From YouTube: Make Your Receipts More Useful

If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).
B
A
Well,
once
again,
this
is
a
story
that
starts
in
Idaho
and
that
moves
to
Kansas,
so
I'm
in
the
Express,
the
test
server
right
now
and
for
those
of
you,
the
weren't
here
yesterday,
I'm
george
williams,
I'm
from
the
participants,
library,
system
of
Lawrence,
Kansas
and
I'm,
the
Express
coordinator
and
Express
as
a
consortium
of
44
public
libraries,
one
school
library
with
51
to
other
motivations
and
one
of
the
issues
that
we
had
when
I
first
started
using
Koha
and
I
didn't
know.
There
was
one
thing
that
our
old
ILS
actually
yeah.
A
There
are
two
things
that
are
old:
ILS
actually
did
better
than
coli,
and
one
of
those
is
the
the
whole
slip
that
prints
when
you
check
something
in
a
household
in
our
old
ILS
that
I
don't
ever
name
or
talk
about
when
you
print
when
you
check
something
in,
it's
got
a
hold
on
and
it's
going
someplace
else
it
with
printer
students
and
this
somewhere
else
yeah.
When
you
check
in
something
that
you're
supposed
to
pull
here
in
this
building
right
now,
it
would
print
a
receipt
accessible
at
this
time.
A
So
in
you
know
your
one
library,
if
you've
got
just
one
location,
that's
not
a
problem,
because
everything
nothing
has
to
be
shifting
with
bellman.
At
the
time
we
migrated
to
have
52
libraries,
I
have
40
51
now
and
Express.
So
when
a
receipt
comes
out
and
says,
it
says,
send
this
someplace
else
or
hold
it
here,
if
you're
already
here-
and
it
has
all
the
patron
information
on
it-
you're
giving
that
putting
on
the
box
with
a
bunch
of
stuff,
that's
going
off
to
a
courier
and
the
courier's
work
for
a
third-party
company.
A
They've
got
hundreds
of
books
with
confidential
information
on
them.
So
the
first
thing
we
did
is
we
just
rewrote
that
receipt.
So
we
have
a
patron
information.
I
don't
work
was
the
patron
information
was
on
photography.
The
shipping
information
was
on
the
bottom,
where
it
might
have
had
the
shipping
information
on
the
top
of
patron
information
on
the
bottom.
So
the
when
this
receipt
printed
out
you
just
if
it
was
going
to
be
shipped
somewhere
else.
A
You
can
just
tear
off
the
part
that
you
didn't
need,
but
it
shredder,
and
that
of
course
leads
to
problems.
You
know
with
staff,
where
you
have
staff
that
they,
they
decided.
One
librarian,
that
you
know
it's
too
much
trouble
to
tear
this
off
I'm
just
gonna
fold
it
in
half
and
put
it
in
the
thing.
In
that
way,
the
Korea
will
never
find
the
confidential
information
because
we
fold
it
in
half
this
house
and
I
was
confident,
at
least
in
Korea
the
Campbell
library
items
that
I
was
confident
about.
A
A
A
A
River
Valley
before
it
comes
back
or
the
other
flip
side
is
down,
is
going
to
tear
off
the
thing
that
says
ship
it
slowest
thing
and
then
put
it
on
the
shelf
in
theory,
and
it's
going
to
sit
there
for
like
four
weeks,
because
the
Gary
librarian
never
there's
the
whole
shelf,
and
this
thing
that
should
be
in
the
courier
is
just
sitting
there.
Where
is
this
supposed
to
be
in
kind
of
somebody,
the
Lewiston,
solid
state
quiet?
Why
don't
we
have
this
thing?
A
So
initially
I
thought
you
know,
there's
the
intranet.
There's
the
slow
printing
JavaScript
system,
prep
reference
we
can
put
you
can
put
in
Java
or
jQuery
or
whatever
into
that
preference.
But
then
it
also
requires
another
plugin
you
put
into
Firefox,
so
I
experimented
with
that
and
what
I
found
is,
if
I
put
stuff
in
there,
then
in
order
for
that
to
work
correctly,
every
computer
needed
the
plug-in.
