been
going
on,
we've
had
to
replace
a
lot
of
culverts
and
I'm,
probably
gonna,
be
spending
over
$30,000
on
culverts,
so
I
have
to
have
a
letting
for
that.
I
do.

is
ten
thousand
thirty,
seven
dollars
and
96
cents.
Their
motion
on
this.
B
F
G
All
right
morning
facility
dude
report.
For
the
month
of
May,
we
had
145
work
orders
in
the
system.
That's
about
normal.
Moving
on
to
the
financial
report.
You
can
see
we're
still,
as
it
was
true
for
last
month
that
same
just
holds
true
this
month,
we're
still
running
behind
where
we
were
at
this
time.
Last
year,
fiscal
year
19,
we
were
at
433
865,
twelve
fiscal
year
twenty
year
to
date
we're
at
412
639.
Oh
nine,
really
I,
know
there's
not
any
irregularities
or
anything
down
here
that
I'd
like
to
call
out.
G
All
right,
if
there's
no
questions
on
the
finance
report,
will
move
to
the
building
report.
We'll
start
here
at
189
we've
had
last
couple
weeks:
we've
had
issues
with
some
of
our
aging
air
handlers.
You
know
this
is
something
that
you
know
we're
all
aware
of
it's
nothing
new
unit
number
one
which
services
the
units
one
and
two
service
the
first
floor,
and
they
are
by
far
our
oldest
units.
Mr.
G
feather
Ling's
aware
we
discussed
this
when
we
met
you
know
several
months
ago
and
we're
looking
at
future
capital
expenditures
unit,
one
the
compressor
went
out
on
that
unit,
I'd
guess
it's
probably
25
to
30
year
old
unit.
It's
gonna
cost
us
about
$8,000,
for
the
repair
was
very
difficult
to
find
the
parts
for
the
unit,
because
the
company
that
manufactures
that
unit
is
no
longer
in
business,
so
they
had
to
find
something
that
would
work
with
the
unit.
We
did
locate
something
it's
on
order.
We
should
be
putting
it
in
any
day
now.
G
G
Moving
on
to
the
courthouse
happy
to
report
that
the
ABA
improvements
at
the
courthouse
are
all
complete
happy
to
get
that
off.
My
plate,
I'd
like
to
publicly
thank
mark
mark
Rogers
and
his
staff
were
a
huge
help.
Specifically
on
the
driveway.
We
ran
into
a
few
issues
there
and
Mark
staff
really
stepped
up
and
helped
us
out
as
well,
as
did
the
striping
on
the
drive
as
well
that,
if
you
haven't
been
by
there
I
recommend
that
you
you
stop
by
and
take
a
look.
G
It
really
looks
nice
I've
received
many
many
compliments
over
there
for
the
work.
That's
been
done
so
mark.
Thank
you
for
your
help
and
your
staff
on
that
we've
hired
additional
labor
as
well
with
the
courthouse
ramping
up
the
caseload
we've
brought
on
a
couple
temporary
employees
to
assist
with
the
cleaning
in
the
courthouse,
and
that's
going
very,
very
well
over
there
right
now.
G
So
everything's
going
I
think
as
good
as
it
can
over
there
I'm
in
constant
communication
with
Nancy,
and
it
seems
that
everything's
going
very
well.
At
this
point,
I'm
happy
to
report
the
stain
on
the
air
handler
theme
unit
to
which
services
the
east
side
of
the
courthouse
we've
had
issues
with
it
as
well.
We've
had
gaskets
that
need
to
be
replaced.
G
They
placed
the
order
and
then
we
also
had
a
leak
where
we
lost
our
refrigerant.
So
we
had
a
day
without
air
on
the
east
side
of
the
courthouse.
So
you
can
imagine
what
that
felt
like
about
four
o'clock
yesterday
evening
it
was
repaired.
So
that's
back
up
and
running
again,
but
with
our
aging
units,
I
mean
if
anybody's
been
around
for
any
length
of
time.
This
is
a
common
theme.
It
seems
you
know
late
spring
early
summer.
G
You
know
working
through
all
the
issues
once
we
get
them
fixed,
they
usually
work
pretty
well
for
the
remainder
of
the
year
and
then
lo
and
behold
it
pops
up
again
the
next
year.
