If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Well,
good
morning,
everyone
and
welcome
to
the
fifth
meeting
on
the
house
standing
committee
on
small
business
and
information
technology
of
the
2023
regular
session.
I
want
to
say
a
special
welcome
to
any
of
our
guests
that
are
here
today.
Do
any
of
the
members
have
guests
that
we'd
like
to
introduce
representative
Roberts.
B
A
For
being
here
before
we
get
started,
I
want
to
go
over
a
couple
of
housekeeping
rules.
Please
silence
any
of
your
phones
at
this
time.
If
you
would
like
to
speak
on
a
bill,
you'd
have
to
sign
in
at
the
front
entrance
of
the
room
request
to
speak.
That
would
be
the
discretion
of
the
chair.
Just
a
reminder,
there
are
no
signs
permitted.
That's
you
out
there.
If
any
member
has
a
question
or
comment,
please
signal
to
our
Brier
Brett
Madam
or,
let's
see
sir
Clark
will.
D
E
F
A
Of
Pratt
I'm
sorry
can
we
committee
said
we
need
to
approve
that
we
have
a
motion.
We
have
a
second.
Second,
all
in
favor,
please
signify
by
saying
aye,
those
opposed,
nay
the
eyes
have
it.
Committee
sub
is
adopted.
What.
F
The
committee
sub
does
it
moves
all
the
dates
out
to
2025..
This
is
step
one
of
several
processes
to
get
this
done,
but
basically
it
staffed
investments
in
on
Information,
Technology,
Improvement
and
modernization
products,
oversight
board,
which
will
consist
of
six
members.
Three
members
appointed
by
the
speaker
of
the
house,
three
member
by
the
president
Senate.
The
purpose
of
the
board
is
to
review
Investments
and
funding
strategy
for
products
to
modernize
state
agency.
I.T
systems
determine
the
appropriate
organizational
structure
for
technology
development
and
review
the
latest
it
developments.
F
All
state
agency
are
required
to
submit,
submit
their
improvements
planned
by
October
1st
2025
by
by
December
1
2025.
The
board
will
provide
a
written
report
to
the
lrc.
Basically,
what
brought
this
bill
about
is
the
fact
we
do
all
of
our
state
agencies,
I,
think,
do
need
and
cabinets
do,
need
new
computers,
but
I'd
like
to
have
some
oversight
into
that.
We
would
like
for
them
come
to
us
and
say
this
board
this
we
need
new
computers.
I
I
will
agree
with
that.
Most
of
them
do.
How
are
you
going
to
approach
that?
F
B
You
thank
you
chairman,
for
bringing
this
bill.
I
have
one
quick
question
for
you
on
the
board
that
will
oversee
this.
You
mentioned
six
members,
three
appointed
by
the
speaker
and
three
by
the
Senate
President.
Is
there
any
language
in
there
that
would
require
that
board
to
be
bipartisan
in
nature,.
F
G
When
those
determinations
are
made,
considering
pricing
shopping
around
to
find
the
best
I.T
product
who
makes
that
final?
Does
that
board
have
a
major
say,
or
it's
just
their
recommendation.
F
G
Well,
that
would
be
good
to
know
because
I
think
that's
the
purpose
really
of
the
board
I
like
to
add
that,
if
at
all
possible.
E
I,
don't
know
if
it's
a
question
whether
or
a
comment,
but
is
there
any?
Is
there?
Is
there
any
information
about
what
happens
to
these
devices
when
they
leave
as
far
as
where
they
go
if
they
get
refurbished,
if
they're
donated
anywhere,
if
they
get
back
out
into
the
community,
if
they
have
any
sort
of
additional
life
that
could
benefit
somebody
else,
that's.
F
Not
the
intent
of
this
board,
but
I,
don't
think,
there's
anything
prohibiting
the
cabinets,
that's
where
we
replace
them
to
do
whatever
they
wish
with
them.
You
know
again
within
reason
of
make
sure
that
within
statutes,
but
no
there's
no
I.
Don't
we
didn't
address
that,
but
I'm
okay,
if
they
want
to
repurpose
them.
H
Along
follow
up
on
your
question,
I
think
if
I'm
not
mistaken,
it
goes
into
Surplus
government
surplus
and
they
have
a
procedure
already
in
place
to
deal
with
Surplus
whatever,
whether
it's
cars,
trucks,
computers,
desks,
chairs,
I,
think,
there's
a
program
already
in
place
for
that.
But
I
could
be
wrong.
A
C
B
E
F
Yes
and
to
answer
your
question
this
before
this
committee
can
move
forward,
it
will
have
to
go
back
through
a
r.
They
will
take
a
look
at
again.
We
don't
get
to
appropriate
money.
They
actually
have
to
look
at
that.
But
again
we
can
make
recommendations,
but
we're
going
to
try
to
get
them
put
money
into
it.
F
A
There
we
go,
we
assumed
you
were
House,
Bill
395
passes
with
Federal
expression.
Same
should
do
on
the
house
floor.
Do
we
have
a
motion
for
adjournment
and
a
second
all
right?
There
we
go.
We
are
adjourned.
Thank
you.
