2021

a
cultural
aggravation
aiming
to
investigate
and
develop
web
free
Solutions
able
to
support
local
cultural
workers
and
their
activities.
Our
approach,
similarity
with
cardanos,
got
us
to
propose
on
the
final
six
nft
business
models
challenge
focused
on
non-artistic
use
cases.
We
considered
that
because
the
preceding
local
adoption
stage
was
characterized
to
be
incipient
and
very
slow.
Our
proposals
should
conceptualize
the
nft
uses
as
local
or
Latin
American.

Instead
of
non-artistic,
we
envisioned
five
type
of
initiatives
and
amount
of
funding
we
received
was
14
000
for
nine
months
of
execution,
we
had
exploratory
meetings
with
at
least
11
local
organizations
from
diverse
Industries.
We
collaborated
closely
with
10
local
artists,
with
whom
we
minted
nfds
are
events
in
real
time
and
over
the
church,
backed
by
these
nfts.
We
shared
educational
contents,
practical
use
cases
and
showcases
our
collaboration
with
locals,
reaching
over
400
followers
on
social
media.

published
a
website
where
creators
could
promote
and
tag
their
nfts,
which
we
also
showcased
at
the
cultural
events.
We
participated
on
and
executed
five
workshops
to
teach
about
nfts,
cardano
and
on-board
users
to
our
platform.
We
discovered
that
participants
of
our
nft
workshops
and
events
engaged
more
when
they
were
presented
physically
and
with
tangible
use
cases
that
it's
important
for
Logos
to
relate
with
peers
that
can
help
them
along
with
onboarding
and
cross-promoting
each
other
works,
and
that
the
effects
were
even
more
positive.

peers
were

Dynamics
pushed
us
to
build
a
web
3
social
network
in
Spanish
focused
on
bringing
together
users,
creators
and
projects
from
similar
regions
of
Latin
America
and
which
led
users
display
their
nfts
in
local
physical
spaces

friendly
perspective.
Considering
our
budget,
we
prefer
to
build
our
platform
on
diesel
blockchain
because
it
is
specifically
provided
those
customizable
features
at
low
cost,
so
we
could
test
and
start
integrating
cardano
to
the
platform
as
it
gets
validated
by
users
and
sources
of
income.

of
2021,
we

to

app,

tested

cultural

achieving
an
active
user
rate
of

generating
insights

its

the

our

audiences.

of
these
segments
were
characterized

non-adopters
of
nfts.

we
related

300
agents,
100
participants
and

Direct
collaborators
was
selected
by
the
Catalyst
community
to
continue
providing
funding
to
our
project
through
three
fun.

challenges
obtaining

continue
operating
for
the
rest
of
2022.

on
Cooperative
local
operation
will
continue
with
focus
on
achieving
its
product
Market
fit
on
Latin
American
Market.
Most
of
our
findings
pointed
the
large
potential
that
local
governments
and
institutions
can
have
in
web
free
adoption
and
nft
utilization.
So
we
have
designed
our
business
model
to
bermuda's
clients
such
as
City
governments,
tourist
attractions,
universities,
all
cultural
spaces.

evaluating

most
suitable
ways

which
our
Social
Web
free
app
could
include
cardano
interoperability
and
on-board
communities
such
as
Catalyst,
together
with
any
cardano

with
Latin

that
in

which
is
a
virtual
space
created
for
the
people
and
educate
members
on
about
project
Catalyst,
also
because
in
the
one-on-one
Communications
with
the
community
members

people

growing

a
student
community
and
working
Professionals
in
India.
Also,
we
have
come
across
many
people
who
are
basically
having
the
idea
of
web
3,
and
they
are
just
into
that
crypto
thing.
Currently
what
we
basically
need
to
educate
them
on
the
programs
like
Catalyst,
blockchain
and
Haskell.

be
hosting
different
rooms
in
that
and
we'll
be
placing
different
South
Asian
monuments
there
so
that,
basically,
it's
a
very
cool
place
to
hang
out
and
be
keeping
up
with
the
engagement
of
the
people,

can
create
a
feedback
loop
in
which
we'll
be
monitoring.
The
programs
according
to
their
needs
and
conmers,
are
indeed
team
will
be
mentoring
all
of
the
new
projects
and
propelling
them
towards
the
Catalyst
program.

we
are
planning
to
do
it

first
and
third
Friday
of
the
month
from

2022,

it
will
be
happening
at
eight
to
nine

and
from
the
next

planning
for

every
Friday
so
that
the
regularity
of
the
sessions
is
there
and

where
it
is
happening.
