A
C
The
only
resolution
I
have
this
morning
is
we
did
clean
out
another
area
of
the
garage
and
I
do
have
some
items
to
declare
surplus.
These
are
mostly
desks
and
and
tables
and
stuff.
I'll
read
the
list.
There's
two
steel
desks
that
are
60
by
32.
There's
one
steel
desk
at
76
by
36.
There's
a
steel
table
with
drawers.
C
There's
three
steel
chairs:
one
desk
secretary
attachment
one
flat
drafting
table
two
adjustable
drafting
tables;
there's
wall
pockets,
one
non-working
humidifier,
one:
three
section:
poly
traffic
signal
head
with:
it's
got
a
red,
yellow
and
green
one
signal
traffic;
one
single
traffic
signal
head
with
a
visor:
that's
a
red
112
inch
single
traffic
signal
head.
B
C
E
E
C
B
C
C
Yes,
we've
we've
had
multiple
complaints.
The
repayment
of
the
matching
tax
money
made
this
possible,
so
you.
C
B
D
Wheeler,
thank
you.
Well,
I'm
sorry
almost
wondering
this
is
this
one
where
it
might
be
useful
to
make
some
sort
of
a
public
press
release
or
something.
C
We
are
going
to
do
that
and
we
are
going
to
put
our
message
boards
out
a
week
before
letting
everybody
know
that
the
construction
is
going
to
happen,
whatever
the
dates
are
and
the
village.
The
village
was
also
concerned
about
their
oktoberfest,
that's
going
to
be
up
to
the
contractor,
but
we
will
mention
it
to
the
contractor.
E
C
There's
there's
minimum
degrees
of
when
you
can,
if
it's
binder
it
can
be
at
50,
it
has
to
be
15
rising
and
for
surface.
It's
got
to
be
55
degrees
and
rising.
Okay,
thank
you.
B
C
B
F
F
As
you
as
you
can
see
here,
I
have
typically,
we
run
about
15
000
a
month
on
an
average
month
when,
when
things
are
operating,
we've
had
quite
a
few
things
happen
here
and
I'll
go
over
all
that
as
we
move
forward,
I
had
nineteen
thousand
dollars
in
july
and
seventeen
thousand
in
the
month
of
june
and
and
I'll
go,
and
when
I
go
into
the
building
report.
You'll
understand
why,
about
two
months
ago
I
got
approval
from
the
board
to
trade
in
the
skag
lawn
mower.
F
F
Well,
it
just
blew.
It
blew
all
the
belts
off
of
it
last
week,
so
the
carburetor
was
gone
and
then
it
blew
the
belts
off.
So
I
really
didn't
have
much
of
an
option
here.
I
went
out
to
went
out
to
all
power
they're
very
good.
They
deal
with
us
very,
very
helpful
and
get
our
equipment
back
up
and
run
in
short
order,
so
I
stuck
with
them
at
47.85.
F
So
I'll
move
on
to
the
building
report.
There's
been
several
work
orders
put
in
by
the
chief
judge's
secretary
and
by
sandy
ciancia
on
the
rugs
over
in
the
courthouse
they
are
coming
up.
These
rugs
are
in
really
bad
shape
in
all
locations,
especially
courtroom,
109,
hallway
108
and
the
entryway
to
208.
F
These
rugs
are
bad.
We're
going
to
have
to
we're
going
to
have
to
do
something.
I
I've
tried
covering
them
with
with
overlays
of
matting,
and
it's
it
it's
just
not
working
and
it
and
it's
to
a
point
where
people
are
going
to
start
tripping
over
these
things
and
already
have
so.
This
is
something
that
the
the
board
needs
to
consider.
F
B
F
F
Well,
it's
carpeting,
it's
all
carpeting
throughout
the
whole
place,
so
I
mean
we'll
have
to
tear
out
all
the
deaths.
All
the
file
cabinets
we'll
have
to
get
all
that
stuff
out
of
the
way
having
the
new
carpeting
put
down,
but
it
it's
something
that
we
do
need
to
look
into
is
like
I
say
the
work
orders
keep
coming
in
as
we're
having
problems
with
this
all
right
I'll
go
to
work
on
it
then
again.
E
F
E
F
This
andy
also
we're
working
with
the
architect
to
to
get
this
remodel.
That
needs
to
get
done
at
sandy's
offices
as
well.
We
we
have
some
architectural
drawings
put
together
and
and
I'll
be
in
touch
with
with
him
this
week
to
talk
about
how
we're
going
to
do
this.
