A
A
All
right,
I
believe,
bart-
is
here
bart,
mr
bart
harden
from
the
university
of
kentucky
and
before
we
get
started,
there's
two
lease
transactions
that
are
requiring
action.
If
we
can
get
a
motion
to
roll
those
into
one
vote,
so
all
right
motion
senator
mcdaniel
in
a
second
all
right,
hey
bart!
How
are
you,
sir
good.
D
D
The
first
one
is
with
the
college
of
social
work,
we're
moving
from
its
current
location
in
coal
stream
to
just
another
different
building
in
coal
stream,
where
we
already
have
rental
property
there
as
well.
The
problem
was
the
largest
tenant
in
the
building.
We
were
in
decided.
They
wanted
the
remainder
of
that
building,
so
they
elected
not
to
renew
our
lease
so
we're
moving,
probably
about
a
mile
down
the
road
staying
in
coal
stream.
For
that
lease,
I
believe
we
are
paying
19.25
cents
a
square
foot
for
that
facility.
D
The
second
item
we
have
is
the
renewal
of
the
lease
for
dentistry
at
turf
land
mall
there
in
lexington
it's
on
harrisburg
road.
The
lease
is
for
13,
roughly
13
500
square
feet.
I
believe
we
are
paying
just
a
little
over
32
dollars,
a
square
foot
which
is
the
going
lease
price
in
the
fayette
county
area
for
medical
dental
type
facilities.
A
All
right
any
questions
for
bart,
seeing
none.
We
already
made
a
motion
second
to
roll,
the
two
into
one
vote,
so
we
can
go
ahead
and
vote
on
that
right.
D
A
Thank
you,
sir.
All
right
and
now
uk's
rival
will
be
joining
us
remotely.
Jeff
spoker
the
athletic
associate
athletic
director
of
finance
is
here
to
present
agenda
item
4b
a
new
lease
requiring
action.
Mr
smoker,
are
you
with
us.
E
Yes,
I
am
thank
you
good
afternoon.
Everybody,
the
athletic
association,
is
seeking
approval
of
a
67
bed
master
housing
lease
with
louisville
properties
inc.
The
property
is
known
as
the
province.
It
is
located
on
campus
and
is
an
affiliated
property.
The
rooms
will
be
used
primarily
by
our
football
team,
and
the
term
is
a
five-year
with
an
annual
payment
of
about
five
ten,
with
a
three
percent
inflationary
increase
each
year.
Thereafter,
any
questions
on
that.
F
B
A
B
A
Thank
you,
sir.
All
right
next
item
on
the
agenda.
Kevin
caldwell
is
filling
in
for
janice
thomas
today,
and
the
office
of
the
state
budget
director
and
miss
thomas.
Our
mr
thomas,
mr
caldwell,
is
joining
us
remotely
today
to
present
six
new
projects
requiring
action,
as
well
as
three
pool
allocations
requiring
no
action.
So
if
I
can
get
a
motion
in
a
second
we'll
roll
those
six
items
into
one
vote,
so
I
moved
all
right
motion
and
a
second,
mr
caldwell,
are
you
with
us
today.
G
G
Chairman
has
already
mentioned
the
project.
So
the
first
four
that
I'm
going
to
talk
about
today
are
all
for
military
affairs.
We
start
out
today
with
the
construction
of
a
burlington
field,
maintenance
shop
project.
The
amount
of
that
project
is
16,
one
hundred
twenty
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
funded
with
federal
funds.
This
will
be
a
new
twenty
five
thousand
one
hundred
fifty
six
square
foot
field
maintenance
shop.
G
The
next
project
is
the
bowman
field.
Annex
readiness,
center
interior
restoration
project,
it's
in
the
amount
of
three
and
a
half
million
dollars-
and
this
is
located
in
louisville-
kentucky
it's
going
to
be
funded
with
3
million
federal
funds
and
500
000
from
the
2020
2020
maintenance
pool
investment
income,
this
bowman
field,
annex
readiness
center
unit
was
replaced
by
an
adjacent
new
facility,
and
this
current
building
has
been
largely
been
dormant
since
2016,
and
this
project
will
be
a
complete
interior
renovation
of
this.
G
G
G
This
project
will
make
much-needed
interior
renovations
to
the
appalachian
challenge
facility
in
harlan
facility
is
in
an
old
school
building.
That's
been
converted
into
the
current
configuration
to
support
the
youth
academy.
Upgrades
will
include
men's
and
women's
showers
and
latrines
hvac
water
heaters,
lighting,
flooring
and
walls.
G
Final
project
for
military
affairs
today
is
at
the
boone
national
guard
center.
It's
a
rear
access
control
point:
it's
a
new
project,
total
amount
of
two
million
dollars
with
one
and
a
half
million
dollars
being
funded
by
federal
funds
and
500
000
from
the
2022
maintenance.
Full
investment
income
to
meet
the
required
match.
G
This
rear
