Description
Highways & Buildings Committee Meeting 3/12/2020 9:00 AM
A
B
A
A
You
I
have
no
public
comment
on
my
desk.
Is
there
public
comment,
if
not
approval
of
the
minutes
from
the
last
session?
Mr.
Hess?
Second
mr.
feather
Ling,
all
in
favor
aye
same
sign
for
those
opposed.
Thank
you.
I'd,
like
a
amendment
I'd
like
to
a
motion
to
amend
the
agenda.
If
we
could
to
bring
item
eight
other
business
up
and
let
mark
Rogers
discuss
that
at
the
same
time
he's
here,
we've
got
two
motions
on
that:
whoever
you
got
polkan
who's,
a
second
I
guess
Colton
was
all
those
in
favor
of
that
Amendment.
C
Morning
we
have
no
bidding
and
lettings
this
morning.
We
will
have
a
a
very
long
list
next
month.
So
but
the
next
thing
on
the
agenda
is
the
County
engineer's
pay
estimates
I
have
a
few
this
morning.
The
first
one
is
for
our
County
general
maintenance
for
2020
able
to
compass,
minerals.
This
is
for
salt
that
was
delivered
to
our
shed
in
that
amount
is
seventy
five
thousand
eight
hundred
forty
nine
dollars
and
twenty-nine.
C
This
is
for
engineering
in
hios
states
and
that
amount
is
1270
$1.25
and
last
is
Pembroke
Township
for
their
2020
general
maintenance.
This
is
payable
to
the
pembroke
township
road
district
treasurer.
This
is
for
equipment.
Rental
in
that
amount
is
eighteen
thousand
two
hundred
ten
dollars.
71
cents
will.
A
B
C
Right
number:
eight
MFT
letting
procedure
I've
been
here
for
about
34
years
and
we've
done
our
M
of
T
lighting
procedures.
The
same
since
I've
started
a
couple
years
back.
I
had
a
couple
of
highway.
Commissioners
approached
me
about
our
practice
of
we.
When
we
give
out
proposals,
we
give
the
contractor
the
estimate
and
we've
always
done
that
and
so
I've
I've
just
kept
that
practice
going.
C
But
the
past
couple
years
we've
had
a
few
townships
that
have
had
local
lettings
and
and
I
participated
in
those,
and
they
chose
not
to
give
out
the
gonna
cost
to
the
contractors.
Before
the
letting
has
some
success
with
that
I've
been
getting
some
pressure
from
the
township
highway
commissioners
for
the
MFT
side
of
it,
I'm
not
opposed
to
it,
but
because
this
board
is
the
awarding
authority.
D
Rodgers,
why
would
you
give
somebody
the
amount
that
you
think
it
should
cost,
whether
you're
thinking
about
for
a
PO?
Why
would
you
give
somebody
the
amount
that
you
think
it's
gonna
cost
we
lookin
for
a
bid
and
when
people
build
houses
they
don't
go.
I
want
this
house
when
I
want
it
for
pouring
a
grant
and
then
everybody
bids
at
399.
We.
C
Sometimes
you
know,
I
will
still
provide
it
to
the
to
the
to
the
board
here
when
we
have
our
letting
it'll
be
on
the
on
the
thing,
but
you
know
sometimes
we
mess
up
an
instrument,
and
you
know
the
contractor
gets
it
and
he'll
call
and
say:
mark
you
really
messed
this
up.
You
know
it's
gonna
cost.
You
know
forty
percent
more
or
whatever,
and
we
can
go
back
and
check
things
other
times,
especially
if
you
only
have
one
bidder.
C
D
C
We
had
bids
come
in
forty
percent
under
that
cost.
You
know
it,
it
wilee
depends.
You
know
how
many
contractors
are
bidding,
there's
all
kinds
of
factors
in
that,
but,
like
I
said
it's
going
to
be
a
change
and
I'm
sure
I'm
gonna
get
calls,
but
I
just
want
to
get
the
head
nod
from
this
committee
to
just
go
ahead
and
not
publish
that
estimate
anymore.
C
E
I
can
see
it
both
ways
you
can.
If
there's
no
public
estimate,
then
it
looks
as
if
if
they
come
up
under
and
we
don't
accept
it,
then
we
have
to
send
it
back
out.
