A
So
for
those
of
you
who,
who
don't
know
what
this,
what
this
icon
of
a
rocket
means
it's
when
it's
lunchtime
and
not
and
not
the
kind
of
lunch
you
eat
in
the
middle
of
your
day.
But
it's
the
launch
of
fund
for
governance
is
upon
us
and
we're
going
to
talk
more
about
it.
A
But
before
that
I
wanted
to
introduce
mike
that
have
been
a
part
of
our
a
fantasy
cohort
working
on
the
pool
tool
platform
and
and
before
before,
they're
gonna
talk
about
their
the
project
and
their
progress.
I
wanted
to
invite
mike
to
welcome,
welcome
us
into
the
town
hall.
A
B
B
A
Collaboration,
what
a
beautiful,
what
a
beautiful
presentation
like
you
have!
You
have
a
very
nice
radiophonic
voice
thanks.
B
A
Well,
okay,
so
let
me
let
me
share
the
video
you
guys.
B
Prepared,
hey
guys,
it's
mike
with
pool
tool
here,
to
give
you
a
status
update
on
the
upgrade
project
that
we
started
way
back.
I
guess
it
was
november
when
this
fun
two
started
going
through.
I
think
we
got
the
funds
in
february
and
we
started
working
on
it
as
soon
as
we
could
fit
it
in
after
that.
B
So
we're
pleased
to
report
that
we've
made
some
good
progress,
mostly
around
chat.
B
So
at
this
point
we
have
beta
testers
starting
to
look
at
our
chat
system
and
the
way
it
works
is
there's
a
little
icon
in
this
upper
right
hand
corner
if
you've
been
enabled,
where
you'll
be
able
to
see
all
the
chats
that
you
have
access
to
right
now,
I'm
logged.
B
Chat
rooms
that
we
have
so
what
the
pool
operator
has
the
ability
to
do
is
set
up
different
chat
rooms
for
different
types
of
delegators
right
now.
Those
are
delineated
based
on
just
active
stakes.
So
if
you
have,
if
you
want
to
set
up
a
chat
room
for
all
your
whales,
anyone
that's
over
5
million
at
stake,
which
is
hopefully
like.
You
know,
10
of
your
delegates.
That
makes
your
life
very
simple,
but
then
you
can
do
that.
B
B
B
So
all
these
are
accessible
through
here
you
can
just
kind
of
click
between
them
as
you
want.
In
addition,
we
have
features
for
the
spos,
so,
for
example,
you
can
you
can
look
through
all
your
delegations
and
who
is
online
and
who
can
chat
and
things
like
that
and
of
course
we
have
this
randomizer
feature.
So
for
those
of
you
that
are
giving
away
nfts
or
similar
things.
What
this
will
do
is
all
the
delegators
that
are
in
the
system
and
authenticated
will
show
up
as
as
one
of
the
delegates
for
the
randomizers.
B
So
what
you
can
do
is
you
can
randomly
give
away
items
to
all
your
whales
or
all
your
delegates
or
a
subsection
of
your
delegates,
and
it
all
you
know,
goes
through
pull
tools.
So
it's
an
independent
third-party
kind
of
thing
and
of
course,
after
after
it
runs
the
randomizer
will
give
you
the
address
that
you
need
to
send
that
nft
to
or
whatever
so
there's
that,
and
then
we
also
have
some
details
on
the
on
the
staker
itself.
So
again
for
everyone
in
the
system.
B
We
know
how
much
stake
they
have
in
the
system
and
how
much
delegated
to
your
pool.
So
when
you
are
chatting
in
here,
you
can
instantly
kind
of
see
where
they're
at
where
they're
coming
from
and
then,
of
course,
some
history
on
the
users
is
available.
So
you
can
see
how
long
they've
been
with
you
what
other
pools,
they've
staked
with
and
stuff
like
that,
so
those
are
features
for
the
spos.
B
If
we
were
to
look
at
a
very
similar
one
for
a
delegate,
you'll
see
it
looks
almost
exactly
the
same,
but
of
course
they
have
different
levels.
So,
for
example,
this
delegate
only
has
159
k
only
I
say
so:
they're
not
able
to
access
the
whale
room.
You
see
that
that's
missing
here
so
and
they
also
aren't
really
able
to
access
any
details
about
users
like
you
are
as
an
spo
so
and
it
all
works
quite
nicely.
B
B
A
A
B
You'll
see
that
you
have
some
new
features
in
here
so
number
one.
Is
you
have
a
public
message
board
area
where
you
can
again
post
general
information
about
your
pool.
A
Let's,
let's
look
like
this:
let's
do
it
like
this
put
on
maybe
put
in
the
chat
the
the
youtube
link.
B
A
B
A
B
So
number
one
is
you
have
a
public
message
board
area
where
you
can
again
post
general
information
about
your
pool
and
that
will
show
up
for
people,
but
you
set
up
your
chat
boards
down
here
below.
This
is
a
public
message
board.
Anyone
with
a
hundred
ada
or
whatever
you
want
to
specify,
will
get
access,
and
then
you
can
have
your
custom
rooms
down
here
as
well.
