Q&A
C
Yes,
I
it
might
be
a
little
loud,
I'm
in
an
airport.
Currently
so
apologies
for
the
background
noise,
but
I
think
I'll
just
make
sure
that
I'm
on
youtube.
C
E
B
All
right
as
we
pull
this
stuff
together,
I'm
gonna
give
a
few
more
minutes
for
more
people
to
join
on.
I'm
gonna
ask
what
I'm
gonna
do.
Is
I'm
gonna
mute
everybody
on
the
call
as
they
come
in?
B
Admit
everybody
as
they
come
in
which
I'm
gonna
change,
that
for
later
a
later
meeting,
hello
rach?
How
are
you.
F
G
F
B
Yeah,
all
those
invites
have
gone
out,
they've
all
been
added,
obviously
just
so
everyone
knows
as
we
load
this
up.
I
am
recording
this
meeting,
so
please
do
not
say
anything
untoward
or
blue.
We
will
be
posting
it
to
our
youtube
channel
a
little
bit
later
as
soon
as
we
finish
here,
but
the
idea
here
is:
we
want
to
make
sure
you
know.
Every
single
day
the
dow
operations
team
comes
together
this
morning
at
about
9
15
in
the
morning,
and
we
go
through
funding
requests
and
we
go
through.
B
Basically
everything
we
could
possibly
go
through
the
funding
request,
tooling,
requests.
We
talk
about
onboarding,
we
talk
about
what
else
we
can
do
to
make
the
dow
ecosystem
better
devon.
What
else
do
we
talk
about.
A
Rules
that
will
make
the
ecosystem
better.
We
laugh
at
some
dad
jokes
that
sam
tells
that's
true,
but
we
do
we
do
a
lot
yeah.
No,
we
don't
laugh
you're
right.
C
No,
you
nailed
it
sam
and
again,
apologies
folks.
If
there's
a
background,
noise,
yeah.
B
There's
some
background
noise,
so
it's
not
bad.
It
is
like
it's
just
a
little
distracting,
so
let's
we
should
watch
that
carefully.
Okay,
so
let's
get
started
now
in
our.
The
idea
here
today
is
that
we
will
go
through
the
same
sort
of
the
same
sort
of
operations
that
we
would
normally
go
through,
where
we
have
you
know,
devin
and
rachel
and
mikey.
B
We
pull
up
our
our
notes
for
the
for
the
day
and
then
we
go
through
the
various
different
action
items
that
need
to
get
done.
So
normally
what
happens
is
we'll
start
with
a
conversation
of
either
kind
of
what's
going
on
in
tools
or
what's
going
on
in
funding
this
morning,
we're
going
to
do
it
a
little
bit
differently,
because
we
realize
that
that
most
of
you
haven't
seen
kind
of
the
ongoing
process.
B
So
what
we
want
to
start
with
is
basically
a
seven
day
recap
and
so
mikey.
If
you
have
the
ability
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
what
dows
were
approved
this
last
week.
That
would
be
great.
But
given
your
your
background,
noise,
we
may
have
to
take
that
on
ourselves.
What
I'm
gonna
do?
Mikey,
are
we
using
the
air
table
to
show
off
the
pipeline
here
or
not.
C
We're
gonna
use
the
air
table
a
little
later
when
we
dive
deep
into
funding
proposals,
but
just
notes
wise
right
off
the
bat
I'd
like
to
say
that,
yes,
in
the
past
week,
we've
actually
approved
several
doubts
for
for
bootstrap
grain
and
we've
been
absolutely
killing
it
with
regional
doubts
lately
and
regional
dows
in
turn
have
been
killing
it
themselves.
C
So
this
is
what
I'm
very
excited
about
is
because
the
dows
that
were
approved
this
past
week
aren't
just
regional
downs,
they're
very
unique
doubts,
which
is
something
very
exciting.
We
approved
the
lighted
up
dial,
which
wants
to
bring
projection
art
to
web3
and
have
classes
about
projection
art
all
over
the
all
over
the
country
for
different
events,
there's
also
a
great
path
of
self-sustainability
there.
We
also
did
the
aura
dogs
dial,
which
wants
to
you,
know
bring
web
3
to
animal
care.
C
You
know
it
in
real
life
utility
yeah,
and
then
we
had
the
beta
dao,
which
is
very
focused
on
chinese
pre-entrepreneurs
and
bringing
them.
B
B
C
Silence,
buddy
yeah,
no
and
I'm
sorry
again,
everybody
but
yeah,
no
so
very
exciting
stuff
that
we
got
going
on
the
philippines.
Dial
was
also
regional
down
that
was
approved
for
bootstrap
brands
in
the
past
week.
They
just
recently
just
last
night
or
this
morning,
completed
their
translation
milestone,
and
so
they
should
be
getting.
You
know
ten
thousand
dollars
in
their
treasury
suit
to
do
whatever
the
governors
and
the
community
deems
necessary.
B
Wow,
so
we
have
a
bunch
of
people
who
are
dropping
out
and
dropping
and
pulling
back
in
and
so
every
time
I
try
to
write
notes,
it's
like
no,
you
can't
write
notes,
you
have
to
admit
somebody
to
the
meeting.
Okay,
so
translation
is
done
all
right.
Anything
else
on
the
dow
approved
so
far
and
all
of
those
were
for
the
50k
bootstrap
is
that
right,
mikey.
C
But
moving
forward
once
the
mvd
is
published,
it's
all
it's
all
going
to
be
different,
but
these
three
we
did
approve
before
that
change
happened
also
just
really
quickly.
The
nigeria
dao
also
had
a
flurry
of
activity
for
for
funding,
which
is
very
exciting.
C
They're
also
they're,
co-sponsoring
a
hackathon,
and
I
just
wanted
to
put
this
in
front
of
you
sam
they
requested
or
they
they
want
to
know.