So
it
kind
of
you
can
add
to
the
paperwork
and
if
you
have
it
reduce
the
paperwork
because
at
least
you
have
a
general
idea
of
the
ballpark,
you
should
be
in
I,
don't
see
where
it
has
caused
any
problems
in
the
past
other
than
and
then
a
little
saying.
C
I'm
not
concerned
about
that
part
of
it
and
really
like
I,
said
it's
just
going
to
be
a
change
in
our
practice.
I
mean
there'll
have
to
get
used
to
it.
Like
I
said,
the
Department
of
Transportation
does
not
release
the
estimate
on
any
of
their
projects,
and
also
we
give
out
who's
picked
up
plans.
I
mean
we
can
stop
that
practice
too.
So.
E
C
G
F
C
F
C
F
C
How
it
works
is
we
have
purchased
our
maximum
amount
of
salt
this
year
and
our
building
is
fall.
So
that's
all-
hopefully
we
won't
use
any
more
this
year,
but
that
that's
all
we'll
just
store
where
the
summer
will
decide
how
much
to
order
for
next
year.
We
are
in
the
renewal
phase
of
our
contract,
because
this
past
year
was
our
first
year
of
the
contract.
C
D
C
G
C
G
Almost
took
a
picture
this
morning,
okay,
to
bring
to
you
yeah
that
helps
and
I
get
most
of
the
calls,
because
I'm
just
down
the
road
from
where
sure
so,
but
yeah.
We
need
to
do
something
with
that.
Okay,
thanks,
I
know
it's
in
the
city
limits
too,
but
yeah,
it's
still
our
road.
Okay!
Thank
you.
Mr.
E
E
He
was
the
one
that
was
in
the
paper
with
that
one
thing
where
he
felt
that
if
he
would
have
not
been
there,
there
was
been
a
nice
accidents
and
injuries,
but
they
say
that
the
bridge
I
mean
that
bridge
weather
was
safe,
but
things
are
falling
across
the
beer,
so
I'm
trying
to
kind
of
come
to
grips
with
how
they
consider
things
being
safe.
Even
though
things
are
falling,
I'm.
H
Good
morning,
yeah,
let
me
get
organized
here
all
right.
First
item
on
the
agenda
facility
dude
report:
for
last
month
we
had
132
work
orders
on
the
system,
which
is
pretty
typical,
maybe
down
a
little
bit
move
into
the
financial
report.
Next
that
you
have
in
front
of
you
there
you
can
see
current
year
total
for
the
month
15,000
for
1787
compared
to
19,000,
378
19,
so
we're
down
a
little
bit
from
last.
This
time.
H
All
right
go
through
some
expenses.
As
you
know,
$15,000
in
expenses
a
pretty
light
month,
we
did
have
some
most
of
the
expense
8,000
of
that
15
was
for
various
repairs
at
different
buildings,
air
conditioning
in
IT
room
out
at
public
safety
phase
three
out
at
Jerome
combs.
We
did
some
repairs
to
the
air
handlers
out
there.
H
Phase
three
is,
hopefully
some
of
you
know-
or
most
of
you
are
aware,
is
just
a
shell,
but
we
do
store
some
items
in
there
and
it
gets
pretty
stagnant
all
at
all
times
of
the
year,
so
we
needed
to
get
some
airflow
in
there
and
over
the
years,
those
a
air
handlers
on
the
roof
have
kind
of
been
used
to
I
mean
they've,
been
parted
out
to
help
out
with
various
other
air
handlers
out
there
to
save
money.
So
we
went
in.
We
got
several
of
them
working
now.
H
We've
got
some
air
movement
out
there.
You
know
to
kind
of
assist
with
some
of
those
things
that
are
being
stored
in
there
we
had
some
issues,
so
that's
been
done:
water
heaters
at
Jerome
combs.
We
had
some
issues
there,
water
heater
sensors
at
the
old
jail.
We
had
some
issues
with
washer
and
dryers
out
at
Jerome
combs.
So
you
know
that's
basically
it
and
all
that
expense
that
I
just
outlined
is
roughly
25
30
about
$4,000
in
expense.
H
All
right,
if
there's
no
questions
on
that,
the
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
edition
of
swipe
card
access
to
the
fifth
floor.
Admin
we've
talked
about
that
quite
a
bit.
Lately,
I
think
it
makes
a
lot
of
sense.
We've
got
the
server
up
on
6.
We've
talked
about
that.
We
would
tie
into
tie
into
that.
