A
Hi
everybody
welcome
to
the
town
hall,
a
home
edition.
I
got
kicked
out
of
my
office.
You
know
because
someone
else
is
using
the
office
is
bringing
his
kids
there
and
we're
like
maintaining
distance
with
covid.
So
I'm
just
broadcasting
from
home,
so
you
can
see
some
some
lovely
plants
that
my
wife
is
has
did
and
so
yeah.
So
it's
a
really
nice
town
hall
today.
A
A
So
it's
nice
nice
to
feel
a
bit
of
of
momentum
everywhere.
So,
let's,
let's
fire
it
out,
let's
fire!
This.
A
A
Things
can
break
lack
documentation,
difficulty
between
iterations,
disorient,
overload
and
inspire
and
we're
here
all
of
us
not
just
me
or
catalyst,
but
everybody
who's
who's.
Here,
part
of
this,
this
town
halls
part
of
the
the
let's
call
it
the
catalyst
communities
is
we're
working
together
to
provide
a
safe
and
lively
environment
for
you
to
explore
the
highest
potential
of
human
collaboration
I
for
this
week
I
chose
this
this
image.
I
think
this
is
like
the
largest
or
or
the
time
it
was
like
the
largest
yeah.
A
A
A
A
And
in
that
spirit,
I
wanted
to
to
to
challenge
us
and
looking
at
the
year
ahead
and
the
kind
of
trajectory
we're
expecting
and
I
think
really
asking
ourselves:
how
are
we
going
to
handle
this
this,
this
growth?
Okay?
So
how
are
we
gonna
handle
when
we'll
have
15
million
dollar
funding
rounds
every
six
weeks?
Okay,
how
are
we
going
to
handle
having
500
quality
proposals?
Okay,
they
deserve
attention
every
for
every
single
voting
round
every
six
weeks
they
need
to
be
processed
and
assessed
and
decided.
A
How
are
we
going
to
deal
with
having
10
or
even
more
different
challenges
per
voting
ground?
How
are
we
going
to
handle
having
500
projects
that
have
already
been
funded
are
already
executing
already
giving
out
reports
already,
building
off
and
and
with
each
other?
Okay?
How
do
we
keep
the
this
network
strong
and
how
do
we
handle
having
5000
community
advisors
that
have
expertise
in
hundreds
of
different
domains?
A
The
big
question
for
me
that
comes
from
all
these
smaller
questions
is
like,
as
we
scale
up,
how
are
we
maintaining
the
the
kind
of
humanity
and
creativity
and
connection,
and,
and
we
don't
become
what
we're
trying
to
replace
okay,
so
we
don't
become
a
justin,
a
slightly
improved
model
of
like
a
centralized,
hierarchical
hierarchical
model
like,
like
some
kind
of
you
know
like
a
like
a
a
bureaucracy.
A
A
A
My
my
you
know
this
is
this
is
what
what
happens
when
you
do
home
audition,
then
you,
you
end
up
that
the
your
your
computer
gets
shut
down
for
lack
of
power
and
then
and
then
I
need
to
I
needed
to
to
get
my
other
computer
and
re-register
and
everything
so
and
now
we're
back
okay.
So
let's
go
back
to
the.
A
A
Okay,
that
we
are,
how
are
we
scaling
up,
but
not
turning
to
what
what
we,
what
what
we
came
to
replace
and-
and
we
have
you
know-
there's
like
a
lot
of
answers
for
this,
but
I'm
gonna
list
here,
two
we're
gonna
talk
about
two
things:
we're
gonna
do
in
the
short
term
to
address
this
and
and
there's
a
third
one,
hopefully
in
the
next
week
or
two
I
can
also
reveal,
and
what
I'll
talk
about
is
to
first
increasing
meaningful
engagement
and
establishing
a
leadership
player
so
by
meaningful
engagement.
A
A
A
So
suddenly,
you
know
instead
of
a
kind
of
like
a
centralized
place
of
information
you
have.
We
have.
We
have
hundreds,
thousands
of
people
that
can
that
can
talk
confidently
about
what's
going
on
in
the
project
and
are
up
to
date
and
and
for
me
this
is
like
a
sign
of
of
leadership.
So
so
we
want
to
drive
this
number
up
and
get
to
5
000
people
during
the
year.
A
The
second
thing
is:
is
about
referrers.
Okay,
so
referrers
are
people
who
bring
in
new
proposers
to
to
the
system,
people
who
recommend
to
their
friends,
family
colleagues,
whatever
right
that
that
introduce
them
to
catalyst
invite
them
to
join
as
proposers,
because
it's
pretty
simple,
we
know
we
simply
cannot
handle
large
funds
without
having
like
really
high
quality
level
of
participants.
A
Okay
of
proposers,
so
you
know,
let's
get,
let's
raise
up
the
quality
of
proposers
and
we're
doing
it
by
three
referrers
for
fun
too.