B
So
that's
where
you
set
things
up
important
part
of
this
is:
we
are
also
a
mobile
first
kind
of
platform.
So
all
this
is
tied
together
with
our
app,
so
you
can
create
the
account
in
the
app
and
it's
useful
on
pooltool.website,
or
vice
versa.
You
can
log
into
the
app
from
your
account.
That's
on
pull
tool
again,
your
accounts
and
pull
tool
have
nothing
to
do
with
your
email
address
or
anything
else
anymore.
It's
just
any
address
with
the
use
with
staking
is
available
to
be
an
account
in
our
system.
B
B
You
can
see
he's
just
showing
he's
going
to
go.
These
are
the
pools
that
are
that
have
chat,
enabled
and
you
can
enter
into
those
chat
rooms
right
here
and
start
typing
with
your
pool
operators
all
right.
So,
generally
speaking,
the
app
is
designed
more
for
delegators
and
a
focus
on
delegators
and
how
they
interact
with
pool
operators,
and
the
website
is
focused
more
on
pool
operators
and
how
they
interact
with
delegators.
So
obviously,
it's
kind
of
a
different
use
case
all
right.
B
The
last
thing
to
show
you
is
just
the
call
to
action.
So
one
of
the
things
we're
looking
for
right
now
is
beta
testers.
B
Some
of
these
features
we
do
plan
on
charging
for,
and
so
it'll
give
you
plenty
of
runway
to
give
them
a
try
for
free
as
long
as
you're
willing
to
kind
of
help
us
iron
out
the
kinks
in
them.
That's
it
that's
where
we're
at
on
the
current
platform,
if
you
have
any
questions,
you'll
met
or
someone
will
be
in
the
chat
for
broadcast
and
we'll
try
to
help
you
out
again
thanks
a
lot
for
funding
us
we've
been
having
a
great
time,
building
this
platform
out
and
we're
looking
forward
to
work.
A
A
That
was
awesome,
okay,
so,
first
of
all,
you
know
just
like
some,
like
the
second
initial
reaction.
I
think
it's,
I
think
it's.
It's
amazing
that
creating
this
like
communication
system
and
awareness
system
right
between
delegators
and
pools-
and
I
can
already
see
I
mean
you
know
when
we're
thinking
about
voltaire.
A
You
know,
I
think
I
think
people
have
been
following
charles's
video
talks,
a
lot
about
delegation
right
to
to
like
voting
delegation
or
just
like
stateful
delegation,
and
I
can
totally
see
how
that
really
fits
in
with
with
our
governance
of
like
that
that,
once
people
will
start
to
delegate
not
just
their
stake,
but
also
their
vote
to
their
representative,
then
they
can
have
a
direct
communication
with
the
representative
and
you
know,
ask
for
accountability
and
have
discussions
and
share
their
opinions
and
views,
and
he
can
you
know
so.
A
Yeah
like
this
is
like
the
next,
so
I
mean
I'm
just
imagining
it,
but
it's
like
the
next
level
of
governance.
Like
imagine,
you
could
just
have
a
chat
with
your
you
know,
representative
in
the
parliament,
you're
like
or
a
whole
group
of
you
and
you
just
you
just
talk,
you
know
and-
and
it
can
get
you
and
get
your
perspective,
and
I
feel
this
is
a
beginning
of
something
that
that
was
a
really
great
potential.
So
yeah.
E
Thank
you,
and
one
of
the
things
that
we
kind
of
thought
about
and-
and
we
are
excited
about-
is
that
we
are
using
cryptography
in
order
to
eliminate
the
doubt
within
the
communication
channels
that
we
have
right
now.
You
know
if
you're
an
spo
right
now
you
have
your
options
of
telegram
or
any
other
platforms
to
talk
to
your
delegates,
delegators,
but
you
you
don't
have
that.
You
know
100
assurance
that
those
delegators
are
are
actually
yours
and
and
in
this
the
platform.
E
By
being,
you
know
enabling
that
kind
of
verification
without
revealing
your
your
identity,
because
we
don't
store
any
ip
information
or
anything
you're
identified
with
your
wallet.
You
decide
to
name
yourself,
somebody
else
you
can
do
that,
but
you
know,
but
there
is
an
information
there
for
the
spo
and
for
you
that
the
spo
is
an
actual
spo
that
has
the
keys
to
his
pool
that
that's
talking
to
you,
so
it's
basically
making
that
process
seamless
in
the
pro
in.
In
this
you
know
platform
and
then
adding
extra
tools.
E
You
know,
as
as
mike
pointed
out,
we
have
this
randomizer.
It
was
it's
a
great
great
tool
for
marketing,
for
instance
right,
so
you
basically
want
to
to
share
something.
You
know
with
your
delegators,
and
this
is
the
sure
way
of
doing
it,
because
you
definitely
know
who's
where
and
what
so.
It
creates
loyalty.
