Kansas City has been selected as host city for FIFA World Cup Soccer matches in 2026. The FIFA World Cup is held every four years and is the most prestigious and most widely viewed single sporting event.
The new Platte Purchase interchange opened recently improving traffic on Platte Purchase Drive and Route 152, and, the World War One Museum and KC Riverfest have joined together to bring the Stars and Stripes Picnic to the lawn of the Liberty Memorial.

diamond
was
funded
by
the
city
of
casimo,
modot
and
private
investors.
The
project
also
includes
new
bike
lane
access
and
will
benefit
the
area
as
additional
development
is
being
built.

museum

casey
riverfest-

together
to
bring
the
stars
and
stripes
picnic
to
the
lawn
of
the
liberty
memorial
on
saturday
july,
2nd
to
celebrate
independence
day.
The
celebration
will
feature
the
largest
fireworks
display
in
the
city.

trucks,
vendors
and
live
music.
The
museum
and
grounds
will
open
at
3
pm
for
the
festivities
fireworks

at
9.
