A
Thank
you.
Are
there
any
public
comments?
I
have
nothing
officially
here,
but
it's
a
small
group
seeing
none
and
hearing
none
approval
of
the
minutes
for
the
May
16
2009
teen,
meaning
do
I,
have
a
motion.
Mr.
Donnell
a

I
have
is

our
Kankakee

are
used
when
we
do
the

hundred
eighty
four
dollars

for
our
2019
county
general
maintenance
payable
to
pray

This
is
for
road
mix
picked
up
at
the
quarry
with
our
trucks,
and
that
amount
is
two
thousand
six
hundred
six
dollars.
D
D
D
Next

our
road

their
2019

to
Grosso
construction
company.
This
is
for
oil
and
chip
work
done
in
the
township,
and
that
amount
is
twenty.
Four
thousand
eight
hundred
eighty
six
dollars.
Ninety
six
cents
next
is
Pilot
Road
district
for
their
2019
general
maintenance
payable
aggressive
construction
company.
This
is
for
oil
and
chip
work
done
in
the
township,
and
that
amount
is
fifty
nine
thousand
one
hundred
eighty
four
dollars.
Eight
cents
next
is
Rockville
Road
district
for
their
2019
general
maintenance
payable
of
prayer
material
sales.
D
Next
is
st.
Anne
Road
district
for
their
2019
general
maintenance
supplement
one.
This
is
payable
to
prayer
material
sales
for
road
mix
picked
up,
I
mean
this
is
for
ships
picked
up
at
the
quarry
with
their
trucks
and
that
amount
of
six
thousand
six
thousand
nine
or
ninety
eight
dollars
and
64
cents.
D
Next
is
Auto
Road
district
for
their
2019
general
maintenance.
Supplement
to
this
is
for
road
mix
picked
up
at
the
quarry
payable
to
Vulcan
materials
and
then
amount
of
two
thousand
six
dollars
and
forty
cents
next
is
for
County
section
17
dash
zero
zero
one,
one,
six,
two
zero
one
dash
BR
nine
M
of
T.
This
is
for
the
bridge
by
oak
springs.
Golf
course.
This
is
payable
to
Toby's
construction
and
cartage
in
that
amount
is
33,000.
D
D
A
E
C
A
D
Last
year,
I
brought
before
this
committee
to
purchase
a
dump
truck
and
that
dump
truck
was
ordered,
but
it
is
not
gonna
be
here
until
next
fiscal
year,
we
probably
don't
expect
it
until
probably
February
March,
that's
just
how
backed
up
they
are
to
get
these
these
trucks
so
that
money
I
would
like
to
use
this
fiscal
year
to
purchase
three
new
pickup
trucks.
We
have
a
2001
Dodge
4x4
truck
with
a
hundred
seventeen
thousand
fifty
nine
miles
on
it.
This
and
they're
all
starting
to
have
some
mechanical
issues.
D
I
have
a
2002,
GMC,
4x4,
pickup
truck
with
a
hundred
and
thirty-three
thousand
miles
on
it,
and
a
2007
Ford
crew
cab,
pickup
truck
with
around
118
thousand
miles
on
it.
So
I
would
like
to
we're
gonna
bid
out
so
that
local
bidders
can
bid
on
these,
but
20
20,
double
cab
to
double
cabs
and
a
crew
cab,
and
then
they
run
retail
around
58,000
I'm
sure
it's
gonna
be
less
than
that
per
pickup
truck.
So
I
would
like
to
just
let
you
know
and
and
and
get
approval
to
go
ahead
and
have
that
wedding.
D
A
B
A
E
D
D
C
F
All
right
good
morning
may
work
orders
facility,
dude,
147,
so
pretty
typical
month.
From
that
respect,
move
into
a
financial
report.
You've
got
that
in
front
of
you.
There
you
can
see
current
year
totals
for
the
month
of
May
we're
twenty
two
thousand
three.
Seventy
seven
nineteen
previous
year,
nineteen
thousand
six
sixty
nine
twenty
three
while
I
was
preparing
for
this
meeting.
I
was
going
through
a
spreadsheet
here,
and
there
was
a.
There
was
a
an
invoice
from
HP
products,
which
is
where
I
purchased
our
toilet
paper
and
miscellaneous
janitorial
supplies
for
all
the
buildings.
F
There
was
a
2,134
$80
charge
that
was
incorrectly
charged
to
maintenance.
That
was
a
something
that
I
guess:
I
missed
so
I've,
been
in
communication
with
chief
color
winds,
ooh
out
of
the
jail
we're
working
to
get
that
allocated
to
Corrections,
