today
will
grant
liberty
empire's
revised
transmission
delivery,
charge
or
tdc
revenue
amount
of
three
million
two
hundred
and
twelve
thousand
and
fifty
two
dollars.
This
represents
an
approximately
one
hundred
and
eight
thousand
dollar
increase
compared
to
liberty.
Empire's
last
tdc
filing
liberty
empire
is
authorized
by
ksa
66
1237
a
to
recover
costs
associated
with
transmission
of
electric
power
through
a
separate
transmission
delivery
charge
included
in
customer
bills,
staff
performed
an
audit
and
determined
liberty.

Empire's
tdc
filing
accurately
reflects
the
nature
of
the
costs
it
incurs
on
behalf
of
its
retail
customers
to
provide
transmission
service
and
requests.
The
commission
approved
liberty,
empire's
tdc
revenue
amount,
if
approved,
the
revised
tdc
would
increase
an
average
residential
monthly
customer
bill
by
59
cents.

activities
in

the

think
that,
given

breadth
of
the
territory
in
southwest
kansas
that

covers,
I
think
it's
quite
commendable
that
he
demonstrates
obviously
a
high
level
of
professionalism
and
diligence
by
following
through
on
this
order
and

what

that
gives

penalty.