access
control
point
will
include
a
security
building
for
the
forces
to
operate.
It
will
have
lanes,
control
gates
and
fences
are
going
to
be
modified
to
better
control.
The
traffic
flow
current
access
rear
access
point
is
only
used
for
you
utilized
for
emergencies
and
oversized
vehicles.
This
new
control
point
will
give
the
boone
national
guard
center
dual
entry
and
exit
for
employees,
emergency
vehicles
and
other
needs.
G
That'll
also
include
video
monitoring,
capability,
restrooms
and
offices
for
the
security
personnel.
G
G
G
The
design
is
in
phase
phase
c
and
it
has
had
a
public
forum
and
had
allowed
for
public
feedback
and
public
outreach
via
email
range
will
include
a
classroom
for
conservation
and
hunter
education
in
four
offices
within
the
space
and
then
the
final
project
for
action.
And
then
I
have
the
three
pool
projects
after
this
wildlife
ballard
wildlife
management
area.
It's
a
big
pump,
and
this
is
in
the
amount
of
four
and
a
half
million
dollars.
G
G
This
pump
is
required
to
effectively
manage
water
levels
on
a
complex
of
wetland
units
for
waterfowl
hunting.
The
current
pump
has
frequent
service
failures
and
maintenance
repair
requirements,
which
makes
it
no
longer
practical
or
cost
effective
to
operate.
The
capacity
of
the
existing
pump
is
also
inadequate.
A
All
right
duck
and
geese
hunters
will
appreciate
that
my
neck
of
the
woods.
Yes,
sir,
all
right
any
questions
for
mr
cardwell
senator
webb.
H
You
know
me
I'm
going
to
comment
on
the
fish
and
wildlife
projects.
First
of
all,
I'm
glad
to
see
the
cor
communication
between
finance
and
fish
and
wildlife.
Since
the
actions
of
the
last
general
assembly,
we've
had
a
few
weeks
to
work,
the
transition
and-
and
I
hope
that
that's
going
well-
and
I
would
encourage
both
entities
to
to
proceed
accordingly
with
the
intended
legislature
and
that
we
can
all
work
together
in
that.
H
I
just
think
it's
important
to
note
I.
I
grew
up
hunting
at
ballard
other
than
illinois,
stealing
all
of
our
birds
from
time
to
time.
H
You
know
it
this
project's
needed,
but
I
think
it's
important
to
note
how
the
our
federal
partners
work
and
under
the
federal
law
and
that's
important
for
those
of
us
who
do
budget
work
and
other
members
to
understand
that
we
have
to
comply
with
that
to
reap
benefits
such
as
this
and
sports
men
and
women
pay
for
that
through
to
taxation
on
sporting
items
and
and
that
kind
of
thing
and
that's
how
the
process
works.
H
So
I
think
when
we
look
at
this
look
at
the
federal
match
and
our
federal
partners
and
then
the
ducks
unlimited
match
as
well,
how
important
it
is
to
have
those
alliances
in
this
area
and,
as
you
all
may
or
may
not
remember,
ducks
unlimited
were
here
for
the
sportsman's
caucus
meeting
that
we
had
during
the
last
session
and
were
very
well
received,
and
it's
things
like
this-
that
that
outreach
and
and
communication
is
successful
in
as
they
build
habitat
internationally.
H
And
many
of
us
are
members
of
that.
So
this
is
our
money,
keeping
it
local,
but
I
think
it's
just
important
to
note
how
important
it
is
for
federal
compliance,
and
I
think,
there's
some
later
on.
There's
some
in
lieu
of
mitigation
then-
and
I
would
stress
the
same
comments
for
that
those
projects
as
well.
But
thank
you
for
the
presentation.
G
A
G
G
This
project
is
going
to
upgrade,
modify,
modify
and
otherwise
modernize
the
current
hvac
system
and
temperature
controls
in
the
library
and
archives
building,
which
is
150
000
square
foot
facility,
that
stores
and
archives
historically
significant
documents
for
the
commonwealth
next
is
from
with
the
kentucky
community
and
technical
college
system,
land
acquisition
in
somerset
in
the
amount
of
one
million,
seven
hundred
fifty
two
thousand
two
hundred
eighty
seven
dollars
and
fifty
cents
from
the
kctcs
property
acquisition
pool
two
buildings
at
580
and
610
oak
view
drive
in
somerset
for
use
by
the
somerset
community
college
for
several
programs,
including
heavy
equipment
operations,
welding
customized
business
and
industry
training
and
electrical
technology.
G
The
u.s
army
corps
of
engineers,
which
governs
the
the
luau
program,
authorized
the
project
to
physically
restore
and
permanently
protect
over
twenty
six
thousand
linear
feet
of
the
little
sexton's

