Description
No description was provided for this meeting.
If this is YOUR meeting, an easy way to fix this is to add a description to your video, wherever mtngs.io found it (probably YouTube).

So
that's
that
was
the
first
hurdle
as
far
as
getting
Google
for
nonprofits
set
up,
and
so
after
I
got
the
email
that
said,
you're
validated
you're,
officially
recognized
as
the
techsoup
nonprofit,
then
I
started
filling
out
the
forms
for
kindred
people
for
nonprofits,
which
requires
a
an
authorization
token
from
TechSoup
and
so
I
filled
out
the
stuff
to
get
that
and
then
their
response
was
we'll
get
back
to
you
sooner
or
later,
with
an
authorization
token.
So
we've
gone
over
one
hurdle
and
now
there's
a
new
promoter
that
I
didn't
know.
D
We
have
to
go
over
so
we're
still
in
the
process.
There
I
don't
think
that'll
take
as
long.
They
didn't
indicate
a
timeframe.
No,
they
are
really
quiet
about
everything
at
TechSoup
there
are
you
get
in
touch
with.
They
don't
respond
emails
very
quickly,
but
I
will
contact
them
by
the
end
of
the
week.
If
I
haven't
heard
back
anything,
but
it's
I
think
was
Friday
or
Saturday.
That
I
started
that
I
felt
anything
gave
the
authorization
token
and
since
there
is
also
there
is
also
TechSoup
as
a
Microsoft
authorization.
D
D
F
A
E
H
A
G
How
are
you
so
I'm
slowly
making
progress
on
the
site
and
I
have
it
up
on
a
github
link?
Just
so
it's
easy
to
share
so
I'll
share
my
screen
and
show
what
we
have
so
far.
Of
course,
this
is
sort
of
an
iterative
process.
So
it's
not
perfect.
Right
now
and
I
appreciate
Fred
had
sent
on
the
site
to
I
believe
it
was
some
language
board
members,
and
someone
gave
me
some
really
good
feedback.
I
believe
it
was
Christopher.
G
G
Basically
looking
at
content
on
the
wiki
and
migrating
it
over
here,
occasionally
adding
some
text,
but
it's
more
or
less
placeholder
text
that
I
think
is
somewhat
just
just
because
I
think
maybe
for
the
donate
page.
We
might
want
to
have
some
text
describing
like
when
you
donate,
you
are
doing
XY
and
Z
and
you're
helping
out
in
this
way
to
kind
of
some
text.
I
would
like
to
describe
what
the
donation
is
for
and
then
I
want
to
put
in
the
what's
on
the
wiki.
G
Now
the
Amazon
link
and
also
the
donate
button
that
are
there
we'll
go
here,
obviously
and
yeah.
So
this
point
is
just
adding
in
some
content
from
the
from
the
wiki
and
then
and
then
perfecting
the
design
based
on
feedback
and
then
content
stuff.
In
terms
of
like
what
text
you
should
be
present
or
not,
that
sort
of
I
think
a
decision
that
as
a
group,
someone
should
we
all
should
make,
but
that's
where
it
is
so
far.
G
So
the
goal
is,
by
the
end
of
October
early
November,
to
have
a
final
ish
sort
of
thing
that
has
all
the
content
in
and
then
we
could
perfect
the
design
elements
and
things
like
that.
That's
kind
of
the
goal
so
we're
kind
of
in
like
a
midway,
mid
term,
sort
of
part
with
it
right
now,
it's
a
very
fluid
hoping
to
change
any
change
at
all.
This
is
sort
of
just
the
idea
of
this.
G
A
G
A
A
G
A
B
G
G
A
D
The
name
of
the
organization
in
the
501
3
C
paperwork
is
Co
us
with
no
punctuation
so
other
than.
G
D
F
A
G
Awesome
well,
I'll
keep
moving
content
over
and
by
what
I'll
do
is
once
I
get
the
content
moved
over
I'll,
send
it
out
to
everyone,
and
we
could
do
a
final.
Everyone
can
look
at
it
and
I'll
have
I'll
let
Fred
and
Chris
be
the
final
like
finalize
this
in
terms
of
like
yes
go
or
no
go,
and
then
once
they
both
sort
of
say
that,
then
we
can
have
it
up.