If
two
members
can
come
to
nigeria
during
the
days
of
the
hackathon
which
is
in
may,
I
believe
court.
B
So
do
we
know
so
there
are
two
members,
so
two
of
the
governor,
the
signatories
of
the
dao,
want
to
come
to
nigeria
for
a
hackathon.
B
Right
we
need
to
date,
yeah
yeah,
yeah
yeah,
let's
see
harmony
core
so
get
the
dates
for
us
odds
are,
is
right
now,
no
as
you
as
you
may
see,
we
brought
the
entire
team,
like
you
know,
to
denver.
For
the
entire
month,
we've
had
a
lot
of
team
members
that
have
been
at
ethrio.
We've
had
a
lot
of
team
members
that
have
been
at
austin.
B
We
have
a
few
more
events
coming
up,
so
we
have
a
very
small
number
of
team
members,
like
literally
the
core
team
is
about
20
people
and
having
them
fly
all
around
the
world.
All
the
time
is
sometimes
a
little
tough.
That
being
said,
we
may
be
able
to
do
something
virtually
so
coming
out
in
person
to
nigeria
is
probably
a
no.
It's
I'm
actually
95
sure
that
that's
gonna
be
a
no,
but
having
somebody
participate
virtually
may
be
a
possibility.
B
That
being
said,
there
are
a
variety
of
initiatives
that
are
happening
over
the
next
two
or
three
months
in
africa.
I
know
that
adrian
and
the
production
team
will
be
headed
out
there
to
work
with
the
the
ghana
unity
dao
around
the
goddard
summit
and
panel,
as
well
as
the
sierra
leone
dao,
and
the
sierra
leone
bootstrapping
training
development
work
that
princess
sarah
is
doing,
and
also
the
work
with
with
kwaku
mandela
for
the
house
of
mandela
dao.
B
C
And
and
also
we'll
have
afrika
dao
we'll
be
hosting
a
hackathon
in
kenya
in
nairobi,
correct
yeah
on
that
same
yeah.
So
let
me
let
me
let
me
get
the
dates
and
then
I'll
put
them
in
the
notes.
B
One
other
thing
mikey
that
we
should
start
talking
about
is:
are
we
going
to
continue?
I
know
this
is
going
to
open
a
count
of
worms.
Are
we
going
to
continue
referring
to
the
african
doubt
as
the
africa
dao
or
is
it
the
impact
impact
plus
dao
or
is
when
you
refer
to
the
african
doubt?
Is
that
something
different
than
than
what
we
have
talked
about
before
the
afrika
dao
is
still
the
africa
now
currently,
okay,
all
right,
I
know
I
know
that.
B
There's
a
lot
a
lot
of
work,
that's
being
done
on
that,
there's
a
lot
of
community
discussions
and
some
very,
very
passionate
people
talking
about
what
they
want
to
do
and
what
what
they
want
to
see
happen,
which
is
terrific.
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
I
do
give
space
for
the
community
themselves
to
be
able
to
make
these
sort
of
decisions.
C
And
I
I
believe
there
is
going
to
be
a
vote
on
that
soon.
I
I
don't
believe
it's
happened
yet,
but
there's
going
to
be
a
vote
for
the
name:
change
excellent,
that's
exciting,
good
to
watch
so
so
so
as
of
now
due
to
community.
I
just
make
sure
to
just
keep
calling
it
africa
down.
Okay,
because
that's
where
we're
at.
B
Yeah,
I
think
that,
and
I
think
that's
right
so
I
think
that's
the
right
decision,
okay,
cool
anything
else
on
the
dow
approved
from
last
week,
topic.
B
Yeah
all
so
super
devs
flipping
it
over.
B
To
you
about,
can
you
tell
us
about
the
dow
tools
that
were
launched
this
last
week.
A
Yeah,
so
we
did
an
awesome
download
last
friday,
where
we
had
the
teams
on.
If
you
were
there.
Thank
you
guys
so
much
for
showing
up
that.
We
had
five
dow
tools.
Well,
there's
six.
We
can
talk
about
it,
but
the
first
one
was
charm
burst.
So
charm
verse
is
like
notion,
but
for
dow
tools.
A
A
It's
a
really,
really
neat
tool,
very
simple:
it
is
currently
in
beta
but
is
fully
on
chain
integrated,
so
just
join
their
discord
and
they'll
get
they'll,
get
you
added
to
the
beta
edition
and
it
will
be
coming
out
fully
on
harmony
with
a
lot
of
other
great
features
throughout
the
year
slowly
in
phases,
but
it
is
usable
now,
there's
also
d-work,
so
d-work
is
think
trello.
A
So
if
you're
not
used
to
notion-
and
you
have
a
more
affinity
for
a
trello
style
user
interface,
dwork
is
probably
for
you
and
your
down,
it
is
yeah.
The
ability
to
manage
tasks,
see
the
pipeline
of
what
is
going
on
again
have
bounties
attached
there,
a
really
great
team
and
they've
also
integrated
with
integrated
it
with
discord,
so
that
you
can
have
say
your
dow
just
discord
chat
and
you
can
see.
Oh
new
bounty,
I'm
gonna
go
click
on
that.
A
Do
that
bounty
and
you
can
see
the
progress
of
that
bounty
as
it
goes
again,
you
can
use
any
token
for
that.
You
can
use
one
governance,
tokens
or
nfts
and
again
you
can
start
to
build
that
reputation
within
your
dow,
which
is
again
really
important.
Then
we
have
a
bola
network,
so
bola
network
is
a
in.
You
know,
ability
to
send
invoices
pay
remittances
and
essentially
just
manage
the
entire
dow's
accounting,
but
also
on
chain
also
really
really
great
team.
All
these
teams
are
fantastic,
and
this
tool
is
super.
A
Clean
super
easy
to
use
was
blown
away
when
they,
when
they
pitched
it
to
us.