and
other

to
the

and

counties,
as
required
by
the
u.s

of

The
project
will
fulfill
an
obligation
of
approximately
9
300,
advanced
stream
credits
purchased
from
the
fee
and
the
program
in
the
upper
kentucky
river
service
area,
and
thank
you
for.
A
Your
time
today,
hey,
thank
you.
So
much
and
again
those
are
just
information
items,
but
does
anyone
have
any
questions
all
right?
Thank
you
so
much,
mr
cardwell.
Thank
you
all
right.
Next
up
item
agendas.
Number
six.
Scott
aubry
is
here
remotely
to
present
agenda
item
number
six:
it's
three
lease
transactions
requiring
action
as
well
as
one
emergency
lease
requiring
no
action.
So
if
we
can
we'll
roll
those
three
lease
modifications
into
one
vote,
so
I'm
gonna
make
a
motion.
A
Motion
motion
in
a
second
all
right,
mr
aubry,
are
you
with
us?
Yes,.
E
Yes,
sir,
the
first
item
is
a
lease
modification
agreement
for
the
transportation
cabinet
in
jefferson
county.
This
lease
is
being
modified
to
decrease
the
leased
area
about
33
545
square
feet
for
a
total
leased
area
of
one
hundred.
Fifty
one
thousand
nine
hundred
thirty
eight
square
feet.
The
total
annual
cost
for
this
lease
will
be
three
hundred
forty
one
thousand
eight
hundred
sixty
dollars
and
fifty
two
cents
and
the
lease
will
be
set
to
expire
on
june.
30
of
2025.
E
The
second
item
is
a
lease
renewal
for
the
cabinet
for
health
and
family
services
in
bourbon
county.
This
lease
is
being
renewed
under
the
same
terms
and
conditions
at
13
and
20
cents
per
square
foot,
with
an
annual
rent
cost
of
one
hundred
nine
thousand
two
hundred
thirty
dollars
and
is
set
to
expire
june
30th
of
2024.
E
The
third
item
is
a
new
lease
and
lease
modification
for
the
transportation
cabinet
in
whitby
county.
This
current
maintenance
facility
is
being
surpassed,
as
provided
in
a
memorandum
of
agreement
entered
into
between
the
transportation
cabinet,
the
whitley
county,
industrial
development
authority
and
firestone
industrial
products
company.
E
E
The
space
will
need
improvements,
including
the
installation
of
a
washout
pit
with
oil
and
water,
separator
installation
of
an
antifreeze,
hydrant
construction
of
a
drainage,
ditch
and
retention.
Pond
and
construction
of
areas
for
salt
storage
lessor
requested
that
the
cabinet
absorb
these
costs
for
the
improvements,
therefore,
the
lease
is
being
modified
accordingly,
one
one
estimate
was
received
for
the
work
in
the
amount
of
eighty
four
thousand
five
hundred
eighty
three
dollars
and
seventy
five
cents,
and
that
amount
will
be
amortized
over
the
term
of
the
lease
which
expires
june.
30
of
2025.
A
B
A
All
right
those
were
approved,
mr
aubry,
you
can
continue
with
the
emergency
lease
that
is
requires
no
action.
E
Yes,
sir,
the
last
item
is
a
new
lease
lease
modification
for
the
transportation
cabinet
in
graves.
County.
Temporary
housing
is
needed
for
families
whose
houses
were
damaged
in
the
tornadoes
that
occurred
in
december
of
last
year.
The
lease
site
provides
lots
with
basic
utility
hookups
to
place
non-congregate
shelters.
Therefore,
leases
were
procured
through
non-competitive
negotiations.

