From YouTube: Blockchain and the use of RFID Chips in the supply chain

Description

A virtual meetup hosted by Hyperledger Atlanta featuring Matthew Russell from Auburn University as he presents what Auburn University's RFID Lab has been working on utilizing blockchain and RFIDs.

Matthew is a project manager at the Auburn University RFID Lab, overseeing all data initiatives. He currently leads the CHIP project, an initiative to capture and communicate serialized supply chain data over a Hyperledger Fabric blockchain. Matthew will detail the CHIP project and the learnings of the benefits, as well as what it takes to integrate serialized data, captured from sources like RFID, into a Hyperledger Fabric blockchain.

The RFID Lab is a research institution associated with Auburn University and focuses on the technical and business cases of identification technologies.