We
also
have
top
gg,
so
top
gg
is
essentially
a
the
ability
to
go
somewhere
and
search
the
for
dials
that
are
on
harmony
right
and
the
thing
that
you
can
do
is
really
cool.
Is
please
go
over
to
top
gg
put
put
your
dow
on
there
and
then,
if
you're,
looking
for
grant
funding,
you
can
put
in
the
category
box,
you
know
harmony,
grant
or
harmony
grant
need
like
just
find
a.
A
A
Looking
for
a
grant,
that's
the
stage
they're
at
or
this
dow
is
looking
for
a
grant,
and
maybe
you
dig
in
you
realize
oh
they've
been
around
for
a
while
they're
coming
over
from
another
network,
so
really
great
indexing
site
that
I
recommend
every
dao
utilized
and
then
we
had
well
one
reputation.
I
think
sam
I'll
leave
you
to
discuss
one
reputation
or
I'm
I'm
happy
to.
I
think
your
own,
not.
A
B
Yeah
so,
but
I'll
talk
about
one
reputation
in
just
a
minute:
cool.
A
And
then
the
last
one
we
had
for
this
month
with
is
commonwealth,
so
commonwealth,
actually
just
fully
integrated.
Yesterday
we're
going
to
do
a
webinar,
get
that
information
out
there
about
how
to
use
commonwealth.
What
it
is
is
essentially
a
forum
site
where
you
can
have
full
transparency.
I
think
talk.harmony.org,
but
with
you
know,
on-chain
integration.
So
you
can
do
governance.
You
can
do
votes.
You
can
see
what
other
dials
are
voting
on.
A
It's
just
a
little
more
concise
view
of
dows,
specifically
rather
than
just
forums
where
you
don't
know
who's
part
of
what
and
in
the
future.
That
will
right
now.
It'll
be
your
taos
out
there
with
all
the
other
dows
and
the
sea
of
daos.
But
it
will.
We
will
have
a
system
where
you
can
then
see
oh
harmony
and
then
all
the
dows
that
are
on
harmony,
so
it
will
be
consolidated
to
one
place.
So
you
don't
have
to
be
searching
the
sea
of
daos.
A
That
are,
you
know
across
many
different
networks
and
then
are
we
going
to
oh
this
question
for
sam?
Are
we
going
to
share
access
to
the
doc
after.
B
So
boom
yeah,
that's
a
good
question,
so
this
particular
dock
is
effectively
our
our
ongoing
notes.
So
it
doesn't
make
sense
to
share
it
with
everybody,
but
this
particular
video
will
be
posted
to
youtube
and
so
you'll
be
able
to
see
go
back
and
view
all
that.
The
other
thing
that
I'll
mention
is
we
have
the
dow
operations
notion
page
where
we
have
everything
that's
going
on
with
the
daos.
B
We
have
this
dow,
tooling
dashboard,
which
people
can
come
and
look
at
to
see
where
things
are,
where
they've
been
integrated
kind
of
what
the
status
is
about,
where,
if
they're
done
or
not
so
all
of
this
stuff
is
on
here
that
you
can
dive
in
and
take
a
look
rachel
had
a
statement
to
say
something
really
quick.
B
The
notion
should
be
able
to
access
and
see,
but
they
should
they
they
should
not
be
able
to
to
edit
it.
I
will
have
to
double
check
that,
because
I
know
that
just
this
last
week
we
did
kind
of
a
blank
and
blate
blink
it
like
the
thing
that
you
wrap
yourself
up
when
you're
cold
kind
of
a
lockdown
of
the
notion
site,
and
so
I
just
have
to
double
check,
and
I
know
it's
hit
a
bunch
of
I
like
rachel's,
constantly
saying
hey.
I
can't
get
my
thing
and
devin's
like.
B
A
B
Then
that's
yeah
yeah,
so
that's
the
other
thing
for
everyone
to
be
able
to
see
is
the
on
harmony
protocol
youtube.
You
should
be
able
to
find
all
of
these
training
videos
devin.
I
know
that
you've
been
recording
them
and
and
getting
them
done
do
we
know
if
they've
started
being
pushed
out
to
the
youtube
channel.
Yet
no.
A
B
B
So
watch
so
everyone
on
the
on
the
call
watch
the
youtube
channel.
It's
not
going
to
be
a
harmony
garage,
sorry,
but
but
there
will
be
these
great
training
videos
that
you
can
understand
how
to
use
these
various
different,
dow
toolings
and
just
for
a
little
bit
of
visualization
into
the
grand
process.
B
This
is
our
current,
a
stack
of
of
dows,
we'll
we'll
go
into
this
a
little
bit
later
mikey,
but
I
just
wanted
to
show
off
that.
We
do
have
these
pipelines
that
are
constantly
running
about
where
things
are,
but
I
want
to
go
back
to
our
our
agenda.
A
Seven
days
it
would
just
be
to
discuss
one
reputation
and,
within
the
last
seven
days
other
than
redoing
the
dow
tooling
grant
guideline,
but
that's
not
really
that's
coming
up
in
terms
of
publishing
so.
A
B
B
So
one
of
the
reasons
why
I
did
the
coordinate
challenge
is
I'm
trying
to
get
as
many
dows
on
quarter
nape
as
possible,
specifically
for
one
reputation
so
this
last
week,
oh
by
the
way,
just
fyi,
we
are
going
to
do
a
q
a
towards
the
end
of
the
discussion.
So
albert
keep
your
keep
your
question
in
hand
and
and
we'll
make
sure
to
address
it
a
little
bit
later,
so
the
coordinate
challenge
thousand
dollars
for
every
day
that
gets
20
members
or
more
signed
up
on
coordinate
at
this
stage.
B
B
We
every
single
one
that
sent
it
in
to
me.
Everyone
who
sent
it
into
rachel,
you
have
been
funded.
