Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
All
right
good
afternoon,
good
morning,
thanks
for
joining
the
Jenkins
advocacy
and
Outreach
sick
meeting
today,
is
December
1st
and
on
the
agenda
I'm
going
to
cover
the
action
items
that
we
got
from
the
previous
meeting
and
then
the
newsletter
gsoc
2023
Mark's
conflict
with
this
meeting.
So
we
need
to
come
up
with
a
new
time
for
that.
Some
upcoming
events
and.
A
Okay,
all
righty,
so
the
action
items
that
I
had
was
well.
The
contributor
Summit,
which
we
initially
had
planned
for
middle
of
this
month,
is
now
being
pushed
out
to
January
time
frame.
A
This
will
give
us
a
little
bit
more
time
to
talk
about
the
topics
and
with
the
stakeholders,
and
then
we're
also
looking
to
if
we're
going
to
be
able
to
do
this
at
fostom
to
do
a
co-locate
contributor
Summit,
along
with
being
in
person
at
fosdem,
so
more
to
comment
that
at
a
later
date
and
then
my
action
item
was
to
reach
out
to
CDF
committee,
the
their
Outreach
committee
and
be
included
in
their
next
meeting,
which
is
planned
for
December,
14th
and
I
completed
that
just
haven't
heard
back
from
them.
A
But
I
will
follow
up
with
them
and
John
Mark
I.
Think
you're
interested
in
joining
that
meeting
as
well,
so
I'll
be
sure
to
include
you
as
well.
A
As
a
and
then
the
newsletter
for
November,
it
is
looking
great
yeah,
so
yeah
if
I
think.
First
time
we
have
like
a
complete
list
of
updates
from
all
the
sigs,
so
it's
ready
to
rock
and
roll
Bruno
I
saw
that
you
already
initiated
the
pull
request.
So
thank
you
so
much
for
that.
B
A
Only
thing
that
I'm,
what
I
did
here
was
I,
created
the
highlights
and
I
think
it's
easier
to
eat
just
in
case
somebody
doesn't
want
to
go
through
the
whole
thing,
but
just
to
highlight
just
you
know
one
thing
from
each
of
the
groups,
so
Bruno
I
have
you
down
here
for
the
platform.
B
Yeah
remove
them,
but
I
didn't
know
so
I
will
put
them
back
and
enter
the
information
from
my
which
is
platform,
and
hopefully
Damien
will
do
the
same
with
infrastructure.
Yeah.
A
A
Thank
you
and
gsoc
2023,
so
we've
always
encouraged
new
contributors
to
start
contributing
early,
get
the
lay
of
the
land,
get
your
feet,
wet,
get
your
hands
sturdy
get
involved
early,
and
so
with
that,
thank
you,
John
Mark,
you've,
you!
You
started
the
the
layout
for
how
to
do
that.
So
with
the
blog.
A
Thank
you
very
much,
and
then
we've
also
scheduled
for
December
20th
at
4
pm
UTC
to
go
over
those
details
via
a
webinar.
So
the
intention
is
that
okay,
we've
written
it
out
now
we're
going
to
show
you
how
to
do
it
and
come
and
ask
us
questions.
A
Yes,
so
that's
what
we're
hoping
for
and
then
I
put
some
upcoming
milestones
for
us,
so
December
20th
is
the
webinar
and
then
January
12th
org
admins
will
be
meeting
in
this
meeting
to
talk
about
our
the
application.
So
by
that
time,
I
would
have
initiated
the
first
draft
of
the
application
or
responses
to
the
application.
We'll
go
over
that
as
a
group
and
then
you
know
figure
out
what
how
we
want
to
what
obstacles
we're
running
to
what
concerns
we
have
and
then
what
the
next
steps
are.
C
This
is
where
we
need
the
candidates.
A
little
note
additional
note
to
that
Elisa.
Is
that
we're
starting
to
collect
some
project
ideas?
Yes,
they
are
in
draft,
so
I
I
will
repeated
it
several
places.
The
easiest
way
to
submit
a
project
idea
is
just
to
open
a
post
in
community.jenkins.io
and
we
can
take
care
of
the
rest.
C
It's
not
necessary
to
Mentor
a
project
ID
already
giving
in
ideas
and
a
very
good
way
to
contribute,
but
we're
also
looking
for
mentors
it's
interesting
stuff,
a
great
Human
Experience,
also
but
I'm
not
going
to
do
the
sales
pitch
for
mentoring
right
now,
but
probably
on
December
20th,
we'll
start
discussing
about
the
project
ideas,
but
it
will
be
in
January
that
will
do
the
major
push.
A
I'll
clean
that
up
after
the
meeting,
let
me
see
what
else
okay.
So
the
next
item
is
Mark's
time
conflict
with
this
meeting
now,
typically,
we've
been
able
to
do
this
in
30
minutes.
So
if
we
stick
with
this
same
time,
we
have
to
stay
with
30
minutes.
Actually,
if
we
can
do
it
30
minutes
sooner,
would
you
both
have
an
issue
with
that.
A
Okay,
so
then
the
best
option
is:
do
this
30
minutes.
C
A
C
A
And
then
upcoming
events,
just
you
know
just
three-
that
we're
gonna
we're
focusing
on
our
fast
stem
scale
and
devox
and
I
put
devox
there
well
for
fast.
We
will
have
well
we're
planning
to
have
a
booth
if
we're
approved
and
then
Mark
and
I
think
Bruno.
You
have
already
made
a
submission.
Yes,.
B
A
Cool
and
then
for
scale
we
usually
we
typically
they
usually
give
us
a
booth,
so
I'm,
pretty
confident
that
we
will
have
a
booth
this
year
next
year.
So
we
will
have
a
booth
at
scale
and
then
Mark
is
going
to
make
a
speaking
proposal
as
well
and
then
with
devox,
mainly
speaking,
proposals
from
the
Jenkins
project,
so
I
know,
Bruno
has
already
made
a
submission
and
then
Mark
will
make
a
submission
as
well
hoping
we're
hoping
that
other
members
of
the
project
will
also
make
submissions,
but
we'll
see.
A
B
You're
welcome
I'll,
do
what
I
can
John
Mark
will
you'll
be
able
to
join.
A
A
Thank
you,
so
let
me
stop
the
recording.
