Ask
for
the

of
the
the

What
do
you
think
about
reading

Is
that
ahead?
Not
okay!
All

Is
there
a
motion
to
approve?
Mr
long
is
second
miss
polk.
Let's
see
here
yeah,
I
can't
I
was
just
looking
for
something
to
combine
it
with
to
save
us
time
with
nexus
claims.
We
need
to
do
those
separate
we'll
do
a
roll
call
on
zoom.
Please
miss
poke.
E
A
E
Your
committee
on
county
claims
would
beg
leave
to
the
report.
They
have
examined
the
following
claims
presented
and
recommend
payment.
The
clerk
is
hereby
authorized
and
directed
to
issue
orders
to
the
several
claimants
total
claims:
six
million
two
hundred
eighteen
thousand
five
hundred
eighty
nine
dollars
and
twenty
cents.
A
Is
there
a
motion
on
that?
Mr
lear?
A
second
miss
parker,
any
questions,
comments
we'll
go
with
roll
call
vote
for
everybody.
Please,
mr.
E
G
E
B
A
Motion
carries
all
righty
under
department
reports
if
we
can
get
those
right
into
the
record.
Please
thank
you.
E
Animal
control,
monthly
report
for
february
2021,
total
of
38
823.59
total
animals
handled
82.,
mr
hess
hi,
mrs
polk
aye,
mr
snipes
aye,
mr
c
roy
aye,
mr
lear
aye,
mrs
weber,
aye,
mrs
peters
aye,
mr
payton
aye,
mrs
parker
aye,
mr
kenzinger
aye,
mr
fairfield
aye,
mr
carico.
Mr

mr
smith,
from
celina
aye
mr
swanson
aye,
mr
featherling
aye,
mr
dunhill
aye,
mr
miller
aye.
B
A
Aye
motion
carries
under
the
consent
agenda.
Is
there
anything
that
needs
to
be
removed
and
considered
separately.
A
Mr
hesk
quick
question:
you
do,
you
seem
seem
to
you
do
know
a
lot
about
the
surplus
declarations
does
that
have
to
be
voted
on
separately
out
of
consent,
so
we
should
remove
that
and
vote
on
it
separately.
That's
what
I
was
thinking
in
my
head
when
I
saw
it
on
there:
okay,
let's,
let's
remove
that
one
and
just
consider
it
separately,
just
to
make
sure
213.
A
Any
others
is
there
a
motion
to
combine
and
approve
mr
payton
and
who's
the
second,
mr
kirkster,
all
righty.
If
we
can
get
those
red
in
the
record,
please.
C
B
A
Motion
carries
now
213
if
we
can
get
that
title
just
right
on
the
record
resolution.
A
Mr
hess,
with
the
motion,
mr
lear,
second
shouldn't,
be
any
questions
just
standard,
but
I
want
to
consider
it
separately
because
I
believe
that
you
have
to
for
that
surplus
equipment.
We'll
call
vote.
Please.
E
Mr
hess,
mrs
polk
aye
miss
mr
snipes
all
right,
mr
siroi,
mr
lear,
mrs
weber,
mrs
peters
aye,
mr
peyton,
mrs
parker
aye,
mr
kenzinger
aye,
mr
fairfield,
mr
carrico,
mr
eckhoff,
mr
smith,
from
celina
all
right,
mr
swanson
aye,
mr
featherling
aye,
mr
donnell
aye,
mr
miller
aye,
mr
long
aye,
mr
kirkstra
aye
aye,
mr
hunter
aye,
mr
collins
aye.
Ms
hudson.
F
A
Aye
motion
carries
under
highways
and
buildings.
There
is
something
here,
mr
mark
rogers
is
here
to
explain,
but
if
we
could,
while
he's
getting
up
to
the
mic,
could
you
read
the
title
in
the
record?
Please
resolution.
H
Good
morning,
okay,
this
is
a
a
letter
that
came
to
chairman
wheeler
regarding
the
route
50
armor
road
intersection.