We
had
30
referrers
and
it's
really
awesome
for
them,
because
one
percent
of
treasury
goes
to
referrals
for
so
every
time
you
you
get
someone
to
propose,
and
he
mentions
you
mentions
you
as
a
referrer
and
his
proposal
gets
funded.
You
win,
you
win
a
reward,
so
here
you
know
these
30
people
are
gonna.
A
You
know
we'll
see
how
much
how
much
of
this
of
the
referred
proposals
gets
funded,
but
they're
gonna
share
like
five
thousand
dollars
worth
of
ada
between
them.
So
it's
you
know,
I
don't
know
how
many
of
them
would
in
the
end,
but
it's
a
really
sweet
deal
and
we
want
to
increase
the
number
of
referrals
from
30
to
500.
A
In
terms
of
proposers
right
now
I
would
say
we
have
around
250
teams
individually,
like
around
250
individuals.
You
know
that
are
like
actively
are
being
like
are
active
in
the
proposal
process
like
being
proposers
or
co-proposers.
A
A
We
had
around
a
total
of
around
160.
You
know
we
had.
We
had
like
something
like
3
000
registered
right
out
of
which
about
160
actually
turned
to
be
to
actually
wrote
a
valid
reviews.
A
A
A
How
are
we
going?
How
are
we
going
to
get
there
so,
first
of
all,
in
fan
four,
I
want.
I
want
to
announce
that
we're
going
to
feature
three
new
challenges
that
is
directly
about
establishing
the
leadership,
player
and
and
building
the
kind
of
increasing
the
capacity
of
catalyst.
So
one
of
them
is
the
first
challenge
is
basically
this.
You
know
this
like
the
meaningful
engagement
funnel
okay.
So
how
do
we
onboard
people
to
meaningfully
engage?
How
can
we
turn
those?
A
The
second
one,
the
second
challenge
is
going
to
be
about.
How
can
we
improve
our
decision-making
capability?
So
what
what?
What
kind
of
you
know
it
can
go
anywhere
from
decision
making
tools
and
methods
to
training
of
community
advisors
to
well?
I
don't
know
I,
you
know
this
is
a
really
big,
complex
problem.
You
know-
and
I
think
it's
even
the
challenge
of
of
how
to
measure
good
decision
making
is
is,
is
an
unsolved
challenge.
A
So
this
is
like
a
huge
deal
and
I
can't
wait
to
see
what
kind
of
proposals
the
community
will
come
up
with
and
then
the
third
challenge
is:
how
can
we
attract
proposers?
Okay,
like
how
can
we
attract
the
best?
It's
not
just
attract
proposers.
It's
like
the
best
proposers,
like
the
best
innovators
in
the
world,
how
we
can
drive
this
energy
these
these
talents,
you
know
that
have
many
opportunities
and
get
them
to
come
here
to
join
us
and
and
become
proposers
in
qataris.
A
So
you
know
with
these
proposals
and-
and
so
these
challenges
that
are
going
to
be
with
us-
you
know
not
just
for
fund
for,
but
probably
will,
will
continue
and
evolve
over
time.
A
We're
we're
we're
like
boosting
up
okay,
this
leadership,
this
this
leadership
and
the
second
big
thing
we're
going
to
do
is
so
we
still
need
to
announce
the
details
but
but
we're
working
on.
We
were,
in
the
background,
we're
working
on
developing
some
kind
of
a
training
program
for
facilitators
and
leaders
and
to
not
only
so
not
just
give
you
like,
let's
say,
like
funds,
okay
to
to
to
come
and
grow
and
become
leaders,
but
actually
give
you
knowledge,
knowledge
and
knowledge
and
the
skills
to
develop
all
these
new
methods
of
of
collaboration.
A
In
a
way
you
know
the
the
interesting
thing
about
catalyst
is
the
main
thing
it
catalyzes
is.
Is
you
you're
getting
you're
getting
catalyzed
and
we
keep
nudging
you
to
grow,
okay,
to
grow
and
adapt
to
grow
new
skills
and-
and
I'm
happy
where
there's
some
direct
direct
actions
that
are
gonna
happen
during
fun,
four
and
probably
often
fun,
five
so
fan
four
is
starting
next
week
and
they're
gonna
going
to
be
some
new
challenges.
A
So
so
not
only
these
three
challenges
is
going
to
be
probably
at
least
one
more,
but
you
know
teams,
I
think
you
know
this
is
like
a
sneak
preview.
Okay,
you
can
start
already
just
just
based
on
this
question
that
they
shared
like.
A
I
really
invite
you
to
start
to
start
to
brainstorm
and
think
because
once
we
launch
you
know,
we
have
one
week
of
exploration
and
then
you
know
we're
on
to
the
submission
stage,
so
you
can
already
get
ready
the
I
can
also
already
tell
you
in
confidence
the
dev
ecosystem
challenge,
basically
developing
tools
for
developers
like
tools,
infrastructure
for
developers.
It
is
going
to
double
in
its
size
and
next
one.
This
is
a.
This
is
like
a
huge
huge
topic.