G
D
Discussion
so
far
as
I
recollect
is
that
Joel
had
offered
a
place
on
one
of
their
servers
to
host
this
temporarily
until
kohai
us
can
afford
to
host
can
afford
to
pay
for
its
own.
Those
Nichols
is
currently
hosting
the
the
wiki
and
we
could
probably
post
the
website
too,
but
we
talked
in
the
fundraising
committee.
It
seems
like
there
was
one
other
offer
might
have
been
Fred,
but
we
talked
in
the
fundraising
meeting
about
you
know
until
we
can
afford
something
on
our
own
to
rely
on
on
one
of
those
three
options.
A
J
Right
now,
I
I
do
have
server
space
but
I'm
having
some
issues
with
between
my
ISPs
modem
and
my
firewall.
My
firewall
won't
pass
the
full
bandwidth
and
I.
Don't
know
how
long
it's
going
to
take
to
resolve
that
situation.
But
we
can
look
at
that
in
the
future
because,
yes,
I,
do
have
extra
server
space.
A
J
Yeah
and
I'll
keep
you
up
to
date
on
if
I
can
get
that.
What
a
bit
boils
down
to
is
the
no
it's
a
gigabit
port
coming
out
of
the
ISPs
modem,
but
my
firewall
won't
connect
at
gigabit
speed,
it'll
push
it
down
to
a
hundred.
Well,
our
actual
bandwidth
here
is
200
up
and
down,
but
I
I've
got
that
bottleneck
right
now,
where
I
can't
I
have
to
contact
WatchGuard
and
see
if
they
what
what
the
issue
is,
because
it
simply
will
not
accept
gigabit
full-duplex,
okay,.
G
E
A
A
So
there
are
five
amendments
here
and
because
we're
not,
we
don't
officially
have
members
yet
we're
gonna
do
voting
on
these
amendments
based
on
attendance
and
we'll
be
using
that
window,
but
those
that
approve
of
these
amendments
so
we're
going
to
go
over
these
real
quick
section.
One
eligibility
for
membership,
all
persons
interested
in
kohai
us
and
its
purpose,
as
outlined
in
article
1,
section,
2
or
eligible
to
become
members
of
the
organization
upon
payment
of
dues,
may.
B
B
A
A
All
right
so
section
2
annual
dues.
The
amount
required
for
annual
dues
shall
be
$25
per
individual
each
year,
as
mentioned
before,
we're
doing
a
simple
membership
at
this
point,
we're
not
doing
any
kind
of
tiered
membership
just
to
keep
things
simple.
Dues
are
based
on
the
calendar
year.
January
1st
at
December
31st
due
shall
be
prorated
at
50%
to
1250,
from
July
1st
to
December.
31St
dues
are
non-refundable
revenue
from
the
do.
A
She'll
cover
operational
and
organizational
costs
for
koha
us,
as
well
as
provide
funding
for
the
improvement
of
the
Kohath
software
section
3
rights
of
members.
Each
member
shall
be
eligible
to
vote
on
major
organizational
decisions.
Members
shall
also
also
be
eligible
for
discounts
at
various
coha
us
related
events,
section
for
resignation.
Resignation
shall
not
relieve
a
member
of
unpaid
dues
or
other
charges
previously
accrued.
A
Basically,
if
you
pay
for
membership,
you
remember
for
that
year
and
if
you
don't
tree
up
on
your
membership,
then
it
is
assumed
that
you
are
not
a
member
section:
5
non-voting
membership.
Non-Paying
individuals
may
still
participate
within
the
organization,
but
may
not
exercise
the
right
of
members
as
outlined
in
article
2
section
3.
A
We
we
talked
about
in
section
3
the
rights
of
members.
You
know
how
you'll
be
part
of
organizational
decisions
such
as
voting
members
will
also
be
eligible
for
discounts
at
various
koha
us
related
events,
one
of
the
things
that's
not
in
here
and
Jason
I'm,
not
sure.
If
we
need
to
have
something
we
may
need
to
amend
section
3
slightly,
so
that
it
it
outlines
other.
