brand
new
year
with
a

fresh
outlook

corporates

into
something
far

interesting,
I'm
a
big
fan
of
sort
of
working
within
governance
and
community.

this
is
like
a
perfect
role
for
me.

sort

product
marketing

catalyst,

also
for
governance

a
whole

kadana,

super
interesting,
very
privileged
to
be
in
this
position
and
enjoy
working

the

spoken

few

the
community
and
also
I
was
a

fund
eight
to

toes
in
doing
some
of
that
too.
So
yeah
very
happy

just
yeah
thoroughly
enjoy

town
halls
every
single
week.

interesting.
Really
I
found
it.
I
just
found
it
fascinating
to
read
the
poses
properly.
You
know
you
can
read
some
and
kind
of
skim
through
when
you've
when
you've
got
some
time.
There's
nearly
a
thousand
right,
so
there's
so
many
to
go
with
more.
In
fact,
for
fun
day
so
going
into
the
detail,
was
really
interesting
and
and
actually
going
to
people's
websites
and
checking
out
some
of
the
validating.

of
the
proposals
that
were
coming
through
was
super,
fascinating
and
and
trying
to
be
very
unbiased
and
following
the
guidelines
to
a
tee.
I
hope
I
mean
it'd
be
great
to
be
wanting
to
see.
If
I
get
a
good

excellent
scores,
I
hope
nana
filtered
out.
I
mean
that
would
be
terrible,
but
we
shall
see
but
yeah
all.

I
think

this

just
a
really
nice
starting
point
for
how
you

are
potentially
thinking
about
operating
right
like
we.
We
can
certainly
see
that
there
are
going
to
be
challenges
when
trying
to
put
disparate
parties
that
don't
necessarily
know
each
other
together
in
this
kind
of
decentralized
distributed
systems,
world
and
yeah.
These
sorts
of
projects
seem
to
be
unpacking
this
step
by
step.

Once
we
have
multi-seat
capabilities,
it's
hopefully
as
straightforward
as
entering
sort
of
rules
and
terms
that
are
machine,
readable
and
from
from
legalese
basing
on
sort
of
statements
from
maybe
some
sort
of
traditional
corporate
and
entity
backgrounds
or
commercial
agreement
frameworks
and
and
and
this
being
added
be
read
essentially
by
a
smart
contract.
There's
been
some
interesting
work
in
the
past
from
from
from
legalese
research,
but
this
was
probably
the
first
instance
I've
seen
where
it's
actually
beginning
to
be
sort
of
specked
out
from
from
the
in
the
cardano
ecosystem
anyway.

congratulations
to
the
guys
there
and
yeah
we're
looking
forward
to
seeing
more
more
of
your
project,
closed
reports,
we're
building
this
bank
and
this
library
of
assets
and
for
anybody
that
wants
to
check
in

dive

some
of
the

we

may
have
noticed,
we
have
transitioned
into
the
next
stage
of
winning

quality
assurance,
one
where
the
veteran
community
advisors
are
at
work,
and
this
stage
is
expected
to
last
up
until
april
11.
So
there
won't
be
a
lot
of
like
actionable
things
happening
in
between,
so
that
may
give
some
people
a
bit
of
a
breathing
room,
while
the
veteran
community
advisors
are
carrying
out
their
work.

you
wanted
to
dive
a
bit
deeper
in
terms
of
like
what
specific
events
are
taking
between
now
and
then
there
can
be
outlined
here
in
in
the
greater
details
so
that
you
can
plan
different
events
accordingly,
as
such,
as
I
did
mention
veteran
community
advisors,
are
now
at
work.
There's
number
of
changes
that
were
introduced
this
time
around
as
an
improvement
in
terms
of
like
how
the
veteran
community
advisors
are
actually
selected.
So
there
were
some
preconditions
that
you
actually
had
to
meet
on
top
of
everything
what
was
generally
accepted
in
the
past.

we've
invited
about
150
individuals
who
are
now
busy
at
work
looking
at
about
11
000
reviews,
so
they
have
quite
a
work
cut
out
for
them
for
the
next
for
the
next
foreseeable
future
and
their
work
is
expected
and
to
end
around
april.

buttering
with

trying

add
the
letter
layer
of
equality
as
assessments
to
the
review
process,
trying
to
filter
out

spot
some
biased
or
substandard
assessments,

highlight

reward
those
high
quality
ones
by
identifying
what
could
be
a
good
and
what
could
be
excellent,
excellent
review
so
that
it
gives
a
feedback
loop
to
participants
and
the
cas
to
level
up
their
skills.

goal
is
really
to
learn

iterate
on
that
process.

