If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
A
Okay,
if
members
could
please
grab
their
seat,
I
want
to
try
to
keep
on
time
as
closely
as
we
can,
while
members
are
grabbing
their
seat.
I'll
just
make
a
comment.
If
anyone
in
the
administration
is
watching
continue
to
receive
feedback
that
the
unemployment,
I
guess
notification
of
potential
scams-
that
email,
no
one,
is
receiving
comments
back.
So
if
we
could
just
potentially
set
that
up
to
at
least
say
yes,
we've
received
your
email.
A
We're
looking
into
this
people
currently
just
are
not
feeling
like
anyone,
they're,
not
sure
if
their
emails,
even
going
through.
Also
a
constituent
of
senator
mcdaniels
had
made
a
comment.
A
Senator
mcdaniel
had
made
a
comment,
a
good
idea
really
about
the
unemployment
form
as
it
goes
to
businesses
if
it
could
have
the
number
to
report
and
the
email
to
report
potential
fraud
on
that
form.
So
when
the
businesses
get
that
they
will
see
if
it's,
if
it
is
a
fraudulent
attempt,
they'll
know
right
away
and
not
have
to
try
to
figure
out
who
to
go
to
to
reach
out
and
report
that
fraud
with
that.
Madam
secretary,
if
we
want
to
go
ahead
and
call
the
roll.
A
D
E
D
A
D
Thank
you
all
so
much
for
allowing
me
to
present
this
legislation
today.
I
greatly
appreciate
it
over
the
past
few
sessions.
Our
colleagues
have
made
it
a
priority
to
make
kentucky
a
national
leader
on
adoption
issues
with
speaker
pro
tem
dave
and
mead,
leading
the
charge.
This
piece
of
legislation
continues
that
path
forward
for
the
commonwealth
house.
Bill
210
encourages
private
employers
who
offer
parental
leave
for
birth
parents
to
extend
that
same
option
for
adoptive
parents,
the
first
few
days
after
an
adoption
are
so
important
for
bonding
between
the
child
and
parents.
D
This
bill
does
not
mandate
employers
to
provide
paid
leave.
Instead,
it
stipulates
that
whatever
leave
time
is
already
given
to
a
birth
parent
that
it
should
also
be
allotted
to
an
adoptive
parent.
The
personal
leave
time
would
only
be
given
to
an
employee
with
the
adopted
child
under
the
age
of
10,
which
raises
which
raises
the
age
from
the
current
law,
which
is
seven
years
old.
This
measure
will
give
private
employees
the
same
benefits
as
state
employees
under
current
law.
State
employees
who
adopt
are
offered
the
same
leave
time
as
birth
parents.
E
Okay,
well,
thank
you,
chairman
schroeder,
and
the
committee
and
also
representative
hevron,
for
taking
me
on
this
interesting
ride.
I
work
for
the
secretary
of
state,
but
he
is
not
as
an
officer
representing
the
office
today.
The
secretary
does
support
this
bill,
though,
and
is
an
adoptive
parent
himself.
I
want
to
go
back
very
quickly.
To
the
first
day
I
went
back
to
work
after
we
brought
etta
joe
home
from
the
hospital.
E
E
Okay,
she's
gonna,
throw
up
from
time
to
time,
and
you
don't
know
when
it's
going
to
happen,
you're
just
going
to
turn
her
over
on
her
stomach
you're,
going
to
squeegee
out
her
mouth
first,
so
she
can
breathe.
Then
her
nose
she's
also
going
to
shake
a
lot
because
she
has
is
having
withdrawal,
so
you're
going
to
need
a
wrapper,
tight,
you're
going
to
have
to
deal
with
her
sneezing
a
lot,
but
that's
just
part
of
the
withdrawal
process
as
well.
E
She
also
will
keep
her
fists
really
tight
all
the
time,
because
she
has
been
in
a
lot
of
pain
in
her
past.
So
all
of
these
side
effects
are
from
being
drug
dependent.
Her
mother
had
a
cocktail
of
drugs
in
her
system
and
I'm
not
alone
60
to
70
percent
of
the
birth
mothers
who
turn
to
adoption
these
days.
They
have
drug
dependency
problems
when
they
are
born.
E
E
I
remember
feeling
apologetic
and
uncomfortable
about
the
fact
that
we
had
adopted
the
baby,
because
