will
be,
and
so
on.
Yeah.
The
other
item
is
like
front-end
revamp
migrating,
both
the
horizon
current
bridge
and
also
the
bitcoin
which
are
to
darker
theme
and
better
ux,
is
also
happening.
We
are
planning
to
finish
this
week.
B
We
go
through
review
and
comments
and
those
are
currently
being
addressed.
If
we
get
through
all
of
them
this
week,
we
should
be
able
to
deploy
them
as
well.
Yeah.
That's
the
overall
progress
update
on
the
bridge
frame.
A
Oh,
it's
exciting
yeah,
one
of
the
things.
That's
really
really
good.
To
keep
our
mind
on
when
we're
in
kind
of
the
market
situation
that
we're
in
is
that
we
build
that's
what
we
do.
First
and
foremost,
we
build
build
build
because
when
you
know
it
starts
taking
off
again,
we
will
have
all
of
the
foundations
underneath
us
that
we
need
to
just
do
serve
our
community
the
best
possible
way.
So,
thank
you,
ganesha
lee.
A
Let
me
turn
to
you
because
you're
right
there
above
ganesha
on
the
list,
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
your
deliverables.
If
you
have
a
moment
or
two
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
the
the
grants
and
anything
along
those
lines,
that
would
be
amazing.
C
So,
as
everyone
knows,
we've
been
focusing
the
team
effort
along
the
guilds
there's
we,
we
have
invited
a
number
of
you
here
to
to
palo
alto
in
july
to
really
come
work
tightly
and
sprint.
That's
our
summer,
sprint
to
build
traction
in
q3
and
q4,
so
a
lot
of
it
will
be
around
focusing
our
resources
and
time
and
effort.
So
resource
is
also
time
and
effort.
C
So
I
think
just
to
use
that
point
as
a
kicking
off
point
to
talk
more
about.
You
know
how
we're
managing
our
resources
right
now,
which
is
we
are
being
very
thoughtful
about
how
we're
managing
our
resource.
I
want
to
clarify
that
we
have
a
number
of
things.
We
have
both
cash
on
hand.
We
have
our
token
treasury
and
we
have
treasury
in
other
assets
that
we
have
invested
in
in
the
past
and
we
hold
so
all
together.
C
We're
still
in
a
really
strong
position
to
go
for
many
years,
and
so
we
really
want
to
convey
that
and
make
sure
that
especially
the
the
core
team
here
and
the
and
our
fellows
can
and
can
work
together
and
build.
But
at
the
same
time
the
challenge
is
also
real
in
in
this
environment
that
we
have
to
focus
on
many
fewer
things
right.
C
We
have
to
kind
of
just
just
kind
of
even
pause
or
give
up
on
some
of
the
initiatives
to
focus
getting
traction
on
a
couple
of
the
initiatives.
So
a
lot
of
people
have
been
asking
questions.
C
I
think
that's
that's
great,
that
everyone's
been
you
know,
asking
about
their
initiatives,
so
we'll
we'll
be
talking
to
everyone
on
the
team
about
whether
you
know
your
your
specific
initiative
or
your
specific
project
should
be
continuing,
or
we
need
to
pause
on
that
and
focus
your
efforts
on
something
else
which
is
along
the
idea
of
guild
and
also,
I
think
we
put
out
a
update
five
days
ago
on
the
forum
about
some
of
the
pauses
that
were
we're
taking
in
terms
of
the
these
various
initiatives,
whether
it's
styles
events
grants
investment,
and
I
also
want
give
to
kind
of
add
a
little
more
color
on
that
as
well,
but
yeah.
C
These
are.
These
are
obviously
hard
decisions
for
us
to
make.
Part
of
it
is
just
taking
a
pause
right
now
to
kind
of
assess
the
entire
global
picture
of
what
we're
doing
and
really
having
the
team
just
focus
on
probably
one
one
major
thing
to
get:
adoption
and
user
utility
value
on
chain
in
the
next
two
quarters,
so
I'll
I'll
pass
it
off
to
give
kind
of
just
as
a
good
transition.
