Good morning all I'm dwight keen I'm chair of the kansas corporation commission, I'm joined this morning by fellow commissioners, susan duffy and andrew french. At this time, I will call to order this meeting of the kansas corporation commission on this 29th day of march 2022.

commissioner's first matters before us for our consideration this morning are 12 items on the consent agenda. We've had the opportunity to review the draft orders in each of these matters, so I would ask if you have any questions, comments or concerns and I'll begin with. Commissioner duffy.

Second, we approve the consent agenda. Is there any further discussion hearing then I'll call the question all those in favor signify by saying aye.

Aye motion carries the consent. Agenda is approved. uh We have one noticed item before us this morning and it involves document number 22 day seal in essex, 3302 cpen.

This is in the matter of the figure of great plains petroleum inc as operator to comply with kar 82-3-111 at the stumps number two well in barton county kansas. We have before us this morning order on the first federation.