A
All
right
is
there
a
motion
on
that,
be
mr
carrico,
mr
kirkster,
with
a
second
any
questions
for
mark
on
this.
A
You
know
we
can
we
spent
time
talking
about
the
whole
project
and
then
the
highways
committee,
maybe
an
update
for
the
board,
would
be
in
order
once
we
get
some
more
ideas
about
bid
lettings
and
things
like
that,
then
we'll
be
able
to
come
back
and
give
you
a
better
picture,
but
things
are
progressing
very
quickly
at
times
and
slowly
at
other
times.
But
there
is
it's
looking
like
things
are
going
to
happen.
It
really
just
it's
a
matter
of
when
and
so
we're
pushing
hard
for
this
year.
A
A
It's
I
think
it's
going
to
be
mostly
mpo
money,
if
not
all
and
most
likely
all,
but
just
in
case
and
mark
is
there
there's
ongoing
maintenance
to
that
as
well.
We
will
take
the
plowing
of
that
area
because
we
we
go
past
the
bridge.
We
go
all
the
way
to
moments,
basically
now
correct,
correct,
okay,
so
it's
just
that
little
stretch
we'll
start
plowing,
but
we
always
went
through
there
anyway
to
go.
Do
the
rest
of
the
route.
So
it's
one
of
those
where
you've
got
like
a
unmarked
highway.
I
Mr
snipes
just
a
point
of
clarification:
is
this
something
that's
under
his
that
would
be
up
on
his
budget?
Normally,
once
we
I
mean
once
we
take,
I
guess,
ownership
of
this
this
strip
it
wouldn't
be.
Would
it
be
included
in
the
motor
fuel
tax
and
things
of
that
nature
that
would
kind
of
cover
it
as
or
is
it
coming
out
the
county
general.
H
No,
this
is
this:
is
all
water,
fuel,
tax
and
highway
funds.
E
C
E
B
A
Motion
carries
215
if
we
could
get
that
one
right
in
the
record.
Please.
E
A
F
C
E
F
A
Motion
carries
let's
see
here
under
community
services.
If
we
can
get
216
right
in
the
record,
please,
then
we
can
go
into
discussion.
A
Do
I
have
a
motion,
miss
parker
with
a
motion
and
a
second
hudson
miss
hudson
with
a
second.
So
if
we
get
into
discussion,
would
you
like
to
explain
the
ordinance
to
parker?
Okay,
please
grab
the
mic.
J
So
this
came
about
by
several
complaints
of
different
areas
of
dogs,
animals
running
loose
in
the
country
and
in
the
small
subdivisions
in
the
country
of
being
harm
to
residents,
especially
joggers
was
the
biggest
complaint
that
we
had,
that
dogs
running
loose
were
chasing
them
and
possibly
you
know
harming
them.
J
As
a
matter
of
fact,
one
had
gotten
bit
by
a
dog
so
with
our
veterinarians
on
on
our
committee
and
with
us
getting
together
and
all
the
complaints
that
the
running
at
large
was
brought
together
through
discussion
and
with
the
state's
attorney's
office
to
make
sure
that
the
language
was
correct.
This
does
not
include
if
a
dog
or
an
animal
has
gotten
loose
by
accident.
I
don't
know
how
many
of
you
have
ever
had
a
dog
run
out
the
door
and
you're
chasing
the
dog
around
trying
to
catch
it,
and
it's
out.
J
No.
That
is
an
incident
that
is
not
harmful,
that
you
will
get
the
dog
and
trap
it
bring
it
back
inside,
but
this
is
mainly
to
protect
the
residents
and
the
animals
themselves.
I
don't
know
about
you,
but
I
have
seen
so
many
dogs
running
loose
on
country
roads,
so
many
dogs
that
have
been
hit
by
cars,
which
is
a
tragedy,
but
also
a
danger
to
people
who
are
living
in
that
area
that
they
may
run
into
the
yard
and
attack
their
animal
or
them.