That
doesn't
mean
you
have
completely
messed
up
like
you've,
completely
missed
it,
but
it's
saying
that
particular
coordinate
challenge
for
now
is
closed.
We'll
have
many
other
adoption
challenges
going
forward
as
these
tools
get
launched.
So
watch
carefully
for
those,
as
you
see
them,
one
reputation
folds
into
coordinate
challenge,
because
what
happens
with
coordinate
is
that
you
get
all
of
your
peers.
B
Tell
you
what
you've
done.
They
say:
okay,
devon!
You
know
I.
I
really
think
that
devon
needs
to
be
recognized,
for
you
know
all
the
work
he
did
last
week.
Rachel
really
didn't
show
up
to
work
at
all
and
mikey.
You
know
he
kind
of
flies
in
and
out,
and
so
I
can
rank
how
I
recognize
my
team
members
by
the
way
that
would
never
happen.
Rachel
is
massively
like
she's
constantly
online
constantly
working
mikey
is
high.
All
the
time.
No,
I'm
kidding
plane
wise,
that's
a
height
elevator
he's.
B
He's
got
an
airplane
he's
at
30
000
feet
all
the
time.
No,
but
the
point
is:
is
the
entire?
The
entire
team
is
able
to
say?
Okay,
I
recognize
I
work
with
them
really.
Well,
I
can
do
a
peer
recognition
bonus
what
they
did
currently,
it's
with
tokens
that
don't
exist
on
chain,
but
what
will
happen
in
the
future
is,
as
you
get
those
tokens
you
can
generate
a
psv
file
or
a
an
excel
spreadsheet
file.
B
That
will
tell
you
exactly
what
that
that
distribution
looks
like
and
then
you'll
be
able
to
plug
it
into
the
tool.
The
one
reputation
that's
currently
final
being
finalized
being
built,
and
then
those
tokens
that
you
allocated
will
be
turned
into
non-transferable
tokens
specific
to
your
dow.
B
So,
for
example,
the
community
gao
has
community
dow
reputation
tokens
and
those
will
be
dropped
directly
into
your
one
wallet
that
you
use
to
sign
up
for
one
while
into
your
your
wallet
that
you've
used
to
sign
up
on,
coordinate
and
that
reputation
will
track
with
your
wallet.
So
it's
the
closest
thing
to
your
identity
as
possible.
A
real
reputation,
that's
helpful
for
two
different
reasons:
number
one.
B
The
dow
will
be
able
to
trigger
votes
that
are
not
based
on
one
wallet,
one
vote
or
based
on
the
amount
of
ones
that
you
have
in
your
wallet.
So
it's
no
longer
kind
of
individual
democracy
or
plutocracy
about
you
know
the
rule
of
the
rich.
Now
what
it
is
is
based
on
your
reputation,
based
on
your
expertise
that
your
colleagues
and
your
co-workers
have
attributed
to
you.
B
That's
what
is
weighted
for
your
vote,
and
so,
as
you
know,
somebody
who
is
a
master
of
no,
as
somebody
who
is
a
has
a
lot
of
experience
with,
let's
say
dowsed
and
I'm
in
the
dow
dao
I
may
have
5
000,
dow
reputation,
points
and
rachel
who
just
joined.
It
may
have
a
hundred
reputation
points,
and
so,
when
we
have
a
vote
through
quadratic
voting
based
on
reputation
points,
my
expertise
will
be
higher
weighted
than
rachel's
expertise.
B
Rachel
will
still
be
able
to
vote,
but
my
vote
will
be
higher
rated,
because
I
understand
this
field
that
we're
voting
on
better
than
rachel,
based
on
what
my
peers
have
said.
So
that's
what
one
reputation
will
be
I
want
to.
I
want
to
stop
there
and
move
on.
I
just
want
to
let
you
guys
know
that
we're
getting
there.
Okay,
so
that
that's
where
we
stand
right
now.
I
am
slightly
remiss
because
the
next
thing
is
is
dow
funding.
Mikey,
do
you
happen
to
have
off
the
top
of
your
head?
B
C
No,
no
thank
you.
Thank
you.
You
know
so
in
the
last
seven
days,
just
last
night
or
was
the
day
before
the
developer,
dow
was
funded
for
100
000,
so
awesome
other
than
that.
Just
today,
the
nigeria
dow
has
put
in
a
couple
of
I
mentioned
this
earlier,
a
couple
of
invoices
requests
to
get
funding
for
milestones
that
they
have
accomplished.
I
can
acknowledge
that
I
can
verify
that
so
by
next
week.
C
This
will
be
a
very
different
conversation,
because
there's
going
to
be
a
couple,
more
funding,
there's
going
to
be
more
funding
going
on,
especially
when,
because
as
of
now,
the
lighted
up
down
or
a
dog's
dial
and
veda
dao
have
just
been
approved.
I
haven't
quite
received
funding
yet,
but
that's
coming
it's
coming.
C
Probably
you
know
as
soon
as
as
soon
as
they
submit
the
invoice
to
grant
dash
funding,
we
can
approve
it,
get
it
out
there
but
yeah,
but
but
but
as
of
the
past
seven
days,
developer
dao
has
received
funding
so
yeah.
That's.
B
Awesome,
okay,
so
just
looking
at
a
little
bit
about
kind
of
how
things
are
going
and
they
want
to
make
sure
that
we
keep
what
we
can.
B
So,
as
you
can
see
when
it
comes
to
the
dow
the
coordinate
challenges,
those
have
been
funded
right,
the
indian
dow
got
funded,
the
coordinate,
india
got
funded,
the
developer
dow
got
funded,
and
then
things
kind
of
on
task
here
is
that's
it
right
now,
but,
as
you
can
see
on
a
given
week,
lee
goes
through
basically
20
to
30
funding
requests.
