Four
thousand
one
hundred
thirty-five
dollars,
sixty
nine
cents.
Mr.
E
Might
not
have
put
it
in
there
because
it
wasn't
paid
under
more
motor
fuel
tax.
This
is
just
the
final
payment
for
the
that
we
paid
out
county
highway.
Usually
the
county
highway
bills
go
before
the
claims
committee,
but
I
wanted
to
let
you
know
that
that
work
was
completed
it
just
that
it
was
being
final
made.
A
F
C
E
Okay,
this
is
our
resolution.
We
usually
have
one
or
two
a
year,
but
this
is
for
our
equipment
that
we
declared
surplus
for
this
year,
and
it
includes
several
items
here.
First
is
a
2008
International
with
a
wing
plow
that
has
ninety
eight
thousand
one
hundred
twelve
miles
on
it.
I
don't
know
if
everybody
can
see
that
right
there
next
is
a
2010
flink,
snow,
plow.
E
E
E
E
We
have
a
impact
wrench,
we
have
a
floor
buffer,
we
have
a
die
grinder,
we
have
a
12-volt
shot
back
back.
This
does
not
work
at
all.
If
an
automatic
surveying
level
it
is,
it
is
broken,
does
not
work.
It's
not
repairable
jackhammers,
a
tester,
Electrical,
tester
radios,
handhelds,
don't
work
and
an
assortment
of
obsolete
parts.
A
F
C
E
E
Just
wanted
to
do
a
little
review.
Motor
fuel
tax
is
a
tax
imposed
on
the
privilege
of
operating
motor
vehicles
upon
the
public
highways
and
recreational
type
watercraft
upon
the
waters
of
the
state
of
Illinois.
That's
in
the
statutes
motor
fuel
includes
all
volatile
and
and
in
flammable
liquids,
produced,
blended
or
compounded
for
the
purpose
of
which
are
suitable
for
practical
for
operating
motor
vehicles.
So
there
is
a
everybody:
pays:
a
tax
on
more
fuel
tax
on
the
board
of
fuel
I'm.
Sorry,
more
de
fuels
started
back
in
1929.
E
It
was
a
three
cents
per
gallon
and
I
just
wanted
to
give
you
a
timeline
of
the
rate
increases
since
1929
you
can
see
about
it
was
about
about
20
22
years.
It
went
up
a
penny
and
then
six
months
later
it
looks
like
it
went
up
another
penny
to
five
cents
and
then
in
1967,
and
went
up
to
six
cents
1969
and
went
to
seven
and
a
half
cents.
E
August
1st
of
83
went
up
to
11
cents,
84
went
up
to
12
cents,
85
went
up
to
13
cents
August
of
1989
and
when
it
was
a
16
cents
and
then
in
January
1st
of
1990
at
1
to
19
cents,
it's
been
at
19
cents
since
1990,
which
is
29
years.
So
on
July
1st
it
went
up
to
38
cents
with
the
rate.
Oops.
Sorry
is
your
question.
Yeah
there's
a
question.
Mr.
ol
top.
G
E
But
along
with
that,
you
know,
just
you
know,
collecting
the
three
cents
or
the
two
cents
or
the
19
cents,
there's
always
distribution,
so
this
slide
shows
the
distribution
so
back
in
1929,
two
cents
of
that
three
cents
went
to
the
state.
One
cent
went
to
the
counties
in
1933.
They
added
the
municipalities
to
the
list
without
increasing
the
motor
fuel
tax.
So
a
penny
went
to
the
state.
A
penny
went
to
the
counties.
A
penny
went
to
the
municipalities
in
1952
when
they
raised
it
to
five
cents.
That's
when
the
percentages
started.
E
So
thirty,
five
percent
went
to
the
state
thirty
two
percent
to
municipalities,
11
percent,
to
cook
County,
twelve
percent
to
the
rest
of
the
counties
and
10
percent
to
the
townships
in
1959
$50,000
a
month
started
going
to
the
grade
crossing
Protection
Fund
in
1976,
12
million
per
year
started
going
to
the
township
bridge
program.