A
There's
so
much
to
be
done,
so
you
know
we
wanted
to
to
to
to
give
the
people
who
do
it
the
resources
to
to
get
the
job
done
and
and
lastly,
we're
we're
actually
going
to
increase
the
referral
incentives
by
four
times
so
so
fan
two
was
5k
fan
4
is
going
to
be
20k.
A
That's
a
that's
like
very
it's
like
a
lot
of
it's
like
a
lot
of
fun
to
help
you
help
the
system
bring
more
roi,
bring
more
bring
more
bring
more
great
proposals.
A
So,
besides
that
I
wanted
to
share
with
you
the
court,
the
bi-weekly
court
report
and
what
you
see
what
you
see
in
the
proposals
that
are
in
yellow
are
proposals
that
did
not
give
me
a
an
update
so
far,
so
so
sorry,
the
yellow
ones
are
ones
that
did
not
file.
In
the
second
report,
okay,
they
found
the
first
report,
but
for
some
reason
they
didn't
do
the
second
report.
Those
in
red
are
those
that
haven't
filed
a
report.
Yet
it's
so
it's
in
one
hand.
A
I
feel
it's
my
obligation
to
be
transparent
and
and
show
you
like.
You
know,
of
the
funded
proposals
who
are
reporting
and
was
not
reporting.
So
so
you
will
know-
and
you
can
also
you
know
just
just
be
just
be
aware,
but
you
know,
but
I
can
also
say
with
confidence
that,
for
example,
the
message
signing
standard
is
like
sebastian
who's
like
working
super
hard
and
does
lots
of
things
you
know
and
working
on
your
oi
and
that
you
know
it's
like
he's
a
big
contributor
he's
and
his
proposal
was
this
500.
A
So
it's
not
clear
to
me
why
why
they
didn't
file
the
report
because
they're,
just
they
they're,
just
giving
and
giving-
and
I
don't
know
but
but
wanted
to
highlight
it
and
we're
we're
in
touch
with
them
and
and
hopefully
in
two
weeks
time
they
will
enter
the
reporting
it
was.
It
was
agreed
yeah.
So,
but
let's
look
at
the
results
themselves
and
some
interesting
updates.
I
see
that
liquid
liquid
protocol
is
reporting
that
they
added
nine
nine
devs
five
entrepreneurs
to
the
ecosystem.
A
A
A
A
A
That
were
mentioned
so
leander.
Thank
you,
kyle
from
lift
nils,
a
ryan
plus
adap,
josh,
plus
poa
proof
of
africa.
I
assume
bouquet
favor
and
the
proof
of
africa
team
quasar,
juan
ocg
dominant
alex
priyank,
adam
dean
of
buffy
martin
from
matada
andrew
from
bcsh.
A
So
all
of
you,
all
of
you,
people
mentioned
by
names
also
the
groups
mentioned
here-
did
something
very
important,
very
valuable
and
and-
and
I
hope
we
can
also
down
the
line
figure
out
a
way
to
you
know
to
to
to
highlight
it,
but
I
just
wanted
to
highlight,
like
you
know,
thank
you
for
everybody
for
helping
proposers.
A
This
is
like
the
most
one
of
the
most
effective
things
we
can
do
to
increase
the
to
to
to
achieve
our
intention.
This
network
effect
that
we
have
this
this
community
that
helps
each
other
is
an
amazing
resource
and
and
those
people
here
they
want
to
make
it
happen.
So
let's
continue
to
to
nurture
that.
A
And
lastly,
if
you
want
to
learn
a
bit
more
about
progress
of
of
of
proposals,
you
can
look
at
the
so
this
three
proposals
shared
a
url
at
to
track
this,
and
hopefully
more
will
join
in
two
weeks
time.
A
All
right,
so
some
okay,
so
I
wanted
to
talk
a
bit
about
the
community
choice,
experiment
that
we
had.
It
was
not.
I
mean
this
is
like
the
first
time
we're
doing
this
and
it's
pretty
complicated.
You
know
we
ask
for
something
that
is
very,
very
meta.
Okay,
so
people
to
propose
challenges-
and
you
know
each
challenge
that
they
propose
you
know
is
is
is-
is
just
a
challenge
that
you
can
make
proposals
too.
A
A
That's
fine,
okay,
the
what's
the
outcome
is.
We
were
looking
at
those
choices
and
we
saw
really
a
lot
of
really
excellent
proposals
in
there,
but
because
of
all
sorts
of
formatting
errors
or
misunderstanding
of
what
they're
supposed
to
do.
A
You
know
the
their
level
was
not
good.
Like
the
you
know,
we
really
expected.
A
We
really
expected
that
you
know
when
you
propose
a
challenge.
You
don't
lead.
You
know
in
the
content
of
the
challenge
towards
a
particular
solution.
Like
your
solution,
you
know
that
it
actually
needs
to.
A
The
purpose
of
a
community
choice
is
to
inspire
many
solutions
and
once
you
frame
it
as
like,
oh
and
I
have
the
solution.
Obviously
you
limit
the
creative
potential
okay.
