things

we're
working
on,

give
you
maybe

high-level
update,

other
pillars
of
Cardno.
We
will
discuss
the
next
time

There
is
a
virtual
summit
as
well.
That's
around
the
corner.
We
are
working
on
things
like
the
tokens
and
smart
contracts,
digital
IDs
and
we'll
definitely
share
quite
a
bit
of
that
soon
as
well.

other
innovation
that
we've
had
under
wraps
Dead
lists,
for
example,
Darko's
not
in
this
one,
but
you
will
see
him
soon.
We
are
on
track
for
a
hardware
wallet
integration,
support
with
ledger,
utilizing
one
of
our
good
partners
on
this
vacuum.
Labs
and
you'll,
hear
from
them
as
well,
pretty
soon
Darko's
going
to
send
out
a

some
wireframes
and
also
a
little
demo
which,
which
is
coming
together
pretty
nicely

designing

propositions

product
going
to

delightful

use
for
the
developer
or
adapt

What
does
this
feature

it
matter

when

smart
contracts,
you're
thinking
about
things
like
costs,
for
example,
or
transaction
speeds,
or
what
are
we
doing

terms

the
people

are

success

that's
why
we
invited
those
pioneers
from
the
ITN
to
come
on
to
the
friends-and-family
and
then
we're
going
to
slowly
widen
the
user
base,
which
I'll

being
taken

it's
been
a
fantastic
experience.
What
we
have
done
with
the
pioneers
is
to
set
up
series
of
a
few
exercises
which
are
designed
to
onboard
them
to
give
them
experience
with
running
the
Haskell,
no
yep
and
learn
how
it
differs
from
the
one
we've
been
running
on
be
ITN,
and
so
they
can
learn
about
the
way
the
new
system
works
and
pass
that
information
on
to
other
other
people.
So
I
think
it's
been
a
great
experience.

Certainly,
we've
learned
a
lot
from
them.
I
hope
they've
learned
from
us,
but
it's
been
fantastic
to
see
people
engaging
with
the
exercises
working
through
them.
Finding
solutions
and
setting
things
up
themselves
to
be
honest,
so
they're
doing
things
that
we
we
hadn't
even
imagined
they
would
be
doing
within
a
week
or
two
of
the
tests
that
going
light.
So
we
it's
been,
it's
been
fantastic.

threw
the
latest
exercise
of
launch
this
exercise
number
five,
and
what
this
is
about
is
a
state
call
registration
running
the
state
pool
delegating
to
your
own
another
pause,
so,
basically
the
core
of
what
you
need
to
be
a
state
pool
operation
and
we've
got
one
or
two
more
exercises
planned.
One
or
two
may
depend
on
the
development
pace.
Where
we're
going
to
tell
people
a
bit
more
about
some
of
the
things
they
can
do
to
tune
their
pool
and
hopefully
try
one
or
two
of
the
more
advanced
transaction
and
other
features.

I've
been
very
impressed
because
we
we
haven't,
really
encountered
many
bugs
in
the
last
two
weeks.
The
ones
we
have
encountered
had
been
a
relatively
small
items,
things
about
logging
information,
that
kind
of
thing
and
nothing
that
really
affects
the
call
note
now
what
we'd
promised
the
Pioneers
would
be
was
they
would
encounter,
bears
right,
nasty
things
that
would
block
their
way.

So
over
the
weekend,
we
set
up
a
bear
trap
for
them,
but
unfortunately
we
fell
into
the
bear
trap
and
because
the
way
we'd
set
up
the
protocol
parameters,
we
only
had
72
minutes
to
respond
to
the
bear
trap
to
to
realize
that
this
bear
trap
was
there
to
respond
to
it,
and
then
we
had.
We
just
had
to
read
spin
the
network.

