From YouTube: Lightning Demos - Files and IPFS Companion - July 2018

Description

This lightning demo from July 2018 shows how to:
- Use our browser extension to add files to IPFS while keeping original filenames
- Leverage CIDv1 represented in Base32 and DNS subdomains as a way to keep Origin-based security perimeter for cookies and local storage.

Disclaimer:
Since the video was recorded we've added ""ipfs cid base32"" command which provides on the fly conversion between legacy and the new CID encoding.
Experimental CID Inspector is now available at https://cid.ipfs.io, with even more advanced Explorer at https://explore.ipld.io
