not
what

crossed

catalyst
community

is
something

how
far
we've
come-
and
this
is
every
single
one
of
you
exercising
those
those
governance
rights
that
you
own,
that
you
are
casting
votes
and
expressing
your
opinions
through
it.

worth

so?
As
I
have
talked
about
in
every
town
hall,
I
and
the
biggest
challenge
of
this
role
has
been
reaching
the
community
of
general
ada
holder
voters,
because
it's
so
broad
and
globally
dispersed
and
people
are
all
over
the
place.
There
isn't
a
natural
gathering
spot.

answered
questions
I
collected
issues
and
some
people
were
very
kind
to
invite
me
onto
their
podcast
to
talk
about
the
role
in
my
experience
in
the
circle
which
I
really
loved,
and
I
thank
you
hosts
for
that
opportunity
going
along
with
the
theme
of
not
having
a
central
gathering
place
or
a
core
central
community.
One
of
the
things
that
I
tried
to
do
was
to
build
a
committee
of
volunteers.

would
be
a
core
group
supporting
the
work
of
the
general
ada
holder
rep,
both
to
help
me
specifically,
but
then
also
to
provide
consistency
and
support
and
context.
So
this
group
of
volunteers
might
continue
to
assist
whoever
is
sitting
in
the
seat
of
general
ada,
holder,
rep
and
that
worked
pretty
well.
We've
got
a
telegram
channel
going
if
anyone's
interested
in
volunteering
to
help.

It's
easy
to
gloss
over
a
list
or
the
importance
of
chronicling
things,
but
because
this
group
of
the
catalyst
circle
is
so
general,

people

it
draws

everyone
from
someone
who's
first
time
on
a
town
hall
to
people
who
are
like
the
ogs
of
catalyst,
and
the
topics
are
very
micro
to
macro.
So
there's
really
a
spectrum
of
things
that
gets
talked
about,
unlike
maybe
some
of
the
other
more
specific
groups.

would

able
to
understand
to
be
honest
at
that
point
and
there's
there's
help
that
can
be
offered
all
over
the
place.
These
are
really
service
roles,
so
I
ended
up
helping
her
with
this,
but
in
helping
her
with

I
learned
a
tremendous
amount.

if
you're
new,
I
do
highly
encourage
you
to
jump
in
a
breakout
room
and,
if
you're
not
sure
where
to
help.

to

you
will
really
be

digest

lot

the

happening
and
will
start
to
make
sense
through
osmosis
over
time.
