getting
Google
for
nonprofits
set
up,
and
so
after
I
got
the
email
that
said,
you're
validated
you're,
officially
recognized
as

techsoup
nonprofit,
then
I
started
filling
out
the
forms
for
kindred
people
for
nonprofits,
which
requires
a
an
authorization
token
from
TechSoup
and
so
I
filled
out
the
stuff
to
get
that
and
then
their
response
was
we'll
get
back
to
you
sooner
or
later,
with
an
authorization
token.
So
we've
gone
over
one
hurdle
and
now
there's
a
new
promoter
that
I
didn't
know.

training

that
activity
didn't
carry
over
into

cashier's
check

That
amount

actually
reversed
back

we
won't
even
talk

smile
donation
of

and

we
might
actually

regard

projected

gross
income
is
exaggerated
because
of
that
$873
reversal
of
the
check

seven

gross
expenditures

represents
nearly
all

conference
expenditure
activity.
There
is
no
more
conference
activity,

or
expenditures
to
be
handled,

we've
received
and

paid

our
bills.

we
now
are
on
a
relatively
stable
financial
footing.

will
have

September
report

next
meeting.

goal

compliance,
calendar
for
November
30th
and

goal

compliance,

and
documentation

support

that
by

IRS
makes
it
relatively
easy
at

I'm,
sorry,
I
stay
exempt,
got
IRS
gov.
They
put
together
this
very
nice
website.

has
a
lot
of
documentation
on
it
that
will
need

parse
through
to
make
sure
that
we
have
everything
that
we
need

that's
where
the
efforts
of
Jason
and
Candace
will
be
greatly
appreciated
as
two
additional
sets

eyes

that
we've
got
everything
properly
covered
and
noted
a
fiscal
year
2018
budget.
This
is
perhaps
our
largest
goal,
but
it's
also
our
most
difficult,
because
this
organization
currently
does
not
have
a
budget
and
is
about
to,
hopefully
include
a
lot
of
additional
money
with
the
payment
of
membership
dues
relatively
shortly.

to
get
those
under
our
jurisdiction
in
our
payment
plans,
and
the
goal
in
the
creation
of
a
2018
budget
is
to
minimize
income
but
maximize
expenditures

cover

worst-case
scenario.

together

budget,

budget

difficult
to
put
together

or
buts

not
have
a
lot
of
financial
data
and
we
have
even
less
data
on
what
we
are
spending.
So
we
will
be
putting
together
a
budget
and
the
goal
for
that
is

discussion
of
that
at
the
December
general
meeting.

I've
been
tasked
by
Christopher
you've
come
up
with
recommendations
for
koha
us
bylaws
revision
with
regard
to
the
treasurer
position
and
the
Finance
Committee.
We
are
working
on
that
as
well
and
we
hope
to
have
that
completed
by
the
end
of
the
calendar
year
for
discussion
within
January's
General.
