If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
This
will
be
the
third
meeting
of
the
tourism
and
outdoor
recreation,
the
March,
the
9th
and
so
I'd
like
to
welcome
everybody.
I
know
we
had
a
little
disarray
getting
in
here
a
while
ago,
but
that's
all
good,
that's
just
business
as
usual.
So
I
would
ask
everybody
to
silence
their
phones.
I'd
ask
if
you're
going
to
speak
on
the
bill
to
sign
up
and
let
us
know,
but
if
nothing
else
at
this
time,
I
would
ask
them
to
Colorado.
A
D
A
A
So
we
have
a
quorum
or
dearly
sworn
to
do.
Business
I
would
take
a
point
of
personal
preference
here
and
like
to
thank
chairman
Keane,
the
chairwoman,
Keem
Kim
Keen,
to
be
back
and
glad
she's
doing
better
and
glad
she's
here
and
I
know
she's.
D
Do
thank
you
three
years
ago
you
all
created
the
Kentucky
Battlefield
Protection
Program
and
last
year
you
funded
it
and
that
money
is
used
to
batch
federal
dollars
and
private
dollars
raised
by
the
American
Battlefield
Trust
the
bill.
That's
before
you
helps
us
in
some
of
the
hurdles
that
we've
found,
trying
to
acquire
Revolutionary,
War
battlefields.
D
There
are
precious
few
of
those
in
Kentucky
and
it's
really
an
issue
of
supply
and
demand
the
we
have
about
a
dozen
potential
Civil
War
battlefields,
but
we
only
have
a
very
small
number
of
of
Revolutionary
War
battlefields,
and
this
allows
us
to
access.
Instead
of
a
one-to-one
match,
we
are
going
to
be
able
to
get
a
one
to
three
match
for
Revolutionary
War
battlefields.
Only.
C
I
just
have
a
clarifying
question
on
maybe
a
definition
here,
we're
voting
on
the
senate
committee
subversion.
Is
that
correct,
so
the.
C
Yes,
so
my
my
question
is:
is
in
the
original
Senate
bill,
it
says
Civil
War
sites
and
in
the
committee
sub
it
says
Civil
War
battlefields.
Can
you
educate
me
on
the
difference
between
that
language?
Yes,.
D
D
D
Yes,
it
would,
in
fact
we
we
have
in
two
years
ago,
before
Camp
Nelson
became
a
national
park.
We
we
actually
purchased
property
at
cam,
Nelson.
C
A
You,
yes,
sir
representative,
Lafferty,
yes,.
F
I
have
a
question
currently
this
says
dollar
for
Dollar
on
Civil
War
battlefields.
What
what
is
the
current
match.
F
D
D
The
current
match
is
one
to
one:
okay
and
and
typically
when
the
American
Battlefield
trust
is
involved.
We
provide
we
provide
more
than
the
one
because
we
bring
private
dollars
as
well.
We
have
a
lot
of
donors
in
Kentucky
Well.
We
have
thousands
of
donors
across
across
the
America
that
help
us
acquire
these
sites.
D
B
C
C
F
F
B
B
C
A
E
You
just
left
veterans,
military
Affairs
and
public
protection,
I
just
left
veterans,
military
Affairs
of
public
protection
to
come
over
here
and
make
sure
we
don't
forget
about
our
previous
one
so
and
I
know
he's
explained
the
bill
and
I
think
we
got
all
yes
votes
and
I'd
be
tickled
to
death.
If
somebody
would
do
a
consent,
oh
you
don't
have
it
here
and
you
overrule.
A
E
G
Chairman,
thank
you
and
very
briefly.
I
I
would
spend
a
little
bit
of
time
reflecting
yesterday
on
our
discussion
about
house
joint
resolution
76
in
regards
to
150
million
dollars
towards
the
parks
program,
and
there
was
one
thing
that
I
before
I
go
into
it.
When
I
when
I
listened
to.
You
know
our
counterparts
on
the
other
side
of
the
aisle
discuss,
you
know
the
need
for
for
the
additional
funding.
You
know.
I
I
know
that
part.
G
G
There
can
be
cost
complications
there,
but
I
did
I
did
kind
of
it
was
reminiscent
for
me
whenever
I
would
have
back
when
I
was
a
teacher
and
as
I
was
listening
to
testimony
asking
for
additional
funding
and
I'm
not
trying
to
poke
anybody
with
this,
but
it
felt
like
it
reminded
me
of
when
I
was
a
teacher
and
I
would
have
parents
advocating
to
raise
their
students
grades?
Who
didn't
do
the
homework
assignment
and
I?
Don't
want
that
to
be
mean
or
nasty.
G
Anything
so
what
I
would
like
to
do
is
I
would
like
to
propose
that,
during
the
interim
that
we
form
an
informal
work
group
to
assist
with
allocating
the
remainder
of
that
money
to
make
sure
that
we're
being
effective
and
we're
doing
we're
putting
our
money
into
Investments
with
the
public
and
private
Partnerships
I
I
want
to
stay
away
from
the
whole
concept
that
we're
going
to
privatize
our
Park
system.
G
But
I
do
think
that
there's
a
fine
balance
there
and
I
think
that
this
group,
the
people
that
are
interested
in
this
room,
would
be
very
beneficial
to
weigh
in
along
with
our
parks
department.
As
as
we
move
forward
with
this.
So
I
would
like
to
kind
of
extend
a
formal
offer
to
be
part
of
an
informal
work
group
on
that.
So,
if
anyone's
interested
during
the
interim
I'll
be
starting
that
and
I
look
forward
to
working
with
you
all.
Thank.
A
You
thank
you
representative,
and
does
anybody
else
have
anything
else
to
come
before
the
committee?
If
not
I'll,
entertain
a
motion?
No
Journey.