A
Yeah-
and
I
can
see
that
like
I'm,
putting
at
the
governor's
head
of
course,
because
that's
the
thing
but
of
course
when,
when
we
get
to
that
to
the
delegation
logic,
it
can
prevent
like
attacks.
We
we
see
in
every
day
in
our
political
system
right
like
fake
accounts
in
facebook,
the
spreading
of
this
information-
and
this
gives
you
something
real
like
that-
that
can
that
can
really
help
combat
against
these
manipulations.
E
Yes,
and-
and
one
of
the
key
elements
here
we're
thinking
about
is-
is
creating
a
a
score,
delegator
score
and
we're
thinking
about
it.
You
know
whether
we
want
to
ask
her
or
what
not,
but
you
will
see
each
delegators
or
whoever
has
got
you
know
that
has
has
been
delegating
with
your
pool
what
they
have
done
in
the
past,
whether
they
have
jumped
the
pool
many
times.
You
know
their
people
who
are
exploring
pools.
E
That's
okay,
too,
but
you
know
the
score
will
go
down
as
a
result
of
people
jumping
from
one
pool
to
another.
Very
very
often,
and
then
you
know
if,
if
somebody
stays
there
and
and
and
with
your
pool
for
a
long
time,
for
instance,
that
the
the
score
goes
up
and
and
you
will
be
able
to
actually
grant
them
access
to
certain
premium
features
of
whatever
you
decide
to
distribute
to
your
delegators.
A
Wonderful,
so
maybe
that's
the
first
question,
because
we
have
a
lot
of
a
lot
of
content
today
and
what's
next,
so
okay,
so
you
did
this,
you
did
this
incredible
new
set
of
features
what's
next
for
pool
tool,
and
are
you
going
to
be
continue
to
be
involved
with
catalyst?
Like
I
don't
know,
can
you
give
me
a
bit
of
an
overview.
E
B
E
B
I
think
the
catalyst
has
been
really
useful
for
us
to
kind
of
get
our
ideas
launched,
and,
and
so
we
got
that
early
thing
and
and
honestly,
we've
been
so
busy
just
building
that
out,
we
haven't
kind
of
stepped
back
into
catalyst.
We
did
put
one
in
your
current,
I
think
round.
Four
is
for
just
our
test:
net
server
costs,
so
hopefully
that
will
go
through
it
was
we
didn't
ask
for
much
money,
but
that
was
just
kind
of
a
minor
thing,
but
we
want
to
kind
of
finish
out
this
vision.
B
You
know
as
long
as
it
takes.
We
want
to
get
it
to
the
point
where
we
had.
You
know
what
we
had
at
that
last
november,
which
was
how
do
you
differentiate
yourselves
as
pool
operators
and
and
not
just
have
this
race
to
the
bottom
as
far
as
costco
kind
of
build
in
ecosystems
and
communities
and
and
find
a
way
to
market
yourself
outside
of
just
prices?
So
we
want
to
build
that
out
first
and
you
guys
paid
us
to
do
that.
A
Yeah
awesome
great
yeah,
I'm
really.
I
think
I
see
a
lot
of
potential
of
of
and
all
sorts
of
collaborations
between
this,
like
new
governance
layer,
that's
kind
of
getting
getting
built
right
now
and
I'm
really
looking
forward
to
continuing
to
collaborate
with
you.
A
You
for
the
amazing
presentation
and
see
you
guys
soon:
okay,
bye-bye
and
okay,
so
we
have.
A
We
have
more
so
do
we
have
a
merchant
board.
A
So
I'll
tell
you
what,
if
mercy
is
not
here
ice
joining
great,
hey,
you're,
here
welcome
good
to
have
you,
you
know.
Yes,
you
know
I
I
for
me
like
like
having
you
here
reminds
me
of.
D
D
A
It's
so
good
to
have
you
here.
I
think
it's
like
a
closing
of
the
circle,
especially
because
hey
I
don't
know
if
you
know,
but
this
town
hall
we're
going
to
start
going
back
to
what
we
did
in
front,
one
which
was
like
we
were
all
gonna
go
and
join
zoom
at
the
end
of
the
session
and
we're
gonna
have
real
conversations
and
not
just
like
with
this
one-way
communication.
A
And
so
it's
I
don't
know
it's
like
everything
is
coming
together
and,
and
today
will
be
present
presenting
as
a
as
you
know,
part
of
our
part
of
our
cohorts
and
the
floor.
D
Yeah,
I
would
do
that
thanks
so
much
adora
for
for
this
opportunity.
Danny
warned
me
strongly
that
we
have
to
do
this
in
five
minutes,
so
we're
going
to
do
that
very
quickly.
So,
basically
this
what
we're
going
to
talk
about
next
slide.
D
So
so,
as
we
all
know,
we
are
here
because
of
the
generosity
of
the
friends
of
wada
and
first
50,
so
they
funded
us.
You
know
they
gave
us
that
kickstarter
and
we,
you
know
there
were
some
things
that
we
promised
and
we
are
working
really
hard
to
deliver
on
that.