J
As
a
matter
of
fact,
yesterday
I
received
a
call
from
one
of
my
constituents
that
in
a
small
subdivision
out
off
highland
road,
there
are
two
pitbulls
running
loose
with
children,
next
door
playing
in
the
yard,
possibly
maybe
not
the
dog
wanting
to
hurt
the
children,
but
even
in
rough
play
house
they
could
harm
the
children.
So
these
are
things
that
we've
looked
at
seriously.
J
I
want
to
thank
mr
coughlin
from
the
state's
attorney's
office
and
to
carry
laird
for
putting
the
language
together,
and
we
just
felt
that
all
of
us
that
we
love
animals,
but
we
also
don't
want
anyone
to
get
hurt
as
well
that
this
is
a
very
important
ordinance
to
have
in
place
for
the
county.
A
All
righty
assistant
states
attorney
coughlin
is
here
to
answer
questions.
If
you
have
specifics
about
this
ordinance,
we
we'd
love
to
to
get
to
the
bottom
of
any
questions
that
you
might
have
so
maybe
take
a
moment.
Look
it
over.
There
is
a
motion
and
a
second
on
the
floor.
So
if
there
aren't
questions
we'll
move
on
to
a
vote,
but
I
want
to
make
sure
everybody
has
the
opportunity.
A
F
C
F
A
Mr
wheeler
aye
motion
carries
moving
on
number
four
under
executive
committee.
If
we
could
get
the
title
right
in
the
record,
please.
A
First
start
with
a
motion
to
approve
on
this,
mr
hess,
a
second,
mr
rakoff.
We
talked
about
this
at
length
in
committee.
I
want
to
see
if
there's
any
other
questions
about
this,
for
the
full
board.
A
I'm
I
would
say
that
I'm
I'm
they
would
not
take
effect
until
immediate
or
the
next
following
meeting
that
we
have,
but
just
in
case
people
don't
have
you
know,
video
cameras
on
their
computers
that
they
have
right
now,
so
I'm
not
gonna,
we,
I
don't
think
we
should
penalize
them
today
with
we
started
the
meeting
under
one
set
of
rules.
A
The
next
set
of
rules
would
say
that
you
have
to
appear
on
video
the
whole
time
and
if
you're,
you
know
you're
voting,
you
have
to
be
on
video,
obvious
personal
privilege.
Excuses
are
always
allowed,
but
we
just
can't
have
people
sitting
with
a
black
screen.
That's
part
of
this,
but
I
just
want
to
make
sure
you
knew
people
wouldn't
have
to
automatically
flip
their
videos
on
right
now,
because
they
may
not
have
a
camera.
We
didn't
give
them
any
warning,
but
if
they
do,
please
join
us.
So
any
other
thoughts.
A
Questions
about
this
we've
had
some
issues
with
decorum
and
and
noise,
and
you
know
when,
when
these
emergency
orders
are
expired
and
we
go
back
to
normal
people
that
aren't
in
the
room,
you
will
have
to
vote
to
allow
them
to
zoom
in
that's
the
normal
open
meetings
act
procedure.
A
So
this
allows
us
to
have
rules
for
zoom,
because
in
the
past
we
haven't
had
rules
for
zoom.
We
didn't
and,
as
I
checked
with
other
counties,
they
really
other
counties
didn't
see
the
need
because
they
weren't
experiencing
the
same
issues
that
we
were
with
excessive
noise
and
all
the
other
things
that
were
going
on.
So
obviously
we
want
to
be
graceful
with
people.
If
you
know
sometimes
you
don't
know
the
dog
is
going
to
bark
at
the
mailman.
A
I
mean
you
know
you
don't
know
what
time
they're
going
to
show
up
and
really
isn't
that
their
job.
