If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
C
A
C
C
Okay,
so
we're
we're,
recording
and
welcome
to
the
north
america
koha
meeting
I'll
start
off
by
announcing
again
what
I
just
said
before
I
hit,
recording
we
are
secretary
of
the
group,
has
left
to
move
to
a
job
in
Texas
right
after
the
conference
actually
was
was
her
last
day,
and
then
we
just
found
out
a
week
or
so
ago
that
our
vice
president
has
left
his
position
to
go
work
for
by
water,
which
case
he
is
no
longer
able
to
be
the
vice
president.
And
so
we
are
now
short,
two
officers.
D
C
C
E
Think
in
another
organization
that
I'm
involved
with
when
that
happened,
I
want
to
say
it
was
similar.
Just
people
in
attendance
at
the
meeting
someone
volunteered
the
president
said
I'll
just
appoint
you
until
next
year
and
you
can
stay
on.
If
you
you
know,
you
can
run
next
year,
whatever
so,
but
I
mean
since
we
don't
have
official
status.
I
think
maybe
we're
not
quite
mm-hmm
held
to
that
unless
we
want
to.
Maybe
we
want
to
make
that
an
agenda
item
for
a
future
meeting
to
find
some
bylaws
to
adopt.
F
A
C
Well,
and
that
may
be
what
we're
what
we
did
in
the
past
was
we
looked
up
bylaws
to
help
define
the
roles
before
we
did
the
nominations
and
election
some
people
knew
what
they
were
getting
into,
so
that
may
be
where
I'm,
remembering
because
I
remember
looking
through
bylaws.
Yes,
I.
Remember
that
so
all
right!
Well,
if
anyone
here
interested
in
taking
on
either
vice-president,
which
would
then
become
the
next
president,
the
next
time
we
have
a
rollover
of
of
officers
and
secretary,
those
are
the
two
positions
open.
So
this.
C
Essentially,
what
Rebecca
did
as
Secretary
was
helped
put
together
the
agenda
for
each
meeting
took
notes
sent
out
informational
emails.
If
we
talked
about
something
at
a
meeting
and
wanted
that
to
go
out
to
the
to
the
list,
she's
the
one
who
wrote
that
and
sent
it
out
am
I
missing
anything
on
what
she
did.
No.
A
C
C
D
F
C
B
A
C
I
get
you
actually
I
think
you
can
request
an
account
on
the
wiki
and
so
you'd
post
agenda
items
and
meeting
minutes
and
stuff
there,
but
just
kind
of
right
at
the
moment
where,
where
the
other
thing
that
we're
looking
going
to
be
looking
for
as
soon
as
we
get
a
nonprofit
status
is
a
treasurer,
we
don't
have
one
of
those
right
at
the
moment
because
you
know
up
until
the
conference
we
didn't
have
any
money.
Your.
C
C
A
G
A
C
A
A
question
for
Chris
actually
rescue
is
vice
president
and
Robin
I.
Take
it
you're.
The
president
is
that
right,
who's
sort
of
in
charge
of
outreach?
Would
that
be
more
of
executive
or
would
I
be
doing
something
like
that
as
far
as
getting
people
to
the
meetings
and
and
advertising
it
and
be
in
the
street,
so
to
speak,
I.
C
Think
Rebecca,
the
former
secretary,
did
a
lot
of
the
sending
out
reminders
and
stuff,
but
not
a
whole
lot
of
outreach.
If
you
would
like
to
take
on
some
of
that,
that
would
be
awesome,
but
it
just
hasn't
been
done
a
whole
lot
in
the
past.
We
do
have
a
Kohanim
mailing
list:
okay,
yeah
and
I'm
not
sure
exactly
who's
on
it
by
water
runs
it.
They
think.
C
It
but
I'll
try
and
get
you
that
information,
along
with
the
where
the
wiki
is
and
all
that
good
stuff
after
the
meeting
uh-huh.