A
A
Yeah
other
benefits
not
specifically
outlined
because
one
of
the
things
that
we
were
talking
about
was
training
and,
and
we'll
be
talking
about
that
here
in
a
little
bit.
But
one
of
the
ideas
about
training
is,
you
know,
for
example,
we'll
have
past
conference
resources
available
to
all
that
visit
our
site,
but
for
the
most
current
resources,
most
current
conference
that
will
be
membership
access.
A
Only
we'll
also
have
some
basic
training
videos
that
will
we'll
have
freely
available
to
all,
but
we
will
most
likely
do
something
like
one
of
the
ideas
that
we
tossed
around
was
you
know?
Maybe
we
charge
ten
dollars
for
access
to
other
training,
videos
and
membership
just
gives
you
access
to
all
of
it,
so
there
is
definite
benefits
to
having
a
membership
rather
than
having
to
paint
ten
dollars
up
for
for
each
training.
A
A
K
B
A
Had
a
discussion
about
it
right
now,
adding
that
layer
of
membership
would
add
a
lot
of
complexities.
We
haven't
had
time
to
figure
out
it's
something
that
we
can.
We
can
investigate
as
we
go
on,
but
we
wanted
to
move
forward
with
membership
so
that
we
could
introduce
more
official
voting
and
get
the
ball
rolling
here,
rather
than
kind
of
stall.
A
All
right,
so,
if
you
would,
if
you
could
open
up
your
your
chat
windows,
were
officially
sixteen
participants
here
and
are
not
your
chat.
I'm.
Sorry,
it
was
a
participant
window.
I
said
chat
window,
my
mistake.
So
if
you
could
open
up
your
participants
window
and
all
in
favor
of
these
amendments,
adding
these
amendments
to
the
bylaws
go
ahead
and
click
the
raise
hand,
button.
A
A
A
C
C
A
A
L
A
A
Okay,
so
we
had
talked
about
training.
We
had
talked
about
the
possibility
of
having
members
do
videos
on
on
things
that
they
feel.
That
would
be
helpful
to
other
members,
suggestions
about
jQuery
and
writing
a
sequel
for
reports,
basics
on
navigating
through
through
Koha,
some
of
the
things
that
we
would
like
to
have
available
to
all
our
introductions
to
Koha
what
Koha
is
about
the
community,
the
kohai
us,
you
know
getting
people
familiar,
those
that
are,
you
know
looking
to
find
out
more
about
Koha,
some
training
videos.
A
Some
of
the
things
that
I
know
that
we
received
from
Bywater
I,
don't
want
to
reinvent
the
wheel,
but
I
do
want
to
be
able
to
give
other
perspectives
on.
You
know
workflows
on
how
to
do
things,
especially
between
you
know,
consortiums
and
single
libraries.
You
know
private
libraries
versus
public,
you
know
so
whatever
trainings,
that
we
find
that
are
valuable.
A
I
want
to
be
able
to
build
a
library
of
those
training,
videos,
things
that
that
we
could
fine
tune
from
tasks
conferences,
but
you
know
I
think
that
we
need
to
have
a
set
of
basics
that
we
make
available
to
the
public.
I
think
we
need
to
have
some
specialty
things,
some
more
advanced
trainings
that
we
should
have
available
to
members.
Only
I
think
that
you
know
one
of
the
things
that
we've
talked
about.
Is
you
know
if
we
do
stuff
that's
for
members
only.
A
We
still
give
the
opportunity
to
non-members
to
be
able
to
view
that
stuff
it
would
just
be.
There
would
be
a
charge
for
it
if
they
choose
not
to
be
a
member,
but
I
really
want
it
to
be
a
benefit
to
the
members
too.
You
know
that
$25
is
going
to
stretch
a
long
ways
having
you
know,
discounts
at
conferences
having
the
ability
to
vote,
but
also
to
have
the
access
to
resources
and
at
a
significant
discount
to
everybody.
Twenty-Five
dollars
will
pay
for
itself
easily.
K
One
so
there's
a
lot
of
the
training
authority
out
there,
like
you're
saying
you
don't
want
to
reinvent
the
wheel.
I
can
appreciate
that
koha
is,
is
open-source.
