helping

fast-track
entrepreneurs

developing

we
have
begun
to
kick
off
now.

boost
camp
and
ice
addis
in
ethiopia,
which
we're
kicking
off
the

incubator,

going
to
be
exclusively
for
those
projects
that
are
funded
by
catalyst
focused
on
africa.

been

you

about

it

reviews

nerds
about
entrepreneurship,

entrepreneurial,
but
it's
really
about
this
process
of
exploring

exploiting
opportunities
to
create
goods
and
services
which
might
lead

the

started
out
believing

something
completely
different,
or
maybe
even
like
the
initial
initial
slide
set,
it
might
fail
and
crash
and
burn,
but
still
we
know
there's
going
to
be
learning
in
it.

this
literature,
literature,
research

based
on
that,
based
on
what
is
being
cited,
academically,
what
is
being
used
by
practitioners

what

is
normative
in
describing
what
an
entrepreneur
should
do.
We
selected
six
theoretical
foundation,

we
will
not
bother
you
with
tonight,
even
though
they
are
interesting,
but
based
on
these
sixth
theoretical
foundation,
we
created
this
seam
method,
the
systemic
entrepreneurship
activity
method.

work

sessions

we

spend
as
much
as
possible

the

discussing

elements

it

produces

like
a
course,

not
really
it's

a
kind
of
peer-to-peer
group
for
for
building
each
other's
com
capabilities.

most
important
part
here
is
that
that
journey,
where
you
go
through
and
you
get
to
discuss
each
of
these
steps

work

getting
hopefully
some
more
knowledge
than

had
before
you
arrived,

then
you

to

set
that
up
for
your
project
and
you
get
to
discuss
it

get
feedback

that

both
the
facilitators,

mentors

business
plans
are
sort
of
they
seem
so
last
century
right.
This
is
a
bit
more
like
how
do
we
make
it
more
dynamic,
more
relevant
and
applicable,
agile
and
able
to
be
changed
that
that's
that's
kind

spirit
of
catalyst
is
all
about.
In
any
case,
I
think
now,
moosie
I
mean
an
airline,
I
mean
you
guys
kind
of
came
to
to
to
work
with
us
without
coming
from
a
position
of
sort
of
deep
knowledge
around
blockchain.

think
when
I
started
with
the
sessions,
the
first
thing
I
said
to
the
participants
was
that,
hopefully
you
can
learn
from
me,
but
I
can
avoid
you
as
well
right
so
and
if
you
look
at
this
community,
you
can't
coin
it
as
a
traditional.
You
can't
have
like
a
traditional
approach
to
business
right,
especially
when
it
comes
to
accessing
the
mass
market.
You
know
we
had
quite
a
lengthy
discussion
around
the
mass
market,
but
there's
this
whole
issue
of
adoption
of
you
know
the
space
that
we
find
ourselves
in.

we
have
this
two-pronged
challenge
of
one:
creating
a
mass
market,
but
also
you
for
these
business
ideas
to
actually
access
that
very
same
mass
market.
So
I've
learned
a
lot
from
a
kadana
perspective
and
I
have
a
keen
interest
in
the
blockchain
world
and
spending
the
21
days
with
the
guys
and
ladies,
it
was
completely
mind-blowing.

the

the

refreshing
approach

an
incubator.

a
lot

contact

them.

to
be
up

the

of
one

the

the
advisors,
so
I'm
very
glad
I
took
the
leap

did
it

I
would
advise

entrepreneurs

jump
on
the
second
one
as

these
projects

all
these
different

they
can

onboarded
