A
A
A
Okay,
great
so
yeah
today
it's
gonna
be
a
nice,
nice
and
short
town
hall
with
a
bit
of
me
and
and
a
lot
of
some
other
community
members
and
I'm
really
glad
they're.
A
Things
can
break
like
documentation
differ
greatly
between
iteration
disorient
overload
and
inspire,
and
this
week
I
chose
this
awesome
image
of
a
phoenix
rising
from
the
flames
because
well
it's
not
that
accurate,
but
I
mean
I
that's
how
I
feel
about
this.
This
project
that
we're
just
about
to.
We
gain
a
lot
of
momentum
and.
A
A
A
A
A
The
phoenix
okay,
okay,
okay,
we
didn't
get
to
the
updates.
Okay,
great
all
right,
phoenix
rising,
and
so
I
talked
about
safety
and
liveliness
is
something
a
little
addition
to
to
my
to
my
usual
commitment
to
you.
So
not
only
safety
but
also
livelihood
being
a
place.
That's
dynamic,
evolvable,
engaging
like
like
a
living
organism.
You
know,
rather
than
like,
let's
say
like
a
machine
so
and
continuing
this,
like
I
want
to
talk.
A
Let's
give
you
this
quick
update,
so
we're
still
we're
still
50
50
on
whether
we
will
have
voting
before
the
holidays
and
my
feeling
from
the
trenches
is
optimism
and
we
started
the
dry
run
and
we
started
it
today
and
we
had
we
had
people,
we
had
testers
register
through
through
a
special
version
of
deadlifts
called
the
rules,
catalyst
and
this
using
real
ada.
This
has
been
captured
on
the
mainnet
so
far.
Looking
good
we're,
gonna
work
into
continue
to
work
this
week
with
it.
A
With
this,
like
kind
of
like
final
final
general
run,
and
I
hope
that
somewhere
around
monday
monday
tuesday
wednesday
and
we
can,
we
can
say
we
can
tell
you
if
it's
a
go
or
if
it's
a
go
with
a
short
delay
or
a
no-go.
But
I
would
say
cautious
of
optimism
from
from
watching
how
things
are
progressing.
A
So
during
the
when
I
was
with,
as
we
were
talking
about,
you
know,
as
you
noticed,
the
token
price
was
had
some
fluctuation
and
in
the
past
few
weeks
and
I
think
a
lot
of
people
on
on
the
catalyst
telegram
channel.
I
think
a
lot
of
people
were
asking
questions
about
it
and
and
asking
for
color
clarifications
so
public.
A
Now
it's
a
good
time
to
give
kind
of
a
more
thorough
explanation
about
how
price
fluctuation
affects
funding
amounts
and
I'm
going
to
run
you
a
few
scenarios
and
you
know
we'll
walk,
we'll
walk
step
by
step,
and
you
know
happy
to
also
take
questions
at
the
end
of
the
presentation
to
clarify
whatever
is
not
clear.
Okay.
So
let's
look
at
the
first
scenario,
so
at
the
bottom
of
the
screen
you
see
on
october
on
october
21st
the
proposals
had
they
were
finalized.
A
So
it
was
like
the
last
date
for
proposers
to
modify
the
amount
of
aida
and
they've
asked
for
and
let's
take,
let's
take,
let's,
let's
take
an
amount,
a
hundred
data,
some
some
hypothetical
proposal
that
was
asking
for
100
ada
and
the
price
the
market
price.
At
the
time
was
sorry,
the
price
price
market
at
the
time
was
0.107
dollars,
so
that
proposal
was
worth
10.7
dollars
now
sometimes
have
passed
and
we're
getting
to
a
funding
event.
A
So
assuming
everything
went
okay,
we
did
the
voting,
we
tallied
the
votes
and
we're
starting
tradition,
dishing
out,
rewards
and
and
the
funding
for
proposers,
and
so
let's
call
that
time.
This
funding
event-
okay,
so
happening
in
january.
A
A
This
is
just
a
hypothetical
I
I
don't
have
a
crystal
ball,
okay
and-
and
I'm
also
not
trying
even
to
predict
anything,
I'm
just
trying
to
give
you
an
example
to
explain
the
point
so
assuming,
let's
just
let's
make
a
wild
assumption
that
this
is
going
to
be
the
token
price.
So
there
was
like
some
change,
what's
going
to
happen
to
the
funding
of
the
proposal
so
well
now
this
100
ada
is
worth
twenty
dollars,
which
is
almost
double
what
the
proposer
asked
for.
So
this
is
not
them.
A
A
You
know,
because
you
know
you
look
at
the
opposite
opposite
direction.
What?
If
what?
If
what?
If
we
lived
in
a
parallel
universe,
where
the
initial
token
price
was
0.2,
and
then
he
went
down
to
0.107
okay,
so
then,
then
someone
who
made
a
proposal
that
was
worth
20
dollars
at
the
time
of
the
funding
event.
He
will
only
get
10.7
dollars
and
like
what?
A
How
how
like
you
know,
how
is
it
going
to
be
able
to
pay
the
bills
to
pay
for
servers
to
et
cetera
et
cetera,
so
you
will
receive
more
data.
In
that
case,
you
will
receive
186.9
ada,
so
what's
worth
20
dollars
all
right,
so
this
was
like
the
first
two
two
scenarios.
A
Now,
let's
take
a
look:
let's
take
one
one
step
backwards:
okay,
let's
talk
about
the
entire
treasury
and
the
logic
and-
and
here
it's
I'm
gonna-
introduce
you
some
additional
complexity
that
I
don't
think
we
we
talked
about
before
and
so
bear
with
me.
A
So,
first
of
all,
we're
starting
with
the
right
the
the
tax
like
the
treasury
attack.
So
there's
some
some
some
some
every
every
epoch
there's
some
sort,
some
some
amount
that
gets
fed
into
the
treasury.
Okay,
I'm
not
I'm
gonna,
not
putting
real
numbers
here.
I'm
just
giving
you
a
kind
of
like
an
abstract
overview
of
the
situation,
try
to
simple
numbers
to
make
it
easier
to
understand.