So
maybe
we
can
tie
some
of
this
together
and
what
we
need
to
do
there,
but
we're
going
to
need
to
talk
some
more
about
that
as
we
move
forward.
G
E
B
H
F
I'll
start
off
here
at
189.,
as
I
reported,
we
lost
condensing
unit
number
one
out
here,
mr
mcconnell
and
I
went
out,
took
a
look
at
it.
There's
a
unit
sitting
right
next
door
to
it
unit
two
is
the
exact
same
unit
they
were
put
in.
At
the
same
exact
time,
I
have
pricing
to
replace
the
entire
unit.
We
were
what
we're
hoping
to
do
is
replace
the
one
buy,
the
second
one
and
hold
off,
replace
it,
because
without
the
r22
we
now
got
to
change
all
the
lines
going
down.
F
It
was
a
lot
yeah,
so
what
we've
done
is
I've
ordered
another
compressor
for
it.
It
was
thirteen
thousand
six
hundred
dollars
to
replace
this
compressor
with
r22
freon
we're
gonna
recapture
it.
I've
already
got
it
ordered,
and
I
have
the
two
units
that
are
on
the
first
floor
kind
of
working
overtime
to
cover
the
loss
of
unit,
one
we're
just
waiting
for
the
condenser,
the
compressor
to
get
here
and
we'll
get
that
fixed.
It's
thirteen
thousand
six
hundred
dollars.
F
I
brought
this
up
year
in
and
year
out,
the
alley
in
outside
this
county
building
is
in
terrible
shape.
It's
deteriorating
to
the
point
where
it's
almost
unsafe,
we've.
The
city
was
supposed
to
replace
that
alley.
I
believe
about
three
years
ago
and
it
never
happened.
This
is
something
that
we
need
to
take
to
the
city
and
get
this
thing
squared
away,
because
this
thing's
a
it's
getting
pretty
bad.
E
I
would
I
would,
I
would
say
I'll,
take
the
point
on
on
getting
that
meeting.
I'd
like
you
to
join
me:
okay,
it'll,
probably
you
and
I
cliff
cross
and
whoever
else
the
mayor
decides
to
have
in
that
meeting.
Okay.
But
we
need
to
approach
the
subject.
I
know
that
the
city
has
already
allocated
their
overlay
money
for
this
year
that
I
do
know
for
a
fact.
E
I
kind
of
keep
an
eye
on
that
stuff
so
living
in
the
city,
but
we
may
have
to
live
long
until
next
year
and
if
we
can
get
it
on
the
allocation,
we'll
talk.
F
Okay,
all
right
yeah
that
that
just
something
I
wanted
to
get
out
of
did
we
go
talk
to
him
about
we've
had
the
swipes
installed
in
the
state's
attorney's
office,
upstairs
along
with
the
glass,
the
new
glass
that
was
put
in
there,
bulletproof
rack
glass,
one
of
the
doors
the
glass
came
in.
It
was
oversized,
so
they
have
to
take
that
glass
back
and
re-cut
it.
So
there
is
one
more
door
in
the
stairwell
they're
going
to
replace
water
line
break.
F
On
the
second
floor,
it
was
a
small
break
but
actually
turned
into
a
big
one.
We
never
even
knew
it
was
happening.
It
was
a
pinhole
leak
in
one
of
the
one
of
the
hot
water
lines.
We
were
able
to
come
across
it
and
got
things
fixed.
F
Other
than
that,
this
building
is
in
pretty
good
shape.
The
courthouse
I've
met
with
the
insurance
adjuster
over
and
over
and
over
mike
beach
is
the
gentleman's
name
we're
work,
the
roof
repair
when
from
the
lightning
strike
was
repaired.
F
I'm
now
working
with
the
scaffolding
company,
the
dome,
has
a
hole
in
it,
the
very
top
and
there's
some
deterioration
from
water
damage.
Coming
down
the
side
to
put
the
scaffolding
in
and
have
that
repaired,
one
of
the
bids
was
38
400,
the
other
one
was
30
465..
F
We
we
have
to
have
this
replaced,
it's
an
insurance
claim.
So
this
is
the
time
to
do
a
total
dome
repair,
because
there
is
deterioration
in
the
rest
of
the
dome,
so
the
ten
thousand
dollar
deductible
will
be
will
be
the
county's
portion.
The
rest
of
it
will
be
taken
care
of
I'm
working
with
with
the
board
chairman
again
on
this
and
we'll
we'll
see
our
way.