So
that's
where
we're
at
at
the
courthouse
making
sure
I've
covered
everything
here,
yep,
that's
it
at
the
courthouse.
Moving
on
to
the
annex
and
old
jail,
really
no
issues
at
the
annex
that
building
pretty
much
takes
care
of
itself
the
old
jail.
However,
that's
that's
a
different
story.
G
We've
had
you
know
a
lot
of
the
run-of-the-mill
type
stuff,
faucets,
toilets,
kitchen
kitchen
issues.
You
know
minor
electrical
issues
with
our
chiller
that
had
to
be
repaired.
We
have
currently
we
have
a
shower
drain.
That's
seized
up
that
I've
got
my
fingers
crossed
that
it's
not
a
substantial
repair.
However,
it
may
be
so
I've
got
our
people
looking
into.
F
G
The
we
had
issues
with
an
air
handler
there
up
it
up
in
front
at
Public,
Safety,
that's
been
repaired,
we've
hired
a
new
custodian
that
works
up
front
and
Public
Safety,
which
she's
working
out
very
well,
and
what
that
allows
us
to
do
is
we
have
two
mechanics
now
in
the
jail
which
we've
been
overdue
on
that
we've
had
one
gentleman
in
the
in
that
jail
for
probably
the
last
five
to
six
years.
So
not
not.
G
Now
we
have
two
mechanics
in
the
jail
which
takes
a
significant
workload
off
of
him
so
that
that's
been
terrific.
We
have
an
emergency
lighting
inverter
that
I
want
to
just
call
to
your
attention:
the
lighting
inverter
when
we
lose
power,
switches,
the
power
over
to
the
batteries
and
lights
up
the
emergency
lights
in
the
building,
that's
something
that's
original
to
the
building.
G
We've
been
limping
it
along
for
the
last
I'd
say:
probably
two
and
a
half
three
years.
It's
something
that
the
previous
director
had
on
his
list
that
needed
to
be
replaced.
The
sheriff
has
directed
me
to
go
ahead
and
replace
that
it's
buzzing
we've
got
a
fan
on
it
to
keep
it
cool
and
I've
tried
to
limp
it
along
as
long
as
I
possibly
could,
but
that's
coming
in
at
a
price
tag
of
32,000
dollars
to
replace
this
emergency
lighting
inverter.
G
So
I
just
wanted
to
call
that
to
your
attention
and
then
other
than
that
we're
cleaning
air
handlers
anywhere
in
everywhere
the
Cottonwood-
and
you
know
the
other
debris.
That's
in
the
air
right
now
is
plugging
up
every
air
handler
that
we
have
so
I've
got
a
gentleman
dedicated.
You
know
to
the
cleaning
of
the
air
handlers
at
all
the
buildings
right
now.
So
that's
I
ran
through
that
pretty
quick,
but
that's
kind
of
a
state
of
affairs
right
now
with
all
the
buildings.
So
if
there's
any
questions,
I'm
happy
to
take
them.
H
A
A
Because
the
way
the
way
they're
running
trials
is
is
the
jury
has
to
be
spaced
out
in
the
courtroom.
Yep
and
everybody.
Has
it
they're
not
going
to
be
in
the
box?
They
have
to
be
out
in
the
courtroom.
The
gallery
is
non-existent.
You
know,
as
far
as
that
goes
so
they
have
to
when
they
have
a
change
of
the
jury
for
another
trial.
They
have
to
come
in
and
clean
the
whole
thing
from
morning
to
afternoon.
A
So
it's
the
whole
room.
It's
not
just.
You
know
that
one
area
of
the
jury
box
they've
got
to
basically
wipe
down
everything
in
the
room
multiple
times
a
day,
so
we
met
with
the
union.
Talk
to
them.
They
understand
that
these
are
not.
You
know
perceived
to
be
jobs
that'll
last
forever,
but
then
we're
also
going
to
submit
these
the
hours
for
this
under
the
I
believe
it's
a
cares,
act
to
reimbursement
from
the
federal
government,
so
we're
gonna
try
to
get
this
money
back
and
we
should
be
able
to
because
it's
covered
related.