A
A
A
So
this
is
the
HTML
of
the
receipt
that
comes
from
the
install
code
on
the
first
time,
and
it's
just
got
a
bunch
of
editors
and
all
of
these
things
here.
This
is
the
data
that
comes
from
koha
as
in
these
double
angle
brackets,
and
so
you
know
it's
just
basic
HTML,
it's
in
an
unordered
list
in
the
first
element
of
the
list
is
going
to
be
ugly.
The
second
bar
respond
by
talking
to
that
patent
athletes.
A
C
A
In
it
and
then
I
started
to
add
things
at
places
with
the
content,
so
I
created
places
with
the
borrower
information
places
to
put
the
branch
code,
and
here
what
I
did
is
I
gave
this
one,
an
ie
that
starts
off
with
some
text
that's
static,
but
then
this
part
in
the
double
angle
brackets
it's
going
to
look
in
the
coma
and
it's
going
to
say
what's
the
destination
for
this,
that's
going
to
give
that
div
and
I
need
it
has.
That
varies
depending
on
data.
A
Then
I
actually
started
putting
content
in
there,
so
we've
got
another
deal
that
I
put
inside
the
first
date
of
its
success.
Here.
You
know
this
has
got
the
borrower's
first
name,
the
all
of
the
contact
information
for
the
patient
that
you're
going
to
need.
When
the
item
is
supposed
to
be
picked
up
here
or
no
matter
where
it's
supposed
to
be.
A
A
And
then
this
is
where
I
start
manipulating
things
with
zss
way
up
at
the
top
here,
I
added
this
piece
of
seed,
inline
CSS.
That
says
when
this
prints
out
no
shell,
it's
going
to
hide
all
of
the
borrower's
contact
information,
and
so
what
I'm
doing
here
is
I'm
putting
if
you
think
of
this,
like
a
light,
bulb
what
I'm
doing
with
that
little
piece
of
air
is
I'm
saying
this
lady's
turned
off
the.
A
So
now
let
go
all
the
stuff
that
I
went
in
there.
I
turned
off
that
first
section
I'm
going
to
start
adding
some
jQuery
that
will
affect
it's
going
to
act
like
switches.
It's
going
to
decide
based
on
the
content,
whether
to
turn
that
section
on
whether
to
turn
that
those
light
bulbs
leave
it
left,
leave
it
off
and
on
or
whether
they're
switching
to
on
and
off.
A
And
so
the
first
one
I'm
going
to
do
here
is
I'm
going
to
take,
instead
of
instead
of
leaving
the
this
section
up
here
as
a
variable
I'm,
actually
hard-coding
the
name
of
the
branch
that
this
receipt
goes
with
into
that
ie
tag
up
there
and
I
guarantee
you.
If
you
recall
I
explained
this
blog
post
I
wrote
I'd
walk
through
this,
even
slower,
because
they
see
a
lot
of
people
out
there
that
maybe
already
lost
and
I'm
looking
at.
D
A
Find
it
now,
it's
Koha
things
blog
spot.com,
and
this
is
the
first
entry.
It's
just
called
modifying
the
whole
slow
full
receipt
in
coma,
and
it's
going
it
does
this
as
much
slower,
Zubaydah's,
paste
and
I'm
doing
it
right
now.
So
so
the
first
thing
I'm
doing
is
I'm,
saying
that
when
this
borrower
tag
up
here
has
this
digital
branch
code.
If
those
two
are
equal,
that's
going
to
it's
going
to
turn
this
way.
It
should
turn
that
light
on
and
then
the
second
thing
is
doing
is
filling
in
the
load.
A
Then
we're
going
to
start
to
put
CSS
in
there
what
this
is
doing.
This
is
doing
something
that
I
didn't
do
when
I
did.