Thank
you
so
mailing
out
to
the
mailing
list
is
what
we've
done
in
the
past.
We've
also
done
a
little
bit
of
sending
to
like
the
partners
list
the
bigger
lists
on
behalf
of
Kohana,
and
that
would
probably
be
something
that
if
you
were
comfortable
throwing
out
there,
you
know
hey
we're
having
meeting
and
the
bigger
lists.
That
would
be
awesome
as
well.
C
C
Something
that
we
might
want
to
do
too
is
see
if
we
can
get
well.
No
I
have
a
list,
I
think
everybody
who
went
to
the
conference
last
year.
Those
would
be
good
people
to
keep
in
touch
with
yeah.
They
should
all
be
on
the
on
the
mailing
list,
but
with
my
water
managing
that
I'm
not
sure
how
to
check
to
see
who
all
is
on
that.
So
I
do.
A
C
That's
the
wiki.
You
can
request
an
account
on
the
wiki,
you
know,
I
will
approve
you
and
you'll
be
good
there
and
then
the
Kohana
honestly,
like
I,
said,
buy
water.
It's
through
buy
water,
so
I'm
not
sure
who
all
is
on
the
list.
I
don't
have
a
list
of
who's
on
it,
but
I
do
have
a
list
of
everybody
who
came
to
the
conference
last
year
because
they
paid
us
and
then
we
had
to
keep
track
of
that.
So
those
would
be
good
good
lists
to
have
for
outreach
kind
of
things
as
well.
C
There
was
one
other
thing:
Oh
Oh,
Chris
and
I
had
talked
a
little
bit
before
the
meeting
officially
started.
What
one
of
the
things
that
we're
doing
is
setting
up
the
trying
to
set
up
a
nonprofit
organization
so
that
Nichols
doesn't
have
to
manage
the
money
next
year
for
the
conference.
So
Kohana
is
its
own
entity
and
can
manage
its
own
money,
which
was
why,
at
that
point,
we'll
need
to
have
a
treasurer
team
to
keep
track
of
those
things.
C
But
until
then
Chris
has
been
looking
into
the
process
of
what
the
process
will
have
to
go
through,
and
he
has
suggested
that
we
try
and
get
a
lawyer
involved,
see
if
there's
a
lawyer
who
can
do
the
the
paperwork
part
of
it.
For
us,
we
do
have
about
$900
left
over
from
the
conference
that
has
been
earmarked
almost
exclusively
for
this
process.
If
there's
anything
left
over,
that
will
get
seed
money
for
next
year's
conference.
C
C
H
E
A
C
C
And
again,
if
I
can
write
checks
and
send
them
on
notice,
that's
how
well
we'll
have
to
pay
it.
I
just
have
a
access
to
the
bank
account
I'll.
Just
have
my
businessperson
write
a
check
and
send
it
off
if
we
do,
even
if
we
get
a
someone
who
is
willing
to
give
us
a
discount
on
the
list
or
whatever,
so
that's
how
that'll
have
to
work
again
until
we
get
a
treasure.
C
G
C
E
So
we
had,
they
had
to
move
us
over
which
they
did
I
think
in
one
day,
which
was
fine,
but
we
we
have
since
then
always
asked
for
way
more
resources
than
is
recommended.
I,
don't
know
if
that
reflects
on
Rackspace
or
if
it
was
just
our
particular
library
is
busier
than
than
Larry
thought.
We
were
possible.
C
C
So
we
they
that's
when
they
put
us
on
Pier
1
and
put
us
on
this
monster
machine
and
they're
moving
us
to
Rackspace,
with
basically
the
same
fewer
CPUs,
but
the
same
Ram
and
space
so
we're
crossing
our
fingers.
We
think
it'll
it'll
go
well
and,
like
I
said
Larry
said:
it'll,
be
easier
for
them
and
by
water
to
maintain
and
managing,
and
do
that
so
I
just.
G
C
You
know
when
we
had
the
here
in
Kansas.