It
has
an
open
community.
I,
don't
want
to
send
the
wrong
message
that
you
know
we're
giving
in
to
the
money
here
about
the
money
and
you,
if
you
want
to
take
advantage
of
these
things,
I
mean
we've
already
voted
that
in
that
we
would
do
that.
K
I
can
see
the
benefits
of
charging
for
membership
and
things
like
that,
but
twenty
five
dollars,
I,
don't
think
I
mean
maybe
for
a
hundred
dollars
and
be
worth
it.
But
twenty
five
dollars
since
trivial
to
me,
we
you
know
I,
would
just
do
it
out
of
a
donation
type
of
thing.
I
don't
know
if
we
need
to
make
it
give
any
more
benefits.
You
know,
cleaning
or
otherwise
for
only
$25
I
don't
want
to.
D
L
A
Yeah,
you
know,
and
Chris
I
I
completely
get
that
and
that's
why
it's
it's
open
for
discussion.
You
know
we're
not
we're
as
an
organization
we're
not
out
to
you,
know
gouge
people
or
take
advantage
of
the
Quahog
community
yeah
we're
not
oclc.
A
K
A
We
are
trying
to
be
reasonable
about.
You
know
the
fact
that
there
are
organizational
costs.
You
know
we'll
have
to
maintain
a
website
we'll
have
to
maintain
the
the
domain
name
for
the
organization
and
Plus.
You
know
there's
there
is
organizational
cost
with
with
the
conference
and
supplies
outside
of
that
we
don't
have
a
lot,
but
we
also
are
a
an
organization
trying
to
raise
funds
for
development
and
enhancements
things
that
this
particular
community
wants
to
focus
on.
A
So
you
know
we
we
our
primary
way
of
raising
funds,
as
is
through
the
membership,
and
that
isn't
a
whole
lot,
but
I
do
want
to
give
back
to
the
members,
and
you
know
we
do
that
with
the
discount.
But
in
the
end
you
know
the
voice
to
vote.
But
you
know
this
this
one
is,
you
know
you
know
we
could
go
either
way.
It's
just.
You
know
something
to
discuss
so
I
appreciate
your
feedback
on
that.
Does
anybody
else
have
any
thoughts
or
feedback
on
what
they
think
about
what
I've
said
about
training
videos?
A
D
I
kind
of
agree
with
Chris
Davis
also,
and
you
know
what-
and
of
course
this
was
also
you
know,
one
of
the
ideas
I
had
to
was
I
had
a
lot
to
say
about
the
training.
When
we
talked
about
it,
the
board
being
one
of
the
ways
we
could
address
it
you
know
is
have
the
actual.
You
know
where,
if
we're
talking
about
doing
a
training
session
online,
we
could
make
the
training
session
open
to
everybody.
D
This
was
an
idea
that
came
up
as
one
of
the
ways
to
to
generate
enough
income
to
keep
us
to
keep
us
able
to
keep
doing
this
kind
of
stuff,
because
if
we,
if
we
are
totally
based
just
on
goodwill
and
donations,
that
that
might
not
get
us
as
far
as
as
being
able
to
have
some
kind
of
content
to
to
help
support
that
so,
but
that's
another
way
we
could
think
about
it.
Is
you
know,
access
to
the
archives?
Would
be
for
members
only
I,
don't
know
those
are
just
ideas.
L
L
E
E
D
A
A
So
you
know
this
is
my
official
request
for
people
to
to
throw
their
hat
in
and
be
a
part
of.
This
I
would
like
to
see
as
many
people
as
possible
to
participate.
I
think
we've
got
a
good
pool
of
people
here
and
a
good
pool
of
people
to
come
and
I
think
it
would
be
great
for
us
to
to
be
able
to
start
off
the
new
year
with
with
some
training.
Videos
ready
to
go
might
need
it
too
much
to
ask
that
soon.
D
K
M
A
B
No
I
think
you
have
the
list
of
mentors
and
mentees
and
you
were
just
gonna,
follow
up
with
the
mentees
to
see
if
they
had
connected
and
if
not,
you
were
gonna,
try
and
connect
them,
and
we
talked
about
forming
a
committee
on
that.
