is
looking
for
a
new
ILS,
so
I
am
trying
to
convince
them.
That
koa
is
the
most
wonderfulest
thing
around,
though
they
have
to
come
up
with
a
discovery
system
as
well.
So

any
ideas
or
wants
to
do
a
little
lobbying,

koha
community
meeting
on
the
IRC
this
morning.
That
I
forgot
about
so
I
showed
up
late
when
it
was
almost
over.

I
read
back
through
the
transcript
on
the

the
IRC
logs,
and
there
were
some
changes.
They
elected
the
people
that
are
going
to
be
on
the
1905
release
team,
which
I
don't
think
there
was
anybody
there
that
didn't
want
to
be
there,
but
somebody
did
mention
there's

there
that
I
just
posted
to
one
eight
one,
three
and
bug.

committee
reports
conference
committee.

conference
committee
for

2019
conference
hasn't
met
yet

created

conferences

committee
meeting
I'll
set
that
up
sometime
in
December,
so
we
can
get
rolling
on,
hopefully
in
August,
Kauai,

The
this
is
a
bigger
quarterly
report,
because
it
covers
financial
activity
of
the
organization
through
the
third
quarter
of
the
fiscal
year.
The
big
news
is
that
all
of
the
income
and
expenses
related
to
our
contributions
and
coordination
of
CO
Hakan,
that
is
all
over
with
now
and
all
cleared.
We
collected
quite
a
good
amount
of
money
I'm
after
the
met
after
the
paypal
fees.

The
quarterly
report
indicates
very
little
expenses,
the
only
expenses
we
actually
occurred,
encouraged
during
the
third
quarter,
where
that
related
to
the
paypal
service
charges
and
even
year-to-date,
not
really
knowing
what
we
were
going
to
expect
for
service
fees.
Our
expenses
have
been
incredibly
low
through
three
quarters,
only
$99
worth
of
expenses,
but
it
is
worth
noting
that
that
purposely
excludes
anything
related
to
the
conference
which
was
technically
not
considered
part
of
our
budget
or
reporting.

Yet
we're
migrating
over
to
a
new
mail
merge
system,
because
the
one
we
had
while
it
was
wonderful.
It
wasn't
really
clear
until
after
the
30
days
that
it
was
actually
a
30
day
trial,
so
we're
moving
towards

really
hadn't
had
the
time
beforehand
with
that,
but
those
receipts
as
well
as
receipts
for
donations
made
to
the
organization
as
well
as
donations,

in
support
of

Development

out

week
that
I'm
the
chair

that
committee,

met

have
some
money
to
possibly

sandbox
system,

looks
at
least

use

it

more
flexible
in
terms
of
your
ability
to
set
up
a
system
using
the
current
branch
of
Master.
You
can
verify
the
problem
in
that,
then
you
can
separately
apply
a
patch
to
that
and
confirm
them
that
the
patch
works.

awesome
because,
even
with
what
he
introduced
at
Quahog
con,
he
made
a
few
subtle
changes
as
to
how
things
work
based
on
the
feedback

membership

have
already
been
created.

One
thing
I
commented
on
last
week
at
the
board
meeting
is
that
there
was
no
way
to
basically
force
Google
Forms
into
a
decision
tree
a
yes
or
no
type
thing.

it

not
very
visible,
but
there
is
a
way
to
do
that,
and
so
what
I'm
doing
is
updating
the
membership
form
to
basically
ask
if
you
are
already
a
member

you

hasn't
changed,
you
won't
have
to
re-enter
anything
and
the
information
that
you
have
in
your
2018
membership
will
continue
on
with
your
2019
membership.
2018
memberships
expire
at
the
end
of
2018
as
December
31st
and
2019
memberships
will
go
into
effect
on
January
1st
and
again.

members

usually
throw