E
A
All

next

Item
number
seven,
it
is
sandy

The
executive
director
with

here
remotely
today
and
it's
involved
involving
a
revolving
fund
program
loan
and
drinking
water
state
revolving
fund
program
loan.
So
it's
just
one
one
item,
two:
okay,
so
if
we
can
we'll
roll
those.
I
I
The
south
woodford

received
a
commitment
in
the
amount
of
two

consists
of
the
rehabilitation
of
two
storage
tanks
and
a
pump
station,
as
well
as
the
replacement
of
all

I
The
second
request
is
the
city

seventy
thousand
seven
hundred
thirteen
dollars
for
the

I
The
project
consists
of
a
new

pump
station.
It
also
includes
the
replacement
of

the
installation
of

on
the

and
various
electrical
upgrades.
This
is

F
You,
mr
chairman,
now
both
of
these
have
their
bids
going
in
one
july
and
one
in
august.
Do
we
are
we
anticipating
requiring
ben
bid

on
things
in
this
environment?
I'm
just
thinking
with
some
of
the
issues
we're
dealing
with
in
bowling,
green
and
other
things
right
now,
the
percentage
of
miss

just
getting

and
higher.

A
Aye
all
right,
thank
you
sandy.
Those
were
approved
and

you

all
right.
Our
next
item
is

is

us,
the

in

hi
katie
he's
the
deputy
secretary

department
of

and
with
fund
grants
requiring
action,
and
if
I
can
I'll
get
a
motion
in
a
second
to
roll
three
edf
grants
into
one
vote
so
moved
all
right.
Did
you
get
those
all
right
katie?
You
may
proceed.
J
Good
afternoon
I'm
katie
smith,
deputy
secretary
and
commissioner
at
the
cabinet
for
economic
development.
Today
we
have
three
requests
to
use
economic
development
funds
for
three
different
projects.
The
first
two
are
for
infrastructure
improvements,
and
so
the
first
one
is
requesting
the
use
of
two
hundred
and
twelve
thousand
five
hundred
dollars
to
make
a
grant
to
the
rowan
county
fiscal
court.
J
On
behalf
of
the
mmrc
regional
industrial
development
authority,
these
entities
are
partnering
on
infrastructure
improvements
that
consist
of
the
construction
of
a
150
000
square
foot
pad
ready
site
which
is
going
to
be
located
on
22.4
acres
on
lot
10
in
the
industrial
park
there
in
rowan
county.
The
project
is
was
identified
by
an
independent
site
selection
consultant
as
having
the
potential
for
future
investment
and
economic
development
opportunities,
and
then
the
next
one
as
well-
or-
I
guess
I'll
finish
this
one.
J
This
one
under
the
terms
of
the
grant
it'll
be
dispersed
on
a
reimbursement
basis
after
supporting
documentation
of
invoices
and
proof
of
payment
is
received.
It
was
approved
by
kedfa
at
its
meeting
on
april
28th
also
recommended
by
the
cabinet
secretary
larry,
hayes
and
concurred
by
the
finance
cabinet
secretary
johnson
and
also
approved
at
the
state
property
and
billings
commission
meeting
on
may
11th.
J
J
Again
these
entities
are
partnering
together
to
have
building
upgrades
and
innovations
at
a
building
located
at
a
1151
morton
lane
there
in
maysville
kentucky
and
the
maysville
mason
county
industrial
development
authority
has
committed
matching
funds
to
this
grant.
Again.
This
one
was
also
identified
by
an
independent
site
consultant
is
having
future
potential
for
economic
development
opportunity.
J
This
one
similar
will
be
dispersed
on
a
reimbursement
basis
after
invoices
and
supporting
documentation,
are
received
and
has
received
the
same
recommendation,
concurrence
and
approvals
as
the
other
ones
at
the
those
board
meetings,
and
then,
lastly,
we
have
a
project
for
a
company.
This
one
is
requesting
the
use
of
150
000
to
make
a
grant
to
the
city
of
williamsburg
on
behalf
of
firestone
industrial
products.
J
The
company
is
considering
a
50
million
dollar
expansion
in
its
facility
to
help
meet
customer
demand
for
under
consideration
of
the
grant
they'll
be
required
to
create
250
full-time
jobs
for
employees