B
I'm
gonna
go
ahead
and
close
that
the
the
thing
that
the
only
reason
why
I
didn't
want
to
go
into
that
a
little
bit
more
details,
because
there's
a
lot
of
stuff
in
there
that
we
don't
necessarily
know
about-
and
I
don't
want
to
flag
it.
B
Okay,
so
funds
are
flowing
and
we
have
as
a
grant
as
a
grantee
as
a
dow,
when
you
have
something
that
you
know
that
you've
accomplished
a
milestone
or
you're
ready
to
get
funded,
the
really
important
piece
so
that
it
goes
without
us
getting
involved
is
going
to
slash,
grant
dash
funding
and
writing
that
up.
Note
that
we
all
that
when
we
get
tagged
on
stuff,
we
all
go
in
and
approve
it
like
personally
before
it
goes
to
leave.
B
F
Hey
all
right,
I'm
happy
to
see
you
all
here
today,
I'm
really
lucky
to
work
with
sam.
A
And
devin
I've
been
learning
a
lot
from
them
and
we've
been
really
busy
trying
to
find
new
dow
tools.
F
F
Yeah
so
there,
if
you
go
to
charmers,
for
example,
so
just
like
a
quick
overview
of
the
project,
what
it
is
a
one-liner,
a
demo,
video
and
then
it
goes
into
details.
So
I've
been
working
on
that
for
for
each
of
the
dow
tools
that
we've
already
integrated
that
are.
B
Still
in
progress
yeah,
some
of
them
are
still
in
progress,
but
that's
exactly
what
this
call
is
about
is
to
see
the
fact
that
all
of
these
things
are
constantly
being
worked
on
and
we'll
be
moving
them
and
we'll
be
giving
you
know
further
information
and
further
details
as
it
comes
out.
So
thank
you.
Rach
all
right.
F
Okay,
so
some
of
the
newer
ones
that
we're
looking
on
to
for
next
month
is
orca.
I
actually
had
a
demo
call
with
zk
chun
from
their
team.
F
So
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
that.
I
think
we
have
a
call
with
them
on
either
the
fourth
and
fourth
to
see
where
they're
at
they
were
really
focused
on
launching.
A
On
ethereum,
but
hopefully
next
month,.
F
So
I
like
rabbit
hole
because
it
offers
gals
a
chance
to
write
proposals,
create
artwork
and
upgrade
their
skills
they're
doing
quests.
I
haven't
gotten
a
demo
for
their.
A
F
F
B
Yeah
so
the
the
thing
that's
interesting
about
or
orange,
so
gloria
I've
actually
talked
with
a
lot
she's
working
on
a
thesis
around
dao's,
a
master's
thesis
she's
been
interviewing
me
and
several
other
people
in
in
kind.
B
The
thing
that's
interesting
is
orange
is
actually
more
of
a
b
to
b
software
solution,
rather
than
a
b
just
b.
The
the
core
concept
here
is
that
a
lot
of
the
stuff
that
we're
doing
in
dow
tooling
is
focused
towards
the
community,
so
the
community
people
can
use
it.
This
particular
tool
would
be
focused
a
little
bit
one
level
higher
to
be
able
to
service
as
a
a
data
vault.
B
B
At
the
end
of
the
day,
the
dow
tooling
department
right
kevin
where
department
our
goal
is
to
get
as
many
tools
as
possible
live
on
harmony.
That
way
the
dows
themselves
can
decide.
Oh
this
particular
one.
I
don't
want
to
have
tokenized
voting
that
one.
I
want
to
have
only
expert
voting
this
other
one
over
here,
you
know
is
completely.
You
know
it
has
to
be
investment
voting,
it's
all
economics
right,
and
so
I
want
all
of
the
doubts
and
harmony
whatever
they
end
up
being
to
be
as
flexible
as
possible.
F
F
And
you
know,
I,
like
I,
like
the
in-person
vibes
when
we're.
F
Screen
and
the
team
actually
shows
up
to
our
events,
so
yeah
we're
still
waiting,
maybe
next
month
we'll
look
at
orange
the
next
one
I
want
to
talk
about
that.
I
really
like
is
mirror
xyz.
I
don't
know
if
you
guys
have
heard
about
mirror.
I've
been
doing.
A
F
F
Working
with
other
authors
to
split
the
revenue
and
yeah,
it
just
basically
allows
us
to
have
another
path
for
self-sustainability
for
dows,
like
I
know.
F
Plans
and
doing
stuff
this
could
give
us
a
path
to
self-sustainability
through
writing
articles.
So
I
really
like
mir
and
I'm
also
hoping
that
we
get
to
talk
to
them
by
next
month
and
onboard
them
as
a
dow
tool.
B
So
what
I'm
going
to
do
really
quickly
is
I'm
going
to
jump.
We've
talked
a
little
bit
already
about
the
funding
updates.
The
one
thing
I
wanted
to
flag
and
I'm
gonna
blitz
through
this
pretty
quickly
mikey,
because
we're
running
short
on
time
is
the
way
that
this
the
way
that
we
work
as
every
morning
the
funding
team
comes
together
and
we
start
with
a
review
board
that
has
we
don't
know
how
many
uncategorized
that
I've
submitted
this
morning,
it's
31.,
and
then
we
allocate
it
to
various
different
people
to
say.
B
Okay,
this
is
a
dow.
It
goes
under
sam
and
his
team.
This
is
d5.
This
is
game
to
buy.
This
is
all
these
very
simple
things
and
it
gets
moved
into
the
to
review,
need
info
to
approve
category
for
dows
themselves,
as
we
get
in.
You
can
see
how
we
have
a
couple
here
that
that
need
to
be
categorized
as
a
to
review.
We
have
22
here
that
are
still
waiting
to
to
have
the
review.
B
So
whenever
I
talk
about
getting
through
my
backlog,
this
is
what
I'm
talking
about
and
then
the
ones
who
need
info
nine
times
out
of
ten
on
the
need
info
information.