But
we
decided
at
this
point:
it's
not
that
much
of
a
workload,
but
maybe
in
the
future
we
would
want
to
approach
a
committee.
That's.
E
A
So
yeah
and,
like
Jason,
said
I'm
going
I'm
going
to
go
ahead
and
be
the
contact
for
those
people
that
signed
up
to
that
needed
mentors
I'm
going
to
check
to
see
with
those
people
if
they've
connected
with
anybody.
If
they
have
somebody
that
has
opted
to
be
either
their
mentor
and
once
I
do
that
I'm
going
to
reach
out
to
the
people
that
had
volunteered
to
be
mentors
and
see.
If
have
anybody
that
they
were
mentoring
right
now,
I
don't
want
mentors
to
be
overloaded
and
overwhelmed.
A
I,
don't
want
everybody
flocking
to
one
mentor
so
find
out
who's,
not
mentoring.
Anybody
and
Pearson
people
up
and
I
can
do
that
too.
Fred
I
ll
find
out
what
their
comfort
level
is
and
start
doing
that,
as
you
know,
as
we
grow
in
those
mentors
and
those
that
want
that
need
Mentors
that
list
grows.
We
be
eventually
need
a
committee
to
work
through
that,
but
for
now
I'm
just
going
to
go
ahead
and
take
that
on
myself
to
establish
those
connections.
So
that's
my
plan,
any
comments
just.
A
All
right
well
for
now,
since
membership
doesn't
kick
in
until
January
that's
going
to
be
open,
and
then
we
can
discuss
that.
Moving
on
you
know,
since
we
got
the
ball
rolling
ball,
not
the
bowl.
The
ball
rolling
on
mentorship
I
don't
want
to
strip
that
away
from
the
people
that
we've
offered
that
to
so
we're
gonna
keep
moving
forward
with
that
and
connect
those
people
absolutely.
E
A
Know
you
know
to
you
know
it
goes
I
guess
it
goes
back
to
what
Chris
was
saying.
You
know
we
want
to
be
open
and
I
want
people
to
be
able
to
have
those
connections.
I
don't
know
if
if
it
should
be
a
membership
only
thing
you
know
we
want
people
to
be
feeling,
like
the
you
know,
they're
part
of
a
community.
That
cares
and
wants
to
help,
and
you
know
so,
we've
got
to
decide.
You
know
you
know
what
what
are
we
going
to
keep
open
and
help
people
through?
A
We
want
to
be
able
to
hold
hands
for
people
that
are
kind
of
still
leery
or
questioning
you.
This
whole
open-source
thing
and
so
I
think
it's
important
that
we
we
weigh
those
things
carefully
and
not
just
say:
oh
we're,
gonna
slap.
You
know
this
on
membership,
you
know
III
could
go
either
way,
but
you
know
we
want
to
be
able
to
help
people
I
know
that.
That's
that's
our
big
goal
here.
You
know
the
membership
fee.
Isn't
the
driving
force
behind
us.
A
E
A
I
am
going
to
say
here,
I'm
noticing
the
time
here.
I
don't
want
to
keep
people
too
long.
We've
got
about
four
minutes
before
we
usually
end
here
so
I'm
going
to
skip
down
to
committee
reports
real
quick
just
so
we
can
understand
where
that's
going,
and
if
we
have
to
table
some
things
we
can
the
conference
planning.
A
A
D
The
the
main
thing
that
we
talked
about
you
know
was
the
fundraising.
The
the
place
to
start
is
with
is
with
fundraising
through
membership,
and
we
talked
about
Zen
worship
as
a
good
platform
for
keeping
maintaining,
not
just
the
member
database,
but
also
a
fundraising
database,
because
it's
a
customer
relations
database.
But
then
we
also
talked
about
the
problems
that
we've
had
here
at
Nichols,
trying
to
install.
D
D
Let
me
try
that
all
right,
I
can't
get
it
to
go
away,
so
the
Foundation
Center
Todd
sent
me
Todd
got
in
touch
with
somebody
there.
The
foundation
center
uses
co-op,
and
so
the
idea
was
to
see
if
somebody
from
the
Foundation
Center
wanted
to
be
more
active
in
this
group.