So
you
know
we
understand
that,
but
when,
when
it
becomes
excessive,
we
have
to
have
rules
in
place
to
say
we're
going
to
mute
you,
but
that
will
nothing
will
infringe
upon
your
right
to
contribute
by
raising
the
hand
or
for
voting.
You
still
always
have
that
right,
but
just
muting
people
indiscriminately
didn't
seem
like
it
was
the
best
practice,
because
at
times
they
mute
themselves
and
then
we
can't
get
them
back.
A
They
don't
know,
and
you
we've
all
been
there.
I'm
sure
you
know
you
forget
that
you're
muted.
So
again,
it's
really
to
address
the
egregious
situations
for
the
most
part,
it's
business
as
usual,
but
the
voting
and
have
being
on
screen
for
the
whole
meeting.
That
is
absolutely
something
that
has
to
happen.
You
we
can't
have
just
black
screen
the
whole
time.
F
A
You
know-
and
we
could
have
done
this
before
like
you
could
be
on
a
a
business
trip
and
the
board
could
have
voted
to,
let
you
in
it
could
have
been
in
a
family
funeral
and
they
could
vote
you
know
so
that
always
existed,
but
it
was
the
rest
of
these
regulations.
Weren't
weren't
there,
but
it's
completely
and
totally
suspended
right
now,
because,
if
somebody's
not
comfortable
being
in
a
room
full
of
people,
if
they
feel
they're
at
risk,
who
are
we
to
say
that
they
should
be
in
the
room?
A
You
know
just
like
a
tire.
You
know
it.
You
know
what
you
wear,
not
the
thing
on
your
car,
but
you
know
it's
who's
it
for
us
to
say
what
somebody
should
be
wearing.
You
know.
So
that's
why
that's
not
in
here
anymore,
because,
as
anita
knows,
when
we
were
going
through
the
the
policy
and
procedure
manual
that
there
was
pages
in
there
that
had
to
be
40
years
old,
because
it
said
I
mean
they
had
to
wear
skirts.
You
know
we
people
don't
do
that
anymore.
A
G
A
A
G
A
We'll
just
re-letter
those
yeah
we'll
fix
this
and,
and
you
know
the
we
were
trying
to
figure
out
where
the
best
place,
to
put
it
in
the
county
code
as
well.
So
we
voted
on
the
principles
of
this
an
executive
committee,
but
as
far
as
the
insertion
in
the
county
code,
this
came
right
at
the
end
of
the
day,
and
I
want
to
thank
the
state's
attorney's
office,
especially
asa
gowdy,
about
getting
this
together
because
she
worked
hard
to
get
it
done.
I
The
have
no
really
objections,
but
I
I'm
maybe
you
can
help
me
with
this
wording.
In
section
b,
the
member
who
has
made
the
request
must
be
in
attendance
via
video
conferencing.
At
the
start
of
the
meeting
remote

to
shall
be
logged
in
requires
the
member
to
be
logged
in
or
how
we
I
mean
just
shall
be
logged
in
the
video
must
enable
I
can
see
to
the
video
must
be
able
to
enable
it's
just
that
wording.
Is
there.
A
I
A
C
E
C
E
B
A
Alrighty
so
as
they
say,
if
you
know
a
guy
gal
person,
you
know
please
bring
them
forward,
send
the
the
application
off
of
their
direct
them
to
the
website.
A
If
you
think
somebody
that's
qualified,
we
definitely
always
solicit
people,
and
sometimes
they
apply
for
one
thing
and
then
there
there's
that
opening
is
being
filled
by
a
reappointment,
but
something
else
is
free,
so
we
can
recommend
something
else
to
them.
So
getting
people
involved
is,
is
the
important
part,
all
righty,
any
old
business.
A
Yes,
mr
smith,
let
me
get
your
mic
on
here.
All
right
go
ahead.
D
I'm
gonna
ask
for
a
new
vote
on
a
marijuana
dispensary
in
kankakee
county
they're,
all
around
us
they're
in
cook,
county
they're
in
will
county
and
I
feel
like
people
are
leaving
kankakee
county
and
going
to
these
other
counties
and
spending
their
money
when
they
could
be
generating
that
revenue.