which
is
where
it
should
have
gone.
So
once
you
take
off
the
2100,
you
know
we're
basically
pretty
close
to
where
we
were
at
this
time.
Last
year,
I'll
call
out
just
some
other
expenses.
For
the
month
we
had
commercial.
F
We
had
a
contractor
out
to
work
on
doors
at
the
courthouse,
the
South
doors
at
the
courthouse,
they're,
pretty
old.
They
open
and
close
many
times
a
day.
They
move
a
little
bit
and
if
they
move
even
a
little
bit,
the
door
doesn't
close
right
and
we've
had
some
issues
with
that,
so
I
had
to
have
a
company
come
out,
take
out
the
frame
reinstall
it
to
get
that
door
to
work
correctly,
so
that
was
roughly
a
thousand
dollar
charge
there
to
get
that
door.
F
Working
correctly,
we
had
a
contractor
come
out
to
start
up
our
chiller
at
the
old
jail.
We
went.
We
winterize
that
chiller
and
then
in
those
in
the
springtime
we
have
them
back
out
to
to
get
it
ready
for
startup,
so
that
was
roughly
twelve
hundred
dollars
that
was
included
in
there.
We
also
had
a
leaking
heat
pump
on
one
of
our
water
heaters
at
the
old
jail
sprung
a
leak
on
us
so
that
had
to
be
repaired.
That
was
nineteen
hundred
dollars.
F
Just
one
more.
We
had
that.
We've
talked
to
this
committee
numerous
times
about
ball
valves
and
jim's
valves
in
general
at
the
old
jail.
We
had
issues
with
a
couple
of
those
as
well,
so
we
again
had
to
have
a
contract
to
come
out.
That
was
fifteen
hundred
dollars
to
cut
out
and
replace
those
valves.
So
you
know
I've
outlined
roughly
seventy
eight
hundred
dollars
worth
of
the
22
that's
listed.
F
Moving
on
to
a
building
report
here
at
189
we've
been
working
on
that
westdoor,
that's
been
very,
very
aggravating
for
me.
We
can't
ever
seem
to
get
that
door
to
work
correctly,
I'm
happy
to
report.
As
of
this
morning.
It
seems
as
though
we've
got
it
so
I'm
gonna
give
it
another
couple
days,
just
to
make
sure
we're
good
and
then
hopefully,
next
week,
we'll
go
ahead
and
implement
the
new
access
procedures
here.
You'll
swipe
in
with
your
IDs
did
I
see
many
of
you
wearing
that'll.
You
only
have
to
swipe
in.
F
Obviously,
if
you
come
in
before
hours,
you
know
if
you
come
in
after
the
doors
are
open.
Obviously
it's
not
an
issue
at
that
point,
but
happy
to
report
that
that
is
working.
If
you
see
out
front
I've,
had
our
maintenance
staff
put
up
some
cones
out
front
on
the
sidewalk,
our
sidewalks
are
in
pretty
bad
shape
out
in
front
of
the
building.
Here,
I've
contacted
the
city
engineer
to
hopefully
do
something
about
that.
F
For
us
we've
been
in
communication,
it
looks
like
they're
going
to
I'm,
not
sure
when,
but
if
you
want
to
take
a
look
when
you
leave
here,
there's
there
the
best
shape
you
know,
they're
cracks,
the
portions
of
them
are
missing.
So
it's
something
that
I'm
working
with
the
city
to
hopefully
get
addressed
here
sooner
rather
than
later.
F
Moving
on
to
the
courthouse,
we've
got
a
hot
water
circulating
pump
that
needs
to
be
replaced
there.
It
was
identified
late,
winter
I
would
say
we
limped
along
on
one
pump
over
there
through
the
winter
months.
We
did
that
because
the
system's
got
to
be
drained
to
get
that
pump
replaced.
So
that's
something
that
I'm
probably
going
to
be
doing
here
this
next
month.
The
lactation
room
at
the
courthouse
is
done.
Many
of
you
might
recall
state
law
states
that
we
have
to
have
lactation
room
in
the
courthouse
that
is
done.
It's
completed.
F
Signage
is
up.
We've
got
a
lot
of
signage,
directional
signage,
leading
people
to
the
room
in
the
basement.
Where
it's
located.
Many
of
you
might
have
seen
the
we
had
some
flag
stolen
from
the
courthouse.
Everybody
maybe
saw
the
video
on
that
too.
To
date,
I
guess:
we've
had
one
of
them
returned
