three
projects
in
one
I'd
hoped
to
show.

the
philippines
and
the
first
challenge
that
they
were
addressing
was
the
grow,
africa
grow,
cardano
challenge
with
their
cardano
health
infrastructure
and
then
there's
nation
building,
dapps
and,
I
believe,
adapts
and
integrations
challenge
that
they
they've
also
landed
in
as
well.
So
we're
gonna
show
one
video,
it's
quite
long,
so
stay
with
us
and
it's
all
driven
around
cardano
used
in
the
health
industry.
I
I'm
zach
from
hippocrates.
Hippocrates
is
a
health
platform
for
web
3.0,
as
well
as
a
decentralized
health
information
exchange.
There's
a
lot
to
unpack
here.
So
let's
go
through
it
one
at
a
time,
starting
with
the
technicals.
In
a
nutshell,
the
story
starts
with
a
single
system,
the
electronic
medical
records.
I

Now,
with
the
advent
of
web3,
a
natural
thought
would
be
to
put
the
health
information
exchange
on
the
blockchain
to
incur
the
benefits
of
decentralization,
so
that
no
single
entity
has
control
of
all
of
the
world's
health
information
and
integrity.
So
medical
data
cannot
be
defrauded
after
they
appear
on
the
ledger.
I
You'd
be
able
to
verify,
for
example,
that
the
patient
does
in
fact
have
a
prescription
from
a
legitimate
doctor,
even
if
the
details
of
the
prescription
or
the
doctor
are
hidden
from
you.
So
when
it
comes
to
the
blockchain,
only
these
zero
knowledge
proofs
are
stored,
not
the
actual
medical
information
privacy
is
restored.
I
I
I
Each
government
will
be
able
to
foster
their
own
ecosystem
of
health
facilities
and
steward
their
own
opchain
database,
all
while
interoperating
with
the
world
at
large
via
the
centralized
health
information
exchange,
there's
still
a
bit
to
unpack
as
to
who
hippocrates
is
for.
We
have
three
use
cases
in
mind.
I
First
is
what
we've
discussed
most
recently,
our
offering
is
for
governments
and
large
health
organizations
deploying
the
infrastructure
for
their
own
health
information
exchange.
There
are
still
quite
a
lot
of
problems
in
this
space.
Even
for
advanced
countries
like
the
us
who
have
already
begun
on
their
own
hie
projects.
The
failures
still
outnumber
the
successes.
I
Second,
is
an
offering
for
health
app
developers.
They
will
be
empowered
through
our
fleming
apis,
to
create
the
health
apps
as
easily
as
connecting
to
your
typical
rest.
Backend
compliance,
interoperability,
security
and
the
blockchain
learning
curve
will
all
be
handled
for
them,
so
they
can
focus
on
what
really
matters
their
application.

about
that
from
the
hippocrates
team
right?
What
they've
just
shown
you
isn't
just
a
demo
or
some
mocks
they've,
been
building
this
infrastructure
for
the
last
five
years
and
then
they've
connected
cardano
into
what
they've
already
built.
So
the
zero
knowledge
proofs
posting
that
there
is
a
record,
but
not
the
record
itself.

All
of
that
infrastructure
was
was.
Was
there
already
or
they've
been
building
it,
and
then
they
connected
the
zero
knowledge
proof
components
to
to
to
their
existing
development
stack
and
then
the
community
pharmacy,
and
then
the
vaxa
are
new,
essentially
applications
of
their
healthcare
infrastructure.

I'd
encourage
you
all
to
go
and
dive
into
these
proposals.
Learn
about
what
projects
they've
got
going
on
outside
of
this
learned
that
you
know
that
the
team
are
you
know,
set
up
and
are
beginning
to
pilot
this
with
actual
healthcare
organizations
and
and
and
then
yeah.
So
I
had
a
quick
question
around
to
elaborate
on
how
we
solved
the
patient
health
data.
Privacy.

then
you
know,
maybe
when
you
add
something
like
self-sovereign,
identity
or
credentialing.
On
top
of
that
in
the
future.
That
then
means
that
maybe
the
the
patient
can
then
become
the
full
custodian
of
their
own
data.
So
that's
a
little
bit
of
an
insight
into
where,
where
the
future
for
this
could
go
right.
So
in
any
case,
I'm
going
to
hand
back
to
danny,
I'm
really
really
proud
of
these
two
projects
and
and
no
more
proud
than
any
of
the
other
projects
that
we're
seeing
coming
through.

it's
pretty
amazing
to
be
watching
it.
I
remember
having
conversations
just
like
a
couple
months
back
like:
where
are
those
projects?
Where
are
the
things
coming
a
bit
like
the
outcome?
So
it's
really
great
to
see
that
people
are
coming
to
the
end
of
those
projects
and
regardless
of
their
complexities,
we're
seeing
a
lot
of
them
come
to
fruition,
and
you
know
this
is
just
a
snippet
of
what's
happening.