Through
this.
I
am
working
with
the
insurance
company.
F
There's
still
some
unanswered
questions
here,
so
I'm
trying
to
work
my
way
through
that
and
I'll
keep
you
abreast
on
what
we're
doing,
but
we're
going
to
have
this
fixed.
We
have
to
have
it
fixed
because
it
isn't
a
claim
and
we
already
have
some
claims
that
we've
submitted
to
them
so
also
the
same
way
with
the
tower
the
tower
was
hit
on
june
june.
18Th,
I
believe,
was
the
date.
Don't
don't
quote
me
on
that?
It
took
out
all
of
cancum's
microwave
equipment.
F
They're
working
through
the
insurance
with
cancom.
That's
a
whole
totally
separate
deal.
I'm
not
involved
with
any
of
that.
That's
through
tammy
peterson,
so
everything
that
we
have
is
current
is
current
and
up
to
date
and
I'm
finishing
up
this
stuff
with
the
insurance
company.
Again,
I
don't
have
a
total
on
all
that.
Yet
again,
the
rugs
at
the
courthouse
will
need
to
talk
about
the
roof
around
the
dome.
There's
a
base
roof
around
the
dome.
F
F
I
have
called
langlois
they're
going
to
come.
Take
a
look
at
this.
For
me,
it's
a
piece
that
we
might
be
able
to
just
fix:
it's
not
the
entire
dome
roof.
So
I'm
working
on
that
as
well.
F
At
the
annex,
building
compressor
number
two
has
been
in
dis
for
about
two
years.
It
was
a
very
expensive
fix
at
ten
thousand
three
hundred
fifty
dollars.
Mr
mcconnell
took
the
lead
on
this.
We
went
to
a
contractor,
w.j
o'neal
and
they
came
down
here.
They
were
about
three
thousand
dollars
less
than
an
estimate
that
we
had
earlier.
F
We
went
ahead
and
had
that
compressor
fix
and
that
annex
building
is
working
better
than
ever
so
fire
alarm
panel
guts
are
also
on
order.
They
should
be
here
anytime
and
we
get
that
fixed
again.
The
annex
building
seems
to
be
okay
other
than
that.
I
just
found
two
two
spots
on
the
roof
of
the
old
jail
that
are
ballooning
up,
they've
delaminated
from
the
roof.
I
have
langlois
coming
there
in
the
next
day
or
two.
I
just
spoke
with
him
this
morning.
F
F
G
F
They're
done
after
that,
yeah
all
right.
Thank
you
all
right
old
jail
again.
The
pneumatics
are
in
manual.
We
need
to
install
four
controllers
and
four
transmitters
we're
working
on
that
as
well
with
with
wj
o'neal.
They
think
they
can
do
this
for
a
little
less
money,
I'll
I'll,
be
working
with
them
to
get
that
squared
away.
We
had
quite
a
few
cameras
taken
out
by
lightning
there.
F
I
had
my
guy
go
through
and
kind
of
redo,
some
of
those
cameras
over
there
and
we've
actually
brought
up
quite
a
few
of
them
now
that
are
back
functional,
so
we're
working
on
those
cameras,
an
ongoing
problem,
but
but
we're
doing
our
best
to
stay.
On
top
of
that
about
three
weeks
ago,
I
got
called
out
at
seven
o'clock
at
night
to
go
to
the
old
jail
the
condensing
unit
for
the
old
jail
was
out.
F
We
found
a
compressor,
the
compressor
one.
It's
two
compressors
tied
to
one
system.
There's
four
compressors
there,
one
of
the
compressors
pipes
leading
into
the
compressor
cracked.
We
lost
105
pounds
of
freon.
I
had
precision
piping,
come
there
that
night
we
were
able
to
get
com.
The
second
system
going
and
keep
the
jail
cooled
down
until
we
got
the
parts
we
needed
to
fix,
compressor
one.
Fortunately,
the
compressor
wasn't
bad.
F
F
Again,
it's
fixed,
it's
repaired,
jail's
cooling
better
than
it
has
in
a
long
long
time
and
we're
back
functional
there
any
questions.
So
far
it's
been
a
heck
of
a
couple
of
months.
Jcdc.
You
guys
approved
the
kitchen
floors
to
be
grouted
that
job's
complete.
F
We
met
with
johnson
controls,
they're
finalizing
their
cost
to
us,
as
it
turns
out
we're
going
to
get
about
a
25
cost
reduction
on
those
upgrades
for
the
heating
and
cooling
system
that
they're
going
to
put
in
there
they're
working
on
the
pricing
for
us
right
now.