A
So
just
so
the
group
knows
we
have.
We
have
to
do
that.
We
have
to
do
that.
Extra
step,
and
so
we're
trying
to
think
ahead,
and
so
we
started
this
process.
What
a
month
ago,
yeah
don't
try
to
try
to
get
to
where
we're
at
today,
yeah.
So,
okay,
if
they're
and
we're
also
gonna,
have
an
event
I'm
sorry
we're
also
gonna
have
an
event
at
the
courthouse.
A
Once
we
hit
phase
four
like
a
grand
opening
reopening,
if
you
will
the
ad
a
courtroom,
you
know
the
the
drive
and
the
front
steps
and
everything
that's
been
done
to
seal
the
cracks
and
paint
the
rails
and
really
beautify
the
area
during
this
situation.
So
once
we
can
all
get
together,
we'll
get
together
with
the
public.
C
G
C
G
All
right
moving
on
last
item
on
the
agenda
is
the
LED
upgrade
discussion.
If
you
recall
several
months
ago,
we
discussed
this
and
it
was
the
board's
pleasure
to
get
another
bid
to
take
a
look
at
so
what
we
have
now
we
have
a
the
original
bid
from
General
Energy
Corp
for
an
amount
of
seven
hundred,
thirty,
seven
thousand
a
hundred
and
seventy
eight
dollars-
and
this
is
for
LED
lighting
upgrades
in
all
the
buildings,
except
for
this
building
here
at
189.
G
So
it
includes
the
courthouse,
the
annex,
the
old
jail
and
Jerome
combs,
Detention
Center
mr.
Snipes,
so
that
737
178.
You
should
have
that
documentation
there,
and
then
we
have
another
bid
from
Mid
American
group.
The
scopes
are
identical
and
their
price
is
761
643.
So
those
are
the
two
bids
that
we
have,
so
you
can
obviously
see
that
general
Energy
Corp
would
be
the
low
bidder.
The
third
document
that
I
want
to
call
your
attention
to
is
the
document
from
constellation
they
are
energy
provider.
G
G
So
if
you
go
to
the
budget
impact
table,
you
can
see
that
the
impact
to
the
monthly
budget
during
the
term
of
the
agreement
is
a
negative
two
hundred
and
forty
two
dollars,
so
that
takes
into
consideration
the
savings
from
the
LED
lights,
the
the
you
utility
savings
and
then
it
also
takes
into
consideration
the
maintenance
savings
right
now.
We're
spending
I
would
guess
about
a
thousand
dollars
every
couple
months
on
light
bulbs,
the
t8
s,
the
fluorescents
that
we're
buying,
and
then
it
also
takes
into
consideration
maintenance
labor
to
switch
out
the
light
fixtures.
G
So
when
that's
all
said
and
done,
I
mean
I,
guess
we
can
discuss
the
maintenance
savings
number,
whether
or
not
that's
a
good
number,
a
bad
number
I!
Don't
think
it's
far
off.
So
basically,
what
we're
looking
at
here
is
0%
interest
loan
for
a
term
of
81
months.
Then
that
affected
the
budget
is
242
dollars.
After
the
agreement.
D
G
A
Any
questions
from
the
group:
this
is
something
that
we
want
to
see
another
bid.
We
know
that
the
material
was
was
the
the
state
bid
price
on
the
actual
equipment,
so
we
knew
that
was
the
bottom
shelf
already
available
right
as
far
as
that
goes,
so,
we've
got
we're
tightened
up
on
our
bid
process,
but
yes,
any
questions.
Mr.
chairman,
yes,
sir.
D
C
G
A
So
short-term,
it's
another
two
hundred
seven
bucks
a
month,
but
it's
a
zero
percent
loan
they're,
basically
financing
this
through
the
savings
and
then
once
we
get
through
the
term
of
this,
we
save
about
$9,000
at
current
rates
per
month.
Select
to
me
that
was
a
I,
don't
know
if
you're
gonna
find
this
kind
of
deal
out
there.
H
F
G
Obviously,
I'm
most
interested
in
going
with
the
low
bidder.
Okay,
you
know
and
I've
also
had
some
discussions,
I
mean.
Obviously
this
is
the
first
time
that
you
or
I,
or
any
of
us
have
done
something
like
this.