Obviously,
there's
lots
of
projects
which
are
going
alongside
as
well
and
we're
going
to
learn
a
lot
as
a
community
from
them,
whether
they
succeed
or
they
fail
it's
part
of
the
process
and
it's
definitely
a
learning
point
and
data
point
for
everybody
to
get
involved.
So,
if
you're

just

We
are
gradually
every
week
as
we
receive
those
updates.
We
update
those
spreadsheets
as
well,
and
you
know
at
some
point
soon
enough.

we're

be
moving
all

cool
outcomes,
dashboard
and
that
is
currently
underway
in
construction,
but
for
now
we're
working
out
of
the
spreadsheet
again,
you
can
see
there

we

presenting
to
you
during
the
town
halls.
So
please
please
dive
in
at
your
discretion
whenever
you
find
the
time
to
do
so,
speaking
of
which
what's
happening
at
in
the
rest
of
the
ecosystem.
As
you
know,
we
we're
supposed
to
originally
begin
voting
tomorrow.

Unfortunately,
we
had
some
bugs
eat
our
lunch
a
little
bit,
so
we
had
to
take
care
of
them
before
deploying
it
into
the
ecosystem.
So
we
will
be
waiting
for
that
week
or
so.
The
the
start
date
for
voting
was
shifted
to
april
21st
next
week,
and
then
it
will
be
open
for
the
standard
14-day
period.
I
think
the
voting
app
and
everything
else
should
be
up
to
date
as
well,
including
the
wallets
and
the
information
in
the
faqs
as
well.

if
you're
talking
to
your
fellow
cardano
travelers,
you
can
share
that
information
with
them,
but
we
will
have
that
weak
buffer.
Now,
until
we
resume
to
the
voting
as
such
again
unfortunate
situation
with
the
with
the
bug
in
place,
but
it's
a
part
of
the
development,
so
the
the
life
must
go
on
as
such.

for
those
that
kind
of

initial
update
that
we

back
in
february
and

we
sort

launched

In
fact,
or
one
day
in
fact,
it
was
so
d.
Reps
are
delegate
representatives
for
short
directors
way
cooler,
so
we're
going
with
that
and
it's
our
sort
of
way
of
enacting
liquid
democracy
and
liquid
democracy
is
a
dynamic
hybrid
between
direct
and
representative
democracy.

a
very
fluid,
optional
and
sort
of
a
not
singular
way
of
doing
democracy,
and
what
I
mean
by
not
singular
is
that
you
could
have
multiple
d
reps
doing
doing
your
voting
for
you,
so
that
is
completely
optional.
So
you
can
revoke
that
right
to
have
your
voting
power
used
by
someone
else
by
d-rip.

sort
of
a.

know,
that's
a
really
whistle-stop
tour
of
what
a
d-rep
is
and
we're
gonna
go

a
lot
more
detail
through
workshops
and
a
lot
of
documentation
is
coming,
as
you

reopened
registration,
so
we
did
an
initial
batch
of
registrations.
We
got
loads
of
interest,
which
was
great,
but
because
it's
been
such
a
long
time
since
we
communicated
again,
we
reopened
it
to
make
sure
we
included
as
many
people
as
possible
that
were
interested.
So
that's
going

people
increasing
their
voting
power

much

more

passive
voter

can't
read

thousand
proposals
that
we've
had,
or
nearly
a
thousand
proposals
for
fund
eight
on
average,
only
eight
or
eight

ten
proposes,
are
read
and
voted
on
in
funds,

so
this
can
dynamically
and
dramatically.

have
been
exploring
how
we
achieve
a
bit
more
clarification
when
it
comes
to
the
timing
of
release
of
funds
each
month
to
sort
of
the
you
know
the
fund
that
proposes
month
after
month,
as
we
all
know
right
now,
we
are
not
in
a
a
world
of
stable
coins.

lot

hard
work

we've
got
a
bit
of
understanding
into
how
the
process
works
and,
on
the
other
hand,
it's
also
important
that
funded
proposals
have
some
predictability
and
some
streamlining
in
terms
of
when

payments

we
are
converging
to
a
very
good
place
and
the
details
will
be
shared
very
soon.

we

those
discussions
was
one

reminded
us
that
you

discussions

we
are

start

stuff

can
start
putting

proposals,

people
can

sort
of
branching
off
forming
small
sort

sub-working
groups
to
figure

you

better
it
is

easier
it

for
all
of
us.

save
more

so
we

have
another
discovery

in

after
town

we

project
workflow.

we're

in

sense

people
who
comes

because
an
issue

decentralized
environment.

bit
complicated
to
figure
out
what
our
next
steps

who's
going

usefulness

practices

methods
and

determine

further

implemented

improve
the

circle
proposal
and
yeah.

scope

deliverables

looking

working
on

community
is
trying
to
put
their
hands

going
to
do

entity

the

people

with

experience