Now
I
will
clarify
the
township
bridge
program
doesn't
come
directly
out
of
the
local
share
that
comes
out
of
the
state's
Road
Fund
that
increased
in
1979
to
15
million
in
1983.
E
When
the
motor
fuel
tax
went
up
again,
the
state
took
seventy
percent
and
then
the
30
percent
went
to
locals,
and
that
was
when
the
two
and
a
half
percent
diesel
differential
was
introduced
to
his
half
cents
and
the
state
took
all
of
the
two
and
a
half
cents,
so
they
got
70
percent
plus
they
got
the
two
and
a
half
cent
of
the
diesel
differential
in
1985.
They
started
the
vehicle
emissions
inspection
fund.
E
They
get
so
much
per
month
to
operate
the
vehicle
emissions
inspection
fund
in
1989,
when
the
gas
tax
went
up
to
16
cents,
75
percent
went
to
the
state
25
percent
went
to
locals,
but
the
state
offered
a
hundred
and
fifteen
million
to
two
local
program.
Local
programs
are
like
Nene,
Township
County
consolidated
high-growth
cities,
but
they
they
threw
that
on
the
table
and
started
giving
the
locals
115
million
dollars,
but
took
five
percent
of
the
MFT
off
the
top
1990
the
next
year.
E
This
might
be
a
little
difficult
to
read,
but
this
is
the
kind
of
the
flowchart
how
everything
gets
got
processed
before
July
1st
of
this
year.
So
the
19th
cent
and
a
half
cents
came
in.
If
you
can
see
on
the
left,
the
two
and
a
half
cents,
diesel
differential
goes
right
to
the
state
construction
account.
So
then
the
19
cents
goes
down
the
middle
so
on
the
left.
E
Side
of
the
middle
are
all
the
deductions
that
are
taken
off
the
top,
as
well
as
the
right
side,
so
the
state
boating
act
fund
gets
about
400
million
per
year
per
month.
The
grade
crossing
protection
that
should
be
four
hundred
thousand
per
month.
The
great
car
scene
protection
fund
back
when
it
was
started,
got
2.25
million
a
month.
Now
it's
three
point:
two
five
million
per
month,
but
all
those
things
taken
off
the
top
include
the
what
I
just
described
the
four
hundred
twenty
thousand
to
the
state
boating
act.
E
E
I
do
not
know
about
I
actually
on
some
of
those
that
are
because
they
vary,
except
for
the
the
straight
four
hundred
twenty
thousand
three
point:
two
five
million,
all
those
other
ones
are
just
build.
So
it's
actual
for
those
because
those
change
year
to
year
this
slide
I,
don't
know
it's
probably
very
difficult
to
read
up
there,
especially
for
you
guys
in
the
front,
but
the
in
2017
December
1st
2017
through
November
30th
of
2018.
There
was
about
1.3
billion
taken
in
motor
fuel
tax.
E
That
was
up
1.4
9
percent
from
the
previous
year,
but
then
there's
all
the
the
things
that
get
cut
off
the
top
and
they
vary
like
I
said
the
the
the
3
that
don't
vary.
Are
the
state
boating
Act,
the
great
cross
special
fund
of
the
vehicle
inspection
fund,
but
the
all
the
other
ones
vary
so
about
227
million
dollars
was
taken
off
the
top
before
it
got
down
to
us.
So
what
that
left?
E
E
So
that's
so
it
gets
down.
After
that's
taken
off
the
top.
The
state
gets
their
forty
five
percent,
the
local
program.
We
serve
forty
fifty
four
percent,
and
then
it
goes
down
into
the
to
the
distribution
on
the
local
side.
Municipalities
get
their
share.
The
counties,
the
counties
over
a
million
which
Robbie's
Cook
County
gets
sixteen
percent
the
counties
under
a
million
which
is
the
rest
of
the
hundred
counties.