D
Yeah,
so
just
expand
on
what
lee
was
saying
in
an
effort
to
reduce
operational
costs.
We
are
essentially
halting
all
payouts
to
grants
to
dows
events
everything's
on
hold
indefinitely.
Unfortunately,
it's
a
difficult
time,
but
this
is
where
we
can
focus
on
building
and
better
managing
our
treasury
to
make
sure
that
there's
a
a
runway,
that's
long
enough
to
allow
us
to
execute
on
all
of
our
plans.
D
I
know
this
is
very
difficult.
I've
had
to
speak
to
a
few
folks
on
the
forum
this
morning
already
who
are
ready
for
their
payout
milestones,
but,
unfortunately,
starting
immediately.
We
are
pausing
all
payouts.
A
Now
one
of
the
things
I
think
we
should
keep
in
mind
to
what
lee
mentioned
earlier.
A
Assets
on
hand
versus
cash
on
hand,
are
two
different
things
and
the
assets
on
hand
like
lethead,
give
us
a
runway.
You
know
giving
current
valuations
of
multiple
years,
and
so
that's
very
important
to
understand.
A
The
other
thing
to
understand
is
for
those
of
you
who
have
been
in
the
crypto
market
for
a
little
while
these
crashes
are
not
uncommon
and
the
teams
that
buckle
down
and
build
are
the
ones
who
end
up
being
stronger
on
the
other
side.
I
remember
very,
very
well
the
first
time
that
bitcoin
crossed
the
20
000
mark
was
back
in
was
that
december
of
2017,
and
then
two
months
later,
it
crashed
way
back
to
two
thousand
dollars,
and
everybody
was
saying
that
web
3
and
crypto
was
dead
yeah.
A
But
then
you
know
about
a
year
or
two
later
popped
back
up
to
60
000
and
that's
kind
of
where
we
were
so
just
keep
that
in
mind.
Web
3
is
a
fantastic,
powerful
technology
and
our
focus
just
needs
to
be
on
building
and
building
and
building,
because
the
users
are
going
to
come
and
the
product
and
market
fit
is
there
and
we
just
have
to
focus
on
the
goal
so
give.
A
I
know
you
were
bear
bad
news
there,
but
I
just
want
to
say
I
think
that
you
are
doing
a
phenomenal
job
in
a
difficult
situation,
and
I
don't
think
that
anybody
would
disagree
with
me
there.
So
of
course,
so
I
wanted
to
turn
really
quickly.
Let's
do
one
or
two
more
quick
updates
kelly.
I'm
gonna
pick
on
you
because
I
like
to
let
me
see
if
I
can
scroll
down
to
your
spot.
A
You
just
happen
to
be
underneath
give
on
on
my
video,
and
so
that's
that's
why
you
got
picked
okay.
Tell
kelly
now
tell
us
a
little
bit
about
what
you're
working
on.
Obviously,
I'm
not
sure
if
you've
updated
it
today,
but
I
am
so
excited
for
the
work
that
you're
doing.
I
know
that
the
website
needs
a
lot
of
help,
and
I
also
know
that
our
our
marketing
needs
just
a
touch
of
professionalism
which
you
bring
in
spades.
So
please
go
ahead.
E
Thanks
sam,
so
the
website
is
currently
on
hold
for
the
time
being,
due
to
some
of
the
changes
that
give
just
talked
about.
So
these
will
need
to
get
updated,
but
we
had.
We
were
working
on
a
design
concept
that
was
almost
confirmed
and
we
were
in
the
process
of
going
to
onboard
the
rest
of
our
team,
but
those
are
all
halted
for
now
for
a
pr
firm.
E
We
have
two
contracts
that
need
to
get
signed,
one
for
something
that
will
help
us
through
the
summer
and
then
another
firm
that
will
work
with
us
going
forward
from
mid-august
onwards.