Todd
sent
me
Todd
said
them
our
contact
information
and
they
got
in
touch
with
me
and
I
haven't
had
the
time
yet
to
get
back
in
touch
with
them.
D
But
I'm
gonna
follow
up
on
that
this
week,
and
then
we
spent
a
lot
of
time
talking
about
the
booths
in
Ala
and
Giada
was
going
to
look
into
the
idea
of
finding
out
what
the
deadlines
were
and
try
to
figure
out
what
we
want
to
do
at
Ala,
and
so,
if
John
wants
I,
don't
know
if
John's
done
anything
about
that
yet.
But
that
was
something
that
he
agreed
to
talk
about
at
some
point
in
the
future.
D
A
And
yeah:
let's:
let's:
let's
make
it
a
goal
next
month
that
our
general
meeting
here,
let's
let's
find
out
who's
planning
to
go
to
LA
and
and
maybe
see
if
we
can
take
some
signups
for
a
potential
booths
and
let's
explore
that
it
will
keep
the
LA
representation
on
the
agenda
and
talk
about
what
it's
going
to
look
like
and
what
we
would
do
and
accomplish
and
what
we
would
need
on
hand.
So.
C
Can
I
make
a
quick
interjection
here?
Absolutely
we
did
talk
about
the
necessity
of
having,
of
course,
Google
for
nonprofits.
We
sent
emails
from
consistent
email
address,
so
that's
one
of
the
things
that
I
think
is
gonna
hold
us
back
just
a
little
bit
until
we
can
finally
get
that
rolling
I
think
we
had
discussed.
You
know
all
this
stuff
really
started
in
January.
So
just
so,
people
know
what
our
time
frame
and
our
process
must
be.
L
H
H
The
report-
yes,
okay,
good
I,
see
lots
of
hands
being
waved,
so,
let's
make
sure
I
can
actually
go
through
this
Wow.
We've
got
a
committee
form
they'll,
talk
briefly
about
the
financial
status
and
then
go
over
the
list
of
goals.
So
now
that
we
have
some
deadlines
associated
with
them,
welcome
to
Candace
hope
than
Jason
Palmer
from
Payson
city
library
and
switch
library
consortium
respectively.
They
answered
the
call
to
join
the
Finance
Committee
and
I
am
glad
to
have
both
of
them
on
board.
With
me.
H
You're
now
looking
at
the
final
financial
report
for
August,
starting
balance
of
nine
thirty
to
forty
and
ending
balance
of
1,000
to
thirty
dollars
and
33
cents,
most
of
the
activity
here
was
related
to
the
conference,
but
not
all
of
it
is
conference
related
and
some
of
that
activity
didn't
carry
over
into
September
you'll
notice.
There
a
cashier's
check
to
see
be
a
public
library.
That
amount
was
actually
reversed
back
out
the
following
month,
so
we
won't
even
talk
about
that.
You'll
also
notice
an
amazon
smile
donation
of
$34
and
83
cents.
H
We
are
authorized
to
receive
Amazon
smile
money.
I've
got
the
notification
in
the
packet
of
information.
Robin
gave
me,
so
we
might
actually
consider,
including
that
as
a
way
to
contribute
to
Ojai
us
and
include
that
on
the
website,
once
we've
got
that
up
and
running
with
regard
to
our
preliminary
September
status,
we've
got
a
projected
bounds
of
about
$1,500.
H
The
gross
income
is
exaggerated
because
of
that
$873
reversal
of
the
check
to
CD
a
public
library
and
the
seven
37:45
of
gross
expenditures
you
see
represents
nearly
all
of
the
conference
expenditure
activity.
There
is
no
more
conference
activity,
income
or
expenditures
to
be
handled,
he's
cashed,
everything
that
we've
received
and
we've
paid
all
of
our
bills.
So
we
now
are
on
a
relatively
stable
financial
footing.
We
will
have
a
final
September
report
at
the
next
meeting.
H
H
We
have
a
first
draft,
a
goal
for
a
first
draft
of
501c3
compliance,
calendar
for
November
30th
and
a
final
goal
for
compliance,
calendar
and
documentation
and
support
of
that
by
January
31st
2018.