It's
because
they
asked
for
a
doubt.
We
look
like
it's
really
interesting,
but
they
didn't
fill
out
the
details
like
they
don't
have
nine
governors,
they
don't
have
three
mandates,
they
don't
have
any
deliverables,
they
don't
have
any
metrics
since
we
say
okay,
great,
this
looks
fantastic.
B
B
Okay,
that
was
embarrassing.
The
review
board
31
on
categorized.
As
of
this
morning,
we
clear
this
up
every
single
day
in
the
the
dows.
We
have
three
that
need
to
be
categorized.
We
have
22
in
a
backlog
that
need
to
be
evaluated,
the
need
infos.
There
are
37
here
we
can't
move
those
along
without,
without
the
other
doubt
the
people
who
submitted
being
able
to
say
okay,
yeah,
here's
the
info
you
requested,
so
that's
kind
of
how
that
works,
and
it
goes
through
goes
through
a
process.
B
The
goal
for
april
is
to
get
this
down
to
proposal
plus
seven
days
to
be
able
to
say
yes
or
no
on
the
funding.
That's
the
goal,
it's
ambitious,
because
we
have
a
lot
to
go
through
and
a
lot
of
the
a
lot
of
the
the
constraint
is
on
that
need
info
category
when
we're
asking
people
to
fit
into
the
guidelines
all
right.
Moving
on.
B
Let's
talk
about
the
minimally
viable
dow
and
the
50k
funding,
so
this
one
is
a
little
tough,
because
I
really
I
want
to
see
as
many
dows
funded
and
bootstrapped
and
launched
as
possible.
There
is
a
long
conversation
that
I
had
with
stephen
last
week
two
weeks
ago
about
how
we
can
possibly
do
this
at
scale.
B
Obviously,
if
we're
going
to
ten
thousand
dows,
we
cannot
fund
ten
thousand
dollars
at
a
million
dollars
a
dow.
We
can't
even
fund
ten
thousand
dollars
at
seventy
five
thousand
dollars
a
doubt.
We
can't
fund
ten
thousand
dollars
at
fifty
thousand
dollars
a
dow,
and
so
what
we're
trying
to
figure
out
is
okay.
How
can
we
get?
B
What
can
we
do
to
incentivize
dow
creation
that
hasn't
that
doesn't
have
anything
to
do
with
us
paying
for
vanity
metrics
and
that's
where
the
minimally
viable
dow
comes
in
and
that's
where
the
50k
comes
in
right
now,
the
minimally
viable
dow
we
are
trying
to
to
see
what
are
the
core
three
things
that
a
dao
would
need
to
do,
and-
and
I've
talked
about
this-
I
don't
know
how
many
times
a
day
of
shared
interest,
shared
responsibilities
shared.
B
So
when
it
comes
to
shared
interest,
we
think
that
a
very
easy
way
to
categorize,
whether
or
not
you
have
a
shared
interest
is
whether
or
not
all
these
members
have.
This
have
a
dow
mft.
I
have
a
social
token
for
lack
of
a
better
term.
Basically,
the
idea
is
it's
my
it's
my
costco
card.
You
know
I.
I
can
show
that
I'm
a
member
of
costco
by
showing
my
costco
card
really
simple
and
straightforward,
so
we
think
about
making
sure
that
they
have
that
component
for
the
shared
interest.
B
The
next
thing
is
the
shared
responsibility,
and
from
this
we
think
that
it's
really
important
to
show
voting
as
the
evidence
of
shared
responsibility.
B
So
we,
you
know,
we've
talked
about
the
nine
signatories
a
lot
and
yet
I'm
using
a
different
term
now
than
governors
I'm
using
signatories,
because
I
want
to
start
moving
us
to
the
idea
of
what
does
this
individual
do
and
I
think,
it's
more
appropriate
to
say
they're
signatories
rather
than
governors,
because
I
think
that
in
your
mind,
creates
the
initiative
that
says:
oh,
no,
no,
no,
everybody
is
responsible
for
the
success
and
the
failure
of
the
doubt
not
just
these
nine
people
who
sign
transactions.
B
So
we
have
nine
signatories
out
of
a
pool
of
12
individuals
that
get
voted
on
by
over
a
hundred
people.
We
think
that
that
is
a
good
representation
for
saying
shared
responsibility,
because
it's
clear
that
there's
a
community
there
there's
a
challenge
of
okay
100
people.
What
that's
a
lot,
because
right
now
we're
only
dealing
with
20.
we'll
get
there.
We
think
it's
important
to
build
that
community
to
that
size.
As
a
reminder,
one
individual
can
be
part,
a
community
member
in
as
many
dows
as
they
find
common
ground
with
common
shared
interest.
B
So,
for
example,
I
know
that
jimbo
is
a
very,
very
engaged
individual
in
the
community
in
harmony.
I
cannot
say
enough
good
things
about
the
work
he
does
and
the
passion
he
has
for
the
project,
but
he
is
totally
empowered
to
be
able
to
be
in
the
validator
dow
in
the
community
dao
in
the
developer,
dao
in
the
botswana
dao
in
the
underwater
basket,
weaving
dao,
if
he's,
if,
if
botswana
is
a
regional,
dao
and
he's
in
that
region,
but
the
point
is,
is
one
person
can
be
members
of
multiple
dows?
B
So
so
so
there's
that
and
then
the
last
piece
shared
you
know,
interest
shared
responsibility,
shared
assets,
assets
are
really
straightforward.
It's
your
multisig,
that's
a
very
easy
way
to
show
that
you're
sharing
your
assets
in
common.
I
want
to
reiterate
this:
no
transactions,
no
currency
should
leave
a
multi-thing
for
a
dow
without
a
community
vote
saying
yes,
this
is
what
we
want
to
do
with
our
shared
assets.
Otherwise,
they're
not
shared
and
again
the
signatories
are
the
ones
who
are
responsible
for
enforcing
them.