So
I've
got
a
bid
here
for
$1,100
to
go
ahead
and
add
the
swipe
card.
H
D
H
I
F
Mr.
wheeler,
thank
you
and
just
so
the
committee
knows,
and
we've
talked
about
it.
There
are
some
new
people
here
when,
when
somebody
leaves
the
board
or
leaves
employment
with
the
county,
sometimes
we
don't
get
the
key
back
or
if
a
key
gets
lost,
which
is
why
we
did
the
swipe
card
it's
coming
into
the
building,
because
you
can
just
turn
the
card
off.
F
You
can't
turn
the
key
off,
so
it
is
a
building
security
issue
and
we've
had
a
lot
of
cases
where
board
members
either
decide
not
to
run
again
and
we
don't
get
the
keys
back.
This
is,
and
it
cost
a
lot
to
change
locks
and
we
have
that
security
issue.
So
this
is
why
we're
doing
it?
It's
not
just
to
have
a
fancy
swipe
card,
it's
because
it
makes
it
more
secure
and
we're
able
to
just
turn
the
cards
off
if
it's
lost,
rather
than
rekey
the
door.
A
J
B
H
Right.
Thank
you.
Next
item
on
the
agenda
is
contractor
selection
for
courthouse
steps
and
monument
repairs,
so
in
part
of
our
grant
that
we're
working
with
with
the
state
of
Illinois
right
now,
we
have
monies
in
there
estimated
money's
in
there
for
the
front
steps
of
the
courthouse.
If
any
of
you
have
been
over,
there
you've
seen
it
there
they're
in
bad
shape.
Several
of
them
have
settled
the
monuments
on
both
the
east
and
west
sides
have
cracked
they're
actually
falling
apart.
So
this.
H
Obviously,
we're
dealing
with
a
history
building
here
and
the
historical
stones
that
have
settled
and
I
think
it's
important
to
select
the
contractor.
That
has
a
lot
of
expertise
in
that
area
and
that's
why
Brian
had
found
them
originally
and
that's
why
I
had
continued
to
work
with
them
and
then
I
asked
for
their
updated
resume.
If
you
will
so
what
I
have
here,
and
this
will
be
get
paid
out
of
the
grant
funds
that
that
we
have
from
the
state.
H
So
this
ties
in
to
the
the
whole
ABA
type
safety
improvements
that
we're
going
to
be
doing
at
the
at
the
courthouse.
So
what
they're
gonna
do
is
reset.
The
misplaced
erred.
Stair
treads
make
them
as
level
as
possible.
They're
gonna
cut
out
all
the
clock
and
clean
out.
The
debris
grind
out
both
sides
of
the
stairs
to
remove
mortar.
H
All
the
way
from
the
East
stairwell
over
there
recaulk
all
the
way
to
the
front
of
the
steps
and
they're
gonna
recaulk
in
all
the
steps
on
the
front,
so
I've
got
a
bid
here
for
19,000
382,
again,
it'll
be
paid
out
of
the
grant
funds,
and
this
falls
in
line
with
the
estimates
that
I
had
her
put
together
originally
and
I
still
believe.
We're
on
par
to
basically
spend
I,
think
our
grant
I'm
right
at
169
thousand
or
one
hundred
sixty-four
thousand,
and
this
falls
in
line
with
with
the
monies
that
I
had
budgeted.
H
F
Question
just
want
to
mention
that
that
we
do
have
special
requirements
because
of
this
and
West
noses.
We
talked
about
it,
but
we
have
to
go
to
the
local
Historical
Society
make
sure
they
understand
the
plans
that
bought
in
this.
These
are
the
types
of
people
that
they
would
want
to
see
used
as
well
their
day
while
they
don't
determine
where
we
spend
money.
F
They
do
have
a
horse
in
that
race
again
have
influence
I'm
the
way
we
approach
the
courthouse
so
and
I
think
we
do
have
to
also
notify
the
state
as
well,
but
we'll
check
on
that
to
make
sure
that
everybody
once
this
is
done,
is
completely
bought
in
and
approves
what
we're
doing
here.
So
and
you
didn't
you
just
can't.
We
would
like
to
use
a
local
contractor
and
those
things
that
you
need
that
expertise
on
historical
buildings,
so
just
want
to
mention.
A
H
I
H
Not
yet
they've
been
out
to
bid
this
and
look
at
it
so
many
times
and
I
I
wanted
to
get
it
approved,
then
I'm
gonna
get
with
them
and
we're
gonna
put
together
a
timeline
as
to
that's
gonna.