So,
if
that's
so
we're
giving
people
one
week
to
go
in
and
edit
these
proposals
so
so
now
they're
reopened
for
edit.
A
So
all
the
people
who
propose,
if
you
go
to
you,
can
now
a
description
proposals
and-
and
we
ask
you
to
make
changes,
so
all
of
these
people
were
emailed
with
with
a
guideline
of
what
kind
of
changes
we
expect,
what
are
the
standards
and
also
to
be
fair,
you
know
we
opened
the
edits
for
even
proposals
that
were
in
in
the
standard.
You
know
we
allowed
them
also
the
just
in
terms
of
fairness
like
the
option
to
edit
theirs,
just
to
be
fair
for
and.
A
I
just
wanted
to
point
out
that
it's
that
in
this
early
stage,
where
we
were,
this
is
like
the
first
time
we're
trying
this
thing
it
I'm
on
I'm
on
the
opinion.
You
know
it's
not
a
I'm,
not
forcing
anyone.
Okay,
I'm
just
sharing
my
perspective
here
that
it's
much
better,
that
we
have
several
challenges
that
share
this
budget,
so
we
can
actually
experiment
and
learn
which
ones
of
them
work
best
and
then
evolving
over
time.
A
Then,
having
kind
of
like
you
know,
the
winner
takes
it
all
situation
where
we
get
to
explore
and
experiment
less.
So
just
a
little
reminder.
Well,
while
we're
doing
this
rewrite
that
you
can
also
change
the
amount
you're
asking
for-
and
I
think
lastly,
it's
up
like
the
setting
of
of
set
the
definition
of
success
and
and
metrics
to
allow
creativity,
but
accountability
is,
is
important.
A
So
a
lot
of
times
the
measures
of
success
or
the
metrics
that
were
used
were
not
super
precise
or
were
kind
of
like
again
leading
towards
a
particular
solution
versus
like
inspiring
for
creativity.
So
you
know
we're
sending
it
back
to
you.
You
have
one
week
best
of
luck.
It's
not
been
an
easy
decision
to
make,
because
you
know
this
is
all
sorts
of
complications
and,
like
the
main
complication,
is
you
know
that
we
got
like
a
lot
of
assessments
already
in
these
in
these
challenges.
A
So
a
lot
of
these
assessments
will
be
out
of
date.
So
in
the
voting
app
when
you
look
at
the
community
choice
challenge,
you
know,
maybe
maybe
the
score
that
that
was
given
is
doesn't
really
depict
the
state
of
the
proposal
because
it
was
edited
and
on
the
bright
side,
those
we're
going
to
open
up
all
those
comments
that
were
made
by
community
advisors
back
to
the
proposer.
A
So
now,
when
you
edit,
you
can
really
see
what
those
advisors,
what
kind
of
advice
or
the
advisors
gave
you
and
have
like
a
second
chance
to
improve
the
the
quality.
So
overall,
not
is
the
decision.
I
think
it's,
but
I
think
it's
going
to
be
a
win
for
this
community.
I
think
that
the
outcome
of
it
is
when
we
go
to
when
we
go
to
vote
in
a
few
weeks
time.
We're
gonna
have
much
higher
quality,
much
more
choice
and
much
higher
quality
choices
for
challenges
as
part
of
the
community
choice.
A
This
week
we're
starting
the
assessing
and
assessment
stage.
What
does
it
mean?
We
got
so
today
we're
closing
assessment,
so
in
about
an
hour
or
two,
I'm
gonna
we're
going
actually
not
to
me,
but
the
mavic
is
going
to
close
the
a
close,
a
further
submission
of
assessments
and
then
we're
going
to
share
basically
some
kind
of
a
fancy
spreadsheet
that
contains
all
the
assessments
and
share
it
with
the
proposers
and
the
community
at
large
and
people
can
look
and
look
at
the
look
at
people.
A
Look
at
community
advisors
reviews
and
look
at
the
rationale
they
gave
and
you
can
and
and
can
flag
low
quality
assessment.
So
so,
basically,
I
we're
gonna.
Send
you
all
proposals,
we're
gonna,
send
you
a
details
about
how
to
do
that?
Exactly
what's
the
method
for
flagging,
but
we're
going
to
give
you
a
chance
to
do
so.
If
you
see
low
quality
assessment,
so
so,
just
to
be
clear,
low
quality
assessment
is,
like
the
equivalent
of
let's
say,
like
a
sports
like
a
flagrant
foul.
A
Okay,
like
someone
in
a
in
a
football
game,
a
soccer
game
that
comes
and
headbutts
a
random
other
player.
Not
like
not
something
that's
like
ambiguous
a
bit
or
it's
not
not
very
clear,
but
really
something
that's
like.
Obviously,
this
person
did
not
read
the
proposal
when
he
said
it
or
like.
Obviously,
this
comment
was
it's
unfair
and
toxic.
Obviously,
this
person
is
extremely
biased.