Okay,
so
so
there's
some
tax
goes
into
goes
into
the
treasury.
Okay,
so
let's
say
in
theory:
we
started
with
a
treasury,
that's
holding
a
thousand
ada.
A
Okay,
like
a
small,
a
humble
treasury.
I
would
say
then,
and
then
we
have
some
other
thing.
We
call
the
treasury
seed
okay,
so
the
treasury
seed
is,
is
actually
the
the
funds
that
are
actually
governed
by
by
catalyst
okay.
So
this
is
a
some
sort
of
a
multisig
account.
A
Okay
and
from
from
their
rewards,
are
dished
out
that
a
starting
point.
It
holds
zero,
and
then
you
have
the
people
who
receive
funding
there
already
is
initially
they
received
zero
okay.
So
this
is
the
initial
initial
state.
Okay,
then
we
had
then
we're
starting
to
launch
the
funding
cycle
so
from
the
treasury.
A
There's
going
to
be
a
transfer,
let's
say
of
let's
say
if
it's
a
particular
amount,
200
ada
going
to
to
the
treasury
seed
and
who
is
making
this
transfers
is
the
genesis
keyholders,
okay,
so
they're,
the
one
who
are
signing
this
transaction
and
over
time
as
this
entire
system
gets
more
and
more
decentralized,
we're
probably
going
to
move
into
some
kind
of
a
smart
contract.
That's
going
to
do
that.
So
it's
not!
You
know
not
not
not
key
holders,
then
from
this
treasury
seed
rewards
are
going
to
dished
out.
A
So
let's
say,
let's
say
we
we're
we're
running
the
second
scenario,
okay
of
like
what
I
showed
in
this
slide.
Okay,
when
when
there
was
this
one
proposer
and
he
receiving
186,
186.9
ada,
okay,
so
that's
amount
is
getting
transferred
to
the
rewards,
and
now
they
have
186.9
ada.
Okay,
who
did
this
transfer
a
voting
committee?
So
representatives
I
mean
for
fun
too.
It's
just
gonna
be
a
one
person.
It's
like
just
like
an
emergency
thing.
We
did
in
order
to
deliver
on
time
for
fun
screen
onwards.
A
It
would
be
voting
committee
representatives
from
the
three
from
from
iog,
cf
and
emirgo
and
going
forward
later
on,
as
we
decentralized
its.
The
voting
committee
would
be
composed
of
hundreds,
maybe
even
thousands
of
community
members-
okay
and
I'm
not
going
to
get
into
this.
These
details
we're
going
to
talk
about
the
more
early
next
year.
When
we
talk
about
the
our
road
map
and
our
pathway
to
the
towards
the
centralization.
A
Then
we
ended
up
with
the
next
funding
round.
Okay,
so
we
had
it,
we
have
it.
We
have
a
treasury,
that's
okay!
Maybe
the
numbers
are
not
perfect
here,
but,
okay,
so
let's
say
transfers
like
right
now:
the
treasury
seeds,
because
it
transferred
this
106.9
and
had
13.1
left
okay
for
next
funding.
That's
not
enough
funding
to
fund
to
fund
the
next
funding
round,
so
they're
going
to
be
a
transfer
from
the
treasury
to
the
treasury
seed
for
the
amount
needed
and
then
trader
city
is
gonna.
A
Let's
say
like
the
next
next
round
was
like
the
same
rewards
one
proposal
and
again
transferring
okay.
So
rinsing
repeats.
A
So
and
we
can
look
like
and
again,
we
can
look
at
it
from
the
other
scenario.
What
if
token
price
goes
up?
Okay,
so
a
basically
same
idea?
A
But
here,
if
you
notice
at
the
end,
we
had
a
bit
of
more
money
in
the
trade
receipt
right
146.5.5,
because
the
amount
of
aida
that
was
dished
out
was
lower
right
because
because
the
price
went
up
so
this
time,
there's
going
to
be
need.
We
need
to
transfer
less
money
from
the
treasury
a
in
order
to
complete
the
seed
to
be
ready
for
the
next
round,
and
then
the
seed
will
dish
out
the
rest
of
the
funding
for
the
world
is
and
so
on
and
so
forth.
A
So
I
hope
this
gave
you
a
bit
of
an
insight
about
the
mechanism.
That
is
that
it
is
going
to
that
kind
of
like
control,
the
logic
of
funding
for
the
next,
for
the
next
funds
and
and
one
thing
and
and
this
might
be
complicated,
especially
people
who
hate
accounting
but
remember
it's
all.
This
is
gonna,
get
much
easier
and
simpler
once
we
have
a
stable
coin.
A
So
so
this
is
like
a
temporary
solution.
Not
not
great
ux
to
get
better
once
we
have
a
stable
coin,
so
hopefully
that
gave
you
a
bit
of
insight.
A
I
would
say
maybe
one
last
point
is:
is
just
kind
of
like
the
logic
of
the
system
like
why.
Why
did
we?
Why
are
we
doing
it?
That
way-
and
I
want
I
know-
and
I
want
to-
I
want
to
stress
two
things:
okay,
the
reason
we
chose
this
type
of
solution,
because,
because
it
aligns
the
incentives
of
everybody,
okay,
what
what's
the
incentive
of
a
proposer
like
in
the
end,
what
a
proposer
wants
is
to
successfully
deliver
on
his
proposal
and
in
order
to
successfully
deliver
on
his
proposal,
he
needs
predictability.
A
A
On
the
other
hand,
this
also
aligns
with
the
incentives
of
of
voters,
because
in
the
end,
what
voters
and
all
of
us
in
the
community
assume
is
that
over
time
a
token
price
is
going
up,
and
so,
as
long
as
we
keep
being,
you
know
the
more
productive
we
are
and
continuing
to
produce
roi
from
the
treasury,
therefore,
impact
potentially
impacting
price
or
hopefully,
hopefully,
building
an
ecosystem
does
does
have
a
have
a
positive
effect.
A
It
means
that
we're
utilizing
the
the
treasury
funding
in
a
very
good
and
optimal
way.