D
You
know,
because
of
the
funding
that
we
had
received
were
able
to
put
in
a
proposal
into
fund
five,
it's
a
metadata
project
and
it's
enabling
us
to
collaborate
with
gimbal
labs
and
also
we,
we
did
have
some
consultation
with
cardano
wall
and
we
are
very
excited
where
that
is
taking
us.
We
are
working
on
relaunching
our
website.
We
are
trying
to
set
up
our
state
pool
with
that
with
the
help
of
cardano
por
xyz.
D
We
are
working
on
a
mini
sponsorship
for
student
events
in
ghana
and
in
ivory
coast.
We
are
very
excited
about
that.
Our
tech
lead
recently
relocated
just
in
may,
from
california,
to
cameroon.
He
and
his
wife,
malfoy
and
megan.
So
there's
a
bit
of
a
slow
start
in
terms
of
our
debt,
recruitment
and
onboarding,
but
we
are
working
really
hard
to
get
that
off.
D
The
ground
next
slide,
so
in
terms
of
our
team,
you
know,
as
most
of
us
are
aware,
we've
been
very
quiet
because
we
we've
been
doing
a
lot
of
internal
work.
So
in
terms
of
our
numbers,
we
have
a.
We
have
a
five
paid,
a
team
members.
They
are
all
on
the
continent
in
africa,
the
diaspora,
we,
you
know,
the
sort
of
the
the
rest
of
the
team
in
the
diaspora
continue
to
work
volunteer
hours.
D
Just
because
you
know
at
this
point
we
don't
have
the
funding
to
to
to
pay.
You
know
these
team
members
yet,
but
we're
working
hard
at
that.
We
have
some
exciting
additions.
Sydney
used
to
be
one
of
our
advisors.
Now
he's
joined
us
as
a
a
key
team.
A
key
team
member
we
have
riseley,
who
is
part
of
the
cardano
community,
he's
very
interested
in
the
un
sustainable
development
goals,
and
we
think
that
the
work
that
we're
doing
with
wada,
it's
important
to
really
incorporate
that.
D
D
I
know,
unfortunately,
we
you
know
like
he's
such
high
caliber
we're
not
able
to
pay
him
yet,
but
he
sees
the
potential
in
terms
of
what
we're
doing
in
africa.
So
you
know
anybody
who
sees
mike
say
hi
to
him
and
say
thank
you
to
to
him
as
well.
So
in
terms
of
the
capability
building,
we
want
to
be
fit
for
paper
so,
as
I
said,
we're
having
a
lot
of
internal
discussions
next
slide.
D
So
our
next
two
slides
will
talk
about
some
of
the
projects
and
the
proposals
sort
of
looking
forward
that
we
are,
we
are,
you
know
we
embarking
on.
You
see
some
of
the
numbers
and
some
of
our
co-partners,
but
in
terms
of
collaborators
I
just
want
to
give
a
quick
mention
to
cardano
mobile
chris
is
somebody
that
has
been
very
engaging
in
our
in
our
our
telegram
chat
and
also
we've
had
a
lot
of
discussions
with
empower
and
they're
doing
great
work.
D
D
Fund
four
is
coming
up
as
we
know
so,
on
the
on
the
right
side,
those
are
sort
of
the
water
specific
proposals
and
on
the
left
side
you
are
seeing
pallab
you're
seeing
exceed
network
and
you're
seeing
up-to-date
developers.
Also,
we
did
a
proposal
with
our
drc
partner.
You
know,
as
some
of
us
would
know,
drc
is
really
not
in
in
in
west
africa,
but
we
are
very
quickly
spilling
over
to
central
africa
and
even
very
soon
to
southern
africa.
So
these
are
the
things
that
we're
really
excited
about.
D
I
will
not
spend
too
much
time
on
this.
It
will
be
in
the
slides,
just
have
a
look
and
then
see
some
of
the
great
work
that
we're
doing
next
slide.
Please.
D
So
that's
a
a
fan.
Five.
Our
key
proposal
is
planting
roots
in
africa.
You
can
see
that
at
the
at
the
top
on
the
left
side,
again
our
partners
and
on
the
right
side,
those
are
the
water
specific
proposals.
Planting
roots
in
africa
is
just
one
of
those
proposals
that
we
think
it's
it's
key.
I
I
just
want
to
give
a
really
big
shout
out
to
steve
lockhart.
He
pushed
us
on
this
and
he
helped
us
and
also
gwendo
from
poe,
and
we're
really
really
grateful.
D
I
just
want
to
give
a
quick
mention
to
a
new
mind
flow,
so
we're
working
with
them.
You
know
most
of
you
have
saw
their
proposal
in
front
four
and
in
front
five.
We
did
put
in
a
joint
proposal
with
them,
because
you
know
they
listened
to
the
community
that
instead
of
doing
a
big
global
thing,
why
don't
you
focus
on
the
original
thing?
They
decided
to
focus
with
with
wanda,
so
we're
really
happy
about
that,
and
also
no
code
for
creative
africa.
D
That
we
will
talk
more
about
this,
but
tim
is,
is
a
great
guy
and
he's
looking.