Split
eighteen
point:
two:
seven
percent
the
road
districts
get
sixteen
percent.
E
The
municipalities
is
split
by
population,
so
we
take
the
total
population
state
and
whatever
it's
just
a
percentage
of
the
total
population.
The
county
gets
their
motor
fuel
tax
based
off
of
registered
motor
vehicles
in
the
county
and
the
road
users
get
theirs
off
a
total
mileage.
So,
whatever
mileage
they
have.
B
F
D
E
D
E
H
B
B
B
E
Okay,
so
state
bill,
1939
turned
to
Public,
Act,
101
desert
or
three
two.
It
took
effect
July.
First,
it
increased
the
MFT
to
thirty-eight
cents
per
gallon
and
in
the
bill
that
will
increase
annually.
According
to
the
CPI,
there
was
some
word
down
to
Springfield
that
this
19
cents
back
in
1990.
If
it
had
been
indexed
by
the
CPI,
it
would
be
about
38
cents.
Today
is
what
somebody
did
a
calculation.
So
basically
it's
it's
just
keeping
up
with
the
CPI
it
is.
E
It
increased
the
diesel
differential
to
7
a
half
cents
from
two
and
a
half
cents.
It
created
the
transportation
renewal
fund.
It
gave
cook
leg
in
will
counties
the
authority
for
a
local
M
of
T
tax.
It
increased
license
title
and
registration
fees
and
it's
going
to
incrementally
repurpose
the
state
sales
tax
on
fuel,
so
the
motor
fuel
tax
increase,
the
original
19
cents
is
still
going
to
go
through,
and
the
two
and
a
half
cent
diesel
differential
is
going
to
still
go
through
the
original
formula.
E
So
the
night,
the
two
and
a
half
cents
is
going
to
go
straight
to
the
to
the
account
the
first
19
cents
is
going
to
go
just
how
it
did
before
July.
First,
the
additional
19
cents
and
the
additional
five
cent
diesel
differential
is
going
to
be
deposited
in
the
transportation
of
renewal
fund.
So
the
and,
like
I,
said
that
the
entire
38
cents
is
now
going
to
be
indexed
annually
based
on
the
CPI.
E
E
E
The
80
percent
is
getting
split.
Forty
sixty
sixty
percent
is
going
to
the
state
construction
account.
Forty
percent
is
going
to
the
locals,
and
the
how
it
gets
split
is
the
same
way
it
got
split
but
before
July.
First,
it's
all
based
on
those
percentages
and
population
mileage
and
and
the
register
motor
vehicles.
E
This
the
sales
tax
on
fuel,
beginning
in
fiscal
year
2022
the
state
will
begin
to
increment
Lee
repurpose,
the
six
and
a
quarter
percent
tax
on
fuel
from
the
general
fund
to
the
road
fund.
So
starting
in
fiscal
year,
2022
they'll
begin
a
1%
to
the
road
fund,
followed
by
a
1%
increase
each
year
till
school
year,
2026,
when
the
5%
will
be
going
to
the
road
fund
that
one
in
a
quarter
percent
sales
tax
will
still
go
to
the
locals.
So
it
shouldn't
affect
a
local
sales
tax.
E
Registration
fees,
vehicle
registrations,
increased
$50,
49
cents
goes
to
the
road
fund,
one
dollar
to
Secretary
of
State.
We
get
nothing
from
any
registration
fees.
The
electronic,
the
electric
vehicle
registrations
originally
was
$35
every
two
years.
Now
they
are
gonna
pay
the
same
thing:
148
dollars
annually,
plus
$100
fee
in
lieu
of
paying
motor
fuel
tax.
I
E
I
I
E
E
The
other
part
of
the
bill
gave
local
enmity.
The
bill
allows
Cook
County
to
add
an
additional
three
cents
per
gallon
on
MFT.