So
I've
had
discussions
with
constellation.
You
know
and
constellation
I
wouldn't
say
they.
C
A
B
A
A
A
We
have
to
be
out
of
phase
3
and
phase
4,
it's
still
kind
of
iffy,
whether
we
can
do
it
in
phase
4,
which
is
kind
of
frightening
at
the
same
time,
because
the
only
way
to
get
out
of
phase
4
if
there's
a
vaccine
or
a
cure
for
Colvin.
So
it's
it's
kind
of
strange,
there's
a
there's,
a
executive
order
that
allows
for
an
exemption
in
the
Open
Meetings
Act
that
allows
us
to
be
able
to
hold
these
meetings
over
zoom.
A
Otherwise,
you'd
have
to
have
a
majority
of
a
quorum
here
in
the
room
to
be
able
to
vote
to
let
the
other
people
on
the
the
meeting
a
ten
electronically.
But
then
we
still
have
the
issue
in
this
room
of
the
public
as
well.
You
know,
so
it's
almost
like
a
jury
trial.
They
have
to
spread
everybody
out
full
board.
A
Definitely
I
don't
see
a
way
that
we
could
do
it
there's
no
way
with
twenty
eight
board
members
and
well
26
out
here
and
then
the
public
we'd
have
to
scatter
and
take
up
this
whole
room
just
ourselves
and
then
what
kind
of
a
trick
bag
are
we
in
with
Open
Meetings
Act?
So
it's
gonna
con
continue
like
this.
For
a
little
while,
like
I,
said
the
the
chairman
of
the
committee
can
come
in
and
frankly,
if
one
or
two
board
members
want
to
come
in
and
sit
here,
that's
fine
too.
A
We
just
can't
have
everybody
and
I
just
want
to
I
know
it's
inconvenient
or
maybe
it's
convenient.
Maybe
you
like
this,
so
it's
I
just
want
to
get
that
out.
There
I'll
mention
it
to
the
full
board
again,
but
it's
starting
to
happen
again
for
more
and
more
board
members
asking
about
going
back
to
normal
and
we're
just
not
there
yet
logistically
we'd
have
to
go,
get
a
gymnasium
and
use
that
rather
than
this
boardroom.
So
if
it
comes
to.
F
A
That
thousand
bucks
I
think
it
cost
us
actually
was
more
because
of
the
sound
equipment,
the
rental.
That's
why
I
say
long
term.
If
we
have
to
spend
the
money,
I
guess
we'll
have
to
vote
on
that
as
a
board
to
go,
find
a
bigger
place,
but
for
sure
for
phase
three.
This
is
what
we
have
to
do
for
phase
four.
A
It's
still
kind
of
there's
been
no
clear
direction
on
what
these
meetings
would
look
like
in
phase
four,
it
says,
says
groups
of
50
or
under
sure,
but
they
have
to
be
socially
distant
six
feet
apart.
Well,
you
know
the
size
of
the
room,
we're
dealing
with
here
and
the
number
of
board
members
and
the
number
of
seats
for
the
public.
So
how
do
we
hold
our
meeting
and
then
we
say,
but
the
public
can't
show
up.
I
still
have
to
call
in
a
day
ahead
of
time.
To
do
public
comment.
A
Would
we
have
to
have
another
room
just
for
the
public
to
view
the
proceeding
in
the
wait
to
come
in
the
room
to
do
their
public
comment,
but
then
that
room
has
to
be
socially
distance?
Approved
I
mean
it's
really
kind
of
a.
There
is
no
clear
direction
on
this
yet
and
I'm
hoping
it'll
come
soon
from
the
stage
by
it.
So.
A
Know
it
that
chair
might
end
up
in
the
Museum
of
the
keiki
County,
it's
it's
becoming
famous
yeah
I'm,
just
kidding
with
you
know,
it's
I
think
we're
learning.
We
can
do
this
electronically,
it's
just
cumbersome
one
like
you,
do
the
pledge
and
it's
like
a
row
row
row
your
boat.
It's
like
a
you
know.
Just
kind
of
everybody
starts
at
different
times
or
technological
glitches,
sound
in
the
background.