I
was
messing
up
work
schedule.
I
should
have
cared
less.
I
should
have
been
dealing
with
the
biggest
honor
of
my
life
cradled
at
home.
Adoption
leave
needs
to
be
law
and
we
need
to
support
these
families
and
incentivize
them
whenever
we
can
at
the
workplace
predominantly.
E
A
F
Thank
you,
mr
chair.
Just
a
simple
question.
I
see
a
lot
of
times
with
the
adopted
families,
especially
those
that
are
taking
on
a
child
that
sometimes
has
the
addictive
issues
that
they've
been
born
with.
Does
it
usually
start
off,
though
a
period
of
fostering,
and
then
it
goes
to
adoption,
and
would
this
apply
for
that
or
does
the
adoption
have
to
be
final?
At
the
very
beginning,.
E
F
This
cover-
because
I
guess
my
just
from
my
years
on
local
council
is
that
so
often
that
they're
given
to
foster
families,
because
the
baby
is
born
addicted,
the
parents
not
fit.
Ultimately,
they
work
through
a
process
and
go
for
adoption.
Would
this
provide
if
that
drug
addicted
child
is
given
to
that
family?
They
would
need
it
then
not
six
months
later.
Would
this
bill
apply
in
that
situation
or
no.
D
So,
on
section
three,
it
stipulates
that
it
shall
not
apply
to
adoption
by
affective
kin,
step
parent
step,
sibling,
blood
relative,
and
it
includes
that
or
a
foster
parent
who
adopts
a
child
who
is
already
in
their
care.
So
it
does
stipulate
that.
Does
that
answer
your
question.
E
A
Okay,
we
have
a
motion
a
second
any
other
questions,
sing,
none
and,
of
course
we
we
appreciate
your
testimony.
I
don't
want
this
to
anyway
feel
like
we're
cutting
short
your
testimony
here
today,
but
it
looks
like
you're
in
good
shape,
which
is
always
good
news.
So
seeing
no
other
questions,
madam
secretary,
would
please
call
the
roll
senator.
B
A
H
B
F
Vote
and
and
happily
do
so
and
hopefully
in
the
future
years,
I
can
work
with
you
maybe
to
expand
that
small
loophole
for
those
that
are
bringing
home
these
children
through
the
foster
process
as
well.
Thank
you.
A
Thank
you.
I
vote
I
as
well.
Congratulations
to
you.
Both.
We
do
have
a
motion
for
consent.
I
do
want
to
say
what
is
the
the
count
was.
I
know.
Senator
kerr
is
not
counted
because
she's
out
or
in
district,
it's
nine,
nothing.
No,
no!
It
will
be
on
consent.
We
had
a
motion
and
a
second
from
chris
mcdaniels
ii.
Sir
mcdaniel,
I
think
senator
wheeler
was
the
first.
If
we
need
that
for
the
records
and
all
those
in
favor
of
consent,
please
say
aye
any
opposed
hearing,
none,
it
will
be
on
consent.
A
C
C
A
We
have
a
motion
for
approval,
senator
mcdaniel.
We
have
a
second
senator
wilson
members,
any
questions
pretty
simple
bill.
Seeing
none,
madam
secretary,
if
you
would
please
call
the
roll.
C
A
Vote
as
well,
I
will
at
this
time
entertain
a
motion
to
consent.
That's
the
same
vote
count
9-9-0
and
we
do
have
a.
I
heard,
senator
mcdaniel,
who
else
for
first
senator
wheeler,
will
put
you
down
as
the
first
and
mcdaniel
is
the
second
all
those
in
favor
of
adding
this
to
consent.
Calendar
please
signal
by
saying
aye
any
opposed
it
will
be
on
consent.
Thank.
C
I
190.
Thank
you,
mr
chairman
members
of
the
committee,
john
blanton,
the
representative
for
the
92nd
district
to
my
right.
I
have
mr
corey
krills,
with
the
retail
federation
present
to
you
today,
house,
bill
190,
which
may
look
familiar
to
some
of
you
all,
because
we
passed
this
type
of
language.
This
past
session
and
our
kovid
relief
bill
senate
bill
150,
allowing
restaurants
to
sell
food
items,
and
that
seemed
to
be
a
success.
A
Would
you
have
a
question
from
senator
thomas
sir
thomas
go
ahead.
J
Famous
chair
representative
blanton,
as
busy
as
I've,
been
this
last
couple
of
days
dealing
with
the
budget.
I
I
did
take
some
time
to
look
at
your
bill