These
guys
are
johnson
controls
trying
to
get
caught
up
with
schools
right
now.
Schools
are
getting
ready
to
open,
their
business,
could
be
doing
the
control
work
and
it's
hard
to
get
a
control
guy
right
now,
so,
probably
more
towards
the
end
of
the
month.
F
F
The
roof
was
originally
called
to
be
a
different
roof
than
what's
on
there
when
they
were
building
this.
I
have
a
piece
of
that
roof
and
I
was
going
to
bring
it
in
here
this
morning.
You
can
see
through
it
it's
mesh
with
rubber
attached
the
deterioration
of
this
roof
at
curved
places
where
the
roof
meets.
The
paraffin
walls
is
deteriorating
to
the
point
you
can
see
right
through
it.
They
cut
the
roof
away
and
gave
me
a
piece
of
it,
and
I
have
it.
Here's
here's
what
they
think
happened.
F
I
called
crowler,
who
was
the
crowder,
which
was
the
original
roofing
company
to
find
out
what
kind
of
guarantees
we
have.
It
was
two
years
on
workmanship
and
10
years
on
roof.
He
said
to
me
this
was
probably
the
cheapest
roof
you
could
ever
put
on
a
building.
He
said
it
was
terrible.
He
said
it
was
deep.
It
was
decreased
in
the
building
process
to
save
money,
so
he
said
they
went
to
the
cheapest
roof.
They
could
do
so.
What
we're?
What
we're
seeing
is
this
rubber
is
just
deteriorating
away.
F
Water's
just
running
right
through
it
looks
like
it
looks
like
screen
laying
on
the
roof
in
some
sections
I
had
lang
always
go
around
fix
everything
that
we
could
find.
That
was
bad
and
we
don't
currently
have
any
leaks,
but
but
there's
no
answer
for
it.
Our
all
of
our
warranties
have
run
out
on
this
stuff.
F
So
that,
and
and
again
I
think,
through
the
kanki
building,
commission
and
and
again,
I
don't
know
that
who
who
authorized
this
but
but
there's
there's
some
issues
there
and
we're
gonna
quiet
this
scott
from
crowder
said
to
me.
Your
problems
have
just
begun
there.
F
So
I'm
all
I'm
giving
you
a
heads
up
on
this.
That's
what
we
found.
We
lost
the
rpm
center
on
generator
two
and
phase
two.
We
wanted.
We
were
able
to
catch
that
in
our
weekly
test
change
that
out
ourselves
saved
a
little
bit
of
money.
There
jcdc
we
found
a
water
leak
in
the
kitchen.
It
was
a
two
inch
line,
persistent
piping's
plumbers.
Were
there
this
morning
made
that
repair
we've
lost.
I
lost
the
eoc
supply,
fan,
feeding
the
eoc
out
of
jerome
combs
in
the
public
safety
building.
F
He
called
me
at
about
two
o'clock
on
a
friday
afternoon.
It
was
about
oh
I'm,
gonna,
guess,
140
up
on
that
roof.
He
was
going
to
change
it
out
that
day
I
told
him.
No,
let
it
go
till
monday,
we'll
go
up
there,
we're
supposed
to
cool
down.
We
did
go
up
on
monday,
pull
the
fan,
got
it
replaced
and
put
it
back
in
there
lickety-split,
so
we
were
able
to
get
make
that
repair
ourselves
as
well.
F
In
my
budget.
Speaking
of
that,
I
have
line
item
52-100,
that's
all
material
that
I
buy
for
the
department
that
my
guys
put
in
we're
seeing
that
number
and
I
have
to
go
back
and
look
because
I
don't
remember
what
I
want
to
say.
It
was
23
000.
we're
way
over
that
now,
because
my
guys
are
doing
more
and
more
and
more
and
more
as
we
move
forward.
So
we're
saving
labor
money,
a
lot
of
labor
money,
so
we're
gonna,
we're
gonna,
see
that
number
over
budget
for
sure.
F
But
that's
a
good
thing
in
the
long
run.
It's
a
good
thing.
F
The
public
safety
building
again
was
hit
by
lightning
cameras,
phones
and
swipes,
I'm
working
with
the
insurance
company
and
rooter
electric
who
made
these
repairs.
In
fact,
I
was
on
the
phone
with
him
this
morning.