We
had
all
of
our
websites
but
like
two
or
three
days
were
having
issues
with
access.
I
mean
sometimes
she'd
get
in.
Sometimes
she
couldn't
and
they
were
all
very,
very
slow
that
was
Rackspace.
We
just
moved
to
Rackspace
like
the
month
before
and
then
all
of
a
sudden
they
had
some
issue
with
their
back-end
storage
vendor
and
access
to
websites
was
iffy.
Sometimes
you
get
in
sometimes
to
do
timeout,
and
that
was
pretty
much
every
small
website
in
Kansas
and
they're.
All
calling
me
going.
C
Why
so?
That's
when
by
watershed
wax-based,
my
thought
was
that
it
sounds
like
a
different.
We
we've
got
our
cloud
stuff
and
Kent
in
Chicago,
and
it
sounds
like
they're
gonna
put
us
in
Dallas,
so
are.
I
C
A
C
E
H
H
H
E
Not
going
to
work
this
way
or
it
will
work
that
way,
I'm,
okay,
with
hearing
it,
even
if
people
can't
contribute.
Obviously,
let's
see
the
other
thing.
Oh
so
you
know
we
had
that
big
RFID
project
mm-hmm
and
we
are
fully
the
project-
is
complete,
so
we're
fully
on
RFID
and
AMH
all
of
our
locations
and
it's
going
fine
as
far
as
Koha
is
concerned,
yeah,
so
we're
thinking,
you
know
that
back-end
works
excellently
and
the
SIP
is
faster
than
any
it's
faster
than
any
person
could
a
checkout.
You
know
just.
A
A
E
C
A
A
E
Well,
we're
planning
to
do
it
in
phases,
so
you
know,
I
could
send
out
more
more
details
about
what
we're
planning
to
do
so
that
people
can
make
informed
decisions.
I
keep
running
against
libraries.
That
say:
oh,
that
sounds
great,
but
we
just
added
Wi-Fi
printing
with
envision.
Where
and
and
I'm
like
we.
C
C
E
Okay,
what
made
me
think
of
something?
Oh.
E
E
C
Have
been
looking
at
something:
that's
not
going
to
help
you
out
a
whole
lot,
I,
don't
think
it's
can
pay
and
it's
kansas
state
payment
system.
It
runs
about
the
same
cost.
I've
got
one
library,
that's
using
stripe
with
WordPress
plugin,
and
this
kanpei
is
about
the
same,
but
you
get
free
card
readers
with
can
pay,
so
you
can
and
they're.
You
know
just
a
little
USB.
I
C
And
they
you
can
have
as
many
as
you
need,
so
you
can
have
one
on
every
desk
or
you
can
do
and
they
have
a
check
reader.
That's
about
the
size
of
the
Kleenex
box.
They
said
those,
but
you
can,
you
know,
run
checks
through
that
as
well.
We
are,
we
just
had
a
demo
of
it
not
too
long
ago.
I
would
check
and
see
it
looks
like,
even
though
it's
can
pay
here.
It
looks
like
it
might
be,
a
national
organization
behind
it,
so
there
may
be
a
California
pay.
C
You
might
want
to
check
with
your
state
and
see
if
there's
something
that
that
they
offer
that's
like
it,
but
they're
competitive
with
the
costs.
It's
about
roughly
the
same
as
a
merchant
merchant
account.
You
know,
cost
wise
and
make
up
lots
of
neat
bells
and
whistles,
including
integrated
event,
registration
and
stuff,
like
that,
that's
just
free,
so
wow.
C
What
we're
using
like
I
said
I
think
the
I
think
I
think
I
saw
other
states
doing
it
too
so,
but
they
may
be.
Maybe
a
different
organization
I'm,
not
sure.
That's
what
we
reason.
Ok,.
B
C
Clearly
and
I'm
incapable
of
that
remember
me:
no
I
got
the
little
notification
I
just
opened.