The
bill
also
allows
Lake,
County
and
Will
County
to
add
a
minimum
of
four
cents
per
gallon
up
to
a
maximum
of
eight
cents,
a
gallon,
the
local
programs,
the
ones
I
was
talking
about
the
needy,
Township
high
growth
cities,
County
consolidated
Senate
bill
262,
was
passed
by
the
General
Assembly,
which
contained
cuts
to
those
local
programs.
E
So
needy
Township
went
from
10.0
1/4
million
to
2.5
million
a
75%
cut
county
consolidated,
went
from
20
1.8
million
to
5.45
million,
which
was
a
75%
cut
and
state
match
went
from
4
million
to
zero
county
consolidated.
The
county
receives
we
probably
get
around
270
thousand
dollars
a
year
from
county
consolidated.
So
you
can
see
a
75
percent
cut
is
significant
for
us.
E
However,
secretary
husband
has
been
in
touch
with
iace
the
Illinois
sociation
County
engineer's
and
said
that
they
plan
to
restore
those
funds
to
make
those
those
funds
whole
again,
but
they
did
not
indicate
that
there
was
going
to
be
an
increase
in
those
funds.
We
haven't
seen
anything
in
writing
about
that.
I
think
that
those
cuts
were
made
because
they
were
unsure
of
what
was
it
happened
in
the
capital
bill
and
they
were
afraid
they
were
gonna
have
to
cut
operations,
and
that
was
just
a
cut
that
they
made
so
for
Kankakee
County.
E
E
E
F
B
E
Money
from
the
sale,
the
state
sales
tax
on
gasoline
has
been
going
to
the
general
fund,
so
in
2022
they're
going
to
start.
1
percent
of
that
is
going
to
go
to
the
road
fund
and
set
it
to
the
general
fund
and
then
in
2026
after
a
1%
increase
that
5%
will
all
be
going
to
the
road
fund.
Instead
of
to
the
general
fund.
E
We're
only
doing
maybe
20
miles
a
year
in
oil
and
chip,
and
you
know
maybe
3
or
4
miles
of
overlays
I'm,
hoping
to
increase
that
to
8
to
10
miles
of
overlay
and
maybe
30
miles
of
oil
in
Shapira
to
get
caught
up,
but
our
maintenance
has
and,
of
course,
the
damage
being
done
to
roads.
The
all
roads
were
considered
an
80,000
pound
truck
route
without
any
additional
funding,
edges
are
falling
apart,
I
mean
it's
we're
we're
seeing
major
damage
and-
and
it
has
affected
our
maintenance
and
construction,
which.
E
The
bill
was
passed
back
in
2010
to
make
every
Road
a
80,000
pound
truck
route.
The
iace
Illinois
Association
County
engineer's
were
lobbying
for
hey.
You
know
you
did
that,
but
you
didn't
give
us
anything
to
maintain
those
roads
and,
and
nothing
ever
came
of
it
there.
We
do
issue
permits
for
oversize,
overweight
trucks
that
are
over
the
80,000,
so
we
can
regulate
those
and
tell
them
that
they
either
give
them
a
permit
or
deny
the
permit.
We
do
charge
for
those
permits
it.
E
E
I
E
E
Diesel
differential,
license
fees,
title
fees
all
that
we
got
6040
on
only
the
motor
fuel
tax.
We
didn't
get
the
60/40
that
we
wanted.
So
we
were
lobbying
for
that
with
those
arguments.
In
fact,
we
had
I
had
submitted
some
maps
and
numbers
about
what
it's
cost
us
in
15
years
to
maintain
these
roads
and
how
the
costs
have
gone
up
and
our
revenues
going
down.
But
this
is
what
we
got.
D
G
E
Think
that
it
there's
legislation
and
the
legislation
might
say,
I
didn't
read
the
full
bill.
I
just
did
a
synopsis
and
tried
I
mean
the
thing
was
yeah
I
was
trying
to
get
bits
and
pieces
out
of
it.