Here
I
more
and
more
states
are
legalizing
marijuana.
I
mean
it's
not
just
for
recreational
use,
it
has
medical
use
and
it's
I
believe,
it's
something
that
we
should
do
so.
A
You're
asking
to
have
it
go
through
the
process
again
all
over
again.
Yes,
that
would
it
would
go
back
to
executive
committee
for
that
that
process,
so
you're
asking
just
like
mr
siroi
asked
for
the
second
amendment:
support
proclamation.
Yes,
going
back
through
executive,
it's
the
same
thing
you'd
like
to
see
that
on
the
agenda.
Yes,
is
there
anybody
else
that
would
like
to
see
that
on
the
agenda?
A
I
see
some
head
nods,
so
I
think
that
it
would
be
appropriate,
go
ahead
and
stick
it
on
the
agenda
and
we'll
let
executive
committee,
it's
the
we
have
the
resolutions
and
everything
going
forward.
So
you
know
that
discussion
will
happen
in
the
executive
upcoming,
whether
it's
this
month
or
in
the
following
months.
A
Well,
yeah
those
on
executive
will
get
to
debate
it
and
then
the
full
board.
So
that's
the
process
so
going
down
that
road
again
much
like
the
the
second
amendment
discussion.
A
Anything
else
all
right,
new
business
if
we
can
get
2018
just
lease
the
title
right
in
the
record.
E
A
I
will
say
it
should
be
receive
and
disperse
because
the
the
excuse
me,
it
should
not
say
disperse
at
all
at
this
point.
Disburse
will
be
decided
upon
by
the
executive
committee
and
by
by
the
the
finance
committee,
but
basically
full
board's,
going
to
vote
on
what
our
what
our
program
is
going
to
be.
A
So
I
want
to
look
at
this
real,
quick
and
find
out
where
it
would
need
to
be
amended,
because
I
just
noticed
that
that
would
be
inappropriate
to
say
disperse.
That's
another
decision
that
the
board
will
make
on
another
level
is
the
final
dollar.
F
A
A
So
I
just
want
to
make
sure
everybody
kind
of
knows
that,
but
we
don't
want
to
call
special
meeting
just
to
have
this
done
so
once
once
they
send
me
the
information
from
the
department
of
treasury,
I've
got
to
say,
yes,
send
it
they're
sending
half
this
year
and
then
half
the
following
year,
and
it
takes
this
action
from
the
board
that
allows
me
to
say
yeah
send
it.
So
I
figured
you
would
be
okay
with
that.
So
I
just
want
to
make
sure,
but
I
just
have
to
codify
it
here.
A
All
right,
so
the
the
amendment
that
I'm
going
to
propose
before
the
motions
are
in
the
title,
receive
funds
pursuant
to
the
american
rescue
plan
and
that's
really
true
to
execute
and
they'd.
Be
the
one
two
three
four.
Fourth,
whereas
it
will
be
necessary
for
the
chairman
of
the
kanke
county.
A
A
Mr
siroi,
a
second
mr
hunter
questions,
mr
snipes
yeah.
I
have.
I
Two,
but
when
you
are,
I
guess
re-uh
stating
the
topic
reauthorizing,
the
county
board
chairman
to
sign
agreements
to
receive
and
disperse
funds
pursuant
no
not
dispersed
just
receive
okay.
Are
we
dispersing
to
anyone?
No
at
any
time
at
some
point.
I
Looking
for
is,
do
we
have
to
come
back?
Do
we
have
to
come
back
to
say
we're
going
to
disperse
those
fines
versus
having
a
a
generalized
to
say,
receive
and
disburse,
which
now
allows.
A
I
don't
think
the
board
should
authorize
me
to
disburse
the
funds
to
whatever.
