Okay,
so
I'm
deliberately
for
this
meeting,
just
not
going
through
the
actions.
I
know,
I've,
followed
up
ELISA
way
currently
and
Skyler
with
the
fourth
of
July
she's
not
around
today
and
but
I've
been
following
up
with
her
on
the
blog
post
in
were
a
bit
behind
on
those,
but
still
the
intention
is
there
to
get
them
done,
but
we're
taking
the
pressure
off
any
kind
of
deadlines
for
now.

so
contribute
to
summit.
One
thing
we
have
is
that
they
will.
We
will
do
a
contributor
summit
on
August
12th
such
as
before
DevOps
well
Jenkins
world,
and
it
will
be
similar
structure
to
the
ones
who
had
in
previous
years,
except
this
time
we'll
do
it
in
conjunction
with
other
CDF
projects,
so
well,
while
it
will
still
call
it
Jenkins
contributor
summit
will
also
have
will
also
be
calling
it.
You
know,
CDF
contributor
summit
and
the
other
communities
involved,
which
are
Tecton
specifically
they'll,
be
also
kind
of
running
a
co-located
contributor
summit.

what
we
think
this
means
in
practice
cuz.
This
is
the
first
time
doing
it.
That
this
way
is
that
in
the
morning,
we'll
have
some
shared
sessions
across
all
the
projects,
so
any
shared
topics
related
to
continuous
delivery,
or
maybe
things
like
you
know,
joint
outreach
programs
or
events
we'll
talk
about
this
all
in
one
room
and
then
after
those
share
topics,
I,
don't
know
if
that
will
be
mid-morning
or
after
lunch,
then
the
different
projects
will
go
break
out
into
different
tables
and
can
do
a
bit
more
kind
of
unconference
style.

Yeah,
let's
put
that
darkness
topics,
so
we
can
have
a
specific
session
on
that
and
I
think
that's
also
some
work
to
do
with
CDF
in
terms
of
Jenkins
governance.
So
I
think
this
conversations
we
should
have
with
Jenkins
about
how
to
what
structure
makes
more
sense
going
forward
in
terms
of
I
think
we
talked
about
sort
of
the
replacement
for
the
the
steering
committee
meetings
and
a
new
kind
of
stewardship
board
made
up
of
Jenkins
contributors.

Additionally,
it's
likely
we'll
have
an
appreciation
event
in
the
evening
again
it
might
be
up
leveled
as
a
CDF
appreciation
event
and
we
invite
every
of
the
other
projects
to
come
along,
but
this
isn't
fully
confirmed.
I
think
it
was
very
likely
to
happen
so
people
should
plan
to
attend,
but
we're
just
waiting
to
hear
one
final
confirmation
before
we
post
it
publicly.

and
look
we
already
have
folks
who
can
attend
so
that's
great
to
be
there

So
subject

be

fingers
crossed
for
all

yeah
and
I
think,
based
on
last
year,
I
thought
that
the
G
sock
presence
made
a
big
difference
in
terms
of
getting
interest
getting
more
mentors.
So
it
was
definitely
one
of
the
kind
of
most
active
things
that
happen
at
the
contributor
summit
and
probably
I
would
say,
I,
don't
know
for
sure,
but
contributed
to
to
the
high
levels
of
participation
and
just
a
lot
of
momentum.

that's
a
great
idea
and
I've
noticed
like
I'm,
trying
to
keep
tabs
on
what
the
Tecton
folks
are
doing
and
like
they
were
keen
to
do
a
mentoring
type
program
and
in
some
ways
that
similar
to
community
bridge
I
think
they're
looking
at
the
ones
communities
does,
which
is
pretty.
I
think
big
wide
scale
in
terms
of
just
connecting
up
mentors
at
any
time
any
point
regardless
of
internship
program,
but
making
sure
people
can
get
connected
to
folks
who
can
help
them.

meeting

it's

again
history
at
the
edges
of
meeting
now
we
have
five
g's
of
projects
in
the
Jenkins
community.
It
was
two
or
three
students,
plus
we
kickoff
community
bridge
and
plus
there
are
summer
students
working
on

soaking
other
projects.
So
there
are
at
least
three
organizations
which
also
have
students
who
work
on
managing
his
related
things,
and
the
idea
was
that
what
affects
you?

joint
session
so
that
we
just
bring
everybody
my
biggest
community
bonding?

here

can
just

my

whatever
two
sessions,
one
and
European
Union
for

Asian
and
Pacific
region.
Another
one
is
healing
sessions
of
Americas
and
the
European,
and
we

zoom

we

although
maybe
this
is
not
the
right
first
time

as
a
platform
I'm
seeing
some
other
communities
useful
webinars,
which
is
called
crowdcast,
and
that,
although
I
think
that
might
work
better
for
just
a
couple
of
people
presenting,
but
there
are
things
like
you
can
have
a
green
room
and
you
can
pull
in
speakers
and
kind
of
swap
in
out
speakers
and
there's
a
nice
chat
integrated.
But
actually
maybe
zoom
will
be
simpler.

it's

we
discussed
a
couple
of
weeks
ago.
So
it's
just
the
item
for
update
my
plan
is
to
create
this
channel
and
before
the
table
sent

developer
communities.

interested

spend
some
time
there,