My
calendar
I
was
like
I
know,
there's
something
I've
got
to
do
today
and
I
got
the
little
notification,
but
hey
you're
cold
on
now
meeting
starts
in
10
minutes.
I
was
like
that's
what
I
was
gonna
do
he
knew
there
was
something
going
on
I
had
to
meet
with
somebody.
They
could
not
remember
what
it
was.
Oh
well.
A
A
few
things
that
I
wanted
just
a
moment
here,
the
one
of
the
things
that
I
had
floated
across
the
generalist
surfer
Koha
the
world
wide,
and
it
was
a
governing
body
for
Koha
and
I-
didn't
get
any
bites,
except
for
a
person
off
list
who
talked
about
how
that
had
been
talked
about
already.
You
know
discussed
ad
nauseam
a
few
years
ago
and
whatnot,
and
she
mentioned
that
there.
A
A
C
C
Not
I
do
know
my
organization
will
probably
never
send
anyone
to
an
International,
Koha
yeah.
D
C
So
every
time
we're
like
really,
you
know
it's
on
this
continent.
It
was
down
in
South,
America
you're
to
go
in
there.
No,
we
did
go
to
Reno.
Obviously
that
was
acceptable,
but
yeah
I.
Don't
so
I
can't
speak
to
how
you
know
how
other
people
do
it,
but
yeah
we
don't
do
the
whole
going
international
and
we're
all
librarians
and
that's
difficult
to
justify
international
travel
on
tax
dollars.
C
A
Of
part
of
it
was,
you
know,
I
brought
up
privacy
issues
and
in
and
she
talked
about
how
he
talked
about
how
there
some
libraries
it's
the
least
concern
privacy
is
and
then
other
libraries
it's
work.
You
know
it's
it's
even
more
important
to
libraries
in
in
other
countries
and
that
America
sort
of
has
it's
sort
of
its
own
rules
for
privacy
and
for
other
things
and
I.
A
Don't
know
why,
as
a
librarian,
I
was
always
taught
that
privacy
is
so
very
important
and
one
of
the
things
that
I
was
turned
off
honestly
I
was,
you
know
following
some
some
developers
on
Bugzilla
and
it
seemed
like
privacy
was
the
last
thing
that
they
were
thinking
about.
You
know
they're
thinking
more
about
what
would
make
it
easier
for
all
of
us
and
and
I.
Don't
think
that
that's
what
libraries
are
about
it
is
for
some
and
it
isn't
for
others
and
and
that
that's
one
of
the
other
things
that
she
mentioned.
A
E
D
E
You
can
turn
it
off
or
on
you
can
set
it
up.
However,
you
want
to,
and
there
are
you
know.
I
know
there
are
libraries,
then
we're
kind
of
somewhere
in
the
middle
where
we
we
follow.
You
know
privacy
rules
because
of
our
municipality
and
because
of
trying
to
follow
like
a
lay
kind
of
recommendation,.
E
But,
on
the
other
hand,
you
know
not
to
the
point
where
it
stops
us
from
being
able
to
do
business,
but
we
are
very
very
careful
about
that.
I
mean
we
shred
every
single
piece
of
paper,
even
with
a
name
on
it.
Even
if
there's
nothing
else
on
it,
it's
shredded
so
I
think
their
perception
of
a
fork
is
I,
don't
I
mean
really
no
one
that
I
have
ever
spoken
to
you
in
North
America
has
ever
wanted
a
fork.
Yeah.
E
C
H
E
A
A
Thing
that
I
wanted
to
bring
up.
Thank
you
all
for
your
comments,
but
the
other
thing
I
wanted
to
bring
up
is.
We
would
be
our
library
or
institution
be
interested
in
hosting
the
conference
next
year
and
I
wanted
to
know
about
that.
What
would
need
to
be
done?
Yeah.
G
C
Well
then,
that
may
be
the
first
step.
The
way
the
the
locations
thing
works.