So
those
are
those
will
be
100,
hopefully,
by
the
end
of
the
day
today
and
we'll
be
having
two
press
releases
before
the
end
of
july
and
then
several
more,
which
I
cannot
tell
you
or
else
it
will
not
be
a
surprise
when
the
news
is
published.
A
E
But
stay
tuned
for
what
those
are
so
yeah.
A
G
Yeah
I
I
actually
had
to
update
a
couple
of
things
here
due
to
recent
changes.
The
first
was
the
first
change
I
actually
updated.
Sorry,
I
updated
my
first
deliverable
to
interviewing
for
community
members.
I
am
interviewing
specific
community
members
who
are
not
just
supportive
and
familiar
with
harmony,
but
also
familiar
with
other
chains
and
asking
some
basically
asking
them
questions
to
gather
sentiment,
suggestions
and
feedback.
G
So
that's
underway.
I
have
another
person,
I'm
speaking
with
today.
I
know
I
say
four,
it's
likely
going
to
be
six.
I
would
leave
it
at
four
foot
for
now,
anyway.
Moving
on
second
item
is
assist
script,
writing
quality
assurance
on
for
one
weekly.
That
includes
both
newsletter
and
one
weekly
script
for
the
video
series,
as
well
as
helping
with
editing
on
the
video
series
before
we
publish
it
over
to
youtube.
G
So
it's
50
done.
Of
course
we
have
the
next
one
coming
up
this
friday.
Actually,
no,
it
should
be
75
done.
Scandal,
75
done
all
right
with
one
more
to
go
at
the
end
of
the
week
published
on
the
24th
and
the
last
is
this
is
going
to
have
to
be
I'll
I'll
have
to
update
this
last
one
coordinate
to
marketing
opportunities.
G
I
had
a
couple
of
things
in
mind
when
I
wrote
that
down
at
the
beginning
of
the
month-
and
I
started
on
that
work,
but
I
don't
think
now
is
the
best
time
to
launch
those.
So
I'm
gonna
have
to
change
that
now
you
did
launch.
Was
it
last
week
that
you
launched
the
the
one
weekly
shorts
or
is
it
the
week
before?
Yes,
but
I
can't
take
I
assisted
with
that.
I
don't
want
to
take
credit
for
that.
G
A
huge
portion
of
that
goes
out
to
andrew
who
is
on
this
zoo
meeting
as
well
as
logan.
I
did
help
in
a
number
of
ways,
but
yeah
I
mean
I
can
add
to
that
there,
but
yeah.
A
A
Daniel's,
terrific
he's
really
great
he's,
always
killing
it.
Sometimes
one
of
the
the
the
what's
the
right
word,
one
of
the
drawbacks
to
this
radical
transparency
that
we
have
to
showing
like
these
deliverables
on
an
ongoing
basis
is
sometimes
there's
a
in
fact,
most
of
the
time,
there's
a
ton
of
work
that
happens
behind
the
scenes
that
we
don't
necessarily
put
out
for
for
public
consumption
and
daniel
ends
up
being
the
point
person
on
a
lot
of
that.
So
this
is
just
the
stuff
that
he
can.
A
A
So
daniel,
I
appreciate
your
work.
I
think
you
definitely
have,
in
my
view,
200
percent
of
your
work
done,
even
though
you're
only
standing
out
what
is.
G
A
G
Deliverable
with
something
that
is
just
as
impactful
as
terrific.
A
Terrific
all
right,
so
I'm
going
to
turn.
Let
me
pull
up
the
most
recent
status
of
the
guilds
and
I'm
gonna
turn
to
those
really
quickly
just
so
that
we
can
talk
about
it
a
little
bit
now.
A
A
This
is
not
all
of
the
stuff
that
we're
doing
there's
a
lot
of
other
stuff
that
we
are
doing,
but
these
are
the
areas
that
we're
like:
okay,
let's
focus
cleanly
and
clearly
on
these
initiatives.
To
make
sure
we
understand
who
is
running
who's
in
charge,
who
we
can
talk
to
and
turn
to
when
we
have
a
question
about,
let's
say
the
btc
bridge
or
the
east
bridge,
or
you
know,
developer
growth
right.
