have

small
project,
something
that
is,
you

maybe
small
in
scope

nature,
but
very
meaningful,

so

a
close-up

research
researched
up
in
the
fund,

partnership

adoption
challenge.
The
purpose
of
the
challenge
was
to
find
frameworks
and
ways
in
which
cardano
or
specifically,
the
cardona
foundation
and
work
with
the
world
bank
or
the
united
nations.
I
delivered
on
meeting
with
various
stakeholders,
including
world
leading
researchers.

main
reason
for
that
is
because,
if
we
want
to
work
with
member
countries,
then
they
are
going
to
look
to
the
world
bank
for
guidance,
and
if
we
understand
what
the
world
bank
is
telling
them
and
how
we
are
actually
addressing
all
of
the
concerns
and
pain
points
that
they
are
highlighting.
When
adopting
new
digital
identification
systems,
then
we
are
in
a
very
good
position
to
be
the
ones
who
are
persuading
them.

when
it
comes
to
specific
outcomes,
we've
gotten
positive
exposure
of
cardano
and
blockchain
technology
we
have
also
had
now.
We
have
a
report
that
contextualizes
the
world's
bank's
principles.
You
can

have
a
report
that
specifies
the
pain,
points
of
field
researchers
and
outlines

a
decentralized
blockchain
powered
economy

how

the

the

considerate

upgrade
we
developed
consisted
of
two
thrusts.
Our
first
goal
was
to
develop

portfolios
hosted
on

We
completed
this
feature
and
it
is
currently
in
an
open
beta
test
on
adofolio.com
for
users
to
try
out.

goal
of
this
proposal
was
to
create
an
amazing
guide
for
off-chain
computation
in
plutus.
I
wanted
a
detailed,
step-by-step
and
thorough
guide
for
new
blues
developers
to
see
a
new
type
of
example.

before
taught
the
example
used
in
the
step-by-step
guide
for
off-chain
computation
is
the
implementation
of
a
deterministic
finite
blockchain.
Typically,
blockchains
are
not
necessarily
deterministic.
Cardinal
has
some
determinism
with
its
fees,
but
our
actions
are
always
free.
Finite
is
something
that
you
typically
do
not
hear
in
blockchain
technology
blockchains
are
expected
to
last
for
a
very
long
time.
A
finite
chain
has
some
very
interesting
properties
to
it.
A
deterministic
finite
blockchain
is
a
interconnected
blockchain.
Many
of
us
are
familiar
with
primary
chains
like
cardano.

Each
phase
will
then
proceed
and
eventually
it
will
produce
the
increment
function,
which
will
be
combined
with
the
starting
hash
to
produce
the
next
blocks.
Hash
and
the
process
continues,
this
process
will
continue
until
a
final
block
is

chain.
The
on-chain
validation
still
needs
to
occur.

hardest
challenge
of
this
project
was
advancing
a
dfb
into
its
next
stage.

feedback
you've
collected

take

read
through
that
feedback.

people
are
saying,

you
are
proposing
again
from

previous
funds,
make
sure
you
have
incorporated
the
feedback
you've
collected
in
the
past,
and
you
know
again,
you
can
still
ask
more
people
even
to
get
feedback
directly,

now
is
the
time
to
really
dive
into
those
details.
Add
more
detailed
budget
plan
milestones.
You
know
to
get
more
specific
about
experience
and
really
the
competency
of
your
teams
other
huge
things
you
can
do
at
the
same
time
that
we
always
remind
ourselves
or
is
you
know
you
can
merge
proposals?

discuss
check
the
feasibility
and
find
out
if
there
are
some
options
for
collaborations,
because
we've
seen
in
the
past
that
mergers
have
really
come
up
really
strong,
especially
those
that
are
making
the
most
sense,
because
they
complement
each
other
well
and
and
also
that
they
overlap
greatly
in
terms
of
the
scope
or
you
could
just
also
take
everything
in
you
found
out,
and
if
you
found
out
that
this
is
not
what
you
should
be
doing,
you
can
definitely
try
a
different
approach.
You
can
try
a
completely
different
direction.

You
can
definitely
do
it
so
give
it
a
go,
as
this
is
part
of
the
listening.
So
if
you
do
need
to
rewrite
your
entire
proposal,
there's
nothing
wrong
with
it
with
rewriting
your
entire
scope,
because
that
that
is
actually
the
point
of
the
whole
thing
here
to
try
the
new
things
also
to
be
noted,
choosing
the
right
budgets,
it's
quite
fundamental.
You
know
these
did
so
these
there
are
things
to
consider
such
as
the
total
budget
allocated
to
the
challenges.

in
you
know,
development
of
other
proposals
in
that
category
you
know
sometimes
reducing
a
scope
of
a
proposal
to
a
lower
budget
capacity
is
an
option
and
it's
a
viable
strategy
to
actually
increase
chances
of
being
funded.
As
such
speaking
of
that
feedback
for
the
past
week,
I
think
everybody
is
rallied
together
to
provide
tangible
feedback
to
everyone
involved,
and
we've
already
seen
a
really
great
effort
in
helping
all
proposers
to
get
better
and,
as
you
know,
we've
also
seen
proposals
being
actively
involved,
trying
to
facilitate
this
process
even
more.

seen
a
lot
of
that
happening
over
the
chats
as
well.
So
thank

for
that.
But
having
said
that,
we're
still
keeping
the
comment
option
in
idea.
Scale
open
just
like
we
did
in
a
iteration
trialing
during

last
fund,

you

commenting
will
be
still
open
until
the
very
last
day

submission

feedback
to
proposers
and
really
try
to
see
where
you

add
them
value,

main
things
that
I

campaigned
on
was
just
to
make
sure
that
people

received
their
funding
from
the
community
are
able

two

the
key
things
that

put
forward
was

clarification
as
to
the

timing

disperse
the
funding.
They
work
really
really
hard.