This
relates
my
County,
but
how
many
of
you
have
ever
had
this
experience
in
Firefox,
where
a
staff
member
is
checking
things
out
and
they've
got
receipts
coming
out
and
everything's
formatted
perfectly
on
the
receipt
and
Firefox
knows
that
the
receipt
page
is
a
certain
width
and
the
margins
should
be
set
a
certain
way
and
then
somebody
comes
along
and
they
switch
the
printer
to
a
printer
over
in
the
corner.
A
That's
putting
out
11
by
17
inch
paper,
and
they
gave
some
big
gigantic
thing
and
then
the
next
time
in
any,
and
then
they
switch
it
back
to
the
receipt.
And
now
all
of
a
sudden
Firefox
thinks
that
you're
printing
on
1
by
7,
smooth
paper,
and
so
nothing
fits
right.
All
the
margins
go
out
of
whack
everything's
screwed
up
well
this
code
here.
A
If
you
have
this
CSS
into
the
receipts,
it's
going
to
it's
going
to,
even
though
you've
changed
the
paper,
it's
going
to
say
that
this
receipt
is
never
going
to
be
more
than
245
pixels
wide.
So
even
if
you,
even
if
somebody
makes
these
changes
to
your
printer
settings,
the
next
time
you
go
to
print
this
on
the
receipt
printer,
it's
not
going
to
think
that
you're
on
11
by
17
paper,
it's
not
going
to
care
the
size
of
the
paper,
because
it's
always
just
won't
be
that.
A
And
then
the
thing
that
that's
going
to
do
is
one
of
the
elements
that
I'm
going
to
put
in
here
on
the
right-hand
side
of
it.
Normal
information
is
on
the
put
an
expiration
date
so
that,
when
the
receipt
prints
out,
it's
going
to
have
the
name
on
the
left-hand
side
and
we
have
the
teacher's
name,
the
left-hand
side
and
it's
going
to
say.
Oh,
this
is
gold.
The
circle
date
on
the
right-hand
side.
So
all
of
the
things
are
there
to
to
make
this
work.
A
This
this
is
the
basic
part
of
it.
This
would
be
the
most
important
part,
and
this
is
what
I've
done
for
some
of
the
libraries
one
of
the
other
things
that
I
am
at
when
I.
Could
this
backs
up
any
library,
as
I
said?
Okay,
now,
we've
got
all
this
stuff
in
here
that
we
need,
let's
add
some
stuff
just
for
fun:
lakefront
County,
Library,
the
Moscow
branch.
A
A
Yes,
they
developed
this
elaborate
form
of
shorthand
or
whether
or
not
they
had
called
a
patron
and
was
that's
the
only
one
here
that
I.
Don't
even
think
that
wasn't
there
when
we
were
there,
you
were
hired
after
we
stopped
doing
that.
There
was
like
a
page
this
long
explaining
what
the
shorthand
was,
and
there
was
a
couple
of
highlighters
at
the
circulation
desk.
Well,
so
you
know
the
pink
highlight
with
the
checkmark
means
that
we
called
that
when
we
talked
to
that,
the
blue
checkmark
means
that
we
call
them
and
we
left.
A
Answered
the
phone:
wasn't
the
patron.
The
the
other
color
highlighter
means
that
we
left
a
voicemail.
It
was.
It
was
more
work
to
train
people
how
to
how
to
phone
somebody
about
a
hold.
It
was
probably
the
most
complicated
thing,
teaching
them
co-hosts
the
the
colored
marker
system.
Consequently,
it
was
applied
inconsistently.
A
A
So
what
I
did
here
is
I
added,
a
new
section
that
is
going
to
be
if
the
patron
does
not
have
an
email
address
on
our
account,
it's
going
to
take
away
the
pickup
date.
It's
gonna
put
a
note
there
that
says,
hold
a
phone
the
patron,
and
it's
going
to
put
a
checklist
at
the
bottom
of
the
tag
that
says
that
you
can
circle
with
things
to
say,
I
could
talk
to
the
patron
I
left
a
message
with
the
patient's
spouse.
A
I
left
a
voicemail
or
nobody's
answering
the
son
of
a
postcard,
their
phone's
disconnected,
and
that's
what
this
div
element
those
here.