You
know
like
we're
thinking
that
working
with
him
would
really
help
us
to
scale
our
work
in
africa
because,
as
we
all
know,
software
devs
are
a
hard
and
treasured
community.
Well,
they
are
not
really
a
commodity,
but
you
know
you
get
what
I
mean.
So
no
code
is
sort
of
a
way
to
you
know
think
milo,
but
this
is
slightly
different.
D
So
we'll
talk
more
about
that
in
our
next.
You
know
future
updates
next
slide.
D
Please
so
in
terms
of
our
partnerships
and
our
engagement
recently,
we
took
part
in
a
positive
blockchain.
It
was
an
africa
sort
of
centric
project
and
we
were
very
excited
to
be
part
of
the
roundtable
thanks.
Lucas
lucas,
I
think,
he's
a
is
also
a
key
member
of
the
cardano
community
and
I
had
the
opportunity
to
actually
talk
about
catalyst
and
that
was
really
exciting
for
us
in
terms
of
some
of
the
ongoing
work
that
we're
doing
you
know
like
we
have
our
partner
with
abcd
poa
we're.
D
You
know
when
we're
sort
of
collaborating
with
them
with
their
hundred
their
thousand
air
grant
project.
They
should
be
here
to
talk
about
it.
It's
just
amazing
we're
also
working
with
blockchain
education
network
in
terms
of
launching
some
of
the
the
university
chapters
in
in
in
in
ghana.
Right
now
we're
looking
to
to
to
expand
very
quickly,
and
we
will
we
will.
We
will
let
you
know,
sort
of
the
details,
I'll
switch
right
over
to
engagement
in
for
may
2021,
and
we
have.
D
I
don't
know
how
many
of
you
know
about
swan,
but
they
are
such
an
amazing
group.
Felix
is
somewhere
in
the
in
the
chat
you
know
like
he.
He
looked
for
us.
He
found
us,
you
know
like
he
and
mike
and
they've.
Given
us
our
own
circle
on
saturdays,
at
17,
utc
gimbal
labs
also
have
their
own
circle.
Come
join
us
it's
it's
amazing.
In
telegram
we
have
81
members
at
discord.
You
know
you
can
see
our
numbers.
D
D
Yeah,
so
just
going
forward,
it's
just
the
same
old
infrastructure
as
we
know
a
lot
of
the
people
that
should
be
in
this
conversation
with
us.
They
are
stuck
in
africa.
No
very
intermittent
electricity,
and
also
the
internet
is
not
that
good.
Every
time
students
you
know
like
we
have
a
call,
it's
a
cost
component
to
them.
So
these
are
things
that
we're
working
on
education
and
outreach.
We
have
an
event
in
terms
of
our
proposal
outreach
coming
up
in
july.
We
will
be
sharing
more
information
and
obviously
adapt
creation.
D
That's
something
that
we
are
working
hard
on.
Once
we
get
on
board
recruitment
and
onboarding
off
the
ground,
we
will
be
doing
a
lot
of
work,
but
most
of
the
collaborations
that
we're
having
you
know
like
with
new
mind
flow
with
you
know.
Some
of
the
other
partners
is
basically
for
us
to
collaborate
and
develop
some
of
these
apps
next
slide.
Please.
D
D
James
is
like
you
know,
let's
take
our
time
and
do
a
great
job
you
know,
so
I'm
so
grateful
for
for
his
wisdom
and
also
cardano
war,
igor
his
proof
of
existence.
Project
in
is
in
fund
five
check
him
out,
he's
a
great
guy
and
yeah.
You
know
like
the
weather
team,
they're,
just
an
amazing,
a
group
of
people.
Their
heart
is
in
the
right
place
and
we
feel
so
grateful
with
everybody
on
that
team.
So
that's
it
and
also
the
swamp
team.
Amazing.
A
A
bit
more,
you
know,
I
think
everybody
is
happy,
happy
to
to
hear
you
and
hear
and
hear
all
the
all
the
amazing
progress
that
is
happening.
I
think
you
know
usually
ask
how
how
to
you
know
how
to
help
or
to
join.
A
I
think
I'm
hearing
from
you,
like
maybe
joining
the
circle
in
swarm
and
like
have
more
interactions
like
like
meets
meet
the
people
and
like
maybe
for
people
here,
like
especially
developers
that
want
to
learn,
get
more
into
the
weeds
right
about
the
kind
of
problem
space
that
water
is
dealing
with
and
have
a
meaningful
dialogue
with
the
people
on
the
ground
and
understand
where
they
can.
They
can
come
and
help.
So
I
think,
coming
to
this
warm
circle,
it's
like
a
very
good.
A
D
Josh
is
in
the
chat
and
he'll,
be
dropping
some
links,
but
basically
telegram
discord.
We
announced
that,
in
terms
of
you,
know
our
swarm
sessions
and
we
had
a
great
engagement
session
on
saturday.
You
know
tivo
was
there,
you
know
like.