Christopher
is
that
people
propose
to
be
the
host
location
and
then
the
membership
votes
on
it
and
whoever
gets
the
most
votes.
That's
where
we
go
I
know
Rebecca
had
some
issues
with
last
year,
not
knowing
I
mean
it
was
our
second
conference,
and
so
we
didn't
really
have
a
whole
lot
of
experience
to
to
tell
it,
but
she
had
some
some
recommendations
and
I
think
there's
an
email
out
there
with
those
recommendations
on
what
to
put
on
that.
C
A
C
C
C
C
The
people
in
Washington
I
think
the
conference
was
free
the
first
year
because
they
did
it
at
their
location
and
there
was
no.
You
know
it
was
all
very
the
the
library
supported
and
that
was
not
possible
this
year,
which
is
why
we
ended
up
having
to
charge
for
it.
So
we
could
have
it
in
a
in
a
conference
room.
A
A
A
G
A
G
See
if
I
can
find
it
not
correct,
sorry
cutting
it
out,
I
guess
my
internet
is
not
great.
Can
you
post
your.
G
C
A
A
C
What's
the
unit
County,
you
went.
D
C
C
Okay,
it
looks
like
you
guys
put
in
a
proposal
one
year.
B
C
And
then
we
put
in
a
proposal
and
then
Rebecca
okay,
so
this
is
last
year's,
but
I
can't
tell
where
it
came
from.
It
looks
like
Christopher
put
them
together:
tena
Brandon,
Brandon,
yeah
gonna
have
stories
and
last
names,
so
you.
I
C
Here's
the
email
and
I
don't
even
know
who
Nora
and
I'm
a
throwie
to
chat,
that's
what
we
asked
for
last
year.
Basically,
we
just
asked
for
emails
with
this
information
that
I
just
put
into
chat
so
location
and
kind
of
conference
facility
dates
when
the
meetings
could
occur.
Information
about
transportation,
how
to
get
from
the
airport,
to
your
your
location,
hotel,
lodging
that
would
be
available
and
then
anything
else.
We
need
to
know
about
the
location
that
off
there.
C
That's
what
makes
it
a
great
choice
for
this
meeting
yeah.
We
just
did
it
by
email
last
year
it
looks
like
because
there's
the
rest,
so
what
Rebecca
thought
should
be
added?
It's
just
a
little
blurb
about
how
the
conference
and
again,
if
we
have
any
of
our
own
from
profit,
the
conference
can
take
care
of
any
money,
and
things
like
that.
So
the.
C
C
So
that's
why
we
were.
We
were
spending
so
much
time
with.
Where
is
it
going
to
be?
Is
because
of
that
so
yeah
I,
don't
know.
If
you
think,
there's
anything
more,
you
need
to
know.
I
can
go
ahead
and
did
you
put
your
email
in
the
chat
Christopher
I
did
yes,
I
will
forward
this
whole
email
to
you.
What
was
their
time
last
year?
Okay,.
C
C
E
G
C
C
A
C
C
A
D
C
We
can
push
that
back
a
little
bit
if,
if
necessary,
because
of
course
the
holidays
nobody's
gonna
had
a
chance
to
do
much
of
anything.
So
we
can
go
back
to
February,
but
we
do
need
to
have
something
chosen
early
quickly,
and
this
is
just
the
proposals
then
voting
and
then
we'll
need
to
have
it
figured
out
in
time
for
people
to
budget
yeah.
C
H
I
C
Okay,
yeah,
if
you,
whenever
you
get
that
to
us,
we'll
know
and
I,
think
we
are
sending
out
I
know
we
sent
out
this
this
last
one
to
the
mate,
the
big,
the
coho
mailing
list
and
I.
Think
we
probably
need
to
do
that
as
well.
Send
it
to
the
partners
list
as
opposed
to
just
the
Kohala
list.
Yes
just
to
catch
folks
who
aren't
necessarily
on
Kohana,
yet.