that
are
subject
to
kentucky
individual
income
taxes
paying
an
average
hourly
wage
of
29,
including
benefits
and
they'll,
be
required
to
meet
these
job
and
wage
targets
by
december.
31St
2025
and
maintain
for
three
additional
years
disbursement
under
the
terms
of
the
agreement.
A
E
J
J
A
A
Yes,
thank
you
miss
smith.
Thank
you.
The
three
edf
grants
were
approved,
and,
last
but
not
least,
our
friend
ryan
barrow
is
here
with
us,
the
executive
director
of
office
of
financial
management,
and
he
is
here
with
three
new
debt
issues
requiring
action
as
well
as
three
previous
debt
issues
requiring
no
action.
So
if
I
can
get
a
motion
and
a
second
to
roll,
the
three
debt
issues
into
one
vote,
so
moved
all
right.
K
Very
much
good
afternoon,
as
we
stated
ryan
barrow
office
of
financial
management
to
start
with
the
first
transaction
for
consideration
today,
which
is
the
traditional
housing
conduits
that
we
present
pretty
much
every
month.
This
is
the
prestonian.
K
It
is
in
jefferson,
county,
343
units,
the
anticipated
net
proceeds
of
the
transactions
estimated
at
50
million,
with
the
total
project
cost
of
about
117
118
million
dollars.
There
is
information
about
the
developer
and
the
financing
team
in
the
packets
and
as
all
conduits,
there
is
no
legal
extension
of
commerce,
credit
or
the
housing
corporation
credit.
K
The
second
transaction
is
a
kedfa
transaction
for
masonic
homes
of
kentucky
not
to
exceed
75
million.
This
is
basically
a
third
refunder.
The
original
transaction,
I
think,
dates
all
the
way
back
to
2009
for
various
facilities
and
primarily
their
main
campus
in
saint
matthews,
kentucky
the
as
stated
before
this.
This
is
not
a
conduit.
This
is
a
conduit,
no
extension
to
commonwealth
credit
or
economic
development
ked
for
credit,
and
there
isn't
further
information
about
the
financing
team
in
the
packet.
K
K
What
is
shown
in
the
packet
is
only
a
portion
that
is
currently
working.
The
the
transaction
is
north
of
100
million
the
original
series,
but
there's
an
estimated
about
20.7
million.
That
is
working
as
we
all
know,
rates
have
drastically
gone
up,
but
this
refunding
on
a
forward
basis
is
producing
economic
savings,
but
rates
are
very
volatile.
We've
seen
a
lot
of
movement
in
the
muni
bond
market,
so
this
would
put
position
uk
in
position
to
you
know
take
advantage,
as
of
when
the
numbers
were
run.
K
F
Just
have
a
statement
to
make
mr
chairman
right
question.
If
I
may
particularly
thank
you,
mr
chairman,
particularly
related
to
the
masonic
homes,
refinancing
I'll,
be
voting
no
and
encouraging
the
members
of
the
committee
to
do
the
same.
Several
several
of
you
will
remember:
that's
we
dealt
with
an
ongoing
dispute
between
the
masonic
homes
and
several
of
our
communities.
F
We
passed
a
piece
of
legislation,
basically
saying
that
we
were
going
to
exempt
these
folks
from
state
taxation,
but
they
had
to
get
approval
from
the
locals
to
be
exempt
from
the
local
portions
of
that
in
kenton
county,
particularly
in
taylor
mill,
the
sonic
homes
have
not
obtained
that
permission.
In
fact,
the
taylorville
city
council
specifically
voted
to
not
extend
that
exemption
on
the
ed
valorum
tax.
F
However,
the
masonic
homes
continue
to
refuse
to
pay
their
taxes
and
taylor
mill
and
are
trying
to
continue
to
subvert
the
will
of
the
general
assembly,
and
I
cannot
support
in
any
way
shape
or
form
the
commonwealth
extending
good
favor
to
them
until
such
time
as
they
make
that
hole.
Thank
you,
mr
chairman.
E
I'm
gonna
make
a
motion
to
unroll
these
two
together,
so
we
can
take
separate
votes
I'll
make
that
motion.
Okay.
G
A
Yes,
all
right,
so
those
two
were
approved
and
now
we
can
vote
on
the
item
b,
the
kentucky
economic
development,
finance
authority,
revenue
refunding
bonds,
so
we'll
go
ahead