A
A
Veteran
community
advisors
means
people
that
did
made
made
legitimate,
like
basically,
they
were
eligible
for
community
advisors
rewards
in
fan
too,
so,
basically,
they
meant
they
submitted
a
review
according
to
our
standards
that
were
posted,
then,
and
so
that
subset
of
people
will
actually
review
those
flag
posts
and
then
and
then
they'll
they'll
decide
if
it's
if
this
was
to
be
removed
or
not,
if
there's
a
unanimous
agreement
between
the
advisors
that
it
should
be
removed,
it
will
be
removed.
If
it's
not
unanimous,
you
know
we
might.
A
The
admins
might
make
a
call,
probably
we're
not
going
to
make
a
call
up.
I
mean
I
think
I
think,
probably
if
the,
unless
some
extraordinary
thing
happens.
Okay,
but
like
basically,
if
there's
a
controversy
between
the
community
advisors,
it
means
basically
that
we're
gonna
we're
gonna,
keep
it.
A
A
A
The
community
advisors,
when
they
do
this
when
they
do
this
assessing
the
assessments
are
actually
only
going
to
you
know,
really
really
go
for
really
flagrant
vowels.
So,
let's
see
how
it
works,
we
don't
know
we
haven't
tried
it
yet.
A
A
A
It
is
like,
like
I
don't
have.
No
there's,
isn't
any
single
person
that
I
am
that
I
am
like
supervising
or
or
like
you
know,
reports
to
me
or
something
like
that.
Like
you
know,
I
work
with
our
engineers
and
designers
and
I
give
advice
and
direction,
and
you
know
like
success,
success,
criteria
and
stuff
like
that.
A
But
but
this
is
the
first
time
I'm
actually
going
to
have
someone
that
will
be
reporting
to
me.
So
if
you
want
to
work
with
me
and
you
kind
of
have
the
the
experience
skills,
the
chops,
the
passion,
you
know
to
be
a
to
be
a
tag
team
with
me
over
in
so
so
you
will
be
the
product
owner.
I
will
be
the
product
manager
and
apply
if
you
know
someone
that
you
think
is
really
fit
for
the
role
and
would
do
a
great
job.
A
You
know
like
send,
send
that
job
post
to
him
too,
and
you
know
getting
a
really
good.
Getting
really
good
candidates
would
would
be
really.
I
think
it
would.
You
know
like
one
of
the
things
that
that
were
really
bothering
me
since
the
start
of
the
year
is
that
we
have
this
like
problem
sensing
challenging
catalyst.
A
You
know
we
have
like
something
like
170
different
problems,
that
we
sensed
and
we
were-
and
I
was
just
like-
did
not
have
the
capacity
to
to
treat
all
of
them
so
now
that
we
once
we
hire
this
is
one
of
the
things
this
person
would
do
it.
It
would
actually
go
through
all
the
all
the
problem,
selling
challenges
and
and
prioritize
them
and
think
about
solutions
and
write
them
that
write
them
into
requirements.
So
you
know
so.
A
This
is
just
one
aspect
of
this
position,
so
you
know
please,
please
apply
and
yeah,
and
I'm
just
like
really
thrilled
to
to
have
someone
to
to
share
a
bit
of
the
workload
with
me.
A
Okay,
so,
to
conclude,.
A
Stay
tuned
for
the
publications
of
assessments,
because
you're
gonna
have
a
chance
to
to
flag
them
and
but
also
not
just
flag
them,
but
also
just
read:
read
awesome
feedback,
awesome,
constructive
feedback
that
you're
receiving
to
to
learn
and
improve.
A
This
would
be
so
so
so
first,
it
would
be
just
a
kind
of
like
in
in
a
spreadsheet.
But
after
we
finish
this,
this
assessing
the
assessment
stage,
we're
gonna,
publish
them
in
the
in
the
voting
gap
and
in
in
and
make
it
completely
public
in
a
d
scale.
A
A
A
If
you
really
want
to
be
tapped
into
that
process
or
join
the
advisor
telegram
channel.
This
is
where
the
magic
happens,
and
also
next
week
is
going
to
be
a
big
week.
We're
going
to
have
a
few
really
fun
announcements.
I'm
pretty
excited
about
that.
Er
seems
like
we're
going
to
start
on
time
and
and
we're
going
to
open
the
registration
for
funds3
voting
and
and
and
get
all
these
assessments
published.
So
next
week
is
a
big
week,
we're
going
to
launch
a
new
fund
and
we're
going
to
launch
sponsoring
funds3
voting
registration.
A
But
yeah
and-
and
I
think
I'll
just
take
a
few
minutes
to
look
at
look
at
everybody's
questions-
see
if
I
can
help
somewhere.
So
I'm
gonna
look
at
look
at
the
highest
ones
that
got
the
most
votes.
A
Roy
should
marketing
have
its
own
budget.
I
feel
it's
keeping
ignored
if
it
doesn't
well.
That's
that's
like
a
right.
You
made
a
community
choice
proposal.
Didn't
you,
let's
see
if
the
community
is
going
to
vote
on
that
or
not
and
have
and
have
a
specific
budget
for
marketing,
would
it
would
let
the
community
decide?
