Good morning this is chair french and I'm convening the regularly scheduled business meeting of kansas corporation commission for today, thursday may 20th 2021 and it's 10 a.m. I'm joined by my colleagues, commissioner, susan duffy and commissioner dwight keane on today's agenda. We have 25 consent, agenda items and zero noticed items, uh so we will begin with that consent. Agenda which are is our only item, and I will turn to my fellow commissioners first to see if you have any questions or comments on the consent agenda and I'll start with commissioner keane.

No comments: uh I intend to uh vote to approve all the consent agenda items with the exception of I don't know one involving keto, uh for which I will recuse.

Thank you. So, commissioner keane will be recused on item number one. um Commissioner duffy, do you have any questions.

I do not, and I move approval of the consent agenda with the noted exception by commissioner keane.
