Description
We're organising a side meeting during IETF-112 to discuss Service Routing and Addressing.
The meeting will be on Webex and will take place on Wednesday 10th November at 18.30 UTC.

having
to

the
time
to
read
the
papers.

such
side
meeting.
We
have
organized
the
first
one
was
at
ietf
111
and
covered
routing
research
challenges
arising
from
evolving
beyond
and
revitalizing
the
internet.

proposal
is
to
decouple
ip
and
dns
from
network
sockets
to
unbind
ip
from
services
and
servers.
The
research
by
cloudflare
suggests
that
many
network-oriented
systems
and
services
could
be
improved
if
built
with
addressing
agility.
The
second
speaker
will
be
michael
kroll
from
city
university
in
london.
He
will
present
work
on
remote
method
invocation
in
icn.
That
was
originally
a
sitcom
paper
in
2018.