Okay,
I'm
gonna
stop
there
and
I
wanna.
B
I
know
that
we're
at
the
top
of
the
hour,
so
we've
done
45
minutes
of
conversation.
I
want
to
give
us
15
minutes
here
where
we
can
do
some
questions
and
answers.
Let
me,
let's
see
there
was
a
question.
I
know.
B
Let's
see
that
albert
tracker
had,
I
think
he
had
it
about
the
coordinate,
so
I
will
pause
and
he
is
oh
yeah
albert's
on
so
albert.
You
can
unmute
yourself
and
ask
your
question
or
you
can
type
it
into
the
chat.
B
Jimbo
good
call
bud
all
right,
I'm
actually
going
to
read
this.
This
quote
out
from
jimbo
and
and
anybody
else
who
has
questions
feel
free
to
tee
them
up.
So
jimbo
says
that
is
the
culture
change
the
dows
need.
The
governorship
model,
in
my
opinion,
should
cease
once
the
framework
is
built,
and
I
agree
with
you.
I
think
that
you
know
you
know
getting.
The
dow
started
usually
does
require.
You
know
some
blood,
sweat
and
tears.
B
B
So
all
right,
any
other
questions.
Let's
see,
oh,
stick,
redo
ben!
You
got
a
question.
I
assume
it's
been.
Sometimes
it's
not
been.
Sometimes
it's
somebody
else.
G
No,
it's
benjamin
hi
there,
just
a
quick,
this
notion,
tooling
page.
Is
it
maybe
possible
to
have
the
access
there
for
governors
as
a
commenter,
so
we
maybe
can
even
give
directly
feedback
in
there.
B
There
is,
there
is
a
discussion
thread
on
top
harmony.1
that
rachel
posted
about
getting
additional
feedback
on
these
various
different
tools.
Thank
you,
rachel.
She
dropped.
B
Into
the
chat,
so
there's
a
discussion
page
where
all
the
governors,
everybody
can
put
comments
about
anything
so
perfect,
yeah.
F
Okay,
so
number
one:
what's
the
top
of
your
priorities,
the
top
of
your
priorities
when
it
comes
to
dow
tooling,
do
you
have
any
pain
points
that
you
wish
for
us
to
address
where
a
tool
or
application
will
help
you
along
the
way?
And
the
last
question
is:
have
you
used
any
tools,
or
are
you
currently
using
any
tools
that
you
wish
for
us
to
specifically
evaluate
or
avoid
altogether?
B
We
have
been
compiling
lists
of
dow
tools,
because
a
lot
of
things
do
exist
in
the
market
already
that
we
just
need
to
bring
over
to
harmony,
and
so,
if
there's
something
that
you
guys
see
they're
like
oh,
this
is
brilliant.
This
is
so
much
better
than
whatever
rachel
you
know
is
excited
about
today,
then,
please,
let
us
know
we're
more
than
happy
to
to
prioritize
it.
B
All
right,
let's
see
any
other
questions,
let's
see
mikey,
do
you
have
any
questions
for
me?
Oh
collab
land
is
on
the
list.
Stake
redo.
Let's
see,
let
me
ch
so
ben
just
asked
me
to
make
sure
that
stake
redo
was
or
clapland
was
on
the
list.
I
just
want
to
show
really
quickly
the
dow
tool
targeting
list,
so
this
is
one
that
I
put
together
way
early
on
lab,
and
so
we
have
it
right
here
as
a
target.
Also
in
the
pipeline.
B
So
there
it
is
so
as
you,
so
just
so.
You
guys
understand
a
little
bit.
What
these
icons
mean,
the
magnifying
glass
is
to
get
more,
do
more
research
on
it.
If
it
is
a
easter
island
head
because
easter
is
in
april,
so
the
target
is:
is
we're
going
to
launch
it
in
april?
If
it
is
a
four-leaf
clover,
that's
for
march,
because
you
know
saint
patty's
day
so
there
you
go
there
and
then,
if
it
is
a
flower,
it's
for
may,
because
april
showers
bring
may
flowers
right
devin.
B
I
know
you're
the
one
who
did
this
you're
really
excited
about
that
devon
is
creative
and
then
the
question
mark
has
to
do
with.
We
know
we're
working
with
them.
We
know
we've
had
conversations,
we
don't
have
enough
clarity
about
them
yet
to
predict
when
they'll
go
live,
and
so
it's
like
okay
colony,
is
it
going
to
be
happening
in
april?
Probably
not,
may
we
don't
know
yet
june,
who
knows,
and
so
we're
working
with
them,
but
it's
it's
still
a
little
bit
nebulous.
C
Let's
see,
I
do
actually
want
to
say
just
one
thing:
real
quick
just
so
everybody
here
knows
me
and
sam
are
currently
working
on
a
quarter.
One
dow
report
was
just
going
to
show
all
the
funding
that's
been
sent
from
the
harmony
foundation
to
bootstrap
dials
in
quarter,
one
specifically,
and
it's
going
to
include
the
dows
that
were
approved
funding.
C
You
can
expect
that
at
the
end
of
quarterly
it's
gonna
be
a
it's
gonna,
be
a
really
nice
sort
of
information
that
I'm
very
excited
about
yeah,
and
then
I
guess
just
I
do
have
one
question
sam:
when
can
we
expect
the
mvd.
B
Yeah
yeah,
that's
a
good
question.
Mikey!
Thank
you.
So
the
quick
answer
on
the
mvd
is,
I
was
trying
to
get
it
done
by
last
friday.
I
I
wasn't
able
to
finish
it.
The
my
goal
is
to
have
it
done
of
course,
this
week.
That
being
said,
we
are
at
the
game
developer
conference
all
week,
so
I'm
going
to
be
slightly
distracted
with
with
that,
but
I
I
do
want
that
mvd,
that
that
publication
about
how
that
works,
how
that'll
be
funded
to
go
live
later
this
week.