Take
our
preliminary
discussions.
Yes,
I
mean
they
can't
have
people
walking
up
the
steps
if
they're
gonna
be
working
on
it,
so
I
thought
originally.
H
We
might
have
to
use
the
east
entrance,
that's
not
used
and
then
we'd
have
to
work
with
the
Sheriff's
Department
to
figure
out
how
we
reroute
traffic
inside
to
get
them
through
the
metal
detector
and
the
scanners.
But
yeah
there's
a
lot
going
on
at
the
courthouse.
That's
gonna
require
a
whole
bunch
of
coordination.
Yeah.
I
A
B
H
All
right,
thank
you.
One
more
thing
on
that,
along
with
the
steps
we're
gonna
have
to
look
at
the
railings
to
the
the
railings
at
the
courthouse
need
to
be
updated.
We
have
one
in
the
middle
of
the
steps
and
the
railing
really
needs
to.
It
needs
to
reach
out
on
top
of
the
last
step,
and
it
really
needs
to
come
down
onto
the
concrete
sidewalk
in
front.
H
So
I'm,
working
with
Doug
bright
on
that
he's
gonna
have
some
renderings
put
together
a
proposal,
so
I
should
have
that
any
day
and
at
the
same
time,
I'll.
Take
that
as
well
as
this
and
then
we'll
go
to
meet
with
historical
folks.
So
they're
aware
of
where
we're
at
both
on
the
steps
and
on
the
railings.
F
H
The
next
item
on
the
agenda
is
bid
process
for
the
sidewalks
curbs
and
asphalt
at
the
courthouse
is
at
last
month's
meeting,
we
approved
the
use
of
Robinson
engineering
to
engineer
this
project,
given
the
fact
that
we
need
to
be
done
by
June.
30Th
I
wanted
to
try
to
expedite
things
to
give
us
the
mostly
way
possible
to
get
all
of
this
done,
but
prior
to
the
deadline.
H
So
I
just
wanted
to
ask
the
commit
for
the
committee's
approval,
we're
gonna,
publish
in
the
daily
journal,
March,
March,
12th,
I,
guess
that's
today
and
then
I
wanted
to
open
the
bids
at
Finance
on
March
26,
just
given
the
timelines,
and
that
way
that
gives
us
the
whole
month
of
April,
May
and
June
to
coordinate
everything
that
way.
We've
got
everything
covered,
we've
got
everything
approved
and
then
I
can
start
working
on
timelines
with
all
the
different
contractors
and
county
staff.
A
A
H
H
What
I
call
detail
cleaning
of
a
different
area
every
month,
whether
that
might
be
a
bathroom
on
the
first
floor
or
a
bathroom
on
the
fifth
floor
or
what-have-you,
but
we're
starting
to
add
some
detail
cleaning
to
certain
areas
of
the
bathroom
on
a
monthly
basis
here
at
189
and
all
buildings
for
the
matter
at
the
courthouse
we've
yesterday
we
started
we're
working
on
the
compressor
replacement
on
the
east
side.
That's
something
that
we
had
a
lightning.
We
took
a
lightning
strike
last
year
in
the
fall
for
some
of
you
that
were
around.
H
H
We're
gonna
set
a
meeting
with
them
on
Monday
to
meet
with
court
courthouse
staff
as
well
as
myself
and
really
so.
Everybody
committees
are
where
the
critical
path
on
that
project
is
going
to
be
the
court
room.
First,
we
need
to
get
in
and
get
out
get
that
courtroom
done
because
they
have
rescheduled
their
calendar
for
the
repairs.
So
Monday
I
look
forward
to
meeting
with
our
architect
psi
and
the
courthouse
staff
to
begin
the
scheduling
of
the
courtroom,
the
water
heater
we
talked
about
it
last
once
meeting
that's
been
replaced.
H
The
piping
has
been
replaced
as
well
and
then,
like
we've
already
discussed,
there's
gonna
have
to
be
a
lot
of
coordination
between
when
we
do
the
asphalt
we're
gonna
lose
the
handicap
parking.
So
that's
gonna
be
an
issue
when
we
do
the
ramp,
we're
gonna
lose
access
so
and
all
this
is
all
weather
dependent
as
well,
so
we're
gonna
have
to
coordinate
with
they
could
say
the
Sheriff's
Department.
