we're
now
setting
up
a
trial
with

a
large
hotel
chain
in
the
uk,
where
we
test
with
about
200
000
users,
or
we
will
invite
200
000
users.
But
according
to
our
projections,
we
want
to
be
at
17
million
customers
in
five
years.
That
means
a
thousand
nine
hundred
and
950
corporations
or
brands
that
are
inviting
their
customers
to
this
new
experience
in
total
17
billion
customers.
So
that's
the
goal
for
five
years.

traditionally
underserved
and
it
has
really
gotten

complicated

differently

best
piece
of
advice
that
you
would

forward

people
who
are
just
beginning

journey

money

iterate

submit
good

small
amount

funded,

we

deadline
adjustment.

before
we
jump

the
weeds
of
today's
town
hall,
we're
gonna
pause
here
for
a
minute.
Normally,
we
would
be
entering
a
lockdown
on
idea,
skill
submissions
for
fund
8,
but
that
will
no
longer
be
case
tomorrow.
The
original
deadline
which
was
scheduled
for
march
3rd,
is
now
pushed
all
the
way
to
march
17th,
and
this
is
in
the
light
of
the
recent
events
and
in
a
spirit
of
iteration
as
well.

So
we
wanted
to
accommodate
that
and
give
that
ability
to
to
to
work
a
little
bit
less
stressful.
You
know
catalyst
is
a
continuous
system.
It
is
a
giant
incubator
that
helps
you
to
learn
new
skills
to
make
new
connections
by
diving
into
the
community,
and
in
doing
so
it's
a
way
to
get
a
feedback.
Just
like
michael
said
to
you
know
to
refine
ideas
based
on
this
feedback
and
then
get
the
chance
to
polish
it
into
the
final
form,
but
that's
not
the
goal
for
for
these
days.

know,
ideally
at
least
that
a
week
in
advance,
so
that
you
can
start
benefiting
from
that
collaborative
layers
and
getting
the
feedback
from
people.
So
while
the
deadline
is
extended,
please
don't
make
don't
use
it
all

way
up

give
it
at
least
a
week
advanced
notice,
so
they
can
give
proper
eyes
for
the
people
to
have
a
look
and
give
you

them

chance
to
actually
read
your
proposal

submit

feedback

what
the
timeline
looks
like
ahead.

seen
a
few
questions

floating
around
with
regards
how
much
time
exactly
we're
adobe
to
actually
edit
your
proposals,
as
as
I
mentioned,
the
deadline
to
submit
will
be
all
the
way
up
until
march
17th,
but,
as
always,
you
will
be
always
be
able
to
actually
edit
your
proposals
throughout
the
entire
refinement
stage
and
also
finalize
stage
later
on
so
just
dive
into
the
depth
of
each
challenge.

So
again,
this
means
that
absolutely
last
day
to
make
any
edits
and
or
submit
your
proposals
before
they
get
locked
and
moved
into
the
next
stage
for
community
advisors
review
will
be
then
the
march
17th.
After
that
date,
you
will
no
longer
be
able
to
edit
these
so
make
sure
you
plan.
Accordingly,
everything
else
will
proceeding
as
planned
and
there's
no
change
to
the
process
itself
at
the
present
time.