Okay,
so
so
voters
can
be
assured
that
this
collective
funding
is
being
is
being
used
well,
so
hopefully
that
helps
gives
a
bit
more
insight
and,
of
course,
I'm
here
to
answer
more
questions
or
elaborate
later
on
beyond
that.
So
I
want
to
invite.
A
Okay,
all
right,
so
how
about
we
move
to?
How
was
we
move
to
steve
about
the
animated
logo
contest.
A
B
A
Thank
you,
okay,
so
I'll
I'll
give
a
bit
of
context
and
then
throw
it
back
to
you.
Okay.
So
last
week
we
talked
about
community
communi
community
challenge
proposals,
basically
the
ability
of
people
to
for
the
community
not
just
to
make
proposals
on
a
specific
challenge,
but
also
make
a
proposal
for
a
challenge
for
the
community
for
the
community.
So
it
could
be
anything
from
implementing
a
roadmap
working
on
some
of
cardano's
mission
and
working
on
sp
specific
tasks.
B
B
Basically,
if
there's
going
to
be
a
lot
of
overwhelm
and
confusion,
disorientation,
I
thought
as
project
catalyst
continues
to
grow
in
breath
and
depth
and
it
becomes
a
much
bigger
ecosystem
in
and
of
itself
inside
of
cardano,
that's
there's
going
to
be
even
more
disorientation
overwhelm
and
just
the
overall.
Where
do
I
start
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
wanted
to
pose
was
up
here.
Can
you
see
the
slides
behind
me.
B
And-
and
that
is
you
know
that
we
start
thinking
about
how
to
start
onboarding
people
into
cardano's
ecosystem
cardano,
obviously,
is
chock
full
of
a
lot
of
nomenclature,
jargon
and
obviously
ongoing
conversations
like
the
ones
inside
a
project,
catalyst,
and
so
the
challenge
question
inside
of
all
of
that
is
as
cardano
grows.
B
It
was
quite
clear
that
there's
there's
quite
a
bit
of
a
learning
curve
and
the
reason
I
thought
it
was
important
was
that,
as
cardano's
ecosystem
becomes
deeper,
broader,
this
fragmented
volume
of
new
information,
whether
it's
discussions,
conversations
discord,
youtube
telegram
it.
It
brings
about
a
huge
amount
of
information
and
jargon
and
nomenclature
that
is
gonna,
disorient,
confuse
and
deter
from
initial
participation,
and
I
think
that
that's
something
we
need
to
look
at
as
we
continue
to
roll
out
fun.
Three
four
five
and
six,
and
so
I
figured
I'd
propose
this.
B
Obviously
this
is
raw
and
crude
to
start
with,
but
I
figured
we'd
start
the
conversation
about
how
to
measure
this
with
some
metrics,
and
one
of
the
thoughts
that
I
was
initially
going
to
put
on
the
table
was
a
landing
page
and
we'll
see
that
in
the
next
slide,
but
that
landing
page
could
be
measured
with
web
page
clicks,
video
views
and
the
length
of
the
video
that
was
viewed
a
number
of
the
links
that
we
would
provide
in
order
for
people
to
click
out
to
whether
they
wanted
to
participate
as
a
staple
operator
or
as
ready
to
submit
a
proposal
on
project
catalyst
or
any
of
the
other
various
ways
to
participate.
B
B
You
know
how
easy
was
it
to
start
participating
in
cardano's
growth,
and
I
think
we
could
start
getting
some
feedback
as
far
as
part
of
the
process
to
find
out
if
we
are
actually
a
easy
ecosystem
to
onboard
to,
and
so
you
know,
rough
broad
strokes,
the
challenge
amount,
I
thought
would
be
about
a
hundred
thousand
dollars
worth
of
ada
and
the
way
that
I
saw
that
playing
out
is
that
this
would
be
part
of
helping
someone
like
an
avatar
like
a
carmen
and
let's
just
say
that
carmen
is
new
to
cardano
very,
very
new.
B
She
she
buys
some
ada
tokens
hears
about.
The
project
is
excited
and
she,
you
know,
ended
up
finding
out
about
cardano
by
watching
a
charles
video
and
usually
a
lot
of
people.
Will
google
or
find
charles
being
one
of
the
the
main
people
associated
with
cardano
and
so
they'll
start
there
and
she'll
hear
a
mention
of
project
catalyst,
and
this
is
kind
of
going
deeper
into
the
avatar
of
who
might
be
on
the
outside.
B
Looking
in
thinking,
okay,
how
can
I
get
started
and
so
as
carmen
searches
and
finds
an
already
evolved
conversation,
whether
that
conversation
exists
in
a
youtube
town
hall
like
this
one
or
on
a
telegram
channel?
B
B
It's
not
knowing
where
to
start
the
overwhelming
disorientation.
I
think
we
need
dedicated
onboarding
channels
to
start
to
help
steer
some
of
the
cardano
curious
right
into
participants
and
the
proposal.
That's.
B
This
is
the
person
this
is
going
to
be.
Addressing
is
someone
that
needs
a
direct
starting
point
for
understanding
cardinals
mission,
why
this
might
be
important
for
them
to
participate,
how
they
can
help
where
they
can
actually
go
and
start
understanding.
B
You
know
the
lay
of
the
land
and
where
they
go
for
support
and
resources
when
they're
ready
to
start,
and
so
the
inventory
of
the
current
solutions
is-
and
this
is
just
a
very
simple
inventory
that
I
had
taken
this
past
week-
was
that
you
can
email,
iohk
cf,
basically,
at
the
end
of
every
youtube
channel
posting
by
iohk,
you
know
there's
some
type
of
email
us
if
you
want
to
get
in
contact
the
pros
to
that
is
that
it's
pretty
easy
and
the
cons
are
that
those
emails
really
aren't
well
responded
to
I've.
B
Much
like
if
you
joined
an
organization
at
the
employment
level
with
iohk
you'd,
probably
have
somebody
at
hr
ready
to
bring
you
in
to
bring
you
into
your
team,
someone
in
your
team
to
help
with
that
process
of
getting
not
only
caught
up
with
the
conversation
but
also
embedded
onto
the
team,
and
you
know
ready
to
start
the
productive
process
with
your
team.