You
know
probably
the
highway
department
a
little
bit
too
on
the
once
we're
all
complete
with
the
asphalt.
H
So
it's
going
to
be
a
it's
going
to
be
a
busy
month
here,
actually
a
busy
few
months,
annex
an
old
jail,
not
a
whole
lot
going
on.
There
I
talked
to
Tom.
He
requested
that
I
look
at
some
bathroom
stalls
there
in
the
building
they're
in
pretty
bad
shape,
I
believe
they're
original
to
the
building.
H
We've
came
in
at
about
sixty
seven
hundred
bucks.
That's
a
three
horsepower
commercial
unit
that
was
broken
by
inmate
and
we've,
given
all
this
to
the
Sheriff's
Department
and
the
detectives
or
the
investigations
they're
doing
something
on
their
end,
but
that
doesn't
matter
to
me,
I
need
to
get
it
replaced.
So
that's
an
expense.
That's
gonna
be
coming
down
the
line
out
it
Jerome
combs
Public
Safety.
We
have
a
door
repair.
We
had
a
van
that
hit
the
door
in
the
South
Sallyport
that's
been
fixed.
That
was
two
thousand
dollars.
H
We
have
a
steamer
in
the
kitchen
out
there
that
is
broke
and
cannot
be
repaired.
Its
original
to
the
building
I've
talked
with
chief
collar
winds.
You
out
there
he's
offered
to
us
to
split
the
expense
with
us
that
steamer
replacement
is
going
to
come
in
at
fourteen
thousand
seven
thirty
nine.
Ninety
eight
and
he's
offered
to
split
that
with
us.
That's
something
that
needs
to
be
done.
It
needs
to
be
done
for
food
preparation.
H
It's
really
not
an
item
that
I
felt
like
I
needed
to
come
to
get
approval
on
because
again
it
needs
to
happen.
So
that's
something
that's
going
to
be
coming
down
the
line
as
well.
Camera
project
is
underway.
That's
something!
That's
been
coming
again,
a
lightning
issue
that
we
got
a
large
sum
of
money
from
the
insurance
company.
That
project
is
underway.
Then
the
last
two
things
I
have.
H
We
had
talked
to
this
committee
about
hiring
another
mechanic,
I
think
I'm
gonna
switch
gears
on
that
a
little
bit
a
lot
of
what
I
deal
with
on
a
daily
basis
at
all
times
of
the
year.
Not
just
now
is
cleaning
and
any
complaints
that
my
office
gets
revolves
around
cleaning
and
with
the
amount
of
mechanic
that
we
have
on
our
staff
right
now,
I
think
I'm
gonna
switch
gears
and
look
to
hire
a
custodian
that
I
can
float
between
multiple
buildings.
That
would
give
me
more
flexibility
in
scheduling
my
mechanics.
H
So
if
I
have
a
mechanic
and
in
public
safety,
I
can
supplement
with
the
janitor
or
custodian
I
can
move
that
mechanic
back
into
the
jail
I.
Can
you
know
at
the
courthouse
if
I
need
help
there,
I
can
move
the
custodian
there,
so
just
wanted
to
I
mean
just
let
that
everyone
know
it's
gonna,
be
obviously
a
less
of
expense
when
compared
to
looking
at
hiring
a
mechanic.
So
I
don't
expect
to
have
any
pushback,
but
I
just
wanted
to
get
everybody's.
H
J
D
H
Can't
get
it,
you
can't
get
it
for
one,
but
what
we
are
doing
is
I
talked
to
Anita
actually,
before
the
meeting
today,
I've
been
in
communication
with
the
the
Union,
the
local
705
for
the
Teamsters
they've
reached
out
yesterday,
and
they
wanted
to
know
what
we
were
doing
to
you
know,
protect
our
staff,
so
I'm
gonna
be
working
with
Andy
and
Anita.
You
know
to
kind
of
put
together
a
game
plan.
Obviously
we
have
gloves
that
you
know
everyone
uses
when
they
clean
anyway.
You
know
I
will
try
to
find
some
hand.
H
Sanitizer
I
haven't
had
much
luck,
but
if
we
do
locate
some,
that's
something
that
you
know
in
areas
where
you
know
county
employees
work
with
the
public.
That's
probably
a
good
place
to
have
some
hand
sanitizer
available.
So
those
are
all
things
that
you
know.