What
we're
going
to

up

idea
fest
is
so
for
those
of
you
that
don't
know,
ideafest
is
essentially
an
opportunity
for
all
of
the
wonderful
fun
day,
proposers
to
step
up
onto
a
wider
platform
and
present
their
proposal
to
a
live
audience,
and
that
audience
is
everyone
in
this
zoom
call
is
more
than
invited.

The
audience
can
be
full
of
lurkers
waiting
to
kind
of
build
in
the
cardano
ecosystem.
It
can
be
full
of
general
ada
holders
that
are
just
having
a
lot
of
fun
voters
cas
vcas
other
proposers.
It's
just
going
to
be
a
lot
of
fun
kind
of
a
presentation
style
we're
all
going
to
go
out
into
breakout
rooms.
We're
going
to
present.
The
proposers
are
going
to
present
their
proposal
and
then
the
audience
is
able
to
ask
them
a
couple
questions
and
it's
going
to
be
a
really
fun
time.

the

why
we're
doing
idea
fest
and
the
real
big
opportunity
here
is
to
present
our
finalized
fun
day
proposals
I
mean
all
of
these.

People
have
worked
so
hard
to
produce
really
really
high
quality
proposals
that
are
currently
going
through
that
whole
vca
process
and
it's
important
to
give
them
a
you
know
the
platform
to
speak
to
a
wider
audience
about
it.
It's
a
great
way
to
connect
the
proposer
and
the
voter
make
sure
that
the
voter
knows
the
person
that
they're
voting
for
and
who
they're
trying
to
allocate
funds
to
and,
of
course,
to
meet
the
teams
behind
these
impactful
projects.
We
might
have
all
heard
that
it's
smart
to
invest
in
teams
as
opposed
to
products.

So
it's
important
and
that's
kind
of
why
in
proposals
we
see
that
relevant
experience
section.
So
it's
important
to
kind
of
broaden
that
relevant
extreme
experience
and
see
who's
behind
it
and,
of
course,
to
find
collaborators
for
your
projects.
I
mean
I'm
sure
we
could
all
use
an
extra
couple,
helping
hands
or
collaborations
or
partnerships
and
I've
seen
it
personally
myself.

Last
time.
Last
idea,
fest
and
what's
gonna,
be
happening
at
this
next
one.
So
the
last
one
we
had
over
eight
breakout
rooms
full
of
presenters
that
all
got
to
have
15
minutes
to
share
their
proposal
and
then
answer
some
q.

I
think
we
had
like
60
to
70
people
total
in
the
zoom
call,
and
it
was
an
absolutely
really
really
fun
time.
People
got
really
really
energized
afterwards
and
one
of
the
biggest
pieces
of
feedback
that
we
received
was.

Is
that
proposers
felt
as
though
they
were
put
into
a
room
that
very
much
so
amplified
their
ideas
and
that
once
all
of
the
presenting
was
done,
they
had
five
or
ten
minutes
to
all
just
chit
chat
and
they
felt,
as
though
all
of
their
proposals
really
worked.
Well
together.
That
there
was
a
lot
of
opportunity
for
connection
collaboration
and
overall
just
building
towards
a
wider
range
of
success,
and
so
it's
just
a
lot
of
fun.

have
even
more

keynote
speaker,
mr
patrick
tobler
of
nft
maker
pro,
is
going
to
be
coming
out
and
giving
us
a
wonderful,
wonderful
kind

success

cardinal
ecosystem

create
true
impact
for
all
of
the
people

building
and

people
that

lurking

the
