surcharge
would
be
in
effect
during
calendar
year
2022
and
is,

addition
to
the
property
tax
expense
that
was
included
in
base
rates
during
calendar
year.

and
staff
reviewed
kgs's,
2021
avalor
tax
statements
and
concludes
that
kgs's
2022
avalon
tax
surcharge
is
properly
calculated
and
that
it
will
be
properly
collected
in
kgs.

its
annual
adverb
tax
surcharge
rider
and
will
true
up
in
december
of
each
calendar
year
in
the
draft
order.
Before

the

increase
is
stated
incorrectly.
In

however,

amount

stated
correctly
in
paragraph
a
of
the
draft
order
in
front
of
you,
so
this
correction
will
also
need
to
be
made
in
the