I
you
know
if
you
want
to
ask
me
for
my
opinion,
I
mean
I'm.
A
A
So
I
wouldn't
necessarily
say
we
have
to
have
a
marketing
challenge,
but
it
could
be
really
interesting
and-
and
I
think
it's
a
lot
depends
on
on
on-
you
know
how
it's
phrased
and
what's
the
if
the
challenge
is
interesting
and
and
if
the
metrics
are
are
correct,
but
potentially
it
could
be
great.
A
Greg
bell
is
asking:
is
the
goal
of
this
fund's
community
challenge
campaign
to
vote
on
the
theme
of
two
campaigns
that
we
allocated
250
000
each
during
find
five
to
go
along
with
the
standard
dap
in
ecosystem
campaigns
and
no
okay?
That's!
Okay!
That's
that's
correct
some
things.
Okay,
so
it's
not
too
vote
on
the
theme
of
two
campaigns.
It
can
be
vote
on
the
themes
of
how
many
campaigns
can
fit
into
the
the
total
allocated
a
half
a
million
budget.
A
Okay,
so
in
theory
it
could
be
10
campaigns
each
one
for
50k,
okay,
it
could
be
one
campaign
for
half
a
million,
but
so
so
I
want
to
get
stuck
on
two
campaigns
and
and
that
that
amount
you
know
that
that
can
this
is
totally
flexible
and
also
you
know
the
the
the
question
if
it's
the
standard,
dap
and
ecosystem
check
campaigns.
Well
well,
right
now,
I
know
so
I
found
phantom
four
is
gonna,
have
three
more
so
we're
gonna
have
so
far.
It's
gonna
have
five
fans.
A
A
Let's
see
what
happens
it's,
this
is
the
this
is
the
time
to
experiment.
This
is
the
time
to
try.
I
mean
I
mean
at
some
point
I
would
I
would
assume
like
in
six
months
from
now.
You
know
we're
gonna
get
together,
so
many
people
and
so
much
money
at
stake,
and
so
much
pressure
and
and
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
habits,
we're
gonna,
develop.
A
A
Okay,
greg
is
asking,
will
we
be
using
the
standard
flight
or
some
other
version
of
the
doors
to
vote?
Well
for
this.
A
For
this
I
would
say,
an
announcement
is
gonna,
follow
maybe
on
friday,
maybe
on
friday-
maybe
later,
but
definitely
next
week
in
next
town
hall,
you're
gonna
get
lots
of
very
specific
details.
How
how
registration
is
gonna
work.
A
Phil
is
asking:
do
these
projects
get
all
the
funds
up
front
progressively
or
at
the
successful
completion
of
the
project
and
well
in
fund
two?
We
just
gave
it
all
up
front
and
in
fan
3
we're
gonna.
Do
it
more,
you
know
more
progressive,
you
know
it's
gonna,
be
conditional
on
reporting
on
progress
reports
and
and
some
accountability,
and
so
we
haven't
completely
nailed
down
the
exact
process,
but
but
it
will
definitely
require
like
filing
reports,
and
this
report
seems
to
be
legit
reports,
not
like
made-up
reports.
A
A
Yes?
Definitely,
of
course
that's.
Actually,
that's,
that's
that's
how
it
works.
You
know
like
this
is
why
I'm
keep
telling
people
like
go.
Propose
now
go
for
pose
now
because,
obviously,
like
you
know
once
once
you,
if
you
propose
and
you
win
and
you
execute
well
and
people
see
that
you
are
reliable,
they
can
trust
you
to
to
deliver
and,
of
course
they
would.
You
know
you
have
a
huge
advantage
to
get
more
more
funding
after
get
your
foot
in
the
door
now
before
it's
too
late.
A
You
know
before
it
gets
really
hard.
I
mean
it's
still
not
that
hard
like
I
mean
it's
still
hard,
but
but
it's
not
as
hard
as
it's
going
to
be
later
on
lenny's
asking.
A
A
Yes,
we're
gonna,
you
know
we're
gonna,
give
like
lots
of
instructions
and
detail
like
how
to
how
to
handle
this,
but
just
to
address
the
specific
thing
you
would
need
to,
you
would
need
to
uninstall
the
app
and
you
need
to
reinstall
a
new
version
and
that
we're
going
to
push
out.
Probably
you
know,
probably
next
week
we
will
let
you
know
when
the
new
version
is
out
and
and
then
you
will
have
an
updated
version
of
the
voting
app
and
all
ready
for
fund
three.
A
A
Some
will
ask
again:
would
it
be
possible
to
vote
with
hardware
wallets?
No,
it's
not
possible
to
vote
with
hardware
wallet,
we're
we're
working
on
it,
but
it's
complicated.
It's
gonna
take
a
few
funds
until
we
until
until
we
get
this
integrated,
we
will.
We
will
don't
worry.
