Meeting once more, uh if I could uh there we go uh good afternoon uh I'm Dwight, King I'm, chair of the Kansas preparation commission, I'm joined this morning by fellow Commissioners, Susan Duffy and commissioner Andrew French. At this time, I will call to order this special meeting special business meeting of the Kansas Corporation Commission on this Thursday January 12 2023 uh before us this morning uh is the consolid is, is one order based upon the consolidation of five dockets and those dockets are docket number.

21-0Ns-3193-Cpen docket number 21-c-o-n-s-3201-day cpen docket number 22-c-o-n-s-303 one day: cpen docket number 22-c-o and s-3034-cpen and docket number 22-0 and.

S-3099-Cmsc, all of these uh matters are Consolidated for consideration, since they have to do with the application of Haas petroleum LLC as operator for an operator renewal license before this afternoon is an order on the petition for a stay of the final order, and our presenter is assistant. General counsel, uh Jonathan Myers uh good afternoon, John, you're, muted.

Yes, I see good afternoon Commissioners um before you is an order that addresses a operator's petition for a stay of its license suspension these dockets not just deal with uh Opera's license renewal application, but also for uh uh separate penalty dockets, um but the order uh regarding operators uh motion for a stay uh uh well, what the order does is it stays operator's, license suspension through February, 6, 2023 and directs operator to take all necessary and prudent actions to obtain surface control over its Wells and to otherwise minimize the risk of pollution or waste that might occur from the data disorder through the suspension of its license.

Should that come to pass and thereafter uh I am available for any questions.
