If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right,
hi
everybody
thanks
for
joining
today's
Jenkins
advocacy
and
Outreach
Sig
meeting
today
is
August
10th
on
the
agenda.
I
have
a
quick
gsoc
update
talk
about
a
new
project
that
a
couple
of
us
has
been
working
on,
recognize
and
retained
top
30
contributors
projects,
Oktoberfest
and
devops
world.
A
B
Just
a
little
update,
so
the
various
projects
are
working
to
meet
their
goals.
Hard
work
going
on
sometimes
difficult
to
juggle
with
other
other
things
that
everybody
needs
to
do
holidays
is
the
fun
part,
but
also
exams
semesters.
That
start,
but
we're
navigating
through
that
and
making
good
good
way
and
reaching
goals.
B
We
might
have
to
fine-tune
exactly
the
time
left
to
have
something
finished
and
usable
at
the
end
of
Google's
summer
of
code,
not
to
leave
something
Half
Baked.
That
will
that
nobody
will
pick
up
afterwards.
B
So
these
the
mentor
teams
are
very
attentive
to
that
and
the
final
points
that
we've
been
discussing
there
is
so
the
the
final
note
of
the
Symphony
No.
B
That's
not
correct
English,
but
will
be
the
Java
online
Meetup
that
we're
going
to
organize
so
where
every
project
will
be
able
to
show
what
they
have
done,
what
the
results
that
they
have
reached
and
also
maybe
give
some
highlights
on
the
path
to
reach
their
their
experience
about
Google's
summer
of
code,
we're
currently
discussing,
as
you
noted,
we're
looking
at
doing
that
in
September
to
accommodate
all
the
constraints
of
everybody
still
being
discussed
and
refined.
A
Great
thanks,
John
Mark
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
a
a
new
project
that
we've
been
working
on,
so
it's
called
recognize
and
retain
the
top
30
contributors.
A
What
it
is
is
that
so
the
Jenkins
project
has
been
gosh
I
would
call
it
bless
with
many
contributors
helping
out
supporting
the
project
and
I
mean
we
we
can't
get
to
where
we
are
today
without
these
contributors,
and
so
that
just
speaks
in
volume
that
we
need
to
stop
and
and
make
an
opportunity
to
recognize
these
folks
who
has
been
around
for
a
really
long
time.
He
who
has
also
put
in
a
lot
of
time
and
effort
of
their
own
time,
to
make
the
project
better.
A
So
that's
why
we're
doing
this
project
it's
to
recognize
these
folks
to
to
acknowledge
them
to
thank
them
to
give
them
a
platform
to
Showcase
who
they
really
are.
I
mean
a
lot
of
times.
We'd
see
them,
be.
You
know
on
the
screen,
as
you
know,
providing
support,
providing
guidance
providing
codes,
but
we
don't
really
know
who
they
are.
So
the
the
effort
of
this
project
is
to
really
showcase
them.
As
a
person
along
with
you
know,
why
are
they
doing
this?
You
know
why?
Why
are
they?
A
What
makes
them
want
to
stick
around
with
the
project
and
help
out
help
other
people?
What's
the
what's,
what
is
inspirational
about
it?
So
we
want
to
hear
their
stories
and
we
want
to
showcase
their
story
and
we
want
to
be
able
to
thank
them
as
well.
A
So
when
is
this
going
to
be,
when
are
you
going
to
be
seeing
things
to
come
out,
so
this
has
been
a
work
in
progress
for
a
couple
of
us
since
a
couple
of
months
ago,
but
I
think
we
are
getting
to
a
point
where
we
are
going
to
start
collecting
stories
from
our
contributors.
A
We've
identified
these
30
top
30
contributors.
We
will
start
collecting
their
stories
we,
hopefully
by
beginning
of
next
week,
I
will
be
sending
out
a
form
for
these
contributors
to
fill
out
to
you
know
to
tell
their
story
in
this
form,
and
then
Kevin
will
help
put
that
story
together
and
then
our
goal
is
that
we
would
want
to
have
like
a
web
page
on
jenkins.io,
where
we
showcase
each
individual
story.
A
We're
shooting
for
one
story:
bi-weekly
we've
got
30
stories
to
get
through,
so
we
hope
to
have
that
by.
Hopefully,
if
I've
done
my
math
right,
you
know
by
the
end
of
the
year
we'll
we
have
showcase
all
of
these
contributors.
A
You
know
just
a
page
for
each
contributor
and
then
we
also
have
a
page
that
encapsulates
all
the
contributors
at
the
end
of
the
day
right
at
the
end
of
this
journey.
So
we
hope
that
good
things
will
come
out
of
this.
We
hope
that
stories
will
be
inspirational
to
other
people
and
basically
we
want
to
know
more
about
our
contributors.
You
know
what
makes
them
tick.
What
makes
them
why?
Why
are
they
here?
A
B
Yeah,
so
this
year
will
be
a
special
October
Fest
year.
It
will
be
the
10th
anniversary
of
the
of
the
events,
and
so
we
definitely
need
to
be
present
and
we
were
already
planning
to
be
part
of
hacktour
Fest
as
a
Jenkins
project.
B
The
intention
is
there.
We
did
not
start
yet
organizing
something
I
will
probably
lead
the
efforts
and
will
get
will
need
help
or
will
also
get
help
from
several
people
around
to
get
it
organized
and
animated
correctly.
B
I've
already
heard
some
some
names
of
people
that
joined
normally
will
start
something
next
week
and
stay
tuned.
A
Thank
you
Mark.
So
if
anybody
who
has
who
wants
to
participate
just
feel
free
to
reach
out
to
you
right.
A
Oh
cool
devops,
world
tour
I
do
not
have
any
new
news
at
the
moment.
There's
still
a
lot
of
planning
pieces
in
the
works
so
as
soon
as
I
have
more
information.
I
will
share
it
here
on
this
channel,
but
in
the
meantime
registration
is
open.