A
We
have
these
guilds
in
place
for
a
very
strong
reason,
because
we
need
to
understand
what
other
people
are
doing,
so
we
can
communicate
and
ask
questions
so
from
the
protocol
side.
Obviously,
rj
is
running
that
up,
but
he
also
has
max
constantine
and
I
always
mispronounce
your
name.
I'm
sorry
geese
and
dalping
from
the
devops
side,
that's
leo
himself
and
of
course,
diego
serchit,
tajir,
howdy
and
ludi
all
join
leo
when
doing
developer
operations
and
then
the
bridge
builder
team.
A
This
is
ganesha's
very
powerful
team
with
aaron,
bruce
samar
on
the
east
bridge
and
then
yuri
hash,
sergey
and
all
right
give.
How
would
you
pronounce
to
jossey
to
josie?
That's.
D
A
Very
american
hi
everyone,
hi
tj,
hi
event
for
developer
growth.
Of
course
we
have
jenya
and
then
jack
aquan,
victor
and
artem
all
working
on
the
dev
growth
side.
Now
on
the
business
side.
This
is
what
a
lot
of
our
work
does.
I
mean
it's
prett,
it's
fairly
equal,
but
there's
a
lot
of
our
really
intelligent.
Really
smart
engineers
build
amazing
things,
but
we
have
to
make
sure
that
those
engineers
have
sandwiches
and
that
they
have.
A
You
know
the
the
resources
that
they
need
and
that
we're
able
to
take
their
very
amazing
things
and
get
them
off
the
shelves
into
the
hands
of
our
community
and
that's
what
business
does
so,
of
course,
the
operations
we
got
stephen
and
lee
there
and
then
give
of
course,
who's
the
master
of
all
things
operations.
Honestly,
if
anybody
ever
has
any
questions,
don't
call
give
because
he's
probably
busy
hope
that
we
have
tom
in
that
mix
as
well
and
support,
of
course,
by
amanda
and
rob.
I
had
a
great
time
with
amanda.
A
Last
week
she
was
in
the
office
and
her
one
of
the
things
that
she
is
always
jumping
on.
My
head
about
is
the
fact
that
I
don't
link
my
deliverables,
often
enough,
so
if
you
guys
are
being
bothered
by
amanda.
That
means
you
need
to
link
your
deliverables
to
something
that
people
can
follow
through
on
the
game
side.
A
Peter
billa,
our
our
mastering
commander
peter
umbila,
is
running
that
and
I'm
supporting
him
at
massively
he's
currently
in
new
york
city
at
nftnyc
meeting
with
a
bunch
of
potential
partners
talking
to
just
everybody
and
anybody
there,
and
he
is,
you
know,
he's
a
master
at
that
and
then
I'm
supported,
of
course,
by
maddie
and
essa
and
al
and
leon,
and
then
for
content,
and
sometimes
I
get
confused
about
the
difference
between
content
and
communications,
but
with
content.
A
D
Yeah
so
it
comes,
is
you
know,
communications
right,
so
tweets
anything
that
needs
to
be
announced
blog
posts,
whereas
content
is
about
videos,
it's
about
messaging
that
goes
inside
the
website.
Things
like
that.
A
Gotcha
gotcha
so
communications
a
little
bit
more.
You
know
gotcha,
I'm
not
even
gonna.
You
actually
can
encapsulated
it
really
well
jeff.
I
don't
need
to
repeat
your
your
words:
smart
man,
and
then
we
have
nft
products
and
nft
partners.
Products
were
you
know,
leading
by
by
brian,
with
some
support
from
hill
who
comes
in
from
time
to
time.
He's
he's
great.
A
We
love
him
he's
at
our
barbecues
and
our
tgi's
all
the
time,
and
I
miss
working
with
him
on
a
day-to-day
basis,
but
they're
both
supported
by
jeremy,
dmitry,
mikey,
tim
and
kayla,
and
then
the
partners
that's
led
up
by
jack
and
he's
supported
by
rachel
and
devin,
sami
nick
richard
han
cristano
miguel
and
garrick
brian.