because
I
was
just
trying
to
think
think
this
through
is.
Is
this
bill
and
I'm
just
going
to
use
an
example.
J
J
And
there's
no
regulation
the
way
to
do
your
bills
read
there's
no
regulation
on
on.
You
know
how
old
that
milk
might
be
or
how
all
that
bread
might
be
or
how
how
old
those
canned
goods
goods
could
be.
I
mean
as
long
as
they're
under
25
there's
no
regulation
regarding
those
sales.
C
There
are
none
particularly
enumerated
in
this
bill,
but
they
would
still
be
subject
to
all
the
rules
as
a
food
establishment.
You
know
restaurant.
A
F
Thank
you,
mr
chair,
thank
you
representative
and
mr
grill
for
being
here.
This
was
utilized
quite
a
bit
in
metro,
louisville,
and
one
thing
I
saw
as
a
benefit
that
that
maybe
hasn't
been
thought
of
is
I
have
a
lot
of
deserts
without
groceries
in
different
areas
and
the
fact
that
you
could
finally
have
kind
of
the
meat
to
go
the
meals
to
go
and
people
were
buying
them
at
a
reduced
price.
I
know
texas
roadhouse
made
out.
Like
you
know,
people
were
buying
the
steak
and
whatnot.
F
C
Senator
thomas,
if
I
can
this
this
bill
was
particularly
important
at
the
beginning
of
the
shutdown
when
restaurants
had
freezers
and
fridges
full
of
food
that
was
going
to
expire
with
no
ability
to
get
rid
of
the
the
excess
stock.
A
A
G
Explain
my
vote
please
do
I
just
would
like.
I
think
the
health
department
would
would
see
after
what
senator
thomas's
issue
is,
I
think
in
our
area
we
have
restaurants,
barbecue
restaurants,
that
have
coolers
that
sell
bread,
chips,
milk,
things
of
that
nature
and
I
think
they
annually
get
get
a
check
into
their
equipment.
So
I
vote.
K
J
Should
I
explain
why
I
vote?
Please
do
and
first
of
all
senator
mills,
you,
you
know
my
my
my
family,
my
family
roots
are
in
your
community
down
there
in
union
county
best
barbecue
in
the
state,
in
my
opinion,
so
that's
big
brother,
that's
right!
So
I'm
very
familiar
with
that.
This
is
one
of
those
bills
that
I
think
I'm
gonna
give
a
chance
to.
You
know
I
I
I
can
there's
some
problems
that
could
could
arise,
but
look
there
are
problems
that
could
arise
in
in
anything
that
we
do.
J
I
I
can
understand
why
you
would
not,
in
a
particular
emergency
situation,
not
want
bread
and
milk
and
those
kind
of
staples
to
go
to
waste.
I
I
agree
with
that.
To
my
knowledge,
we
haven't
had
any
problems
with
this
so
far,
I'm
going
to
go
for
it
and
approve
it,
and
if
problems
do
arise
then
then
I
think
we
need
to
deal
with
that
at
that
particular
time.
I
vote
either
chair.
G
Explain
my
vote,
mr
chairman,
I'm
going
to
vote
eye
on
your
bill
and
I
really
do
appreciate
it.
My
son
has
two
steakhouses
and
they
were
stuck
with
thousands
of
dollars
of
meat
and
it's
prime
beef
that
they
get
and,
of
course,
it's
very
expensive,
and
so
he
was
stuck
with
all
that
and
had
to
find
different
places
that
he
could
take
and
cut
it
vacuum
seal
it
and
freeze
it
until
they
could
open
back
up
because
he
had
no
place
that
he
could
sell
it
or
get
rid
of
it.
A
And
we
have
a
motion-
senator
wheeler,
second
senator
yates,
all
those
in
favor
of
having
any
consent
calendar.
Please
signal,
saying
aye
any
opposed
hearing,
none,
it
will
be
on
consent.
Representative!
Congratulations
thank
you
for
being
here
today.
Thank
you,
mr
chairman,
members
of
the
committee.
Thank
you
members.
At
this
time
we
are
still
waiting.
I
know
representative
bratcher
is
tied
up
in
committee.
I
would
prefer
to
wait
for
him,
so
we're
going
to
go
down
to
the
resolutions
and
senator
wheeler,
given
that
I
think
you
have
three-fourths
of
the
resolutions.
A
K
Can
someone
clarify
if
we
did
house
bill
210
house
bill
349?
We.
A
H
Ready.
Thank
you,
mr
chairman.
I
am
proudly
sponsoring
the
