A
A
You
know
the
they,
the
sort
of
governance
model
of
Java
EE
has
been.
You
know
fairly
heavy-handed
for
quite
a
few
years,
and
you
know
there
were
lots
of
reasons
why
at
various
points
that
actually
made
sense,
but
it
was
always
very
awkward
for
the
community
because
it
tended
to
be
dominated
by
major
industry
players
and
well.
There
are
a
lot
of
major
industry
players
involved.
Still,
it's
become
a
much
leveler
field
for
both
producers
and
consumers
of
the
Java
EE
standards,
and
you
know
the
the
standards
are.
A
You
know
in
some
sense,
they're
your
people,
people
often
think
of
standards.
As
as
constraints,
you
have
to
live
in
this
box,
but
the
other.
You
know
the
flip
way
to
think
about
it
about
a
standard,
particularly
it's
something
like
an
API.
Is
that
it's
something
that
enables
communication,
it's
something
that
allows
sharing.
It
gives
you
the
freedom
to
download
a
servlet
from
somebody
else
and
just
use
it,
because
the
container
that
it
runs
in
it
just
happens
to
be
compatible
with
the
container
that
you're
using
right.
A
So
so,
by
having
this
as
this
interoperability
fee,
the
ability
for
people
who
build
server
service
to
share
them
with
other
people
and
bring
other
people
to
be
able
to
bring
in
components
from
a
lot
of
different
places.
It's
just
epically,
wonderful,
you
know,
and
it's
you
know
it's
sort
of,
but
it's
it's
it's
sort
of,
like
you
know,
choose
which
side
of
the
road
you're
going
to
drive
on.
Yes,
you
have
to
abide
by
some
driving
rules.
A
A
Things
are
things
that
are
old,
become
new
again
and
things
that
are
new,
become
old,
and
you
know
the
wheel
keeps
turning
and
things
keep
evolving
and
now
that
there
are
sort
of
more
parties
at
the
table
who
are
trying
to
guide
that
evolution
I.
Think
it's
going
to
be
a
really
really
great
thing
and
getting
you
know,
people
together
this
conference,
who
are
from
truly
around
the
world?
It's
a
it's
an
ecosystem,
a
really
just
epic
scope,
so
enjoy
the
conference,
and
thanks
for
coming.