So
what
exactly
is
the
next
week
about
for
the
people
who
are
already
with
their
proposals
locked
and
loaded
in
the
idea
scale?
Well,
the
idea
is
to
now
evolve
the
proposals
to
better
address
the
challenge
and
to
be
clear,
this
is
quite
a
shared
responsibility
amongst
all
of
us
who
actually
have
the
capacity
and
time
and
maybe
willingness
to
make
each
other
better,
because
this
is
not
only
about
the
proposals
working
on
their
edits
and
engaging
with
comments
on
their
proposals
alone.
Now
this
is
really
a
mutual
effort
by
everyone
in
the
community.
A
Whichever
role
you
may
be
in
you
know,
advisors,
spos,
tool,
makers,
mentors.
You
know
you
may
be
still
a
lurker
challenge.
Team
members,
voters,
you
know
we
can
all
come
together
and
concentrate
the
effort
to
elevate
the
quality
of
fellow
community
members.
You
know
that
have
taken
that
leap
of
faith
to
embrace
the
catalyst
process.
A
So
what
we
can
do
now
and
there's
a
couple
of
options.
We
can
start
with
giving
the
feedback
to
one
another
and
that
way
we
can
get
fresh
perspectives
on
solutions
that
we're
trying
to
present
collectively.
But
what
is
often
really
underrated
and
is
super
cool
secret
power
within
catalyst?
Is
that
of
making
connections?
You
know,
we've
seen
it
time
after
time,
every
fund,
due
to
the
nature
of
how
we're
collaborating
many
proposals,
end
up
merging
their
efforts
or
supplementing
each
other's
resources,
and
even
new
teams
are
being
formed.
A
So
because
you
know
you
will
not
only
be
able
to
edit
and
work
on
your
written
proposals,
but
you
are
also
asking
to
evolve
your
teams.
So
if
you
are
browsing-
and
you
know
feeling
you
have
a
gap
to
help
address
or
have
some
other
opportunities,
how
to
help
the
teams
that
are
presenting
their
proposals
by
working
together
to
reach
out,
you
know
offered
to
join
a
team.
You
know
it
is
also
very
much
part
of
the
entire
process.

So,
like
you
know,
if
you
are
strong
in
finance,
but
a
proposer
is
more
of
a
dev
and
is
seeking
support.
You
know
you
can
compliment
each
other
quite
well,
so
offer
the
helping
hand
you'll
be
surprised
by
the
type
of
outcomes
you
can
simply
get
for
asking
you
know,
and
in
return
requesting
that
you
can
do
and
request
to
help
yourselves
as
well,
and
it
really
costs
you
nothing
just
looking
deeply
into
who
the
people
are
behind
each
proposal,
and
you
know,
as
you
might
know,
this
is
not
a
sign
of
weakness.

If
you
have
a
skill
that
helps
address
any
of
these
gaps,
reach
out
to
the
team
and
and
see
what
happens,
you
know,
as
always,
asking
cannot
really
hurt
and
it's
just
a
great
resource
to
to
go
and
try
to
implement
your
teams
even
better
and
there's
also
plenty
of
additional
channels.

are
the
different
ways
that
you
can

utilize
idea,

don't
be
shy.

know
because
your
dream
team
may
just
be
around
the
corner.
We
just
checked

and
there
are
more
than
50
000

you
sitting
in
idea
scale
and
that
you
know
to
leverage
that
sort
of
potential
is
is
quite
extraordinary.

don't
be
shy,
there's
lots
of
people
different
backgrounds,
and
you
know
just
as
a
simple
example
as
as
in
here
just
get
in
touch
with
people.
As
you
see
the
proposals,
you
will
see
those
little
bubbles
and-

that
shows
you
who
the
owners
are
and
then
just
pop
in
send
them
a
message.
The
idea
scale
interface
changed
a
little
bit
so
this
time
around,
you
will
need
to
look
for
the
center
pm
function,
but
don't
be
shy
to
use
it.

a
great
way
how
to
go
about
and
actually
add
value,
and
then
you
know
giving
feedback
a
few
minutes
of
your
time,

attention
can
really
make
a
good
difference
for
a
lot
of
proposers
who
are
seeking
the
help.

especially

you're
thinking
about
being
a
community
advisor,
for
example,
this
is
really
the
easiest
way
how
to
begin.
This

people
feedback
when
the
proposal
is
still
evolving
by
the
time
the
you
know
the
the
projects
will
close
down
on
march
17th.

Beyond
that
point,
we
won't
be
able
to
help
those
proposers
to
make
their
proposals
better.
So
now
is
a
crucial
time
to
do
it,
and
it
will
also
help
you
to
learn.
If
you
want
to
see
whether
the
community
advisor
work
is
for
you,
so
this
is
a
really
great
way
to
get
familiar
with,
what's
happening
and
understand
the
the
inner
workings
of
of
the
process,
and
you
know
we
will
be
generally
looking
at

three
core
criteria
which
I
think
for
many
of
us
are
not
as
strange
at
the
moment.