But
beyond
that
and
we're
at
least
able
to
get
business
done
right.
You
know.
H
Jim,
what's
the
consistence
of
the
around
the
state
I
mean
in
the
other
counties,
not
I
know
we
have
like
102,
some
I'm
being
I,
see,
Cook
County
has
met,
but
what
about
some
of
the
other
areas
and
then
meeting
the
I'm
thinking?
The
state
is
coming
back
in
so
I'm
wondering
what
the
kind
of
what
the
consistency
is
for
government
first
state
versus
the
prep,
because
I'm,
apart
of
the
understanding
that,
if
they
have
a
mask
on
the
purpose
of
the
mask,
is
when
you
are
within
six
feet
or
personal
next
to
them.
H
Social
distancing
is
when
you
are
without
a
mask,
and
that
means
you're
six
feet
apart.
So
you
can
well
meet
because
even
in
the
courthouse
they
are
meeting,
but
you
just
have
to
have
on
a
mask
when
you
attend
those
particular
meetings.
So
I
think
there
are
some
variables
that
we
can
consider
and
still
include
the
public
in
and
have
the
all
at
meetings
as
well,
and
for
these
were
a
lot
smaller.
H
F
A
C
C
Is
there
any
possibility?
If
you
talk
with
a
sheriff,
we
could
hold
committee
meetings
at
the
EOC,
but
that
would
put
another
burden
on
West,
because
that
would
it
totally
have
to
be
clean
and
everything
afterwards
mm-hmm.
You
know
no
matter
what
we
do.
If
we
get
together,
it's
going
to
be
more
work
for
less
its
crew,
for
yeah
I
mean
with
where
you're
at
now,
it's
less
cleanup
is
the
whole
room.
There.
You
have.
The
whole
group
together
puts
a
burden
on
him
for
getting
everything,
cleaned,
yeah.
G
A
Can
that
you
know
that
that,
in
combination
of
because
still
we
have
the
same
public
issue
there,
the
public?
If
people
want
to
come,
make
public
comment
and
we
got
28
board
members
spread
out
in
that
room.
If
we
can
do
that,
then
we-
maybe
we
have
public
comment
here
and
have
that
broadcast
from
this
location.
I
was.
C
A
We
can
look
at
it.
We'd
have
to
basically
take
a
six-foot
string
and,
like
you
know,
go
from
the
center
of
like
mr.
Swanson's
area
over
here
in
the
front
and
see
where
that
six
foot
hits
right.
Yeah-
and
you
know
like
mr.
Dunn
Hill
in
the
front-
that's
behind
him
and
then
that's
to
each
side
of
him.
So
we
have
to
be
able
look
at
this
room
on.
How
can
we
space
and
we'd
have
to
do
the
same
thing
out
at
EOC
yeah?
A
C
A
A
F
A
H
There's
a
new
we
are
having
the
campaign
to
protest
and
from
protest
to
purpose
rally
on
the
last
second
on
the
courthouse
lawn
to
try
to
have
what
we
consider
to
be
a
time
of
healing.
We
have
an
individual
that
was
ordained
by
the
last
person
that
was
goading
by
the
Reverend,
monitor
King,
or
you
can't
make
it
you're
sending
in
hands
with
you
here
to
gather
to
have
what
we
call
a
time
of
healing,
and
so
we
definitely
welcome
the
County
leaders.
H
A
lot
of
young
people
are
there,
so
it's
a
opportunity
to
again
government
officials
to
build
relationships
with
their
with
the
youth
and
the
up-and-coming
voters
to
encourage
him.
You
know
also
to
exercise
their
right
to
vote
because
their
voters
their
voice.
So
it's
just
the
overall
thing
is
again
a
time
of
killing
and
bringing
it
together.
We
we
see
in
the
protests
in
God
in
our
in
our
community.
H
They
evolved
in
peaceful
protest
and
now
we
want
to
move
that
from
the
pain
they
had
when
they
saw
this
to
the
protest
they're
now
having
and
now
from
the
protest
to
a
purpose
and
a
time
of
healing
in
our
community.
So
you
ain't
doing
anything
you're
more
than
invited
to
come
out
and
be
with
us
from
5
o'clock
to
about
7:00
on
July,
the
2nd.