I
think
I
think
it
should
be
voted
on
by
the
executive
committee
and
then
the
full
board,
that's
kind
of
where
I'm
at
so.
That's
why
I
remove
disperse
because
that's
a
whole
separate
discussion,
because
you
have
to
vote
on
what
the
plan
is
and
we
can't
develop,
or
you
know
finalize
the
plan
until
we
know
what
the
rules
are
so
as
amended,
those
all
those
disbursements
were
just
saying
we
received.
I
A
Well,
that
would
be
that's
what
the
executive
committee
is
going
to
tackle,
but
per
I'll
use
an
example,
though
one
of
the
best
really
papers
I've
read
on
this
is
something
that
was
developed
by
the
brookings
institute.
That
really
talked
about
strategize.
A
You
know
the
the
and
organize,
and
and
really
you
know,
stabilize
the
county
government,
and
that
may,
as
I
said,
to
the
mayors
that
I've
talked
to
about
this
there's
going
to
be
things
that
are
overarching
through
all
of
our
communities
that
we
should
actually
we
should
strategize
and
organize
to
discuss.
A
You
know
like
I
spoke
with
the
mayor,
elect
of
kankakee
and,
if
80,
roughly
of
our
the
cost
associated
with
the
criminal
justice
system
and
other
aspects
of
that
are
in
kankakee,
maybe
we
should
partner
on
something
to
help
reduce
that
for
all
taxpayers
in
the
county,
including
the
city
of
kankakee.
A
That
would
make
sense,
but
again
those
decisions
aren't
going
to
be
made
by
one
person
they'll
be
made
by
a
cohort
that
we're
going
to
try
to
get
together,
and
most
mayors
have
been
completely
agree
on
this
is
we
should
talk
about
what
we're
doing
to
see
where
it
overlaps,
so
that
that
that
has
been
extended,
and
I
haven't
had
anybody
say
anything
negative
about
any
of
that.
So
more
to
come
is
all
I
can
say,
because
we
can't,
if
we
can't
define
how
we
can
spend
it,
what
the
rules
are.
I
What
I
was
looking
for
is
not
to
it
really
kind
of
come
back
and
and
if
there
was
a
agreement
we
said
well,
we
just
only
he
can
only
receive.
I
was
looking
for
something
that
says
receive
and
disperse
funds
with
the
approval
of
the
proven
consent
of
the
county
board
pursuant
to
the
american
whatever,
and
that
point
gives
you
the
the
open
arena,
but
nevertheless,
however,
you
all
want
to
word
it.
I
My
thing
is
what
I
didn't
want
is
when
you
saying
cities
is
if
they
got
if
they
got
say
like
the
city
of
kent
key
which
got
29.5,
I
don't
want
them
coming
back
and
saying.
Well,
well,
you
say
a
city,
so
we
can
get
some
out
of
here.
In
addition
to
our
20
point,
29.5.
A
It's
all
separate
buckets
the
city's
got
their
own
money,
so
we're
going
to
go
and
collaborate
when
we.
A
Them
they
will
be
putting
something
in
exactly
okay,
yeah.
They
got
14
and
a
half,
and
I
believe
we
got
21.3
and
I
could
say
in
discussions,
there's
a
lot.
We
agree
on
just
like
there's
things
that
we
can
do
in
other
areas
of
the
county,
but
those
municipalities
will
need
to
step
up.
As
I
said,
cities
get
their
own
money,
landlords
and
tenants
get
their
own
money.
Hospitality,
health
departments,
schools,
they're
all
got
their
own
buckets
of
money,
and
then
they
all
have
massive
grant
opportunities
beyond
just
the
money
that
was
given.
A
That's
why
we
were
talking
an
executive
about
we're,
going
to
be
posting
for
a
grant
writer
to
not
only
go
for
us,
but
also
to
be
able
to
assist
with
not
writing
grants,
but
helping
people
identify
grants
within
the
community,
whether
it's
pembroke
township
or
it's
a
school
district
on
the
other
side
of
the
of
the
county,
we're
just
going
to
throw
those
that
information
at
everybody.