I
actually
started
working
on
this
a
couple
weeks
ago
and
we
do
have
a
plan
in
place.
I
even
spoke
with
subcontractors
that
specialize
in
this
type
of
cleaning
when
and
if
we
should
ever
need
to
reach
outside
for
any
type
of
you
know
cleaning
that
may
need
happen.
H
I
sure
yeah
I
guess
I'm,
not
sure
I
mean
I
I,
because
there's
no
alcohol.
H
That
when
I
spoke
with
Anita
this
morning,
that's
I
would
like
to
reach
out
to
probably
the
health
department.
That's
a
resource
that
I
feel
like
I
could
use
you
know,
because
when
it
comes
to
you
know
certain
protocols,
I
mean
that's,
not
my
area
of
expertise,
so
I'll
plan
to
meet
with
Andy
and
Anita,
and
then,
if
you
know,
if
they,
if
they
agree,
we'll
reach
out
to
the
health
department
to
kind
of
help
me
establish,
you
know
a
game
plan
and
the
proper
protocols
moving.
H
F
Was
Twitter
that
was
gonna,
be
my
my
new
business?
If
that's
where
we're
at
was
gonna,
be
we
need
to
take
a
hard
look
at
this
I
just
left
a
meeting
before
this,
where
we
instituted
a
non-essential
travel
ban
for
our
salespeople
and
everybody
at
our
company.
Both
visitors
and
outgoing,
with
you
know,
daily
wipe
down
or
multiple
times
daily
wipe
down
above
handles
for
frequently
used
areas
on
doors.
We
have
early
voting
here
with
you
know,
like
those
sanitizer
wipes.
F
You
know
that
kind
of
stuff,
so
I
think
we
do
need
to
have
a
very
quick
conversation,
but
to
your
point,
I
think
that
the
Health
Department
probably
needs
this
stuff
not
step
up
because
it
doesn't,
it
makes
it
seem
like
they're,
not
doing
anything
but
become
more
prominent
in
the
decisions
we
make
here
on
the
thing
for
the
county
employees
sake.
So
there's
a
good
point
by
mr.
featherly.
F
E
Dunno
they
hand
the
health
scare
on
the
rise
with
the
coronavirus.
They
had
something
out
saying
that
it
was
a
case
it
same
as
we
found
that
wasn't
true,
but
one
of
the
things
that
was
interesting.
That
was
even
though
the
news
was
that
more
important
than
just
doing
hand
sanitizer.
It
was
more.
The
it
was
more
down
to
the
traditional
method
of
watching
your
hands
for
20
seconds
was
more
beneficial
than
the
hand
sanitizer.
So
I'm
saying
you
know,
keep
the
water
hot
and
go
back
to
the
traditional
method.
E
If
you
can
find
the
hand
sanitizers,
that
would
be
good,
but
every
even
the
dollar
store
there's
nothing
on
the
shelves.
People
went
into
a
scare
and
as
when
they
do
that
they
wipe
out
the
production
quicker
than
they
can
manufacture
it.
So
right,
yeah,
the
alternative
is
back
to
the
traditional
way
of
washing
your
hands
for
about
20
seconds
up
on
the
thing,
with
some
good
soap
in
the
old
man
yards
no.
F
F
We
need
to
recognize
that
this
whole
courthouse
thing
started
about
roughly
10
years
ago
with
a
DEA
complaints
and
we're
getting
to
the
point
where
we're
actually
taking
action
and
finishing
that
over
the
past
couple
years
and
it
was
I.
Thank
you,
West
I
know
it's
frustrating
it's
hard
to
coordinate,
although
and
that
done
yet
it's
without
we
got
stuff
to
do
but
think
about
it
here,
we're
gonna
be
providing
a
functioning
building.
F
H
Gonna,
look
really
good
when
we
get
that
done,
I
mean
it's,
it's
gonna
be
a
drastic
change.
You
know
with
the
sidewalks
and
curbs
at
the
condition
that
they're
in
the
front
steps
getting
that
all
wreak.
Tuck
pointed
and
cocked
in
it's,
it's
gonna,
look
sharp
and
then
once
we
get
the
new
railings
on
there,
it's
it's
gonna,
look
good
I'm,
looking
forward
to
I'm,
not
looking
forward
to
the
stress
and
the
the
coordination
and
the
effort
it's
going
to
take,
but
it's
you're,
gonna
you're
gonna,
look
good
when
it's
done.