D
I
don't
want
to
go
into
names
here,
but
what
we
sense
you
know,
though,
as
you
know,
and
anybody
listening,
the
cardinal
community,
you
know
like
they're,
just
great
people
and
people
really
want
to
you
know
give
you
know
like
contribute
to
something
meaningful,
we're
just
trying
to
figure
out
how
to
make
that
such
that
we
are
not
wasting
people's
time
right
and
we
are
so
glad
to
have
mike
on
board
because
he's
sort
of
helping
us
in
terms
of
you
know
how
do
we
bring
people
in
and
how
do
we
meaningfully
engage
them
so
yeah?
A
A
Thank
you,
okay,
so
so
now
we
have
two
big
things
ahead
of
us.
One
is
like
we're:
gonna
talk
about
registration
and
and
we're
gonna
have
the
first
catalyst
open
space,
and
so
I'm
gonna
go
through
quickly
through
registration,
so
we
have
as
much
time
as
possible
to
actually
interact.
So
here
we
go
fun
for
governance
updates.
It's
now
up
to
you.
We
did
all
the
parts
we
did
our
parts.
Okay,
we
did
the
dry
runs
and
we
did
the
qa
check
and
we
ticked
all
the
boxes.
A
There's
one
more
box
that
too
left
to
tick
for
us,
which
is
just
getting
a
final
confirmation
from
the
deadliest
team
that
the
new
version
of
daedalus
with
registration
will
launch
tomorrow,
and
I
think
this
is
like
99.9
percent
sure
that
it's
gonna
happen,
but
worst
case
it.
You
know
just
like
devil's
registration
would
be
delayed
by
the
worst
case.
Okay,
but
besides
that
you
know,
let's
go
fund
four
starting
tomorrow.
Okay,
so
what's
the
timeline
so
tomorrow
at
four
utc
registration
starts.
A
Okay,
so
you'll
have
eight
days
to
register
snapshot,
dates,
june,
11th,
11
a.m,
utc
and
then
starting
june
15th.
A
So
that's
about
it
now.
I
do
want
to
share
already
for
people
for
those
of
you
that
participate
in
fund
five
and
want
to
get
a
bit
more
clarity
here.
You
go
so
immediately
after
we
finish
sending
out
the
rewards
for
for
fund
for
we're.
Gonna
start
registration
for
fund
five
and
eight
days
registration
period
following
by
followed
by
a
10-day
voting
period.
A
Okay!
So
now
you
know
now
fan
six
we're
gonna
announce
when
fund
six
is
launching
in
the
next
few
days,
but
in
the
meantime,
in
order
to
get
everybody
kind
of
informed
and
ready
to,
you
know
already
started
to
prepare
the
proposals
for
fund
six.
We're
gonna
tell
you
that
it's
gonna
control
a
whopping
four
million
dollars,
so
it's
like
more
money
than
all
the
other,
all
the
other
funds
combined,
and
not
only
this
but
we're
moving
into
a
new
model
right
before
before
the
funds
were
like
in
parallel.
A
You
know,
fund
for
innovation
and
fun
for
governance
and,
like
all
this
was
pretty
confusing.
Now
we're
going
to
like
a
linear
model,
you
know
just
fund
six
would
be
just
the
innovation,
sorry,
innovation
and
then
governance
and
execution,
and
then
we
launched
on
seven
part
of
the
benefits
of
that
is
that
we're
actually
gonna
take
all
the
challenges
that
are
gonna,
be
voted
in
infant
four
and
found
five
and
already
include
them
in
fund
six.
A
A
Just
this
this,
like
it's
like
this
thinking
that
we
know
we're
gonna
three
million
dollars
in
the
next
two
months,
we're
gonna,
we're
gonna,
get
governed
by
the
cardinal
community
and
then
immediately
they're.
Launching
this
like
gigantic
fund
six
with
so
many
community
challenges.
A
Wow,
it's
gonna
be
great,
so
I
invite
you
all
to
break
all
the
records
once
again:
okay,
fun
fun
too.
We
had
around
1700
wallets
around
half
a
million
ada
half
a
billion
data
fund,
three,
with
a
really
insane
exponential
growth
of
almost
twenty
thousand
unique
wallets
voting
with
three
around
three
and
a
half
billion
ada
and
one
let's
see
what
we
can
do
in
fund
four,
let's
see
if
we
can
get
to
thirty
thousand
unique
wallets
five
billion
dollar
either
participating.
A
A
A
We
added
support
to
ada
lights,
so
those
of
you
are
using
adalight
and
have
a
ledger
hardware
wallet
you
can
you
can
register
to
vote?
A
You
can
also
use
your
mnomics
in
adelaide
to
register
to
vote
and
you
can
use
your
hardware
wallet
for
for
you
spos
that
want
to
vote
with
your
pledge.
Okay,
so
you
can
use
the
hardware
wallet
cli
and
here's
the
cli
registration,
cli
interface.
That's
now
integrated
with
hardware
wallets
on
the
slides.
A
There
will
be
like
a
link
to
that
library
for
you
to
use,
and
we
will
also
share
a
guide,
like
kind
of
a
step
by
step,
how
to
do
it,
and
we
also
got
the
good
news
that
in
front
five,
we'll
have
support
for
daedalus
ledger
and
most
likely
the
little
strether
okay.