I
knew
it
didn't
affect
us,
but
I
think
for
the
other
counties
that
were
in
the
previous
legislation.
I
think
it
gave
them
authority
to
do
it
and.
G
A
J
All
right,
good
morning,
first
item
on
the
agenda
is
facility.
Do
report.
For
the
month
of
July,
we
had
155
work
orders
in
the
system,
so
we
continue
to
be
very
busy.
Moving
on
to
financial
report,
you
have
the
financial
summary
there
in
front
of
you.
You
can
see
current
year
total
twenty
four
thousand
six
74-61
compared
to
the
previous
year,
total
of
forty
three
thousand
two
6040
I'll
call
out
a
couple
of
expenditures.
J
Yeah
five
thousand
five
sixty
two
and
that's
a
quarterly
payment
to
connais
elevator,
who
maintains
all
of
our
elevators
and
all
the
county
buildings.
So
you
take
that
off
you're
down
to
nineteen,
and
then
there
were
a
few
others
that
I'll
call
out.
We
had
another
cell
motor
that
we
talked
about.
It
seems
like
every
other
meeting
for
replacement
at
the
old
jail,
which
was
twenty
one.
Seventy
air
handler
repair
out
at
JC
DC,
which
was
thirteen
thirty,
so
overall,
pretty
typical
month
from
that
aspect,
are
there
any
questions
on
the
monthly
totals.
J
J
Thank
you
get
some
aerial
photos
there
in
the
courthouse
or
the
first
item
is
the
courthouse
now
I'm
in
the
process
working
with
chairman
wheeler
on
signage
at
all
the
buildings,
every
county
building
will
have
signage
placed
at
the
entrances
to
that
building
and
then
for
the
county
employees
we
have
designated
myself
and
chairman
wheeler
working
together
have
designated
these
areas
as
the
County
smoking
areas,
and
you
can
kind
of
take
a
look
at
the
courthouse.
You
can
see
that's
to
the
south
of
the
courthouse.
J
There's
a
bench
out
there
I'm
sure
everyone's,
probably
familiar
with
that
area.
The
next
photo
is
the
county
jail,
/
annex
area,
that's
going
to
be
between
the
two
buildings
between
the
old
jail
and
the
annex
at
Jerome.
Combs,
that's
going
to
be
outside
the
rear
of
the
Public
Safety
Building
off
the
cafeteria,
and
then
here
at
189,
we've
designated
an
area
north
and
west
of
the
building
and
the
treasurer's
parking
lot.
D
Just
basically,
we
went
around
we
identified
these
the
reason
the
one
here
the
administration
is
moving
is
because
we're
the
current
place
is
the
picnic
table.
It's
where
the
ramp
is
so,
even
though
it's
15
feet
away.
Everybody
coming
in
has
to
walk
past
the
table
of
people
smoking
so
and
through
the
cloud
so
to
speak.
So
that's
why
we
put
it
over
there
in
that
area.
None
of
these
have
shelters.
D
Now
we
can
talk
about
that
as
we
go
forward
if
we
want
to
start
doing
those
things,
but
the
first
thing
was
to
designate
the
areas
and
then
put
the
receptacles
in
case
the
public
is
walking
in
we're
gonna,
obviously
chain
them
up,
so
they
don't
disappear,
can't
get
flipped
over,
but
we're
gonna
put
it.
So
the
public
will
see
the
signs
that
you
know.
There's
no
smoking
within
15
feet
of
the
building.
That's
what
the
law
says.
D
A
J
H
F
F
I
Right
there,
my
only
concern
was
because
I
know
some
univers
work
in
the
courthouse
and
I
know
we
haven't
got
to
Chicago
yet,
but
for
the
safety
of
of
the
employees
of
we're
going
that
far
down
the
healer
Weber
was
there
another
area
that
we
possibly
could
look
at?
That
is
not
so
much
trafficking
by
the
by
the
general
public,
but
you
know,
but
can
kind
of
add
some
safeguard
to
the
night
if
going
to
the
maybe
to
the
West
with
him
or
the
vehicle
I
mean
they're
more
visible.
