for
the
appeals
committee.
Madam
vice
chair,
I
see
that
we
don't
have
counselor
hutchison.
Currently
in
the
meeting.
I
have
not
received
any
regrets
from
him.
Would
you
like
us
to
give
a
couple
minutes
to
see
if
he
is
able
to
attend.

I've
received
response
from
the
chair
indicating
his
regrets
for
this
afternoon,
so
we
can
go
ahead
and
proceed.
I
can
confirm
that
we
do
have
quorum
with
councillors,
hutchison
and
councillor
mclaren
currently
unavailable
to
attend.
We
have
dan
hazel
supervisor
of
licensing
and
enforcement
present,
as
well
as
derek
mcbride,
who
is
the
officer
on
the
matter
on
the
agenda
and
laurie
mccullough
is
joining
us
as
the
agent
for
the
appellant
and
we
do
not
have
any
members
of
the
public
present
at
this
time.

The
only
comment
that
I
would
make,
and
I'm
sure
that
mr
mcbride
can
confirm
is
that
every
window
indoor
in
the
property
has
been
replaced,
except
for
the
front
door.
There
was
a
problem
with
that,
but
that
wasn't
part
of
the
order.
It
doesn't
really
even
need
to
be
replaced,
but
every
window
and
door
has
been
replaced.