B
Discord
is
available
and
the
pros
when
we
inventoried
that
was
that
it's
very
focused,
but
the
con
is
that
it's
an
evolved
conversation
generally
you're
walking
into
something
that
already
has
a
lot
of
traction
and
it
could
be
a
little
disorienting
and
then
there's
youtube
right.
So
a
lot
of
the
place
places
that
we
that
we
have
are
entertaining
and
educational,
so
you
can
watch
the
video
right
and
get
entertained
and
educated,
but
sometimes
it
doesn't
really
have
the
personalization
of
saying
hey.
B
We
want
you
to
participate
and
here's
exactly
how
you
could
do
it
one
two
three.
So
I
think
that
that
that
tends
to
be
the
con
of
youtube
and
it's
a
kind
of
a
one-way
conversation.
B
You
can
comment
whatnot,
but
what
that
leaves
us
with
is
that
cardano
needs
a
map
and
in
order
to
use
a
map,
you
tend
to
need
to
have
a
compass,
and
it
also
needs
a
dictionary
and
so
to
the
outside
world,
especially
now
that
we're
growing
with
project
catalyst,
it's
very
important
for
people
to
be
able
to
quickly
reference
the
lay
of
the
land
from
all
things,
gogins,
all
things
state
pool
staple
operator
and
be
able
to
navigate
that
with
a
compass
right
like
okay.
How
do
I
go
from
one
place
now?
B
The
starting
point
to
this
okay,
great,
the
best
and
fastest
path,
would
be
here
and
make
it
easy
for
people
and
also
part
of
that
process
of
making
it
easy
is
to
provide
them
with
a
dictionary
so
that
our
nomenclature
jargon
curve
can
easily
be
packaged
if
you
will
and
can
become
a
non-issue,
because
I
do
believe
that
that
is
a
huge
threshold
that
people
have
to
cross
and
it
takes
a
lot
of
time.
B
So
there
is
a
part
of
the
of
the
challenge
that
I
wanted
to
share
with
you
guys.
The
visual.
B
This
is
just
an
idea,
but
that
is
the
idea
of
drawing
what
it
looks
like,
and
that
would
be
something
like
start.cardano.org,
and
so
this
would
be
the
landing
page
that
would
be
talked
about
on
all
the
channels
and
in
essence,
it's
a
very
simple
landing
page
where,
if
you
wanted
to
start
something
on
cardano
you'd,
go
there
and
watch
some
two-minute
explainer
video
and
that
would
orientate
any
type
of
person
whether
they
were
new
or
already
an
existing
data
holder
on
what
are
the
involvement
options?
B
Okay-
and
I
think
that
that's
important,
because
it's
a
very
quick
way
of
saying
hey-
this
is
kind
of
the
lay
of
the
land
and
then
provide
a
visual
map.
You
know
of
all
things,
cardano
what's
being
worked
on,
what's
available
to
be
worked
on,
where
can
your
ideas
take
root
and
what
can
you
get
involved
with?
B
And
so
we
provided
a
visual
map
with
ongoing
projects,
how
to
propose
a
new
project
where
to
find
resources,
whether
you
know
somebody
wanted
to
to
get
involved
in
adapt
or
whether
they
wanted
to
get
involved
in
content
or
whether
they
wanted
to
apply
for
employment
somewhere.
B
That
would
be
the
place,
and
then
the
real
feature
of
this
is
that
several
people
have
been
in
conversations
about
having
content
channels
that
are
very
specific,
whether
it's
a
content
channel
having
to
do
with
all
things,
dapps
or
plutus,
or
all
things
state
pool
operator,
and
that
whole
world
is
really
having
very
specific
content
channels
for
ongoing
support.
That
would
be
part
of
the
start.cardano.org
ecosystem.
B
So
in
essence,
just
a
landing
page
and
more
than
anything,
it's
meant
to
front
run
the
massive
amount
of
fragmented
information.
That's
about
to
come
in
2021
as
we
start
putting
these
funds
in
play
every
six
to
eight
weeks
as
we've
talked
about.
So
that
was
what
I
wanted
to
share
and
yeah
again.
This
is
really
rough
version,
one,
but
I'd
love
to
hear
your
feedback
and
see
if
you
guys
think.
A
Bravo
very
cool.
I
want
to
ask
you
one
quick
question
and
then
I
think
I
mean
honestly.
I
think
if
someone
from
the
audience
wants
to
ask
a
few
questions,
we
can
also
do
a
few
minutes
for
for
that,
while
you're
still
here.
So
I
guess
my
question
is:
how
do
you
see
this
as
a
challenge
like
what
what
kind
of
proposals
would
be?
B
The
amount
of
information
that
is
not
only
currently
part
of
project
catalyst,
but
that
will
more
than
likely
be
coming
on
online,
with
the
growth
of
project,
catalyst
in
2021
and
so.
B
The
reason
this
differs
from
a
proposal
for
a
an
idea
is
that
this
has
a
lot
of
moving
parts,
and
this
is
an
open
discussion
more
than
a
tailored
solution.
So
I
decided
to
put
the
start.cardano.org
idea
as
kind
of
the
mental
model
of
like
okay.
Where
do
we?
Where
do
we
have
people
land
that
they
can
easily
quickly
onboard
themselves
into
participating
in
in
cardano?
B
And
so
I
don't
know
exactly
what
it
looks
like,
but
I
know
that
we're
going
to
need
a
lot
of
content
creators
to
start
talking
about
all
things:
dapps
and
plutus-
maybe
a
catalyst
channel
that
updates.
You
know
hey.
This
is
what's
going
on
with
fun
two
and
as
we
run
them
in
parallel
fun,
three
fun
four,
and
I
think
that
it's
going
to
be
a
contribution
from
a
lot
of
community
members.
In
order
to
do
this,
the
right
way,
rather
than
just
one
project
team.