Mr.
A
I
I
know,
is
that
a
will,
but
you
know-
and
you
also
know
that
dealing
with
public
safety,
because
if
I
wasn't
there
I'm
looking
at
you
know,
you
have
a
lot
of
individuals
going
that
route
and
being
Kankakee
is
somewhat
challenging
at
times.
You
know
I'm,
just
looking
for
another
area
to
safeguard.
So
if
they
did
look
at
that
and
say
this
is
the
most
safest
place.
I
F
J
Right
so
moving
on
building
rapport
here,
189
overall
things
have
been:
we've
had
our
normal
repairs,
nothing,
nothing
that
I
feel
that
I
need
to
go
over
right
now
and
nothing
out
of
the
ordinary
other
than
the
construction
over
here
on
Schuyler,
Avenue,
they're,
banging
and
clanging,
and
shaking
the
building
over
there.
But
I
keep
an
eye
on
what's
going
on.
They
did
create
some
real
minor
damage
to
our
building,
not
even
to
our
building
actually
under
the
sidewalk.
J
J
J
Let's
see
a
courthouse,
an
update
on
the
grant
money
or
the
funds
that
we've
been
waiting
on
for
the
state.
I
just
spoke
yesterday
to
my
contact
with
the
state.
They
are
waiting
on
their
review
to
complete
with
the
DNR
and
the
State
Historical
Society
I
made
sure
to
ask
if
there
was
anything
they
were
waiting
on
for
me
and
the
answer
was
no.
He
said
the
review
is
typically
lengthy
and
when
they
conclude
they
will
get
a
letter
from
those
agencies
and
once
that's
complete,
that
should
be
the
final
step
in
the
process.
J
So
that's
where
we're
at
right
now
a
DA
update,
nothing.
We
met
with
the
Attorney
General
I
think
we
covered
that
at
the
last
meeting.
But
since
then
we've
made
some
modifications
in
one
of
our
courtrooms
to
our
ramps.
We
were
looking
at
kind
of
a
very
large
ramp,
ramping
up
to
the
jury
assembly
and
the
witness
stand
in
court
room
204.
Our
County
architect
was
concerned
that
if
that
ramp
was
even
off
a
fraction,
it
would
create
a
real
problem
with
the
attorney
general's
office.
J
Excuse
me,
the
main
issue
is
the
step
going
up
to
where
the
jury
assembly
and
the
witness
stand
is:
is
six
and
a
half
inches
any
ramp?
That
is
six
over
six
inches
tall
needs
a
handrail,
so
we're
a
half
inch
out
of
compliance
on
that,
so
our
County
architect
is
looking
at
ways
to
make
up
that
half
inch.
Even
if
it's
with
you
know,
maybe
some
flooring
or
something
to
try
to
make
up
that
half
inch
where
we
can
just
have
a
conventional
ramp
without
a
handrail.
So
he
come
up
with
a
plan.
J
That's
been
submitted
to
the
Attorney
General
they're,
reviewing
it
right
now.
Everything
else
that
we
submitted
was
satisfactory
to
the
attorney
general's
office.
So
we
continue
to
move
forward
on
that
we're
moving
as
fast
as
we
possibly
can
we're
at
the
mercy
of
the
Attorney
General
on
that.
So,
let's
see
that
concludes
the
courthouse,
the
annex
in
the
old
jail.
You
know
typical
repairs,
gate
valves
which
I
talked
about
it
just
about
every
meeting
shower
faucets.
You
know
toilet
sinks.
You
know
nothing
out
of
the
ordinary
at
the
annex
or
the
old
jail
Jerome.
J
Combs
detention,
center
and
sure
I'm
sure
everybody's
aware
we're
getting
ready
for
the
building
dedication.
That's
gonna
be
happening
out
there.
In
a
couple
weeks.