B
The
other
thing
is-
and
this
is
one
thing
that
I
want
to
make
very
very
clear
to
our
entire
audience.
What
I
want
to
do
is
before
I
publish
that
I
want
to
run
the
budget,
the
projections,
the
financing
through
lee
and
through
steven,
so
that
there's
no
question
that
says
when
a
dow
hits
this
milestone.
B
B
Let's
see,
oh,
let's
see
you
the
the
the
dow
report
for
q1.
This
is
one
of
the
things
that
I
have
been
trying
to
work
on
with
all
of
our
dows.
It's
actually
one
of
the
requirements
for
the
operational
grant
which,
by
the
way,
those
are
going
to
be
revised,
but
the
the
operational
grant
requires
a
report
to
be
issued
by
the
dao
about
what
they've
done.
B
This
goes
into
the
shared
assets.
Category
of
what
is
a
doubt,
part
of
the
shared
assets,
is
the
fact
that
you
are
you
share
all
of
your
information.
All
of
the
dow
members
know
exactly
what
the
dao
has
been
doing,
and
this
is
how
you
do
it
by
by
radical
transparency
and
radical
accountability
that
you
have.
Okay,
we
had
income
from
these
five
sources.
We
had
expenses
that
went
out
to
a
b
and
c
those
expenses
specifically
tied
to
our
mandate,
1
or
mandate,
2
or
mandate
3
and
drove
the
metric.
B
The
success
metric
of
a
b
or
c
right
so
that
any
member
of
the
dow
and
anybody
who
looks
at
the
dao
is
able
to
very
clearly
see
what
it
is
you're
doing
and
and
and
how
you're
being
responsible
and
how
you're
being
a
good
steward
over
the
dao's
communal
and
shared
assets.
That's
what
the
dow
the
q1
report
is
going
to
show
that
we
also
want
to
show
that
we're
being
good
stewards
and
what's
happening
granted.
B
The
q1
report
may
be
a
little
bit
rough
as
we
go
every
quarter
that
q1
that
quarterly
report
will
get
better
and
better
and
better
so
that
you
guys
can
have
greater
and
greater
visibility
into
how
dows
work
all
right.
I'm
gonna
pause
there.
If
there's
nothing
else,
I'm
gonna
give
you
guys
back
seven
minutes
of
the
schedule
for
this
morning,
devon
any
last
words.
My
friend.
A
No
none
just
looking
forward
to
hearing
from
you
guys
what
dao
tools
that
you
that
you're
excited
to
either
use
tell
us
about
introduce
us
to,
for
instance,
miguel.
Thank
you
very
much
for
introducing
us
to
charm
bursts.
That
was
a
awesome
introduction,
so
yeah.
F
A
F
Today
so
thank
you,
mcgill
for
just
showing
up
and
helping
me
so
much
because
it's
allowing
me
to
have
more
time
to
focus
on
dow
operations
and
dow
tooling
now,
so
thank
you.
C
I
want
to
shout
out
the
regional
valves
they've
been,
in
my
opinion,
some
of
the
top
performing
dowels,
especially
just
because
they
have
very
clearly
defined
deliverables,
yeah
deliverables
that
are
freely
defined
by
metrics
that
they
can
accomplish,
and
I
just
want
to
give
them
a
massive
shout
out,
because
every
single
one
is
just
absolutely
killing
it
and
that's
not
to
take
away
from
the
core
dials
or
anything
else,
because
they're
also
doing
very
different
things
very
different.
B
So
no
mikey,
I
think,
you're
100
correct.
I
think
this
also
shows
the
importance
of
a
shared
interest
for
dao,
because
the
regional
dow
is,
you
can't
have
a
more
shared
interest
than
the
fact
hey.
I
live
in
palo
alto.
I
want
to
meet
with
other
people
in
palo
alto.
I
want
to
do
stuff
with
these
people
and
like
it's
very
clear
that
that
interest
is
aligned.
Okay,
the
last
thing
I'm
gonna
read
and
I'm
gonna,
let
you
guys
go
is
from
jimbo.
B
If
you
wanted
to
build
a
high
level,
dow
tool
which
current
dao
tool
team,
would
you
approach
to
build
your
idea
so
jimbo
to
answer
that
question?
I
don't
know
if
this
is
good
or
not.
So
I
talked
to
the
bridge
builders
dow,
and
I
also
talked
to
the
sustainable
development
dao
about
helping
to
build
one
reputation
colin
from
the
sustainable
development.
Dao
jumped
all
over
it.
He
was
like
I'm
in
I
mean
I
mean
this
is
awesome
and
we
had
two
or
three
different
white
boarding
sessions.
B
So
I
really
appreciate
the
work
that
he's
done,
although
I
think
I
owe
him
a
response
from
last
friday.
Maybe
last
thursday,
maybe
last
wednesday
shoot
con.
I'm
sorry!
That's
sorry!
I'm
delaying
your
deliverable
because
I
can't
get
my
stuff
together
anyway,
so
there
you
guys
go.
Thank
you
all
for
joining
the
the
dow
operations
call
this
morning
for
the
people
that
we
we
sent
out.
The
invitation
for
this
will
happen
every
tuesday
morning
as
an
open
kind
of
dow
governors
for
those
of
you
who
are
watching
us
on
youtube.
B
Pl,
please
like
and
subscribe
and
and
smash
that
a
little.
No,
I'm
sorry,
that's
horrible!
If
you
are
a
doubt
governor,
please
send
your
email
address
to
rachel
and
she
will
include
it
in
in
the
meeting.
Update
and
you'll
be
able
to
join
us
as
well
for
the
next
one
again,
thank
you
values
all
very,
very
much
from
the
harmony
garage
from
the
dow
operations
tool
have
a
fantastic
week
and
get
out
there
and
build.