B
And
so
I
wanted
to
just
propose
this
because
I
do
see
this
as
an
important
part
of
the
growth
of
the
ecosystem,
but
also
because
I
do
think
that
this
is
going
to
be
a
multi-team
solution
right,
so
there's
gonna
have
to
be
content.
Creators
there's
gonna,
have
to
be
people
bringing
ideas
that
we
haven't
thought
of
yet.
So
that
was
the
reason
that
I
thought
it
was
worthy
of
a
challenge.
A
That
that's
great,
I
think
you
know
I
I
I
think
it's
a
great.
I
think
it's
like
a
really
great
start,
and
I
think
it's
also
very
inspiring,
I
think,
for
us
as
a
community,
to
see
that
how
we
can
take
these
community
challenges
into
different
directions,
because
I
mean
I
think
I
think,
even
within
this,
what
you're
saying
there's
like
different
ways.
You
can
do
it
like
I
mean
you
can
do.
For
example,
you
can
say
here's
my
canvas.
A
We
have
a
like,
let's
say
one
landing
page
and
then
we
start
to
let's
say,
fill
it
with
content
and
different
content
or
user
research
or
whatever
is
the
the
things
that
enable
user
conversion
right
into
getting
like
from
newbies
to
like
onboarded
users,
but
at
the
same
time
it
can
also
be
like
almost
like
a
competition.
Where
can
multiple
people
can
offer
different,
onboarding
funnels,
for
example,
and
then
the
one
who
you
know
and
then
over
time?
Looking
at
the
data
we
can
see
who
who
managed
to
onboard
the
board
people
more
effectively?
A
And
you
know,
and
and
for
example,
okay,
so
so
a
challenge
the
challenge
can
have
collaborative
aspect
in
it.
It
could
have
competitive
aspect
in
it
and
I
think
for
you
and
and
the
community
to
discuss
together
like
how
do
you
want
to
formulate
the
challenge
in
in
the
best
way
possible
to
you
know,
to
get
the
best
outcome
and
I
think
there's
some
probably
some
open
questions,
but
I
think
it's
really
great.
I
think
your
presentation
was
excellent.
So
really,
thank
you.
A
C
C
A
C
B
Yeah,
so
let's
pop
the
challenge
back
on,
if
you
want
to
see
it,
maybe
somebody
missed
it.
B
As
an
outsider,
and-
and
this
is
something
that
I
thought
took
took
me
a
while
to
think
of
is
being
part
of
the
ecosystem
now
for
several
years,
it
was
quite
easy
for
me
to
figure
out
and
navigate
where
to
participate.
B
Somebody
who's
new
who's,
just
starting
to
hear
the
basics
of
cardano
and
they're
interested
in
getting
involved.
It
might
not
be
as
easy,
so
I
thought
it
would
be
important
to
discuss
this
as
as
a
challenge.
A
Awesome,
thank
you
so
much
and
I
appreciate
it.
Okay,
we
have,
I
think
we
have.
We
have
the
actual
cook,
I'm
sorry
for
the
the
misunderstanding
before
it's
just
like
it's
funny
that
I
never
see
people's
faces
and
I
only
most
of
their
names
on
chat,
so
I
might
get
confused
with
names
so
question.
I
feel.
A
C
D
And
it
says:
let's
celebrate,
I
hope.
Yes,
okay,
fantastic,
so
here's
the
idea-
and
it
just
came
to
me
sometime
while
I
was
dreaming
before
I
jump
right
into
it.
I
wanted
to
say
thank
you
to
everybody,
all
the
participants,
everybody
that's
putting
on
a
proposal
to
you
door.
Thank
you
very
much
to
to
iog
cardano
foundation
to
to
everybody.
That's
I've
met
to
the
road
map,
to
catalyst
and
to
everyone
to
come.
There's
going
to
be
quite
a
few,
I'm
sure.
D
So
with
that
being
said,
I'll
just
jump
into
this.
As
we
know,
aydah
lovelace's
birthday
is
the
12th.
So
here's
the
challenge,
let's
throw
her
a
birthday.
D
This
works
really
well
with
what
miguel
kind
of
looked
over
in
his
slide.
D
This
is
a
combination
of
the
community
challenge
using
the
template
that
you
provided
last
last
town
hall
and
and
then
I
just
kind
of
did
my
own
thing
for
part
of
it.
But
what
we're
looking
at
here
is
a
community
challenge
to
participate
to
put
together
a
party,
let's
throw
a
party
and
in
order
to
throw
a
party,
we're
going
to
need
a
lot
of
people.
Why
are
we
going
to
do
it
because
it's
fun?
We
like
parties
and.
D
B
D
What
I'd
like
to
do
with
this
is
all
of
us
get
outside
of
our
bubble
and
reach
out
to
some
other
people.
So
it's
not
part
of
fun,
two
part
of
fun
three.
This
is
really
a
thing
that
needs
to
be
done
right
now,
right
away,
it's
open
to
everybody.
So
you
know,
let's
reengage,
recreate
the
synergies
from
the.
D
The
roadmap
september
5th
I'm
not
mistaken
in
the
beginning
of
the
project,
catalyst.
D
Let's
announce
to
the
world
that
ada
has
landed
her
pals
golden
voltaire,
marlow
and
basho
are
on
their
way.
D
Sorry,
lord
byron
could
not
make
it
deciding
a
family
problem
if
that's
kind
of
funny
I'd
like
to
change
screens,
if
I
can,
but
anyway,
let's
see
here
okay,
so
this
is
kind
of
the
title.
This
is
not
the
challenge,
but
it's
the
title.
Beyond
calculations,
the
poetical
science
of
ada
lovelace
community
defined
a
community
driven
challenge.
That's
really
an
intersection
of
the
creative
and.
D
Computing
happy
205th
birthday,
you
dear
sweet,
sweet,
lady,
hashtag,
ada205,
a
the
2020.,
there's
that
and
ultimately,
what
we're
doing
here.
A
party
planning
request:
that's
an
open
invitation
for
everybody
to
participate
in
planning
the
global
celebration
in
honor
of
italy,
lovelace
some
potential
hashtags
that
we
could
be
putting
special
appearances
of
her
pals
golden
voltaire,
marlo
and
my
show
I
do
like
making
the
same
jokes
and
comments
twice
on
two
slides.