It
creates
a
section
where
that
checklist
we
go
and
then
it's
got
this
branches
branch
code
in
there.
So
it's
if
the
if
the
slip
is
being
printed
at
a
library
and
that's
not
in
the
library
where
the
pickup
location
is
that's
everything.
A
And
then
it's
actually
going
to
create
the
checklist,
but
it's
not
going
to
show
it
and
it's
going
to
put
it's
gonna.
This
is
going
to
put
the
borrowed
first
email
addressing
where
and
even
though
the
this
borrower
that's
going
to
give
the
checklist.
It
doesn't
have
an
email
address
and
supported
to
this
is:
what's
gonna
sell
the
logic
of
the
code,
whether
or
not
the
checklist
should
be
deployed
or
not,
because
if
it
sees
an
email
address
there,
it's
not
going
to
be
wait
exactly.
A
A
A
I
use
a
lot
of
autohotkey
I
create
these
scripts
is
another
part
like
if
you
were
here
yesterday.
I
talked
about
weight
loss.
This
is
another
lazy
thing.
I'll
spend
10
hours
of
grading.
Some
things
like
this
is
something
that
takes
five
minutes.
I
can
do
it
on
like
10
seconds
with
the
keystrokes,
so
I'll
spend
five
hours
doing
that,
so
I
can
save
myself.
A
A
A
A
And
once
you
get
all
of
those
elements
into
the
receipt,
this
is
what
we
used
for
a
while,
like
I
said
that
the
top
part
he
is
the
patron
and
the
bottom
part,
is
the
ship,
and
this
is
the
part
where
we
would
have
to
just
scare
off
the
top.
If
we
were
shipping
it
and
we're
going
to
tear
off
the
top
and
put
it
in
your
hole,
wouldn't
have
four.
A
A
So
these
are
just
some
of
the
things
you
can
do
with
those
suits
you
know
there
is
you
mostly
use
jQuery
to
at
the
I
think
was
was
a
Jessica
that
said
yesterday
about
the
code,
or
somebody
from
Bywater
talked
about
the
code
that
we
can
add
that
you
can
add
that
receipts
that
check
out
say
this
value
of
the
starship
that
was
and
there's
all
kinds
of
stuff
you
can
put
in
there.
You
can,
if
you
have
an
event
coming
up.
A
A
Use
the
news
so
that
you
can
just
have
news,
that's
supposed
to
be
displayed
on
slipping
and
you
can
have
that
going
and
there
are
ways
you
can
use
that
if
you're
at
this
location
was
printing,
if
you're
at
another
location,
that's
not
right,
so
you
can
customize
those
for
each
for
each
branch.
It
doesn't
have
to
be
system-wide.
A
B
A
D
A
Things
I
tried
to
walk
through
every
step
that
I
just
walked
through
really
quickly
here
and
every
time
I
have
an
element
to
this.
I
highlighted
it
and
I
try
to
explain
exactly
what
that
feels
boring
so
that
you
can
get
an
idea
of
how
to
recreate
this
and
step
by
step,
see
the
things
that
you
have
to
think
here
when
you
are
trying
to
attempt
this
content
and
just
like
Jason
I,
am
finished
way
earlier.
C
B
A
And
that's
what
we
did
in
Belen
and
that's
what
we
do
in
Express,
also
because
we
don't
want
the
there's
a
privacy
issue
to
send
those
receipts
through
the
courier
that
have
the
patrons
contact
information
on.
Even
though
you
know
in
Minette
there
were
only
three
couriers,
three
or
four
careers,
and
we
know
those
people
pretty
well.
But
in
Kansas
we
have
the
Kansas
library
Express.
It's
a
statewide
courier
system
and
it's
gets
managed
statewide
by
one
of
our
employees
of
the
necklace
office.
B
A
Maybe
in
those
in
the
sub
contractors,
subcontractors
other
people
when
there's
there's
so
much
turnover
that
you
never
know
what
you
might
be
getting
retired.
