If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
We'll
call
the
meeting
to
order
first,
we'll
have
roll
call.
B
A
D
Lord
thank
you
for
today.
We
just
thank
you
for
the
grace
and
mercy
that
you
give
us
every
day
before
we
accept
that
gladly
of
god.
We
pray
that
you
give
us
wisdom
and
insight
in
the
business.
That's
before
us
and
the
rest
of
this
day
and
pray
this
in
your
name,
jesus
amen.
A
Okay,
I'm
going
to
pass
over
251
today.
It.
C
A
Some
problems
needs
to
be
worked
out.
I
think
we
can
correct
them
in
the
interim,
it's
a
good
bill.
We
want
to
do
it,
but
I
think
it's
too
complicated
to
to
service
to
solve
quickly.
Of
course,
we
have.
We
have
three
more
days
left
and
if
we
did
figure
it
out,
we
could
call
another
call
meeting,
but
today
I
think
we're
passed
over
it
we'll
go
now
to
hcr
81.
A
And
it's
honored
to
have
you
with
us,
chairman
of
the
house
veterans
committee,
identify
yourself
for
the
record
and
present
your
resolution.
C
Thank
you,
mr
chairman.
We
appreciate
you
considering
this.
I'm
a
state
representative
walker,
thomas
district
8,
down
close
to
fort
campbell,
which
I
actually
represent
the
soldiers
on
on
post
and
I'm
going
to
in
just
a
sec,
I'm
going
to
turn
over
hcr
81,
because
I
have
a
very
talented,
knowledgeable
chamber
of
commerce
president
that
is
going
to
speak
on
its
behalf.
So
I
will
let
her
introduce
herself
and
supply
a
testimony.
E
Thank
you
so
much
representative
thomas
and
to
everyone
on
the
committee.
We
appreciate
you
taking
the
time
to.
I
hear
a
few
comments
about
hcr
81
and
the
future
of
army
aviation,
which
we're
very
excited
about
the
future.
Vertical
lift
program
initiative
was
established
by
the
department
of
defense
to
meet
new
emerging
threats.
The
aircraft
will
use
new
technology
and
materials
as
well
as
design.
That's
faster,
has
further
range,
better
payload,
more
reliable,
easier
to
maintain
and
operate,
have
lower
operating
cost
and
can
reduce
logistical
footprints.
E
The
fel,
which
again,
is
the
future
vertical
lift,
will
expand
the
u.s
army
national
guard's
mission,
as
well
as
an
operational
strategic
reserve.
It
will
also
provide
opportunities
for
growth
and
innovation
in
the
u.s
industrial
base.
A
recent
study
by
ndp
analytics
found
that
future
vertical
lifts
expenditures
could
have
an
impact
of
151
billion
in
economic
activity
and
create
more
than
22
000
jobs
from
2028
to
50
across
the
u.s
industrial
base.
E
C
And
I
can't
elaborate
too
much
on
that,
but
it's
an
honor
to
see
our
aerospace
co-chair
sitting
on
this
committee,
so
I
think
he
he
understands
the
need
for
this
also,
I'm
sure,
and
if
I'll
be
glad
either.
One
of
us
would
be
glad
to
answer
any
questions.
F
C
Correct
exactly
tennessee
and
texas
have
already
passed
this
resolution,
something
very
similar,
okay,
so
tennessee.
Of
course
we
share
fort
campbell
with
and
and
we
feel
that
to
try
to
lure
industries
into
the
kentucky
side.
This
would
be
very
valuable.
G
Yes,
thank
you,
mr
chairman
and
representative
thomas,
thank
you
for
bringing
us
forward.
Of
course,
you
know
our
goal
in
kentucky
is
to
be
the
most
military-friendly
state
in
the
union,
and
this
is
another
piece
of
that
puzzle
and
it's
good
to
good
to
see
everybody
working
together
on
this.
Thank
you.
A
Do
I
have
any
other
questions
just
motion,
okay,
motion
by
married,
that
second
by
meals,
we
were
ready
for
the
roll
call,
oh
yeah.
Oh
it
does.
A
Chairman
hi,
I
counted
that
seven
we
have
another
member
that
has
joined.
We
just
had
a
roll
call
on
hcr
81.
A
It
passes
now
we
have
passed
tooth
past
by
251
we
plan
it
needs
some
work.
We
don't
want
to
just
throw
something
together
to
say
we
got
it
passed.
I
think
it's
a
very
good
bill.
We
can
get
it
together
in
the
interim.
We
also
have
three
days
left
that
you
know.
A
If
I
was
inclined
we
could
have
another
call
meeting,
that's
probably
doubtful,
but
we
we
could
do
that
so
because
of
the
work
that
needs
to
be
done
on
that
bill
to
get
it
just
right,
I'm
going
to
pass
over
today.
Does
any
members
of
the
committee
have
anything
they
want
to
add
to
that?
I
I
know
the
representative
massey
has
to
sponsor
this
bill,
but
I
know
representative
bentley
also
has
a
a
great
involvement
with
this,
as
well
as
his
his
daughter,
and
I
think
it's
a
a
great
bill.
I
know
when
we
presented
to
leadership.
They
were
very
supportive
of
it
and
certainly
is
consistent
with
senator
higdon's
comment
about.
I
We
want
to
be
the
most
friendly
veterans
state
in
in
the
united
states,
and
this
thing
has
a
lot
of
merit
to
it
and
potential,
so
I
think
by
moving
it
to
the
interim,
getting
all
the
involved
parties
on
board
that
it
makes
it
a
stronger
bill,
and
I
think
we
can
make
this
a
priority
bill
this
next
session
and
move
forward
with
it.
I
F
F
I
guess
a
couple
of
the
members
that
are
here
today,
representative
bentley
and
representative,
thomas
about
the
need
that
we
have
as
a
state
to
do
a
lot
of
these
things
where
we
have
people
that
are
hvac,
or
that
are
plumbers
and
in
the
trades
that
you
know,
we
know
that
at
the
state
line,
ours
cannot
go
into
tennessee,
even
though
they're
licensed
and
gone
through
everything
to
work
on
somebody's
house
in
tennessee
or
tennessee
come
into
our
state.
So
I'm
I'm
in
favor
of
doing
a
lot
more
of
these.
Thank
you.
D
Mr
chairman,
just
a
question:
would
it
be
out
of
place
to
move
for
consent
on
the
resolution?
That's
that
was
before
us.
No.
A
Okay
may.
A
We
have
two
members
who
came
in
just
a
smidgen
light
if
you'd
like
to
cast
a
vote
on
the
emotion
that
that
you
missed.
You
should
do
that
before
you
vote
for
consent.
H
Mr
chairman,
it
would
give
me
great
satisfaction
to
vote.
I
on
house
concurrent
resolution
81
on
behalf
of
my
good
friend
and
fellow
christian
county
legislator,
walker,
thomas
chairman
walker,
thomas
and
our
good
friend,
kelly
pendleton
there
at
the
kentucky
or
the
christian
county
chamber
of
commerce.
H
A
We
that,
though,
now
is
what
nine
to
nothing
yeah.
C
A
It
passed
on
consent
and
will
be
so
reported
to
the
senate.
Do
anyone
else
have
anything
to
bring
before
us.