D
Let's
talk
about
the
diversity
of
the
parties,
it's
a
birthday
party,
a
holiday
party
celebration
party
and
a
bubble
party.
We
all
like
bubble
parties
and
foam
parties,
but
let's
get
out
of
the
bubble.
Let's
go
take
ada
out
on
the
town
and
see
if
we
can
get
other
parties
involved.
So
it's
my
party
and
I'll
code.
If
I
want
to
very
common
thing
to
say,
here's
a
little
haiku
that
I
just
wanted
to
share
computer
bits,
bytes
ones
zeros.
So
charles
and
ada
conceive
it's
pandora's
box.
D
You
know
we've
got
basho
coming
out.
You
know
it's
it's
just
funny
and
I
think
that's
how
we
get
people
to
engage,
in
my
opinion,
aydah
and
charles,
how
many
trousers
does
it
take
to
throw
a
party
for
ada?
Let
me
not
answer
that,
but
just
point
out
that
how
many
people
does
it
take
to
teach
me
how
to
use
the
word
throw
properly
that
should
be
t-h-r-o-w.
D
Spelling
is
not
my
strong
point
but
aydah
new
charles
babbage,
charles
dickens,
wheatstone,
possibly
darwin,
and
somebody
that
we
know
charles
hoskinson.
She
probably
knew
more,
but
I
I'm
not
going
to
name
my
son
charles,
because
aydah's
a
hard
lady
to
live
up
to
she
invented
computer
programming
and
ultimately
we
are
all
here
because
of
that
here
we
are
to
a
challenge.
D
Let's
you
know,
celebrate
aydah
lovelace
the
question:
how
do
we
throw
a
global
party
on
the
10th,
a
holiday
party
you're
in
hurrah
a
chance
to
celebrate
showcase
accomplishments
and
implement
the
roadmap?
You
know
it's
important
because
it
allows
us
to
get
back
to
what
we
were
doing
reconnect.
D
You
know,
work
together
again
and
relax
have
some
fun
metrics
that
we
could
use.
I
think
I
think
miguel
had
some
some
great
he's
probably
got
the
metrics
down
better
than
I
do
here,
but
use
social
media
trends
see
what
grows
see,
how
big
our
communities
on
discord
and
telegram
and
slack
and
facebook
all
the
other
places.
You
know
see
what
we
can
grow.
Can
we
get
into
the
top
channel
on
twitter?
D
You
know
on
the
birthday,
then
there's
also
micro
challenges
related
to
this.
We
could
look
at
lunar,
crush
as
well
challenge
amount
of
virtual
hugs
and
high
fives.
If,
if
anybody's
up
for
that,
so
here's
the
problem
statement,
how
can
the
cardone
community
use
this
time
before
voting
with
one
another
to
implement
the
roadmap
who's
going
to
benefit
from
it?
Everybody
really.
You
know
community
proposers,
individual
contributors,
stakeholders
teams,
people
that
do
not
know
yet
about
cardano.
D
What
are
we
being
accomplished?
You
know
what
is
accomplished:
strengthening
bonds
missions,
performing
actions
on
the
roadmap,
auditing,
the
roadmap
and
being
accountable.
I'd
like
to
take
a
look
at
columns
d-e-m-g
at
some
point.
All
we
need
is
some
participation
and
imagination.
D
D
The
second
challenge
is
on
an
individual
basis,
reach
out
to
a
stranger
or
someone
that
doesn't
know
about
cardano
and
find
a
way
to
engage
them,
not
anybody
individually,
but
maybe
another
community,
someone
else
another
bubble.
What
I'm
going
to
do
is
reach
out
to
my
friends
in
the
literary
fields
online
and
and
personally,
and
just
throw
out
ada,
lovelace
and
haiku
see
what
they
say.
I'm
going
to
throw
out.
D
Also,
you
know:
byron,
vol's,
hair,
gorgon
bass
show
by
show-
and
I
forgot
somebody,
but
all
those
names
mean
something
different
to
all
of
us-
again-
engage
with
groups
and
networks
outside
of
our
bubbles.
D
Increase
community
members
spread
the
global
brand,
which
you
know
ideally
will
bring
on
more
developers
more
business,
more
entrepreneurs.
This
is
a
branded
campaign.
If
you
want
to
participate,
let's
define
pick
a
picture
pick
a
background
and
build
the
global
brand
recognition.
I've
got
some
potential.
D
And
know
I'd
like
to
vote
on
this
see
what
everybody
else
thinks
if
you're
interested-
and
that's
really
about
all
that
I've
got
at
this
point
for
this
presentation.
So
I'm
going
to
stop
sharing
my
screen.
A
Okay,
well,
wonderful!
Thank
you!
So
much!
Okay,
we
got
to
get
two
great
presentations.
I
think
this
one
is
more.
I
think
some
are
related.
I
guess
to
connection
with
within
the
community
like
strengthening
connections
between
the
community,
but
also
you
like,
awarding
new
people
or
or
increasing
some
recognition
thanks
to
thanks
to
this
activity.
A
C
A
D
Oh
absolutely
I
need
to.
I
need
help.
Yeah
I
mean
I,
you
know
I'm
not
going
to
do
this
on
my
own
and
really
achieve
any
results.
You
know
so,
ideally.
D
You
can
contact
me
through
discard,
discord
or
or
telegram
or
I
discount,
if
you'd
like
you
know,
but
yeah.
You
know
for
the
individual
child,
individual
challenge,
you
know
that's
something
that
everybody
can
personally
decide.
You
know
what
network
do
you
have
access
to?
You
know
for
me:
it's
it's.
It's
the
literature
community.
You
know
there's
some
things
that
aydah,
you
know
say
you
know
she
was
her.
Father
was
lord
byron,
greatest
poet,
possibly
of
all
time.
D
D
D
D
11
or
12
she
came
up
with
something
called
flyology
which
she
wanted
to
create
a
steam-powered
animal.
She
wanted
to
take
animals
and
create
steampunk
and
turn
them
into
flying
animals.