Lieutenant
colonel
from
the
army,
whose
forward
after
he's
retired
or
you
might
be
getting
a
guy
that
when
he's
done
with
his
courier
route,
go
strong,
it
makes
a
big
batch
enough.
You
never
know
who
the
subcontractors
might
be
so
and
I'm
not
judging
there
either.
C
A
I
imagine
that
even
though
they're
getting
that
receive
in
there
that
has
the
contact
information,
they
still
have
to
check,
but
they
don't
read
an
extra
slip.
So
in
your
situation
this
would
change,
but
you
know
that
was
something
about
the
privacy
yeah.
Well,
you
know
that
was
something
that
I
didn't
mention
yesterday
about.
A
A
D
D
A
A
They've
never
gotten
back
to
me,
but
they
do
a
us
when
the
book
comes
in,
they
actually
have
a
stack
full
of
papers
in
their
tour,
and
it's
got
like
a
checklist
on
it,
but
it's
it's
sideways.
It's
horizontal,
instead
of
instead
of
the
vertical
receipts,
so
I
did
write
the
code
for
that.
So
it
prints
out
with
all
the
letters
tipped
on
their
side.
A
So
they
can
do
it
that
way,
they'll
get
a
pretty
big
font
and
the
trick
with
that
is
when
you
start
to
start
telling
the
webpage
that
it's
gonna
print
a
different
direction.
It
is
really
hard
to
figure
out
the
margins
on
that,
because
it's
trying
to
it
doesn't
like
you.
It
doesn't
seem
to
light
up
when
he
took
the
page
90
degrees
long
direction,
but
we
did
that
I've
done
that
to
where
you
just
end
up
with
the
thing.
A
D
A
A
C
To
did
the
same
thing
with
the
crisper
get
dressed
for
the
local
holes,
but
we
do
in
our
library
is
if
they
need
to
be
called
full
name:
the
branch
bottom
that
is
half
the
time,
they're,
not
having
interest
and
coffee,
so
they
didn't
make
something.
They
just
ripped
that
off
the
very
bottom
they
have
email
addresses.
None
of
that
great
great.
Those
are
some
of
these
beat
that
yeah.
A
So
there
are
a
lot
of
different
ways
you
can
do
it
and
I've
also
done
some
work
with
modifying
the
letters
there
is
I
probably
won't
be
able
to
find
a
each
one.
It
has
an
overdue
item,
but
there
are,
there
are
all
kinds
of
things
in
the
notices
and
slips
that
I
think
a
lot
of
people
just
start
using
in
their
full
potential,
and
one
of
them
is.
A
Well,
this
is
a
bad
patron
on
the
print
menu
when
you're
in
the
patient's
account.
If
they
have
overdue
items,
there
is
an
extra
selector
on
the
drop-down
that
allows
you
to
print
out.
Reviews
noticed
right
there
from
the
page
and
that
can
also
be
heavily
modified
and
I
modified,
that
for
several
libraries,
it's
all
there.
It's
just
finding
the
time
to
learn
how
to
do
those
things
to
make
those
modifications.
A
A
Well,
I'll
remind
everybody
myself
because
I'm
sure
Chris
first
about
to
come
up
here
and
tell
everybody:
I
worship
things
the
coma.
There
is
the
coma
us
consortium
mailing
list
and
I
suggested
that
we
start
that
after
a
Bywater
town
hall,
that
was
all
about
consortium
and
I
think
we
have
wait.
I
happen
to
like
we
start
off
with
a
half
a
dozen
members,
I
think
now
we
exhumed
up
to
a
dozen.
A
But
if
anybody
wants
information
on
that,
it
is
on
the
Quahog
us
wiki
and
we're
all
going
to
try
to
go
out
to
lunch
tomorrow.
The
people
that
are
still
here
tomorrow
and
so
what
we
do
that,
just
after
we
break
up
at
lunch
time,
there's
nobody
in
here
you
can
go.
Someplace
Robin
wants
to
go
someplace!
There's
the
craft
brewing
over
here,
so
it'll
be
Friday
out
there
dogged.
