requirement

construct

which

within

of
the
application
is
to
permit

construction
of
an
accessory
building
within
the
rear
yard
of
the
property.
Total
area
of
the
proposed
accessory
building
is
55.8
square
meters.
In
addition,
the
application
will
legalize
an
existing
accessory
building
within
the
rear
yard.
Total
area
of
the
existing
accessory
building
is
11.15
square
meters.

structure

for

looking
at
one
of
the
variances,
particularly
on

height
side
and
I'm
seeing
that
it's
a
little
over
15.

it's
17
feet
in
the
actual
pause
for
15
feet.

I'm
wondering
if
the
applicant
can
describe
what
the
purpose
of
the
structure
is
for.

I
know
kingston
does
host
many
tournaments
per
year,
but
basically
they're
shallow
water
anchors
and
they
go
on
each
side
of
the
motor
and,
if
you
think
of
them
that
they
kind
of
go
back,
there's
two
types:
one
is
telescopic,
so
it
goes
straight
down
the
other
kind
of
goes
back
and
there's
almost
like
two
hands
that
grab
water
in
the
lake.
So
these
are
eight
foot,
so
they
they
protrude
above
the
motor
height.

in
order
for
me
to
back
it
into
the
garage
where
this
is
where
I
want
to
house
this
boat
just
to
prepare
for
tournaments
and
to
store
and
to
have
access
for
early
morning
trips
to
the
lake
in
order
to
conveniently
just
back

drive
it
out,
I
need
about
10
feet.
So
this
is
why
that
with
the
plans
and
the
architect
that
I
did
work
with,
were
they
they
really
recommended
this
height
just
due
to
making
it
look
nice
for
the
public.