Like
everybody
keeps
asking
me
about
it,
don't
worry,
we
will
don't
call
us
we'll
call
you
we're
gonna
tell
you
when
when
when
it's
ready,
you
know
like
we're
not
going
to
just
like
add
that
to
the
future
of
the
surprise.
A
So
you
know
it's
it's
it's
it's
funny,
because
this
is
like
of
all
the
all
the
questions
I
get.
This
is
the
one
that
is
like
repeats
every
week
from
many
different
directions.
In
all
channels,
like
you
know,
like
I
understand
you
know,
like
security
is
really
important.
A
Like
I
mean
I
mean
I,
I
use
a
hardware
wallet,
I
I
understand
security
and,
of
course
these
are
their
most
valuable
users
like
it's
not
the
most
valuable,
but
it's
like
it's
like
the
it's
like
everybody's,
valuable,
but
but
people
who
use
hardware
wallets
means
they're,
pretty
deep
in
and
they
really
care
about
about
about
stuff,
like
security
and
and
and
you
know
where
you're
part
of
this
process,
you
know
so
we
are
working
really
hard.
A
A
Colton,
I've
noticed
that
there
are
others
on
the
apple
app
store.
We
have
the
same
issue
with
the
voting
app
as
me.
It
doesn't
work,
it
just
says
no
connection.
Will
this
be
fixed
before
the
next
funding
round?
Yes,
actually
we
just
get
confirmation
that
it's
been
fixed
today,
but
it
will.
It
haven't,
been
pushed
to
the
app
store
yet,
but
but
it's
it's
fixed.
A
Well,
basically,
yeah
we
basically
been
sending
them
to
a
single
account
and
you
know
a
single
wallet
and
to
the
to
like
their
head
proposer
and
and
they
manage
it
from
there
for
now-
and
you
know
we're
gonna
have
multisig
account.
We
want
to
see
wallet,
support
at
some
point
in
time
and
that's
gonna
unlock
a
bunch
of
a
bunch
of
improved
mechanisms.
A
A
Can
we
increase
the
funding
grounds,
at
least
to
double
the
current
planned
sums?
I
think
we
should
take
advantage
of
the
market
and
also
allow
more
projects
to
be
realized.
I
think
this
would
also
increase
the
amount
and
quality
of
proposals,
so
I
kind
of
okay.
So
I
mean
this
is
a
it's
a
great
question
always
worth
discussing.
A
A
Okay
well
well,
hang
on
wait,
wait
for
some
announcements
and
you
will
see
okay,
it's
gonna
be
interesting
week.
A
A
I
mean,
I
assume,
I
think,
we're
talking
about
the
product
owner
role
like
like
the
challenge
like
how
can
we
product
owner
all
this?
For
for
for
the
cardano
system,
I
mean
it's
a
cool
idea.
I
mean
it's
a
that's
like
another.
Well,
you
can.
You
can
definitely
propose
that
as
a
challenge,
a
community
chess
challenge
and
see
if
the
community
agrees
with
you
I'd
love
to
experiment
in
all
different
things,
but
I
guess
the
reason
is
that
is
that
well,
there's
a
few
reasons.
A
First
of
all,
I
just
need
like
it's.
It's
hard
like
like
this
kind
of
role,
is,
is
really
complex
and
requires
kind
of
like
deep
domain
knowledge
and
usually
just
having
one
person
for
me
to
interact
with
versus,
like
operating
like
dozens
of
people
is
easier,
but
maybe
you're
talking
about
the
the
the
like
a
crowdfund
to
deal
with.
A
The
the
the
the
problem,
sensing
challenge,
so,
if
you're
talking
about
that,
that's
like
super
rad,
I
support,
I
hope
you
like,
I
think
that's
actually
up
on
the
ballot
like
to
have
a
I
think
for
for
fun,
for
funds3
like
to
have
a
community
challenge.
It's
all
about
like
dealing
with
unaddressed
problems
that
that's
been
that
in
this
challenge,
not
the
door.
It's
the
product,
troll!
A
Well,
yeah,
I
mean
I
mean
it's,
as
I
said
like
like.
I
just
need
one
person
full
time.
That's
like
super
dedicated
and
committed,
and
and
and
and
to
train
and
to
work
with
me
feels
feels
like
a
more
short-term
and
reliable
thing
to
do.
You
know
giving
the
challenge
the
short-term
challenges
that
we
have,
but
I
think
if
we,
I
think,
if
we
see
some
experiments
that
are
like
that
and
we
see
them
that
are
actually
succeeding
and
getting
out
good
outcomes
and
we
figure
out
how
to
do
that.
A
A
A
Cool
dip
adikari
is
asking:
how
can
I
become
a
community
advisors,
a
community
advisor?
What
are
the
steps
involved?
So
it's
actually
extremely
easy
and
all
you
actually
don't
need
to
do
anything
all
you
need
to
do
is
like
I
mean
you
need
to
do
something
you
need
to
during
in
each
fund.
There
is,
there
is
a
period
of
time
where
we
opening
up
community
advisor
registration
and
it's
basically,
I
think
we
we
open
it
up.