A
A
The
good
thing
is
it's
a
marathon,
not
a
sprint,
but
the
sprint
ends
in
the
end
of
24.,
so
know
that
all
the
money
has
to
be
spent
by
then
so
we're
spending
our
time
now
on
the
due
diligence.
This
just
allows
me
to
accept
the
money
and
it
doesn't
allow
authorize
me
to
spend
any
of
it.
Does
that
make
sense?
E
B
A
A
Where'd,
I
do
that
it's
basically
report
replace
disperse
to
receive
in
the
first
type
in
the
title
scratch
received,
pursuant
just
just
pursuant
and
in
the
first
second.
Third,
fourth,
whereas
would
be
necessary
for
the
chairman
of
the
kanke
county
insert
board
to
execute
documents
for
the
receipt
of
funds
and
then
also
receive
in
the
the
the
last
paragraph,
the
re
change
disperse
to
receive.
A

Ms
hudson.
C
A
Aye,
thank
you
more
to
come
on
this
a
lot
more.
A
Let's
see
here,
I
don't
have
anything
else
that
we
should
move
around.
I
at
this
point,
I
need
a
motion
to
enter
executive
session
for
two
things:
the
purchase
of
real
estate,
55
ilcs,
five,
five
dash
1005
and
pending
litigation,
5
ilcs,
120,
slash
2,
c11
case
20,
mr
302.
Is
there
a
motion,
mr
lear?
Second,
mr
kirkstrom
roll
call
vote.
Please.
G
A
A
All
righty
we
are
back
from
executive
session,
looks
like
all
board.
Members
are
still
present.
We
have
one
last
item
of
business.
There
is
no
number
on
that.
Is
there
any
resolution
or
is
it
just
a
general
statement?
Okay,
I
would
need
a
motion
that
would
authorize
the
use
of
torque
funds
for
litigation
cost
regarding
the
20.
Mr
302,
is
there
a
motion,
mr
long
second,
mr
kirkstra,
any
discussion
on
that
roll
call
vote.
Please.
C
E
A
Mr
wheeler
aye
okay
motion
carries
two
things.
Actually,
three.
C
Notice
we're.
B
A
Have
our
first
redistricting
committee
meeting
on
monday
at
9am
here,
so
if
people
want
to
attend
or
view
that
that'd
be
great,
you
can
it's
always
watch
the
broadcast
or
come
and
participate
in
person.
The
executive
committee
will,
it
looks
like
we're.
Gonna
have
all
of
our
legislative
stuff
together
for
executive
committee
to
start
running
through
some
of
the
bills
that
look
like
they
have
legs.
A
So
we
can
have
a
position
statement
to
send
on
on
all
these
to
the
full
board
and
I'm
efforting
getting
our
representatives
here
either
via
zoom
for
that
meeting
or
in
person
for
the
full
board
meeting
when
the
whole
board,
you
know,
accepts
or
rejects,
or
whatever
happens
at
the
full
board
level.
So
again,
executive
will
make
recommendations
on
the
bills
and
then
the
full
board
would
either
approve
or
disapprove
of
that.
A
So
we
just
it's
the
first
time,
we've
done
that,
as
far
as
I
know,
as
a
county
to
have
a
legislative
agenda
to
give
to
our
representatives
and
also
to
our
lobbyists,
so
they
can
focus
in
on
what's
important
to
us
as
a
group
and
then
finally,
I
just
wanted
to
extend
my
condolences
to
to
board
member
hunter
about
the
lawsuit
brother,
very,
very
heartfelt,
and
I
hope
things
are
going
well
with
the
family
besides.
That,
so
is.
Is
there
a
motion
to
adjourn
mr
hess?
A
Second,
we'll
go
with
mr
kirkstra.
A
All
those
in
favor
say
aye.
That
was
a
pose
same
sign.
