What’s it like when a group meets for the first time?
This recording documents the initial meeting of the Cardano Catalyst Circle.
The Circle has six people meeting as representatives from different parts of the Cardano Project Catalyst “ecosystem” in their initial meeting, aided by external persons from GovernanceAlive who serve in the facilitator and secretary roles.

communication

pure
spos
running

love

ecosystem

future
proposals

aligning

improving

processes

they
exist

and

they
should

feedback

one

key
goals

me

feedback
and
being
able

in
a
timely
manner,

people
aren't
getting

frustrated

any
inactivity

assistance

it
that's
being
done?

next

quarter

the
very
first
thing
is
voter
engagement.
You

of
ada
holders
participating
in
voting
engaged,
engaged
in
decentralized
governance
and
the
main
thing.

main
thing
where
we're
doing
is
we're
working
on
the
technology
to
make
voting
even

more
simple

easy,

right
now,
the
hot
potato
that
we're
dealing
with
is
basically
ins
right
now
in
order
to
participate

voting,

participate

two

separate
sessions.

need
to
register

vote
and

you

work
building

additional
technology
that
would
enable
registration
and
voting
to
happen

one

potentially
even
adding
delegation.

engaged

voting
don't
want

review

lot

delegate

someone
who

interested

trust,

incentivized

that's
mainly

really
like
our
focus,
and
the
second
thing
is
scaling
up
voting.

we're

ramping
up
all
our
capabilities,
ability
to
process

work
with
something

target
is
to

a

thousand
unique
voters
and
also
really
ramp
up.

have

mean

I
can't

about
it

in

there's

a
bunch
of
strengthens

security

voting
to
make
it
more
resilient
to
different
types
of
attacks
and
better,
better
monitoring

specifically

main
things
we
want
to
add
is
that
each
user,

the
app

the
voting
app,

actually
track
kind

lifecycle
of
its
votes
and
be
able
to
see
that
it's

been

registered

as
we're
adding

starting
to
add
the
voting
privacy.

forks
for
the