Moving
that,
along
again,
we
lost
that
supply
fan
sometime
in
the
in
the
last
three
weeks,
the
battery
backup
system
for
the
public
safety
server
room
flips
into
charge
mode.
What
it
does
is
it
discharges
those
batteries
automatically
and
then
brings
them
back
to
normal
power
and
recharges
them.
F
This
keeps
them
from
being
a
consistent
charge
with
no
discharge,
it's
not
uncommon.
They
do
they
all
do
that.
Here's
what
happened
it
switched
into
battery
to
discharge
and
couldn't
come
out
of
the
mode.
It
now
discharges
all
the
batteries.
When
we
lose
the
server
room
right
away,
trembokowski
called
we
went
out.
We
got
new
power,
we
moved
power
around
to
get
away
from
that.
I
had
to
call
scps.
F
They
were
on
the
spot.
3
400,
later
two
controllers
inside
that
unit
had
gone
bad.
It's
back
functional
this
battery.
Backup
system
cannot
fail,
it
cannot
fail.
So
this
was
a
biggie
for
us
and
we
and
we
learned
something.
So
I
have
them
right
now,
working
up
a
price.
F
Excuse
me
what
it
does
is
we
put
an
automatic
transfer
switch
on
this
system
if
it
fails
to
see
power
on
the
battery
side,
so
if
this
happens
again,
it'll
automatically
transfer
to
emergency
power,
so
we're
working
on
that
they're
working
up
a
price
on
that
as
well.
This
has
been
a
heck
of
a
couple
of
months
for
us
with
with
the
equipment
breakage
probably
more
this
year
than
that
than
we've
seen
in
in
the
past
four,
a.
F
And
again,
we're
back
to
old
equipment
we're
trying
to
stay
on
top
of
this.
The
r22
is
not
getting
any
cheaper,
so
we
really
do
need
to
consider
changing
out
these
these
condensing
units
as
we
move
forward,
and
it's
not
a
cheap.
This
is
not
going
to
be
a
cheap
fix
for
us
so
and
it's
going
to
continue
to
happen
more
and
more
and
more
as
these
units
become
older
and
older,
we're
doing
the
best
we
can.
F
Wise,
I
had
my
heating
air
conditioning
guy
walk
up
to
me
on
a
tuesday
morning
and
quit
he
handed
me
his
uniform
his
keys
in
his
badge
and
said
the
stress.
Here's
too
much.
I
can't
take
any
more
of
it
and
I'm
leaving
and
he
turned
around-
got
his
car
and
drove
off.
So
I
I
prefer
that
it
probably
happens
that
way.
We
don't
have
to
worry
about
somebody
being
here.
That's
that's
not
happy
about
their
job,
so
he
did
leave.
I
posted
the
job
and
I've
had
a
couple
of
responses
to
no
avail.
F
I
offered
the
job
to
a
young
man.
I
thought
was
gonna
was
gonna,
be
probably
the
best
hit
we've
taken
so
far
with
with
employees.
He
came
in
the
other
day
and
said
his
company
that
he
worked
for
offering
the
same
thing
that
we
offer
and
he
was
going
to
stay
there.
So
I'm
currently
looking
for
a
heating
and
air
conditioning
guy
21.98
an
hour.
It's
a
tough
find
they
can
work
easily
for
other
heating
companies
and
get
get
more
money,
so
we're
still
working
on
it
that
job's
posted
as
well.
F
So
I
do
have
another
guy
here,
that's
going
to
be
leaving
in
november
he's
going
to
have
his
knee
replaced.
So
I'm
going
to
miss
him
for
about
three
months.
That's
something
else!
That's
coming!
He
just
forewarned
me
on
that
this
past
week,
so
other
than
that
plugging
along
we
keep
plugging
along.
Here
I
will
be
moving
my
office.
We've
we've
been
in
the
process
of
doing
an
awful
lot
of
stuff.
I
will
get
my
office
moved
here.
Next,
I've
been
I've
been
working
on
that
as
well.
The
declaration
of
items
is
surplus.
F
I
kind
of
dropped
the
ball
on
that.
I
forgot
that
had
to
have
a
resolution
upstairs.
I
asked
the
state's
attorney
if
they
could
press
it
through
and
their
schedule
is
kind
of
full,
so
they'll
bring
that
to
a
different
meeting.
All
it
is
is
a
matter
of
some.
I
have
some
chairs
office
chairs
that
the
state's
attorney
had
turned
over
and
a
couple
of
desks,
nothing.