D
D
A
A
I
think,
to
inspire
people
and
and
help
people
understand
how
how
this
kind
of
like
very
big
request
for
for
proposing
a
challenge,
can
be
interpreted
in
very,
very
different,
diverse
ways.
You
know
some
some
of
them
can
be
strategic
or
some
of
them
with
whimsical.
Some
that
could
be
fun.
Somebody
can
be
dead,
serious
and
and
yeah,
and
and
it's
great
and
it
takes
it-
takes
courage
to
to
jump
jump
here.
I
know
so.
D
Yeah,
you
know,
and
it
doesn't
really
cost
anyone
anything
we're
all
really
super
busy
we're
trying
to
wrap
up
the
year.
Even
if
you
just
wanted
to
change
your
your
twitter
profile
pic,
I
don't
know
what's
up
with
the
red
dots
on
twitter,
but
you
know
if
people
are
putting
red
dots
on
their
tweets.
You
know
change
your
profile
pic
for
a
day.
A
Totally,
okay
and
so
I'm
gonna,
I'm
gonna,
say
bye
to
you
and
I'm
gonna
welcome
steve
to
talk
about
the
the
animated
challenge
and
and
still
also,
I
think
it
would
be
nice
if
you
can
also
pitch
a
bit
about
how
how
how
are
using
the
discord
for
having
more
like
concentrated
discussions
about
specific
challenge,
proposals
and
so
yeah.
So
hopefully
we
can
get
you
here
soon.
C
Hey
door,
can
you
hear
me?
Oh
boy,
I'm
clear,
okay,
yeah,
I
missed
you,
you
were
saying
something
about.
It
would
be
nice
if
I
could
pitch
and
and
then
the
screen,
flipped
and-
and
I
didn't
hear
what
you
said.
A
I
said
like
so:
we
had
two
people
who
are
proposing
a
challenge
yeah,
and
so
I
wanted
to.
Maybe
you
could
share
with
the
community
how
how
they
can
use
the
catalyst
discord
channel
to
to
coordinate
on
this
on
these
challenge,
proposals.
C
Definitely
yeah
definitely
I
I
did
drop
in
the
link
to
the
a
today
channel
on
the
on
the
discord
server.
It's
in
the
chat
there
and
maybe
maybe
quasar
can
drop
it
in
again
miguel.
You
know
if
he,
if,
if
you
want,
if
you
want
a
channel
in
the
discord
server,
let's
you
know
just
ping
ping,
one
of
us
and
we'll
we'll
get
it
done.
That's
that's
really
easy
to
do
so.
Yeah
the
discord
server
itself,
we're
at.
I
think.
Last
time
I
checked
306
members
right
now.
C
This
is
our
74th
day.
I
think
in
existence
or
54th.
C
Oh
heck,
I
can't
remember
september
19th
is
when
we
lit
the
discord,
server
up
and
and
man
it's
been
doing
really
well
a
lot
of
even
during
this
kind
of
snoozy
time.
Right
now
in
project
catalyst
folks
are
folks,
are
still
hanging
out
in
the
discord
and
chatting
about
things.
C
So
that's
kind
of
all
that
I
have
about
the
discord
server.
The
reason
that
I
asked
order,
let
me
come
on
here
is
a
couple
of
weeks
ago.
I
was
talking
with
greg
pendlebury
in
australia
and
we
were
saying:
hey
it'd
really
be
nice
to
have
an
animated
logo
for
the
discord
server.
You
know
some
some
of
the
discord
servers
have
animated
li.
C
I
know
iota
does
their
their
little
logo,
you
know,
has
an
animated
swirl
to
it,
and
so
you
know
we
talked
about
it
a
little
bit
and
then
I
went
on
telegram
first
part
of
last
week.
I
think
it
was
and
and
said,
hey
how.
How
are
we
going
to
encourage
folks
to
come
and-
and
you
know,
bring
their
animation
talent
and
I'm
hearing
something
in
my
ear
here?
Is
somebody
trying
to
talk
to
me,
yeah,
okay
or
or
maybe
a
lot?
Can
you
still
hear
me?
C
Oh,
no
worries
no
worries.
I
thought
you
know
how
it
is.
I
I
can't
see
you.
I
can't
see
whether
you're
saying
hey,
stop,
stop
stop
so
anyway.
So
anyway,
I
put
out
on
the
telegram
channel
hey.
How
can
we?
How
can
we
do
this,
get
get
some
animation
talent
in
here
to
to
help
us
out
a
little
bit
and
nick
from
steakpool
oleum
said.
You
know
why?
C
Don't
we
get
a
few
stake
pool
operators
to
commit
their
their
rewards
from
epoch,
234,
which
is
the
epoch
where
we're
ship
shifting
from
150k
to
500k,
and
it
was
his
kind
of
way
of
saying,
hey.
We,
we,
we
need
to
kind
of
give
folks
an
idea
what
the
what
the
earnings
are
for
for
a
stake
pool
you
make
that
a
little
clearer.
C
So
in
any
case
he
said,
hey,
I'm
in
for
the
entire
reward
from
my
stake
pool
from
epoch,
234
and,
let's
see
if
we
can't
get
other
other
folks
and
so
quickly,
maria
karma
joined
in,
as
did
danny,
rybar
and
james
dunsty.
C
It's
starting
right
now,
tivo,
I
think,
is
going
to
drop
the
link
in
for
for
the
animated
logo
contest
on
discord
and
the
the
way
that,
oh,
also
speaking,
of
tivo,
while
we
were
kind
of
working
on
all
of
this
tevo
just
went
off
on
his
own
and
started
a
contest
on
free
on
one
of
the
freelancer
sites,
and
you
know
he
threw
in
his
own.
You
know
20
euros.
C
I
think
I
don't
know
what
what
what
the
prize
was,
but
he
attracted
some
people
from
outside
cardano
and
several
of
them
have
already
joined
the
discord
server
and
they're
and
they're
in
their
part,
they're
they're
part
of
the
community.
Now
so,
thank
you,
tivo,
that's
a
that's
pretty
cool!