A
I
think
it
in
the
third
week
and
it's
open
until
the
fifth
week.
I
believe
something
or
maybe
the
second
week
until
the
fourth
week
you
can
look
at
the
documentation
and
and
then
you
open
id
scale,
there's
like
a
pop-up
that
comes
up
and
asks
you.
A
If
you
want
to
become
a
community
advisor,
you
just
say:
yes,
you
know
if
you
are,
if
you're
eligible
to
be
one
there's
some
like
eligibility
criteria,
that
you
need
to
look
carefully
at
before
that
and
then
you're
on
our
list
and
then
and
then
we're
we're
like
sending
you
resources
and
messages
and
inviting
you
to
the
telegram
and
and
maybe
in
the
future.
Will
I
give
you
training
and
and
basically
you
know,
and
then
you
can
be
super
involved.
A
Okay,
one
one
I'll
answer
one
more
and
then
I'm
I'm
going
to
call
it
today
so
troy.
The
man
with
great
questions
is
asking
what
constitutes
a
referral
door?
How
is
this
measured.
A
So
to
become
a
refer
okay,
so
let's
this
is
that's
distinct!
Oh
man,
maria
you're,
right,
okay,
I'm
gonna,
answer
troy
and
then
then
I'm
gonna
address
what
maria
is
saying,
because
it's
important
okay,
so
troy
is
asking
what
constitutes
a
referrer.
So
there's
just
two
stages
to
be
referred.
First
of
all,
you
need
to
be
in
the
game.
A
You
know
to
be
even
considered
a
referrer,
then
you
need
to
be
eligible
for
a
reward
so
to
be
in
the
game
in
the
referral
game,
when
you
need
to
go
and
and
find
someone
who
hasn't
proposed
yet
for
catalyst
and
convince
them
or
you
know,
convince
them
to
come
in
and
apply
and
and
then
when
they
apply,
there's
a
little
form
in
the
field
where
they
can
you
can,
they
can
mention
who
referred
them
and
how
they
refer
them
and
they
can
fill
that
up.
A
Okay
and
then
then
you're
in
the
system.
Okay,
as
a
referrer,
now
to
be
not
to
be
eligible
for
a
reward
that
that
proposer
needs
to
win.
It
doesn't
like,
like
needs
to
win
the
vote
like
they
get
funded,
so
it
doesn't
matter
if
the.
If
the
proposal
is
for
a
hundred
ada
or
a
hundred
bucks
or
for
half
a
million
bucks
right
now,
if
you,
if
you
manage
to
get
someone
to
become
a
proposal
and
win,
you
you're
eligible
for
the
reward,
so
I
hope
that
answers
your
question.
Troy.
A
Okay,
last
thing,
last
thing:
last
and
maria
mentioned
badges.
Basically,
historically,
we
had
the
amazing
people
of
fund
one
and
they
did
an
amazing
job
and
they
were
back
then
back
in
the
good
old
times.
We
were
only
50
people
and
I
saw
them
and
and
they
did
it
and
there
was
like
no
funding
given
they
just
did
it
to
to
help
all
of
us
prototype
the
system
and
and
have
it
more
ready
and-
and
you
wouldn't
believe
how
terrible
it
was.
A
A
It
was
just
like
a
bunch
of
other
tests
on
my
plate
and
I
never
got
to
it
and
I
think
I
sent
all
found
one
participants
a
form
and
I
think
only
14
people
filled
it
up
and
also
we
discovered
that,
like
it's
like
a
bit
harder
to
implement
in
a
d
scale
than
we
imagined
and
I
kind
of
dropped
the
ball.
Okay,
that
that's
me
taking
I,
okay,
so
sorry,
maria
sorry,
all
from
the
one
people.
I
dropped
the
ball
on
it.
A
But
now
that
you
reminding
me
I'm
going
to
I'm
going
to
give
it
another
shot,
a
text
and
like
I'm,
going
to
try
I'm
going
to
put
it
in
my
task
list
in
my
to-do
list
and
and
try
to
try
to
make
it
happen.
A
Actually
now
I
have
it,
I
have
some
help
have
marek,
like
a
new
person
to
join
the
team
was
like
taking
more
of
the
id
scare
responsibilities,
so
I'm
just
gonna
ask
him
to
to
do
it
and-
and
I
think,
there's
like
the
chances
of
it
getting
done
it
just
increased
by
a
thousand
percent.
A
So
thanks
for
the
reminder,
sorry
fun.
One
people
you've
been
amazing.
The
contribution
is
amazing,
and-
and
you
should
you
should
be
celebrated.
So
let's
do
this
all
right.
On
that
note,
logging
off
everybody.
A
Thank
you
all
for
participating,
and
oh
thanks.
Thanks
qatar
for
the
plan
about
the
plants.
These
are
yeah.
It's
like
to
thank,
think
thank
my
wife
for
being
such
a
have
green
hands.
See
you
all
next
week,
gonna
be
an
exciting
week.
Next
week.
Hope
you're
ready
for
some
splashes
bye,
bye.