resolutions
to
confirm
the
appointments
of
peter
naca,
thomas
pilates
and
tonya
clemens
to
the
positions
of
administrative
law.
Judges
with
the
department
of
workers
claims
I
practiced
in
this
field
for
approximately
16
years.
I
know
all
three
of
these
people
personally
and
I've
practiced
with
some
I've
practiced
against
some
and
they
have
impeccable
credentials
and
knowledge
of
the
law.
These
are
very
fine
appointments.
A
We
have
a
motion
for
moving
approval
on
a
senate
resolution.
79.
co-chair
wheeler.
Will
you
please
introduce
your
if
you.
A
H
Tom,
if
you're
staying
you're
number
79,
this
is
honorable
thomas
politis
administrative
law
judge
with
the
department
of
workers
claims.
Thank.
H
We
also
have
tanya
clemens,
with
the
depart
newly
appointed
administrative
law
judge
and
peter
naca
newly
appointed
administrative
law
judge.
I'd
also
like
to
acknowledge
the
presence
of
our
chief
alj
doug
god,
as
well
as
our
commissioner.
Bob
swisher
at
the
department
of
workers
claims
great.
A
M
L
A
K
K
79.,
okay,
I
was
a
little
confused
and
I
I
am
gonna
vote.
I
today
and
I
poor
poor
colleagues
that
are
in
all
the
same
committees
as
me
today
will
hear
me,
keep
repeating
myself,
but,
generally
speaking,
I'm
going
to
be
fairly
averse
to
blowing
through
confirmations
without
having
met
the
people.
K
But
I
want
to
say
thank
you
because
this
is
the
first
committee
I've
seen
everybody
showing
up
in
person
and
congratulations
to
senator
wheeler
for
doing
that,
and
thank
you
all
for
being
here
because
I
think
it's
important
that
we
know
what
we're
talking
about
what
we're
doing
so.
We
don't
end
up
with
unintended
consequences
on
the
back
end,
so
I'll
vote,
aye
senator.
B
C
A
We
do
have
staff
that
goes
through
all
of
these,
and
then
we
look
over
them
as
well,
and
then
we,
you
know,
give
our
ultimate
approval.
I
guess
on
on
the
floor
there.
So
it
is
a
motion
for
consent
on
resolution
79.
A
A
I
C
A
C
A
We
have
the
motion
senator
mcdaniel.
We
have
the
second
center
mills,
all
those
in
favor
of
adding
consent.
Please
signal
by
saying
aye
aye
any
opposed.
It
will
be
on
consent.
And
now,
let's
go
down
to
84.
motion
on
senate
resolution.
84.
have
the
motion
senator
mcdaniel.
Second,
we
have
a
second
senator
mills
mountain
secretary.
Please
call
the
roll.
G
A
A
L
I
get
the
pleasure
of
really
bragging
on
a
democrat
today,
so
y'all
bear
with
me.
I
get
a
little
choked
up
when
I
do
that.
L
Dr
rodney
cassida
has
been
appointed
to
the
kentucky
employers,
mutual
insurance
authority
or
a
company
and
he's
been
a
close
personal
friend
of
mine
for
years
upon
years
upon
years.
So
I
recommend
him
very
highly.
He
knows
the
business
world
he's
been
a
chiropractor
retired,
and
now
he
he
runs
the
he
owns
a
vault

does
give
out

if
you've
got
some
gold
teeth
or
stuff
like
that.
He
will
melt
you
down
and
keep
the
the
remnants,

as
well
move
consent,
of
course
we're
always
about
good
policy
here
in
this
committee,
so
it
there
is
a
motion
for
consent,
senator
mcdaniel
senator
mills.
Second,
all
those
in
favor
of
adding

I
appreciate

much
sure

bill

kevin,
bratcher,
state
representative,
29th
district,
a
lot
of
some
more
friendly
faces
here,
senate
house
bill.
98
is
a
bill
that
allows
storage
auctions
to
be
advertised
in
alternate
ways
other
than
the
forced
by
statute
newspapers
as
it
is
today.
M
A
Motion
on
the
bill,
we
have
a
motion.
We
have
a
second
representative.
I
understand
this
is
consistent
with
some
surrounding
states
policies.
Absolutely.
A
A
G
My
vote
will
you.
I
just
want
to
make
note
that
I,
a
week
ago,
I
had
this
conversation
with
somebody
that
owned
storage
buildings.
So
it's
very
good
timing.
Thank
you
for
the
bill.