the
United.
States
flag
has
been
returned.
The
Illinois
flag
has
not
for
whatever
reason,
so
that
was
the
last
week.
F
I
went
over
there
and
I
noticed
that
there,
the
top
two
flags,
the
state
flag
and
the
United
States
flag,
were
gone
and
I
guess,
like
I
I,
can't
believe
what
happened
they
blow
off
and
you
know
sure
enough.
We
looked
at
the
video
and
spent
some
time
with
it
and
we
were
able
to
obviously
get
the
video
that
you
probably
saw
on
Facebook
I
was
anonymous,
person
returned
it.
F
Courthouse
looks
like
we're
getting
some
money
from
the
state
for
infrastructure
improvements
at
the
courthouse.
Many
of
you
might
recall
we
were,
we
were
we'd
asked.
We
thought
we
might
get
a
grant
for
$165,000,
which
is
for
the
ABA
improvements
that
need
to
happen
in
the
courtroom.
The
ramp,
sidewalks
and
curbs
the
front
steps
well
as
it
turns
out
not
getting
165,
but
we
are
gonna
get
a
hundred
and
we
were
informed
of
that
last
week.
So
though
it's
not
easy,
it
wasn't
an
easy
process,
I
being
somewhat
new
to
this
position.
F
You
know
the
state
just
doesn't
COFF
up
a
hundred
thousand
dollars,
I
mean
there's,
there's
a
lot
of
steps
and
hoops
that
you
have
to
jump
through
so
between
chairman
wheeler
myself,
our
county
architect.
You
know
there
were
multiple
reviews
by
the
Department
of
Conservation,
the
Historical
Society
and
then
all
of
the
documentation.
It
seemed
like
every
time
you
would
finish
one
request:
you
would
get
two
or
three
more,
so
it
was
a
long
process
but
I'm
happy
to
report.
F
The
annex
security
station
is
up
and
running
now,
if
any
of
you've
been
over
there,
but
it's
an.
We
now
have
a
security
station
there
that
is
staffed
with
a
sheriff's
deputy.
Everything
is
done,
we're
running
and
actually
some
network
cabling
today
for
the
Sheriff's
Department
employee
that
sits
there
old
jail
at
C
air
compressor
replacement,
so
our
HVAC
systems,
they're
all
pneumatic
systems
and
the
the
compressed
air
opens
and
closes
valves
as
necessary
to
heat
and
cool
the
building,
our
air
compressor.
There
we've
been
having
issues
with
for
the
last
week.
F
We
we
had
it
hooked
up
temporarily
with
some
other
compressors.
We
had
somebody
come
out
and
look
at
it
that
compressor
is
shot
and
from
what
the
vendor
told
me.
It's
not
the
first
time
that
we've
had
issues
with
that
compressor.
So
we
went
ahead.
I
made
the
call
to
get
that
replaced
and
I
believe
about.
$1100
is
what
that
came
to
to
get
the
air
compressor
replaced.
It
wasn't
the
tank.
It
was
the
actual
compressor
that
sat
on
top
of
the
tank.
F
Let's
see,
JC
DC's
dock
is
done.
Finally,
it
seemed
like
every
time
we
had
that
scheduled.
It
was
raining
which
I
guess
it
did
rain
for
pretty
much
the
entire
month
we
had
another
thermostatic
mixed
valve,
go
out
out.
@J
CDC
we
had
a
booster
heater,
go
out
in
the
kitchen
dishwashing
system.
For
those
of
you
not
familiar
with
a
booster
heater,
it
heats
the
water
to
the
point
of
where
it
needs
to
be
for
sanitation
purposes
that
went
out.
That
was
a
pricey
repair.
A
G
G
F
Far
today
that's
been
the
same.
It's
been
the
same
person
now,
maybe
I'm
not
getting
a
call
back,
because
maybe
it's
a
new
person,
but,
let's
hope
not
so
I'll
call
again
today,
cuz.
We
need
to
get
that
done.
We
need
to
get
approval,
so
we
can
get
moving
here
during
you
know,
spring
or
summer
months.
F
Wait
yeah.
We
submitted
the
plans.
There
were
some
questions
regarding
the
ramp
in
the
courtroom.
There
were
some
questions
regarding
the
ramp
out
doors
for
the
most
part
between
myself
and
our
County
architect.
We
addressed
all
those
questions
and
concerns
so
now
we're
just
waiting
on
the
rubber
stay
up
to
say.
Yes,
we
approve
go
also.