The
IRS
makes
it
relatively
easy
at
stay,
IRS,
I'm,
sorry,
I
stay
exempt,
got
IRS
gov.
They
put
together
this
very
nice
website.
H
That
has
a
lot
of
documentation
on
it
that
will
need
to
parse
through
to
make
sure
that
we
have
everything
that
we
need
and
that's
where
the
efforts
of
Jason
and
Candace
will
be
greatly
appreciated
as
two
additional
sets
of
eyes
to
make
sure
that
we've
got
everything
properly
covered
and
noted
a
fiscal
year
2018
budget.
This
is
perhaps
our
largest
goal,
but
it's
also
our
most
difficult,
because
this
organization
currently
does
not
have
a
budget
and
is
about
to,
hopefully
include
a
lot
of
additional
money
with
the
payment
of
membership
dues
relatively
shortly.
H
We
should
really
try
to
get
those
under
our
jurisdiction
in
our
payment
plans,
and
the
goal
in
the
creation
of
a
2018
budget
is
to
minimize
income
but
maximize
expenditures
to
cover
a
worst-case
scenario.
So,
for
example,
I
might
only
say
what,
if
only
60
people
sign
up
to
be
members
of
kohai
us
facing
that
number.
H
Roughly
on
the
number
of
people
that
came
to
court
alene
this
past
August,
that's
the
goal
for
putting
together
a
budget,
and
the
budget
will
be
difficult
to
put
together
this
year,
there's
no
ifs,
ands
or
buts
about
that,
because
we
do
not
have
a
lot
of
financial
data
and
we
have
even
less
data
on
what
we
are
spending.
So
we
will
be
putting
together
a
budget
and
the
goal
for
that
is
No
xxx
plants
for
discussion
of
that
at
the
December
general
meeting.
H
Finally,
I've
been
tasked
by
Christopher
you've
come
up
with
recommendations
for
koha
us
bylaws
revision
with
regard
to
the
treasurer
position
and
the
Finance
Committee.
We
are
working
on
that
as
well
and
we
hope
to
have
that
completed
by
the
end
of
the
calendar
year
for
discussion
within
January's
General.
Meeting
I'd
like
to
open
the
floor
up
now
for
discussion
and
questions
with
regard
to
the
Finance
Committee
report.
H
I
H
To
have
had
everybody
placed
their
trust
in
me
and
we've
we've
got
a
lot
to
do,
but
we
should
be
able
to
do
it.
We
are
a
small
organization,
we're
a
nimble
organization
with
the
assistance
of
Jason
and
Candice
I,
look
forward
to
making
a
positive
impact
over
the
organization
for
the
upcoming
year.
Anything
else.
Thank
you.
Good
job,
Joe.
A
H
A
A
Okay,
well
I
want
to
thank
you
all
for
your
dedication
to
the
group.
I
hope
that
this
group
will
grow
through
time
and
I
hope
that
you
know
we
can
become
a
larger
community
of
contributors,
so
be
thinking
about
ways
that
you
can
contribute
for
trainings
in
the
future
and
we'll
be
too
guessing
that
at
the
next
meeting
Jason
do
we
have
any
action
items
on
on
the
list
for
this
next
month.
B
H
H
Here
so
you
can
go
ahead
and
put
that
on
for
next
month's
agenda
and
I'll
talk
about
it.
Then,
when
we
have
our
next
fundraising
committee
as
well,
I'll
talk
about
the
things
that
I
discovered
by
perusing
a
LA's
website
and
trying
to
put
something
together.
So
we'll
talk
about
that
at
fundraising,
and
then
you
can
include
that
on
the
next
I
next
ones,
general
meeting
as
well.
Okay,.
B
A
And
one
thing
I
didn't
mention:
I
am
working
on
the
membership,
sign
up
form
and
I'm,
hoping
to
have
that
to
show
everybody
meeting
I'm
going
to
run
that
by
the
the
board
meeting
the
week
before
so
I'm
hoping
to
have
that.
So
that
should
be
an
action
item
as
well.
All
right,
real,
quick
next
meeting
is
going
to
be
Wednesday.