First
is
a
clarity
really
looking
at
to
see
if
the
proposal
is
understandable
and
if
there
are
any
gaps
that
need
to
be
addressed
in
order
to
make
it
better?
Also,
with
regards
to
impact
we'll
be
looking
at
the
how
much
impact
of
this
proposal
has
on
the
actual
challenge
brief.
So
in
other
words,
is
it
aligned
with
the
mission
statement
of
each
challenge
question?
Does
it
actually
address
it
at
all
and
if
there
are
any
ways
to
make
that
impact
even
greater?

This
is
also
a
great
opportunity
to
double
check
if
you
actually
submitted
the
proposal
in
the
right
challenge,
because
if
you
do
it
in
wrong
challenge,
then
this
will
be
a
big
mismatch
for
you
later
on,
so
make
sure
you
check
that
accordingly
and
then
feasibility,
you
know
where
we
ask
if
there
are
enough
elements
in
the
proposal
that
help
us
understand
all
whether
it
can
be
successfully
implemented,
so
does
it
have
all
the
attributes
that
essentially
contribute
to
that
factor?
You
know
bad
budget
plan,
you
know
experience
and
things
of
that
nature.

So,
as
you
dive
into
idea
scale
this
week,
try
to
see
where
you
can
offer
the
learning
points
for
proposers
in
any
of
these
categories.
By
sharing
your
insight
so-
and
you
can
use
you
can
also
do
so
by
leveraging
the
guidelines
for
community
advisors
from
the
previous
funds
that
can
they
can
also
shed
extra
light
on.
What
is
it
that
a
good
proposal
is
is
is
made
of
brief
reminder.

always

important
to
remind
ourselves
how
we
communicate
with
each
other
so
make
sure
you're,
conveying
your
reservations
about
proposals
from
the
constructive
point
of
view

coming
from
a
good
place

that
the
feedback

need

comments.

show
how

your

what
I
do.
I've
been
building
the
chinese
speaking
community
in
the
past.
As
many
of
you
might
know,
I'm
getting
chinese
speakers
all
over
the
globe
to
understand
and
to
join
cardano.

Now
the
community
is
flourishing,
many
people
from
taiwan,
malaysia,
singapore
and
et
cetera.
They
are
here
talking
about
karano.
Every
day
recently,
I
started
building
a
community
bridge
between
projects
and
the
cardinal
community
by
hosting
regular
twitter
spaces,
giving
the
projects
and
an
opportunity
to
answer
my
spicy
questions
and
talking
directly
to
the
community.
Recent
guests
include
ceo
of
cardano
foundation,
maladex
muslim,
swap
husky,
and
so
on.
That's
the
short
introduction
about
me.
D
The
goal
for
me
at
the
catalyst
circle
is
mostly
to
bridge
the
communications
gap
between
ambassadors
guild
cardano
foundation
and
the
general
community
ambassadors
guild
is
made
up
of
cardinal
ambassadors.
People
like
me,
felix
and
so
on.
Many
of
the
cardano
community
members
feel
that
they
don't
really
have
a
good
idea
what's
happening
at
the
foundation,
also
in
terms
of
what's
happening
regarding
catalyst
in
the
foundation.
So
I
wish
to
strengthen
the
communication
between
the
foundation
and
the
community,
as
well
as
with
the
cardinal
ambassadors.

Some
of
the
challenges
that
I
see
so
far,
the
biggest
one
is
the
lack
of
clarity.
So
the
foundation
has
no
definitive
plan
of
what
exactly
they
want
at
catalyst
circle.
There
are
thoughts.
There
are
ideas,
but
nothing
is
set
in
stone,
so
it
is
largely
up
to
me.
The
circle
and
the
community
to
work
together
and
to
help
shape
the
goal
and
the
narrative-
and
I
believe,
that's
the
biggest
meaning
of
my
presence
and
my
representation
of
cardano
foundation.

Another
challenge
for
me
personally
is
how
I
position
myself
to
be
a
representative
of
cardano
foundation.
How
far
do
I
represent
them?
And
how
far
do
I
speak
my
own
mind
where
to
draw
that
line,
and
how
do
I
make
that
separation?

that's
something
for
me
to
be
figuring
out
in
the
next
six
months
of
my
seat,
with
the
help
of
fellow
representatives
at
the
circle
and
hopefully
with
help
from
you
guys,
the
community
as
well.
