Harmony takes to the streets in Rio de Janeiro to offer funding for builders and projects making a social impact in Brazil. Our Project Y team focused on social tokens and funding for the local projects started here in Rio. Strong connections were made here focusing on the Latin American growth in the Web3 space. Through community led projects, Harmony found ways to contribute to the locals’ needs in funding, electronics, and friendship, including developing a hacker house with Museu de Favela. We funded the Blu3 DAO scholars to come to Rio and some of these amazing individuals even won the hackathon prize.