We
we've
got
six
our
epoch,
for
example,
so
that
really
gives
very
little
trying
to
do
anything
compared
with
the
main
net
with
main
net
or
main
that
we
will
have
four
or
five
days
a
box
so
which
will
be
twenty
times
the
amount
of
time
to
respond
to
anything,
so
really
make
things
very
hard
for
as
on
the
test
net,
but
we've
recovered
from
that.
We've
learnt
from
it

experience

better

are
able
to
resolve

forensics,

and
quickly
get
to

an
answer.
So
this
is

really
good
experience

part

greatly

the

who

experienced

community
who
know
about
the
ecosystem.
They've
been
writing.

they've
been
explaining
things
the
rest
of
the
community
and
we
even
got

version
of
porch
all
up
and
running
on
for
the
pioneer
Test
match:
I,
don't
if
that's
public,
yet
you
can
actually
go
and
see
which
pools
are
running
where
you
should
delegate
your
stake.
If
you
have
any
fake
stake,
of
course,
it's
in
very
short
supply
because
our
faucet
is
currently
holding
on
to
it.
Our
faucet
is
called
Sam,
so
Sam
has
been
keeping
hold
of
the
test
data
and
not
distributing
too
much
yet.

But
of
course,
once
we've
on-boarded
the
next
group
of
pioneers
we're
actually
opening
like
more
to
bringing
on
more
more
people,
then
so
the
experience,
the
other
party
experience
is
I.
Think
the
way
we've
done
things
are
bringing
on
a
few
people
testing
things
out,
getting
the
feedback
improving
edge.
But
that's
been
a
great
process
because
obviously
it's
allowed
us
to
fix
things
up.
I
know
it's
created
a
bit
of
tension
with
people
not
getting
access
to
the
chestnut
quite
as
quickly,
but
we've
been
able
to
fix
things.

some
of

community
temp
check
reports
that
our
community
team
from
the
CF
have
been
doing
and
we
have
been

and
everything
looks
pretty
green.

the

domino
effect
talking
about
all
the
different
parameters
and
given
that
stay
cool
off
operators
are
our
key
persona
for
this
test
net.
Can
you
summarize
for
the
rest
of
the
community?
What
the
ask
was
in
high
level?

So
the
there's
attention
a
partner
between
the
different
parameter
settings
that
we've
got
you've
been
very
focused
on
the
pledge
netting.
But
it's
not
the
only
thing
we
have
to
be
concerned,
bonnie
with
the
main
net.
Of
course,
though,
one
of
the
key
parameters
is
actually
the
saturation
limit.
The
target
number
of
calls
that
we
want
to
hurt.
So
it's
important
to
have
a
lot
of
pools,
of
course,
to
achieve
our
decentralization
effect.

Equally,
we
have
to
make
sure
that
we
do
have
are
properly
funded,
that
professionally
run
all
we
have
people,
you
can
deal
with
queries,
keep
the
network
running,
24/7,
etc.
So,
there's
a
tension
between
having
thousands
of
poles
and
providing
it
sufficient
return
to
the
pools
that
are
going
to
be
engaged
with
the
network
as
it
can
keep
running.
That's
going
to
be
a
key
parameter
twice:
I
very
much
like
to
tell
people
what
it
will
be,
but
we
don't
quite
know
yet
right
on
it's
still
being
discussed.
It's
still
getting
input
into
that.

You've
got
some
good
ideas
about
it
and
we
think
we
know
roughly
where,
where
it
should,
where
there
should
be,
we
need
some
commercial
input
and
I've
been
polling.
The
Pioneers.
It's
give
us
some
information
about,
for
example,
the
real
cost
of
running
their
paws.
It's
commercially
sensitive
information,
so
we're
not
going
to
pass
it
on
to
anyone
else,
but
also
information
about
the
levels
of
pledge,
but
they
have
access
to.