It's
all
minor
stuff,
so
yeah
right,
just
old
furniture,
so
I'll
I'll,
bring
that
to
another
committee
somewhere
we'll
get
that
taken
care
of
any.
B
B
B
I
just
was
curious
and
then
let
me
know
when
you're
done
with
all
these
insurance
claims
how
it's
worked
out.
You
know
we've
got
a
new
insurance
company
here
just
last
year,
or
so
I
just
want
to
make
sure
that
it's
working
out
as
good
as
it
used
to
or
maybe
better
I
don't
know,
you're
handling
them
so
you'll
know
when
you're
well.
F
I
the
only
the
only
issue
I
have
is
was
the
ten
thousand
dollar
deductible,
because
we,
I
don't
think
we
use
the
insurance
companies.
Quite
as
like
we
do
now.
I
I
I
don't
know
what
the
claims
were.
The
ten
thousand
dollar
deductible,
I
think,
is
a
big
hit
for
us.
I
I
I
don't
know
what
the
comparison
and
cost
savings
between
5,
000
and
10.
well,.
B
E
Looked
at
this
the
other
day
with
the
even
with
the
the
ten
thousand
dollar
deductible,
we
are
still
massively
ahead
on
the
savings
that
we
enjoyed
in.
B
E
Not
seeing
as
many
claims
as
we
were
on
on
the
lawsuits
and
the
number
zero
so
that
that
the
other
that's
the
side
of
that
we're
way
ahead,
even
though
the
deductibles
are
more,
you
know
that
that
three
lightning
strikes
I
mean.
E
E
From
I
mean,
that's
you
just
can't
you
can't
predict,
you
can't
predict
any
of
that
kind
of
stuff
and
the
things
that
are
going
on
right
now.
It's
we've
had
a
bad
year
on
the
acts
of
god.
If
you
will,
but
then
the
other
predictable
things
that
we
had
become
accustomed
to
on
those
deductible
expenses
have
kind
of
really
lessened.
So
I
will
say
because
we
were
looking
at
the
tort
fund
and
why
is
the
torque
on
doing
so?
F
Well,
I
can't
answer
that
question.
I
I
think
we
kind
of
decided
that
that
was
just
going
to
be.
Let
go
for
right
now
and
andy.
I
think
you'd
talk
to.
E
Yeah
it
was,
it
was
a.
It
really
became
a
timing
issue
because
you
know
we
couldn't,
and
there
was
some
miscommunication
on
the
types
of
trees
and
all
of
that
kind
of
stuff,
whether
they
were
already
purchased
and
whether
they
weren't
you
know
what
what
the
whole
thing
was.
So
it
was
rather
rushed
at
the
very
beginning.
We
we
appreciated
it,
and
maybe
we
can
revisit
it
next
year.
E
We're
also
going
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
some
of
the
the
courthouse
stuff
and
how
that
might
fit
into
some
of
the
landscaping
we
potentially
could
have
to
do
around
a
ramp.
So
this
needs
to
be
more
coordinated,
but
we
appreciate
it.
I
think
we'll
do
it
at
some
point.
It's
just
we
had
it
had
to
be
done
by
the
first
of
the
month,
and
we
really
just.
We
were
like
a
week
away
from
there.
F
Right
and
like
I
said,
the
county
board
chairman
talked
with
with
the
bar
association,
and
they
worked
that
out.
I
I
kind
of
stayed
out
of
that.
So
the
other
thing
I
do
want
to
bring
up
if
you
go
over
by
the
old
jail
somebody
needs
to
go
over
and
look
at
that
parking
lot
it's
coming
apart
on
us.
We
got
to
do
something.
We
got
to
do
something.
It's
it's
chunks
of
asphalt,
12
inches
around
now
coming
out
of
there.
F
I
don't
know
whether
to
scrape
it
down,
maybe
get
the
highway
department
over
scrape
it
down
to
gravel.
I
I
can't
answer
that
question
same
way
with
the
loop
road
at
the
courthouse.
I'm
gonna
I
was
gonna,
come
back.
I
was
gonna
call
highway.
Today
I
have
some
spots
in
the
courthouse
loop
road
that
need
to
be
cold
patched,
so
I'm
gonna,
I
see
they're
out
cold
patching.
F
So
if
I
can
get
them
to
come
over
and
maybe
do
a
couple
of
quick
ones
for
us,
but
that's
another,
that's
another
asphalt
area-
I
mean
it.