So
you
know,
and
so
so
by
the
end
of
fun.
You
know
so
by
the
end
of
by
the
startup
on
six.
You
know
everybody
can
register
everybody,
can
vote
and
participate
from
your
convenience
of
the
wallet
you're.
Currently
using.
A
How
amazing
that,
like
imagine,
if
you
know
all
the
all
the
democracies
we
had,
people
could
vote
from
their
wallet
in
their
pockets.
You
know,
and
we
did
it-
we
did
it
here.
We
did
it
first,
so
that's
so
so
awesome,
and
what
do
you
need
to
vote
in
fund
for
you
need
at
least
500
ada
in
your
wallet?
Sorry,
at
the
time
of
the
snapshots,
you
need
to
complete
your
registration
before
the
snapshot
date.
A
A
The
registration
fee
is
a
a
regular
transaction
cost,
usually
zero
0.17
ada,
and
also
you
really
need
to
make
sure
that
you
have
the
most
up-to-date
version
of
catalyst
app
okay.
So
today,
in
the
android
store
we
published
a
in
android
play
store.
A
A
So
just
make
sure
you
know
that
that
that
you
have
the
latest
version
and
we
will
we
will
publish
in
the
terminology
announcement
channel
like
the
exact
version
number.
So
you
can,
you
can
check
otherwise.
A
You're
gonna
have
a
bad
time
and
and
of
course,
as
you
all
know,
for
those
of
you
does,
some
of
you
know
know,
learn
the
hard
way
you
have
to
save
your
qr
code
and
because
there
can
be
bugs
there
can
be
issues
you
can
you
can
you
know
the
the
a
lot
of
things
can
happen
and
you
will
need
you,
your
code,
so
make
sure
that
you
take
a
screenshot
of
it
or
reserve
it
or
you
I
mean
that's
about
it
and
keep
a
copy
of
it
in
a
safe
space
and
don't
forget
also
the
pin
code
and
here's
a
link
to
voting
instructions.
A
I
can
detail
step
by
step
and
everything
you
need
to
know
about:
fund
4
faq.
The
link
is
right
here,
and
so,
if
you
haven't
been
paying
attention,
if
you
did
not,
you
not
save
your
qr
code,
you
will
not
be
able
to
vote.
If
you
forget
your
pin
code,
you
will
not
be
able
to
vote
in
case.
You
really
didn't
pay
attention.
A
If
you
don't
save
a
copy
of
your
qr
code,
we
can't
guarantee
you'll
be
able
to
vote
okay,
so
I
hope
I
repeated
this
message
enough
times.
Well,
of
course
we
need
to.
We
need
to
spread
this
message
wide
to
avoid
avoid
first
timers
to
have
a
bad
time.
Okay,
it
feels
it
sucks.
If
you
register
then
you're
excited,
then
you
even
made
up
your
mind
and
then
in
the
end,
you
can't
vote
because
you
didn't
save
your
qr
code.
Save
your
career,
okay,
so
big
news.
A
Those
who
register
for
fund
four
will
already
get
the
registration
for
fund
five
for
free
okay.
So
you
only
need
to
pay
one
transaction
and
you
can.
You
can
use
them
for
both
front
four
and
fund
five,
and
possibly
all
for
some
fund
six
or
five,
seven,
most,
probably
okay.
A
So
so,
instead
of
having
to
re
register
your
wallet
like
every
new
voting
round,
you
just
need
to
register
once
and
you
know
you
just
need
to
make
sure
that
at
the
time
of
the
snapshots
for
front
four
from
five
and
six,
you
know
you
have
at
least
the
minimum
ada
balance
to
be
a
and
you
know
to
to
pass
the
voting
thresholds
so
think
how
much
you
know.
So,
basically,
we
basically
we
cut
our
costs
right
by
50
of
voting,
which
is
already
very,
very
low.
A
So
what's
next
for
fund
for
proposers,
this
is
the
beginning
of
the
campaign
campaigning
for
your
ideas
and
and
getting
getting
the
attentions
of
voters
and-
and
we
had
ken
adams
made
a
really
lovely
video.
Talking
to
your
proposers
about
things
you
can
do
right
now.
C
Hey
there
project
catalyst
fun
for
proposers
your
patience
with
the
project.
Catalyst
team
is
about
to
pay
off,
as
you
may
have
already
heard
in
the
town
hall
today,
voters
will
be
starting
the
registration
process
tomorrow
at
1600
utc
in
two
short
weeks
fund
for
voting
starts.
This
is
a
great
opportunity
for
you
to
hit
the
campaign
trail
and
re-stoke
the
fires
on
your
projects,
reach
out
to
the
networks
you're
already
tied
into
those
who
help
you
build
your
proposals
into
what
they
are
today
and
get
them
all
registered
to
vote.
C
Lots
of
you
us
have
certainly
improved
on
our
project,
since
the
assessment
stage
ended
so
get
out
there
and
let
the
voters
know
that
one
way
to
update
your
voters
is
by
adding
comments
on
the
idea
scale
in
the
proposal
itself.