and
vote
on
that.
One
now.
K
A
All
right,
so
you
got
two
two
out
of
three
there
right.
All
right,
I
believe,
find
my
place
here
all
right.
We
got
three
previous
debt
issues,
but
these
do
not
have
action,
so
you
may
proceed,
sir.
K
The
first
transaction
is
a
state
property
and
buildings
transaction.
This
was
project
126.
This
is
a
general
fund.
Appropriation
supported
debt.
It
raised
about
100
right.
Excuse
me:
it
raised
100
million
in
in
proceeds
to
fund
various
authorizations
and
various
budget
bills.
I
believe
the
project
list
is
in
the
packet.
The
par
amount
was
85.3
million
dollars.
It
priced
the
8th
of
march
and
closed
april
5th.
The
true
interest
cost
was
just
north
of
3
percent
was
negotiated
with
citigroup.
K
The
second
follow-up
report
is
the
kentucky
turnpike
authority.
This
was
a
refunding
for
economic
savings.
The
par
amount
was
56.9
million
dollars,
it
priced
9.21
and
it
closed
april
5th.
It
was.
It
was
a
forward
transaction
which
we
talked
about
before
average
annual
debt
service
is
about
8
million.
True
interest
cost
was
1.561
on
a
total
dollar
savings.
This
saved
about
17.8
million
dollars.
Those
those
funds
will
go
back
into
other
transportation
projects
and
then
the
road
fund
budget,
as
you
you
budget,
in
future
sessions.
K
I
do
want
to
point
out,
though
we
don't
have.
You
know,
data
that
goes
back
a
hundred
years,
but
in
terms
of
modern
history,
this
set
a
record
for
a
percent
savings
of
over
25
percent.
You
know
we
we've
done
transactions
for
as
little
as
one
or
two
percent
for
various
reasons.
It's
it's
maybe
the
most
you
will
get
out
of
it,
but
I
didn't
want
to
highlight
that-
and
it
was
one
that
was
very
high
on
a
percent
value
savings
that
we
then
in
modern
history
set
a
record.
K
The
last
transaction
is
a
kentucky
economic
development,
finance
authority.
This
was
baptist
health
care.
Like
the
other
conduits
we
talked
about,
there
was
no
extension
of
commonwealth
credit,
it
is
an
obligation
of
baptist
health
care
systems.
The
transaction
was
284.4
million,
it
priced
31st
of
march
and
the
closing
was
april
1st.
There
is
information
about
the
obligor
baptist
health
and
the
financing
team
and
terms
in
the
packet.
A
Any
questions
on
those
all
right
seeing
done.
Mr
barrow
has
two
more
items
to
present
to
us
and
they
are
action
items
two
school
district
debt
issues
with
fscc
participation.
They
do
require
action.
So
if
we
can
we'll
make
a
motion
to
roll
those
two
into
one
vote,
all
right
motion
and
a
second
so,
mr
barrel,
you
may
continue.
Sir.
Thank
you.
K
Very
light
calendar
no
refundings
due
to
higher
increased
rates,
but
we
do
have
two
money.
Both
jackson,
independent
and
taylor
counties,
the
sfcc
portion
is,
is
minimal
just
under
four
percent,
with
the
vast
majority
of
this
be
local,
supported
with
the
total
estimated
par
both
transactions
combined
of
about
9.5,
there
is
no
tax
increase
necessary
to
fund
either
projects.
I
do
want
to
point
out
the
taylor
county
schools
was
a
resubmission.
K
K
I
don't
have
aggregate
dollars,
but
the
according
to
sfcc.
The
some
of
the
new
projects
are
about
450
to
475
square
foot,
which
is
substantially
higher
the
taylor.
I
believe
it
was
about
350
per
square
foot,
so
you
know
we
anticipate
higher
construction.
Cost
is
for
for
a
variety
of
reasons
and
we're
seeing
that
pan
out
in
this
transaction.
A
A
Yes,
all
right!
Thank
you,
mr
barry.
Thank
you
very
much
all
right.
We
made
it
in
46
minutes.
That's
pretty
good!
All
right,
seeing
no
further
questions.
We
can
go
ahead
and
conclude
this
meeting
and
we'll
tentatively
set
the
next
meeting
thursday
june
23rd
at
3
p.m,
and
maybe
possibly
we
can
move
that
up,
maybe
even
depending
on
other
committee
meetings.
Of
course,
all
right,
no
one
has
any
other
comments,
we'll.