You
can
hang
all
the
signs
you
want
for
the
ag,
but
if
you
got
to
walk
through
crack,
busted,
sidewalks
and
and
asphalt,
I
I'm
I'm
going
to
say
this
out
loud
something's,
going
to
happen
there
sooner
or
later
someone
is
going
to
trip
and
fall
there
and
get
hurt,
because
the
curbs
and
the
roads
around
that
courthouse
are
in
desperate
need
of
repair.
D
Mr
lehrer,
thank
you,
mr
chairman
brian,
are
you
aware,
is
there
more
usage
in
terms
of
that
parking
lot
in
the
north
of
the
old
courthouse?
I
I
think
there
was
a
new
group
of
people
that
moved
in
there
kcro
or
something
yes.
D
H
F
B
E
F
Well,
right
now,
technically,
the
five
lots
at
the
courthouse
are
sufficient
for
what
we
need
to
do.
I
believe,
I
believe
we're.
We
cover
all
the
bases
for
the
number
of
parking
spaces
that
we
have,
and
that
was
worked
out
between
the
architect
and
and
the
attorney
general.
So
we'll
have
better
answers
on
that
when
we
meet
on
the
18th
right.
E
That's
because
we
later
in
the
the
meeting
we're
going
to
talk
about
what
some
of
those
responses
were
right
and
that
just
to
let
this
committee
know
that,
basically,
our
plan
is
approved
and
it
does
include
the
lot
that
he
is
talking
about
is
part
of
that
plan
so
and
they've,
given
us
dates
when
this
has
to
be
done
and
it's
by
the
end
of
end
of
november
this
year,
yeah.
Okay!
E
B
E
Thank
you
just
for
at
this
point
information,
as
brian
alluded
to
I'm
meeting
with
him
state's
attorney
representatives,
the
sheriff
or
his
representative.
Should
I
say
regarding
this:
I
guess
we
acceptance
of
most
of
our
plan.
E
This
committee,
you
may
remember,
we
had,
I
believe,
the
beginning
of
july
I'd
sent
in
our
action
plan
as
they
had
required
us
to
do
by
the
end
of
or
at
that
point,
and
I
was
happy
to
say
that
everything's
been
accepted,
there's
a
couple
of
questions
they
want
us
to
and
I'm
not
going
to
get
into
the
micro
detail
here
you
have
some
of
that
information,
but
as
far
as
the
ramp
that
goes
into
the
building,
we
have
some
details
to
provide.
E
We
have
to
communicate
with
the
state
historic
preservation
office
to
alleviate
any
concerns
that
they
may
have.
That
is
the
major
cost
issue,
as
it
stands
right
now,
for
that
believe
it
or
not.
Is
the
ramp
they've
accepted
our
plan
for
an
ada,
accessible,
jury,
slash,
you
know,
regular
courtroom,
so
that
that
has
been
accepted.
The
the
cost
on
that
will
probably
be
the
second
highest
cost.
E
We
still
have
to
determine
that
with
an
architect
what
that
would
mean
and
work
with
the
ag's
office
on
you
know:
accessible
jury
box,
accessible
gallery.
All
of
those
things
that
you
know
the
jury
deliberation.
E
You
know
the
judges,
you
know
bench
where
they
sit
all
of
those
things
that
have
to
be
accessible
within
that
room.
We
have
to
be
able
to
provide
that
accommodation.
So
while
this
is
very
good
news,
we
have
some
work
to
do
in
the
short
term
to
answer
a
few
questions
and
they've,
given
us
dates
certain
on
a
few
other
things.
So
that's
you
know
I
kind
of
show
you
on
the
the
second
page
in
there
just
to
run
through
them.
Real
quick
one
issue
was
the
ramp.
E
E
I
just
summarized
it
for
the
committee:
okay
number:
two:
there,
the
accessible
jury
and
non-jury
courtroom.
The
plan
was
accepted.
Those
two
have
to
be
complete
by
september
2018..
E
So
when
we
start
talking
about
allocating
costs
for
these,
while
it's
not
cheap,
it's
not
gonna
be
the
two
million
dollars
per
courtroom
that
we
may
have
heard
in
past
years,
so
that
we
don't
have
to
totally
redo
everything.
Let's
see
here
the
signage
issue,
it
says:
tbd,
it's
been
pretty
much
accepted.