been
very
interesting
to
us
because
it's
helped
us
to
say:
ok,
we

can
now
start
to
finalize
the
setting
for
some
of
these
parameters.
We
can
model
exactly
what's
what
will
happen
if
you
watch
the
card
on
effect,
you'll
see
that
Mars
has
done
has
produced
some
amazing
models
of
the
pledge
effect,
what
happens
with
different
pledge
levels,
and
we
will
be
able
to
give
you
a
pretty
definitive
answer
on
that
in
the
very
near
future.

that's
definitely

our
roadmap

success

net

which

transition

and

and
once

hard
fork

the

fork

We
also
have
a
number
of
other
to
do.

course,
is
going
to
wind
up
at
some
point.
There
will
be
a
balance
check
that
we
have
to
make
and
we
have
to
make
sure
that
all
the
rewards
from
the
ITM
transferred
over
to
the
mainland
before
we
start
running

Shelly
mode.
So
there's
a
sequence
of
events
that
has
to
take
place
or
which
hinges
around
the
hard
fork.
We
need
to
do
them
in
the
right
order.

lot
of
care,

we're
dealing
with
with
real
labor
here

we
don't
want
to
lose
any
the
age
that
anyone
has
earned
on
the
ITM.

great
deal

rewards

hot
thing
on

ITN,

imagine

going

be
slightly
different
with

the
protocols
on
the
mainland.

the
main
effect
that
we're
expecting
timbers
that
will
be
running
more
ports,
so,
on
the
on
the
ITM,
we
set
the
saturation
limit
to
a
hundred.
We
ended
up
with
about
250
active
pools
so,
depending
on
the
number
of
pools
that
we
feel
is
the
right
number
to
start
with.
Then
we
were
sent,
but
that
promise
recording
me,
but
whatever
we
sent
it
to
the
startup,
is
going
to
be
much
smoother
because
of
the
Magnusson's
ooh.

We
had
an
effect
with
the
ITN,
where
first
people
first
few
pools
were
lucky
enough
to
get
started,
got
really
really
major
rewards
for
a
few
epochs
and
then
the
saturation
limit
cut
in
and
the
rewards
dropped
on
the
on
the
main
net
that
won't
happen.
The
rewards
will
essentially
stay
the
same
regardless
of
the
limits.
It's
only
really
once
we
got
above
the
limit
and
once
it
will
start
to
become
saturated,
that
you'll
see
that
effect
kicking
in
okay.

also
had
some
private
feedback
from
the
pioneers
of
ask
them
what
their
tolerance
is
to
the
KE
setting.
So
I've
got
some
interesting
information
come
in
from
that
and
they
seem
to
be
very
keen
to
for
us
to
eventually
decentralized

thousand
porzel
saying.
So
that's
very
interesting
for
us
to
hear
that.

my
husband
found
cryptocurrency
back
in
2012
and
I
thought
it
was
fascinating,
so
I
just
kind
of
learned
along
with
him
and
but
that
was
his
hobby.

I
spent
the
next
six
years
having

really
in
the
crypto
space,
but
he
got
very
involved
in
Cardno
in
2018
and
at
that
time
I
was
looking
to
go
back
to
school,
maybe
for
software
development,

he
invited

to

he

pioneer

program

also

internet.
He
worked

Vint
Cerf,
who
is
he
and
Bob
Kahn
Vint
Cerf
and
Bob
Kahn
created
tcp/ip,
which
is
the
heart
of
the
Internet
and
Phil
created
the
very
first
computer
game
that
was
online.
He
used
it
to
actually
test
the
network
connections
that
they
had.

we
thought
it
would
be
so
cool
to
invite
Vint
Cerf
to
the
conference
and
have
vent
talk
about
if
he
could
rebuild
the
Internet.
Today,
what
would
he
do
differently?
The
point
here
is
that
we're
just
about
to
turn
on
a
system
that,
if
we
get
it
right,
something
like
this
will
end
up
controlling
your
identity,
your
money
and
how
the
world
commercial
system
works
in

next
40
or
50
years.

that
we
do,
we
have
to
understand
lives
within
the
arc

history

everything
we