You
know
that's
bringing
people
in
from
the
outside.
I
love
it.
I'm
thinking
inside
the
bubble
and
tivo's
hauling
off
outside.
So
that's
great!
C
So
anyway,
how
how
do
you
get
involved?
How
do
you?
How
do
you
do
this?
You
would
go
to
the
discord
channel
for
this
and
you
would
drop
your
your
animation
submission
in
there
and,
and
there
might
be
some
back
and
forth
about
it.
There
are
definitely
some
things
you
want
to
pay
attention
to.
The
file
has
to
be
an
animated
gif.
C
The
image
dimension
is
a
minimum
of
512
by
512
dimensions,
and
all
this
stuff
is
pinned
in
that
channel,
so
the
rules
and
and
requirements
are
pinned
on
the
channel
and
then
the
maximum
file
size
is
eight
megs.
Now
there's
a
bit
of
a
problem
because
discord
only
lets
you
drop
in
up
to
five
megs,
so
you
may
have
to
share
your
file
some
other
way
for
us
to
be
able
to
judge
it,
but
we'd
love
to
have
you
if
you've
got
animation,
talent
or
not.
C
Like
me,
I
put
a
lot
of
examples
in
there
of
stuff
that
I've
done
and
and
oh
by
the
way,
if,
if
the
administrative
team
within
the
discord
channel
does
choose
one
that
I
did,
I'm
not
the
prize,
just
stays
where
it
is,
I'm
not
about
trying
to
creep
in
on
on
a
prize.
So
in
any
case
we're
the
timeline
is
starting
right.
Now
we're
going
to
close
entries
at
noon
utc
on
the
15th.
C
So
that's
two
tuesdays
from
now.
That
will
give
the
administrative
team
on
the
on
the
discord
channel
a
chance
to
vote
and
decide
on
a
winner
and
we'll
be
back.
If,
if
dora
will
let
me
I'll
come
back
and
announce
the
winner
here
on
on
the
16th
on
on
the
town
hall
and
at
that
same
time
the
funds
would
be
distributed
to
the
winner.
C
So
if
you
submit
and
if
you
submit
a
a
logo,
you
will
get
a
pm
from
me
or
one
of
the
other
admins
saying
hey,
we
need
a.
We
need
a
payment
address
so
anyway,
that's
that's
kind
of
what
I've
got.
I'm
I'm
batting
clean
up
here.
I
hated
the
idea
that
I
was
going
to
follow
miguel.
C
I
mean
that
guy's
just
he's
a
rock
star
and
then
you
bring
in
quasar
he's
just
fun
and
at
least
I've
got
a
thousand
dollars
that
somebody
can
earn.
C
So
there
are
not
a
thousand
dollars
a
thousand
data,
all
right.
So
so
that's
all
I've
got.
Thank
you.
So
much.
A
Thank
you
so
much
steve.
This
was
great
and,
and
I
have
to
say
that
the
the
current
gifts
I
saw
look
amazing,
I
mean
I
wish
we
could.
I
wish
we
could
show
them
and
I
don't
think
I
can.
I
can
pull
them
up
really
quickly,
but
I
think
if,
if
people
want
to
see
some
like
really
really
cool
catalyst
logo
animations,
you
should
head
out
to
that
to
the
channel
as
well
with
many
examples.
C
Oh
one,
one
other
thing:
the
the
anna
was
gracious
enough
to
get
me
the
svg
files
for
the
official
logos.
So
if
you,
if
you're
going
to
enter
this
contest,
definitely
get
into
the
discord
channel
and
grab,
I
actually
converted
svg
to
psd.
If
you
can't
handle
the
svg
so
so
definitely
grab
those
higher
res
images.
Before
you
start.
C
A
I
don't
know
so.
Yes,
I
think
for
me
just
just
to
wrap
up
and
what
are
we
expecting
next
week?
A
Okay,
so
we're
gonna
have
hopefully
I'll
be
bearing
good
news
and
we'll
announce
the
start
of
the
registration
for
voting
and
again
in
order
to,
in
order
to
to
start
the
voting
before
the
holidays,
there
will
be
like
a
very
short
registration
window,
like
the
registration
itself
would
be
like,
probably
like
something
like
five
days
like
they
will
have
like
a
window
five
days
to
register
after
the
announcement
so
really
be
in
touch
like
is
it
in
the
town
hall
or
through
the
catalyst
announcement
channel
on
telegram
about
when
exactly
it
will
it
will
open?
A
Hopefully-
and
there's
gonna,
be
another
very
exciting
thing,
so
alan
mcsherry,
if
from
iohk,
is
gonna,
make
a
presentation
about
applications
like
commercial
applications,
technical
applications
for
for
for
working
with
metadata,
which
is
a
new
new
feature.
I
think
one
of
the
first
features
of
of
gogan
on
the
mainnet,
so
I
think
that
will
be
really
informative,
especially
for
proposers
looking
for
looking
for
ideas.
A
Looking
for
inspiration,
looking
for
practical
pathways
towards
fund
three
so
tuning
into
that,
so
I
hope
I
think
I
think
we're
gonna
have
a
very
exciting
town
hall
next
week
and
it's
also
exciting.
Also
this
week
was
exciting,
just
just
seeing
all
the
good
energies
from
the
community
and
all
the
initiatives,
and
you
know
really
living
living
to
the
like
meeting
meeting
our
channel
challenge
and
keeping
keeping
the
energy
flowing
as
we
go
about
the
conclusion
of
final
two.
A
A
And
that
is,
I
think,
it's
like
0.107
and
that's
in
the
faq
and
that's
actually
the
dates
like
that.
That's
exchange
rate
that
was
that
was
set
at
the
date
of
the
final
day
of
submissions
for
proposals,
and
so
so
it's
a
correlate
with
the
my
presentations
and
then
when
will
the
final
exchange
price
between
ada
usd
be
decided
questioned
by
sebastian,
so
it
would
decided
on
the
day
you
receive
funding.
So
so
the
day
we
received
funding,
we
would
look
at.
A
We
will
look
at
the
token
price
of
that
day
and