Is
that's
not
locked
down
now,
that's
very
pretty
deep,
so
you
may
have
to
do
a
little
bit
better.
C
Another
way
to
update
and
prompt
the
voters
is
to
reach
out
to
the
plethora
of
cardinal
media
content
providers,
get
on
the
mics
and
in
front
of
the
cameras,
even
draft
articles,
promoting
your
projects
and
submit
them
to
the
websites
podcasters
love
to
talk
so
get
involved
with
them
and
talk
our
ears
up.
These
content
providers
are
frosting
for
new
and
unique
related
news
to
cardano
and
are
daily
searching
for
relevant
cutting
edge
content.
C
If
any
of
the
cardinal
youtubers,
let's
say
more
than
28,
subscribers
picks
up
on
your
story
and
imagine
the
momentum.
The
voting
support
that
your
team
will
gain.
Do
you
need
help
finding
specific
platform
who's
talking
about
cardano,
well
check
this
out
on
the
project
catalyst,
discord
channel.
We
recently
started
a
simple
cardano
media
guide
collection
in
an
open
google
document.
C
C
I
know
you
want
to
make
the
world
a
better
place
for
cardano
and
project
catalyst
and
that
you've
already
put
a
lot
of
work
into
your
proposal,
so
this
is
asking
for
a
little
bit
more,
but
if
you
can
in
the
next
two
weeks
prior
to
voting
for
fund
four,
let's
get
the
momentum
rolling
to
support
the
recent
monumental
efforts
that
the
project
headless
team
has
put
forth
to
make
this
a
reality
for
all
of
us.
Thank
you.
So
much
look
forward
to
seeing
your
projects.
A
Wow,
that's
so
nice
thanks
ken,
that's
really
great
and
I
think
yeah.
I
think
I
think
you
do
a
double
work
right.
You
promote
your
proposal.
A
You
have
to
promote
decentralized
governance
at
the
same
time,
because
you
get
to
engage
everybody
and
broadcast
your
energy
and
also
remember
like
obviously
not
anybody
can
win
like
we
have
a
limited
funding,
but
but
the
work
you're
doing
right
now,
even
if
you
don't
win
in
front
four,
if
you're
setting
the
infrastructure,
the
human
infrastructure
to
support
you
in
the
next
funds
that
are
coming
up
so
so
in
establishing
your
reputation,
so
even
women
you
lose
your
efforts,
are
not
in
vain.
A
A
A
News
so
after
the
open
space,
not
not
after
the
tunnel
of
an
open
space
like
sorry,
it's
not
going
to
appear
here
in
kernel
disco.
Sorry,
you
can.
You
can
go
to
this
link
in
the
bottom
and
you
can
see
all
the
comments,
all
the
reviews,
the
text
of
the
reviews
that
were
given
to
community
advisors
to
your
proposal
and
learn
about
it
and
make
it
learn
and
improve
for
following
funds
and
in
the
catalyst
dashboard
with
the
link.
A
Here
you
can
also
see
all
the
scores
of
the
aggregate
or
other
aggregated
scores
that
the
advisors
gave
you
and
like
also,
if
you're
a
voter,
you
can
already
come
and
get
informed.
So
even
before
you
can
watch
the
watch
all
the
proposals
in
the
mobile
app,
you
can
already
access
the
dashboard
and
start
the
dialogue
and
then
your
decision
making
process
there.
A
So
last
announcement
before
we
starting
the
open
space
and
we
have
new
roles
for
catalyst.
A
community
manager
is
one
of
them
and
there's
a
there's.
A
link
here
come
work
with
danny
and
us
to
promote
our
values
and
there's
also
we're
also
looking
for
us
engineer,
a
qa
engineer,
a
technical
product
manager
who
would
work
closely
with
me
and
to
decentralize
voltaire,
and
this
is
like
a
special.
You
know
like
looking
for
someone
with
a
bit
of
a
mathematical
background
like
if
you
have
some
that
would
be.
That
would
be.
A
I
give
you
a
big
leg
up
and
there's
many
more
roles
to
come
so,
as
usual,
a
lot
of
ways
to
get
in
touch
with
us,
but
I
really
want
us
to
have
time
to
just
interact
together.
So
and
now
those
of
you
interested,
I
definitely
going
to
go
there,
we're
going
to
move
to
what
what
is
called
an
open
space.
Okay.
So
what
it
is.
It's
like
an
extended
coffee
break
where
we
all
hang
out
together
and
and
let's
and
see
what
what
what
what
emerges!
A
A
So
let's
meet
there
and
let's
see
what
happens,
I
don't
I
do
not
know
if
it's
going
to
be
recorded.
All
I
can
tell
you
is
that
we're
going
to
have
a
qa
session
with
me
right
there
so
see
you
in
a
minute
and
logging
logging
out
at
this
platform
and
joining
the
other
platform
to
have
the
open
space
really
curious
to
see.
What's
what
emerges
see
you
soon.