Could
you
walk
me
through
a
little
bit
the
difference
between
what
is
an
nft
product
versus
what
is
an
nft
partner.
H
That
is
exactly
what
we
are
mapping
out
this
week
in
a
couple
of
meetings,
so
so
get
into
a
delorean
and
ask
me
that
for
a
reverse,
delorean
and
ask
me
that
next
week,
but
I
could,
I
could
totally
blow
v8
and
pontificate
and
bs
my
way
through
that
question.
But
I
really
want
to
match
it
out
with
with
both
teams
and
stakeholders,
as
there
is
a
certain
overlap.
A
Awesome
yeah,
I
also
I'm
not
quite
sure
in
my
brain
and
I'm
looking
forward
to
jumping
in
delorean
by
the
way
brian.
We
are
dating
ourselves
with
that
reference
as
a
time
travel
mechanism-
maybe
not
quite
as
bad
as
a
tardis,
but
you
really
should
be
saying
something
like
a
hot
tub
time
machine.
That's
really
what
the
kids
are.
I
don't
know
I'm
too
old,
but
the
point
is
is
in
my
head
and
I
can't
you
know
I'll
wait
to
make
this
official
after
you
have
the
conversation.
A
The
products
are
more
the
artists
and
artwork
and
nfts
and
and
the
music
that
will
be
put
on
to
these
various
different
marketplaces
and
the
partners
are
things
like
the
marketplaces
and
the
various
different
tech
back
that
we
could
use.
I
don't
want
to
make
that
as
the
confirmation,
but
that
was
in
my
head
kind
of
what
I
was
thinking
as
the
initial
idea
and
absolutely
maybe
completely
made
it
yeah
yeah
100,
absolutely
maybe
I
think
60
of
the
time
it
works
every
time,
all
right,
so
that's
kind
of
it
on
the
guilds.
A
A
Wow,
that
was,
I
mean
everyone,
as
their
all
of
their
questions
are
solved.
Nobody
has
any
issues.
Even
bruce
is
like
no
man,
I'm
good.
So
that's
excellent.
All
right
then,
give
go
ahead
and
throw
us
up
into
our
our
breakout
rooms.
I
applaud
all
of
you
guys
for
joining
us
today
and
I
look
forward
to
seeing
almost
oh
wait.
We
have
abby
who
has
a
quick
question
I'll
be
coming
in
from
paris.
Aren't.
I
You
asleep:
hey
yeah,
it's
quite
late
actually,
but
no
I
don't.
I
didn't
really
have
it.
I
have
a
question
sam,
but
I
just
wanted
to
share
this.
One
update,
which
I
just
saw
this
morning,
is
that
one
of
the
articles
that
we
wrote
multi-six
taking,
is
actually
ranking
on
top
of
google
and
bing.
So
if
you
guys
search
multi-six
taking
it's
harmonies
article
that
shows
up-
which
I
think
is
great
so
this
again
with
the
focus
being
seo
and
trying
to
bring
bump
that
up
just
wanted
to
share
that
with
the
team.
G
That's
excellent
and
and
similar
to
that
abi
wrote
a
an
article
last
month.
I
believe
right.
I
don't
think
it
was
mentioned
on
the
the
all
hands
abby,
but
you
wrote
an
article
last
month
that
trended
in
the
same
way
it
was
about
cross-shard
messaging
right.
That's.
A
I
No,
but
I
think
with
the
focus
we
would,
I
think,
with
with
all
the
reorganization
going
we
like
daniel
and
I
in
our
regular
101
meetups.
We
we
decided
to
bring
the
focus
more
on
seo
specific
stuff
so
that
you
know
we
can
try
to
bump
that
up
also
on
with
the
google
bot.
So
I
I
think
it's
it's.
It's
still
a
work
in
progress,
but
it's
this.
These
signs
show
that
it's
working
so
we're
going
to
continue
to
double
down
on
that.