I've
had
my
crew,
you
know
diligently
working
on.
You
know
the
landscape,
the
lawn
making
sure
we
get
all
the
weeds
pulled
and
make
sure
the
place
looks
as
presentable
as
possible.
We
did
have
a
kitchen
cooler
go
down
since
our
last
meeting.
The
compressor
for
the
kitchen
cooler
went
out.
It
was
original.
J
J
All
right,
so
moving
on
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
LED
lighting
at
Jerome.
Combs
I
had
that
on
there
and
then
I
guess
just
got
lucky:
I
got
an
email
from
ComEd
I
tried
to
stay
in
contact
with
them
to
see
what
type
of
service
or
what
type
of
programs
they're
offering
they
just
came
out
with
a
program
for
certain
communities.
You
have
to
qualify
for
it
and
I,
don't
know
yet
that
we
qualify
but
I'm
gonna
find
out.
If
you
switch
to
LED
lights,
they
have
a
program
where
they
handle
it.
J
100%
it's
free,
but
you
you
have
to
just
switch
out
the
bulbs,
so
you
can
bypass
the
ballast.
You
have
to
switch
out
just
bulbs,
they
don't
do
fixtures
and
what
we
of
what
I
had
proposed
was
the
fixture
replacement.
So
I
want
to
postpone
that
until
I
can
talk
to
comment
a
little
bit
more
find
out
a
if
we
qualify
and
then
B.
If
we
do
what
type
of
lamps
we
can
put
in
there
to
have
common
head
cover,
I
mean
that
would
I
think
that
would
be
in
the
county's
best
interest.
J
J
Their
screws
are
falling
out
of
them,
they're
just
they're,
just
in
really
bad
shape,
and
the
chief
judge
approached
me
and
asked
if
I
could
replace
those
chairs
14
chairs
the
best
like
price
I
can
find
is
about
50
bucks.
A
chair
plus
shipping
is
gonna,
be
about
800
bucks,
so
I
talked
to
chairman
wheeler.
He
recommended
I,
bring
it
to
the
committee,
so
I'd
like
to
I,
it
should
be
replaced.
The
chair
should
be
replaced,
they're
wobbly,
you
know,
there's
we've
got,
you
know,
they've
reached
the
end
of
their
life.
F
F
I
I
A
J
The
next
item
and
the
final
item
on
the
agenda
is,
you
have
some
photos
in
front
of
you,
so
these
photos
here
I
printed,
hopefully
enough
out
for
everybody,
if
you
don't
have
any,
maybe
we
could
share.
This
is
a
photo
of
the
the
West
elevation
of
the
building.
It
would
be
to
the
south
of
the
elevator
shaft
in
discussions
with
chairman
wheeler
this
week,
which
we
both
agreed,
that
you
know
this
is
something
that
we
probably
need
to
take
a
closer
look
at
the
paint
is
peeling.
The
facade
is
cracking
the
window
sills.
J
You
can
see
this
photo
here
of
all
the
window.
Sills
they're,
all
cracked,
so
I
had
a
I.
Had
somebody
come
out
and
take
a
look
at
it.
Basically,
the
scope
of
work
that
needs
to
happen
is
painting
of
the
exterior
west
wall
clean
and
scrape
all
previous
paint
off
of
the
wall
repair.
All
the
cracks
paint
two
coats
protect
the
roof,
and
then
obviously
this
would
all
have
to
be
done
and
accessed
via
lift
that
will
be
placed
on
on
Skyler
Avenue,
that's
Skyler
in
court.
J
F
D
D
D
J
A
Wonder
if
that
could
be
run
by
the
county
architect
in
terms
of,
if
there's
a
better
color,
if,
if
there's
that
concern
and
let
him
make
that
decision
that
sound
reasonable
least
right,
mind.
Okay,
we
have
a
motion
on
the
floor.
It's
been
seconded
all
those
in
favor
of
moving
a
roll
call
vote.
Okay,
a
roll
call.
Mr.
