options
for

new
logo
incorporating
the
new
name
and

will

those
with

and
we
can
kind
of

through

pick
which
ones
we
want.

about
the
bylaws
and
what
we
need
to
do
to
make
ourselves
a
real
organization.

wanted
to
talk
a
little
bit
about
the
upcoming
upgrade
we're
jumping
too

versions

to
322,
so
that's
very
exciting
yeah
and
that's
coming
at
the
end
of
February.

I'll,
start
with
bylaw
stuff,
because
Chris,
if
Chris
Brannan
doesn't
make

in

Hopefully
I
talked
to
Jim
Mingus
about
the
process
of
becoming
a
non-profit,
and
he
said
that
one
of
the
things
I
had
not
thought
of.
We
have
an
association.
Our
taxes
that
we
have
to
do
are
much
more
complicated
than
if
we're
a
nonprofit
organization.

So
that's
one
reason
to
look
into
becoming
a
non-profit
as
opposed
to
just
a
non-profit
association
or
corporation.
He
did
say,
however,
that
in
his
research
and
it's
backed
up
by
wikimedia
folks,
I
think
the
words
open-source
in
a
non-profit
application
are
pretty
much
a
guarantee
that
we
will
be
denied.
So
no
no
application
that
uses
words
and
open-source
have
been
approved
ever
so,
while,
of
course
yeah.

One
of
the
things
that
we
talked
about
in
Washington
was
using
this
group
as
kind
of
a
way
to
funnel
money
together,
so
that
we
can
pay
for
developments
collectively
we're
not
going
to
be
able
to
do
that.
As
a
group,
however,
we
can
fund
a
grant
to
a
library
to
fund
a
development.
If
that
makes
any
sense,

we'll
just
give

money
to
that
library
and
that
library
can
then
give
them
money
to
buy
water.
Whoever
is
developing
it
and

it
doesn't
have

competitive

you

that
you
would
like
to

receive
money
to

going

enough
money
to
make
the
process
of
becoming

non-profit

in
the

stuff
and
we've
got
nine
hundred.

still
have

little
seed
money
for
next

we're

issues

libraries

change

host

the
port
for
the
SIP,
and
every
time
we
try
to
check
in
it
shows
up
on
the
live
server.

test
server
like
it's
supposed
to.
So
we've
done
that
with
both
the
IP
and
the
host,
which
is
what
we're
gonna
have
to
change
everything
too,
as
well.