E
E
I
apologize
so
it's
been
accepted,
our
plan,
which
is
a
big
step
because
they're
they're
giving
us
taking
into
account
that
you
know
you
built
a
courthouse
on
a
hill
and
you
can't
move
the
hill
and
you
can't
grate
the
hill
down
so
they're
they're
working
with
us
on
some
of
these
things,
because
they
know
that
we
have
some
limitations
and
we
are
working
through
those
just
with
the
geography
of
where
it's
at
the
exit
plan
has
been
accepted.
E
December
2017
is
when
that
has
to
be
finalized
and
submitted.
The
auxiliary
services
have
actually
been
deemed
complete.
We
don't
have
to
do
anything
more
on
that
the
writing
surface.
There
was
an
issue
with
people
with
disabilities
not
being
able
to
if
they
were
in
a
a
wheelchair
or
getting
under
the
bench
to
be
able
to
sit
at
a
table
and
write,
so
we're
going
to
get
a
rolling
desk
and
clipboards.
If,
in
fact,
that
that
works,
I
mean
that's,
that's
how
we're
mitigating
some
of
those
things
we're
providing
that
accommodation.
E
So
that's
been
accepted
that
has
to
be
done
by
december.
The
restroom
accommodations,
if
somebody
with
disabilities
needs
to
be,
you
know,
adjourn
and
go.
You
have
to
be
assisted
to
a
restaurant
facility
that
has
been
accepted.
E
We
just
have
to
have
it
codified
in
the
the
manual
for
the
courthouse
by
december,
a
brochure
for
people
with
disabilities
to
be
able
to
access
and
learn
about
all
the
different
accommodations
that
we're
able
to
provide,
whether
that's
in
like
a
literature
rack
at
the
courthouse
or
online
or
whatever,
probably
an
audio
version.
That's
downloadable
if
you
have
a
site
disability,
so
that
would
be
has
to
be
available
by
december
and
then
the
transition
plan.
E
This
is
the
one
that
I
really
the
reason
I'm
going
through
all
these
now
I
would
have
come
in
with
a
more
detailed
accounting
and
what
we're
going
to
do
and
how.
But
this
is
the
one
that
takes
immediate
action,
any
any
entity
really
any
municipal
government
or
any
unit
of
government
that
has
over
50
employees
has
to
have
an
ada
coordinator.
E
That's
something
that
we
haven't
had
and
I
didn't
realize
it
was,
and
I
don't
know
if
we
all
realized
it
was
as
big
a
deal
as
it
is
to
the
attorney
general's
office.
They
want
a
point
person
for
this
date,
certain
and
that's
the
end
of
this
month.
So
this
is
not
something
that
can
be
delayed.
I'm
working
on
an
idea
and
working
through
that
right
now,
but
we
need
approval
from
this
committee.
E
I
I
think
we
might
be
able
to
do
it
with
a
part-time
employee,
but
it
is
going
to
have
to
be
a
dedicated
person
and
that's
why
I've
included
at
the
very
end
of
this
is
kind
of
the
job
description
of
what
an
ada
coordinator
is.
This
is
just
a
sample
of
what
the
some
of
the
job
duties
and
would
be,
but
it's
we.
We
can't
dance
around
this.
E
We
have
to
have
it
by
the
end
of
the
month,
and
so
I'm
bringing
it
to
the
committee
because
while
we
might
not
find
the
person
that
we
need
that
has
a
skill
set
we
would
have
to.
We
have
to
get
somebody
named
and
in
this
position
and
then
get
them
trained
up,
and
then
I
think
the
attorney
general's
office
will
work
with
us
along
those
lines.
So
they're
not
mandating
a
certain
skill
set,
they
say
you
have
to
have
somebody
in
place
and
then
we
can
go
from
there.
E
So
that's
that's
really
why
I'm
bringing
it
to
the
committee
is.
Is
we
just
need?
You
know?
If
there's
any
questions,
I
can't
tell
you,
you
know
salary.
If
I
don't
think
it'll
be
a
full-time
position
right
now,
but
we
we
we
may
be
able
to.
You
know
just
allocate
these
resources
as
frugally
as
we
can
knowing
the
financial
constraints
and
then,
basically,
all
the
money
we
have
to
spend
to
become
compliant
everywhere
else,
with
parking,
lots
and
everything
else.
E
E
B
Let's
just
have
one
just
make
a
motion
to
to
have
the
chairman
look
into
getting
an
ada
coordinator,
mr
tripp,
mr
cave,
that
emotion,
oh
in
favor,
say
aye
opposed
motion
carried
anything
else,
anything
else,
any
new
business,
any
old
business
any
adjournment,
mr
lejes,
miss
peters.
Thank
you.
All.
